Skall Försvarsmakten stärkas i enlighet med försvarsberedningens rapport Värnkraft behövs en väl fungerande materielförsörjning. Samhället förändras snabbt och den nuvarande materielförsörjningsstrategin är från 2007, och rapporter visar att den inte heller följs. Som en del i en materielförsörjningsstrategi har vissa länder en försvarsindustristrategi, vilket Sverige saknar. Kanske ställer tillväxten särskilda krav som en sådan strategi kan omhänderta. Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för vad en försvarsindustristrategi skall ha för innehåll och det görs genom att besvara: Vad bör ingå i en svensk försvarsindustristrategi? Undersökningen har genomförts genom en induktiv tematisk analys över Danmarks och Finlands försvarsindustristrategier och därefter fortsatt med analys av svenska dokument från Regeringskansliet, Säkerhets- och försvarsföretagen (SOFF) och Försvarsmakten. Undersökningen har resulterat i en hypotetisk modell över vad en svensk försvarsindustristrategi skall innehålla i form av teman. Dessa är Sveriges förutsättningar, Sveriges mål med försvarsindustristrategi och Sveriges medel och metoder. Resultatet kan användas som en grund i formulerandet av en försvarsindustristrategi. Genom den ökade kunskapen om vad en försvarsindustristrategi skall innehålla, kommer arbetet med att formulera en sådan att underlättas och med strategin skulle förutsättningarna för Försvarsmaktens tillväxt avseende anskaffning av materiel tydliggöras och förhoppningsvis bli effektivare.

This diploma thesis was focused on the community ecology of corticolous subaerial cyanobacteria and algae. Altogether 54 morphotypes were identified on the surface of the tree bark in the Nature Reserve Březina in České středohoří Mts., Czech Republic. Compared to publish data on tropical and subtropical habitats, high morphological diversity of these organisms in a temperate region was thus recognized. Coccoid green algae - most of them belonging to the class Trebouxio-phyceae - dominated. In a study focused on the algae community structure at small spatial scales (such as a single tree trunk), the temporal factors were found as the most important factor influencing the species composition. The height of a sample on trunks and type of bark roughness seemed to influence the species richness, yet the differences were not significant. The alpha-diversity and species composition of corticolous algal communities among individual trees were strongly influenced by host tree species. The pH of the bark surface also had significant impact on species composition. Generally, trees with lower pH of the bark surface (alder, spruce) had lower species richness, whereas trees with more alkaline bark surface (ash, beech, maple) had higher alpha-diversity values. Command and control (C2) and maneuver are basics in the use of tactics and theories about warfare. This study aims to understand them better by conducting a case-study on the battle of Leyte and find if the use of them can explain the outcome of the battle. Wayne P Hughes theory about command and control and maneuver will be used. These variables were found in Hughes theory about C2: distribution of effect, conducting (of C2), aids, planning and time and timing. Regarding maneuver these variables were found: Position, time and speed. The result of the study is that the use of distribution of effect, conducting and planning as C2 and position in maneuver gave a positive outcome for the Americans. The misuse of time and timing in C2 by the Japanese and a misuse of time in maneuver gave a negative outcome.
