Proyecto BookieArrescurrenaga Velasquez, Daniel, Carbonell Jaramillo, Victor Andres, Pautrat Pelaez, Stephanie, Peña Guzman, Alonso Enrique 06 June 2021 (has links)
This research work is about the development of a mobile application aimed to promote the reading of Ebooks and audiobooks through the use of any mobile device. It should be noted that the research evaluate the viability of the business was carried out based on two Peruvian market segments; the first one, school and university students and, the second one, readers between 18 and 55 years old. In the course of the investigation, it was determined that a large part of the sample would have a predisposition to replace traditional reading with online reading, since currently the penetration of technology is massive, it is easier to have access to virtual content that to physical content, in addition, saves time in the search for physical books, as well as money when buying a single book. Likewise, it was found that several interviewees tend not to read due to lack of time within their days and have considered that having access to an audiobook version would allow them to carry out several activities simultaneously and increase the consumption of literary content.
During the development of the project, an in-depth analysis of the industry, interest groups, business model plan, marketing, financial projection, validations through interviews and other validation techniques was carried out with the target audience and experts in the field. Finally, when carrying out the valuation of the project with the financial estimates, a net present value of S/. 17,568.00 was obtained, so it can be said that the project generates value over a three-year horizon. / Trabajo de investigación

Happy break / Happy break projectEscudero Campos, Jhojannse Jesember, Flores Ysique, Ramon Angel, León Retamozo, Jesús Antonio, Rodríguez Dejo, Andrés Eduardo 16 July 2018 (has links)
The projection of online sales, e-commerce, for 2018 will be of 25% and will show an increase of 30% yearly, this shows the potential of the market.
After poll the future customers we found that most of the share the same issues when they try to organize celebration at the office: few options, there is not a place where to find all of them and the time invested for the planification.
Happy Break is a place where two characters find each other, one of them is the people that wish to have a celebration at the office during the work shift, on the other hand we find the pymes that have high capacity of production, but their machinery and raw material is subdued to a low demand level and do not count with a commerce media where they can be recognized.
The business model is based on intermediate between both characters in order to organize the transactions between them and provide a business solution to make easy the delivery.
Finally, since our project is based on share value, in other words that both allied and the busyness grow sustained, it does not require assets since they belong to them, making this easy to escalate.

Paquin, Fanny 04 1900 (has links)
Entrepreneurship is a source of job creation and a major driver of economic development in our society. In this sense, the presence of women in business has become a concern of public policies in Quebec and Canada. Several levers have been adopted to stimulate entrepreneurship with the aim of increasing the number of women in business. However, despite these measures, women remain less likely than men to undertake such activities. Nevertheless, while women are under-represented in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, they show entrepreneurial intentions in encouraging proportions, which are close to the statistics observed for men. As a result, this suggests that a slowdown in their entrepreneurial momentum occurs once the start-up actions have been initiated.
Through this research, we seek to understand factors influencing the entrepreneurial journey of women, from the first steps to the completion of their business project. Our study is part of the Schmitt’s Global Entrepreneurial Approach (3M Theory) (2017). The question we ask ourselves is: What factors explain the success of women’s entrepreneurship in Quebec?
Through the qualitative analysis of 19 interviews conducted with two samples of women entrepreneurs, one group having experienced entrepreneurial success and one group having stopped their project, the study highlighted the influence of multiple factors on the entrepreneurial process and outcome. Our research highlights the major impact that the nature of project is likely to have in the choice to stop entrepreneurial approaches. Furthermore, the important role of the entrepreneur and her ecosystem in entrepreneurial success has also been observed. A typology of the different reasons for stopping entrepreneurial journeys has been developed and correlated with factors motivating that decision. In sum, the project will have made it possible to better understand the different realities experienced by women in all their complexity and suggest possible solutions to increase the presence of women in entrepreneurship in Quebec.

Proyecto de plataforma virtual “Kawsay”Alva Rodríguez, Juan Carlo, Escalante Bravo, Carlos Javier Valentino, Huaringa Choque, Ivon Sayuri, Poma Llaguento, Elizabeth Yomira, Solano Rivera, Nelson André 09 December 2020 (has links)
The purpose of this work plan is to analyze the viability of the Kawsay SAC business project. Given that the situation that we have experienced in recent months has intensified various unmet and / or poorly met needs in the Peruvian market. This under a context of the need for social distancing or not, since the accelerated life of people doesn’t allow them to perform all the activities that they would like to do optimally.
The project consists of the creation of a virtual platform as an application and a web page in which agricultural foods such as vegetables, vegetables, roots and fresh quality fruits are offered. In which the consumer can make and pay for their purchases through these platforms at their disposal at any time of the day, from the place where they are. Finally, the client had his order in the comfort of his home within the established period.
The development of the project requires a total investment of S /. 139,471.00. This will be assumed in 60% by the 5 investment partners in equal parts and the other 40% will be financed through a financial loan. Likewise, it was estimated that the project exceeds its breakeven point after one year when S / 599,487.00 soles have been sold.
Finally, we can ensure the viability of the project, given the various market investigations carried out that show the acceptance of the project to our target audience and also, in the numerical projection analysis that support them.

Big Data, a sociotechnical phenomenon carrying myths, is reflected in companies by the implementation of first projects, especially Data Science projects. However, they do not seem to generate the expected value. The action-research carried out over the course of 3 years in the field, through an in-depth qualitative study of multiple cases, points to key factors that limit this generation of value, including overly self-contained project process models. The result is (1) an open data project model (Brizo_DS), orientated on the usage, including knowledge capitalization, intended to reduce the uncertainties inherent in these exploratory projects, and transferable to the scale of portfolio management of corporate data projects. It is completed with (2) a tool for documenting the quality of the processed data, the Databook, and (3) a Human-Data Mediation device, which guarantee the alignment of the actors towards an optimal result.
