This diploma thesis deals with the competence model of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector. It looks into the specifics of adult education with emphasis on the presentation of barriers when educating adults. Furthermore, this work discusses adult education specifics while focusing on the differences from the education of children and youth. This diploma work focuses on a trainer's personality requirements, his competences, and it presents expectations related to the trainer. A soft skills trainer's competence model is drawn up on the basis of theory presented and research carried out. The research focuses on three groups of participants to educational process - representatives of an educational organization as a trainer's employer, ordering party of an educational event as a trainer's customer and trainers themselves.

The aim was to find out what competences might be required in practice from the graduates of managerial fields of studies on chosen middle management positions, then to compare the established requirements with the content of the curriculum stipulated for Bachelor's Study Programme at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics, and finally to elaborate a summary of recommendations suitable for the optimal harmonization of this programme with the requirements of established practice.

Federalismo no Brasil e na Alemanha: estudo comparativo de repartição de competências legislativas e de execução / Federalism in Brazil and Germany: comparative study of the constitutional allocation of legislative and executive competences

A federação consiste em forma de Estado caracterizada essencialmente pela repartição do poder político entre um governo central, a União, e governos regionais, os Estados-membros. O Direito, contudo, não trabalha com todas as facetas deste fenômeno eminentemente político. Ao contrário, as atenções nesta área do conhecimento se voltam para a repartição constitucional de competências, a qual é erigida por alguns autores à questão central do federalismo. Alinhando-se a esta premissa, a presente tese propõe um estudo comparativo do modo pelo qual a Constituição Federal de 1988 e a Lei Fundamental alemã de 1949 distribuem competências legislativas e de execução entre os entes federativos. Tal análise, por sua vez, foi estruturada a fim de responder dois grandes questionamentos: em primeiro lugar, quais são as reais semelhanças e diferenças entre os ordenamentos jurídicos brasileiro e alemão neste ponto? Em segundo lugar, existem soluções concebidas pela doutrina e pela jurisprudência alemãs para problemas envolvendo a distribuição de competências legislativas e de execução e que poderiam ser transplantadas para o ordenamento brasileiro, a fim de resolver litígios domésticos sobre estes temas? Antes de adentrar nesta análise, contudo, julgou-se necessário responder outros questionamentos menores, porém imprescindíveis dos pontos de vista teórico e metodológico. Deste modo, dedicou-se o primeiro capítulo da tese à exposição das premissas teóricas, as quais contemplaram desde noções de federalismo e federação, passando por considerações teóricas sobre a centralização e a descentralização em um Estado Federal, até a definição do que é uma competência federativa e as classificações de competência mais importantes para a pesquisa. No segundo capítulo, por sua vez, as federações brasileira e alemã foram contextualizadas segundo alguns prismas pré-selecionados, dando cumprimento, assim, a uma etapa inerente ao método comparativo. No terceiro capítulo promoveu-se uma análise integrada destes aspectos teóricos e metodológicos. Após uma apresentação dos sistemas brasileiro e alemão de repartição de competências legislativas e de execução no quarto e no quinto capítulos respectivamente, o primeiro grande questionamento da pesquisa foi respondido no sexto capítulo a partir das regras gerais em matéria de repartição de competências previstas pela Constituição Federal de 1988 e pela Lei Fundamental de 1949, do modo pelo qual estas constituições distribuem competências legislativas e da disciplina que elas dão à repartição de competências de execução. Finalmente, no sétimo capítulo o debate alemão em torno da subsunção de uma lei à norma de competência, da lealdade federal e de algumas questões municipais foi retomado a partir da sua aplicabilidade a conflitos brasileiros envolvendo a repartição de competências legislativas e de execução. / The federation is a form of state characterized in general terms by the division of political power between one central government, the federal government, and regional governments, the member states. The Law, however, does not comprise all the aspects of this eminently political phenomenon. On the contrary, in this area of knowledge the focus consists of the constitutional division of competences (powers), which is considered by some authors the main question of federalism. From this perspective, this work proposes a comparative study of how the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 and the German Basic Law of 1949 allocate legislative and executive competences between the federal and regional governments. This research, in turn, was structured in order to answer two main questions: first, what are the real similarities and differences between the Brazilian and the German legal systems regarding to this aspect? Secondly, are there solutions conceived by the German jurisprudence and case-law for problems concerning the constitutional division of powers that could be transplanted to Brazilian legal system in order to solve domestic disputes on this matter? Before addressing these issues, however, it was important to answer some minor, though indispensable questions from a theoretical and methodological point of view. Thus, the first chapter of the dissertation was devoted to the explanation of the theoretical foundations of the research, which encompasses from notions of federalism and federation, theoretical appointments about centralization and decentralization in a federal state, up to a concept of federal competence and its most significant classifications with regard to this research. In the second chapter, both Brazilian and German federations were contextualized according to some preselected angles, fulfilling this important step of comparative analysis. In the third chapter both theoretical and methodological aspects were confronted. After some enlightenments about the Brazilian and German systems of division of legislative and executive powers in the fourth and fifth chapters, the first major question of this research could be answered in the sixth chapter from the perspective of the general rules of division of powers provided in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 and the German Basic Law of 1949, how these two constitutions distribute legislative competences, and the discipline theses constitutions provide for the division of executive competences. Finally, in the seventh chapter the German debate on the subsumption of a statute under the rule of competence, on the Bundestreue principle and on some municipal questions is examined from its applicability to Brazilian disputes over the constitution distribution of legislative and executive powers.

Šiame darbe yra nagrinėjama baleto pedagogo, siekiančio išugdyti profesionalų baleto artistą, kompetencijų raiška. Pastebima, kad tik nedidelė dalis baleto mokyklas baigusių mokinių yra puikūs vedantieji balete, sugebantys savo šokiu perteikti dvasines vertybes ir taip įprasminti šokį kaip meno kūrinį. Pagrindiniu tikslu mokymo procese dažniausiai tampa geras pačios išraiškos priemonės pažinimas (šiuo atveju šokio technika), pamirštant, koks svarbus yra ir asmenybės meninės brandos puoselėjimas, skatinantis kūrinio visumos, jo turinio, dvasinių vertybių sistemos suvokimą bei pajautimą, kurio dėka kūryba tampa menu, veikiančiu ir prusinančiu žiūrovą. It is noticeable that, in the ballet, there is only a small part of ballet school graduates who are excellent teachers capable of conveying spiritual values through their dance and so giving meaning to dance as a piece of art. The main goal usually becomes the good knowledge of the expression means (dance technique in this case) forgetting about the importance of fostering individual’s artistic maturity that stimulates the perception of the whole of the art work, its content, comprehension and feeling of spiritual value system, owing to this, creation becomes art that influences and educates the viewer. A question that also raises the problem, if ballet teachers use their competencies in the way that students would have all conditions to create themselves as valuable specialists of their field- ballet artists- who are able to create art in the process of education gains the essential meaning. The objective of this work was to analyze the career skills of students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in relation to the subsequent career of graduates in selected work positions. The thesis works with the database of personality test results of students and with the database of graduate students. The work is examining whether there are statistical differences between the students of different study programs. Results of soft skills of graduates are compared to soft skills established by NSP.

In such a competitive market organizations develop strategies to better satisfy needs as well as add value for its customers. In order to do so, organizations are required to assemble a clear definition of customers and market perceptions oriented strategy. However, added value is not only defined by product quality, technology or infrastructure. It is also based on intrinsic values like competences. Therefore, companies must invest in front line professionals enabling them to develop skills towards satisfaction of customers needs. This study aims to demonstrate if collective competences, developed throughout social interaction in a group, arise some benefits to customer service regarding needs satisfaction and value creation promoting relationship marketing. The theoretical basis for this study converged competences, collective competences, knowledge management, customer satisfaction and value creation, and relationship marketing themes. However, it was not found in the literature any relation among collective competences and relationship market themes. In this context, the present study presents as general objective to analyze how development of collective competences of a sales team can influence customer satisfaction. Specifically searching to: (a) point out the main factors regarding the sales team which generate customer satisfaction; (b) analyze how sales team collective competences can influence customer satisfaction; and (c) identify the formation process of collective competences at the sales team. The qualitative approach was guided through case studies methodological procedures using interviews, direct observations, and records bracketing for data gathering. Two sales team of a multinational organization were interviewed. The organization belongs to credit analysis and protection service business. Both teams were composed by manager, three salesmen and a customer each. Observations were performed at two distinct meetings with both salesmen and customers. Records analyzed refer to shared goals and number of attended customers per month. Results show that collective competences can influence customer satisfaction although customers only perceive individual and organizational competences. Nevertheless, it was evidenced by salesmen and team managers that collective competences not only promote customer satisfaction but also aid the development of individual competences by the people involved at commercial area. / O relacionamento de longo prazo é atualmente o elemento-chave para o sucesso das organizações. Com um mercado tão competitivo, as empresas estão desenvolvendo estratégias que melhor possam satisfazer e criar valor para seus clientes. As empresas precisam definir muito bem as suas estratégias com foco na percepção de seus clientes e do mercado. Porém a criação de valor não advém apenas da qualidade de um produto, da tecnologia e da infraestrutura. Ela também tem base em valores intrínsecos como, por exemplo, as competências. Sendo assim, as empresas precisam investir nos profissionais de linha de frente para que eles desenvolvam competências e atendam às necessidades e desejos dos clientes. Este trabalho tem o intuito de demonstrar se as competências coletivas, desenvolvidas a partir da interação social de um grupo podem trazer algum(s) benefício(s) ou não para o atendimento ao cliente em termos de satisfação e criação de valor, promovendo o marketing de relacionamento. Em seu desenvolvimento, foram utilizadas como base as teorias de competência, competências coletivas, gestão do conhecimento, satisfação e criação de valor para o cliente e marketing de relacionamento. Porém, não foi possível encontrar na literatura qualquer relação entre os temas competências coletivas e marketing de relacionamento. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral analisar como o desenvolvimento das competências coletivas de uma equipe de vendas pode influenciar a satisfação do cliente. Especificamente buscou-se a) levantar quais os principais fatores ligados à equipe de vendas que geram satisfação nos clientes; b) analisar como as competências coletivas da equipe de vendas influenciam a satisfação do cliente; c) identificar como se formam competências coletivas em uma equipe de vendas. A partir destes objetivos, o procedimento metodológico de abordagem qualitativa foi orientado pelo método de estudo de caso, com procedimentos de análise de dados de entrevistas, observação direta e levantamento de registros. Foram entrevistadas duas equipes de vendas de uma empresa multinacional no segmento de serviços para análise e proteção de crédito, envolvendo o gerente, três vendedores e um cliente de cada equipe, atendidos por estes vendedores. As observações foram realizadas em duas reuniões de vendas envolvendo vendedores e clientes, e os registros analisados referem-se a metas e número de clientes atendidos no mês. Os resultados evidenciam que as competências coletivas podem influenciar na satisfação do cliente, embora estes só percebam as competências individuais e organizacionais. Mas ficou evidente, por parte de vendedores e gerentes de equipe, que as competências coletivas, além de promover a satisfação do cliente, auxiliam no desenvolvimento e na formação de competências individuais das pessoas na área comercial.

Faktory oblíbenosti učitele u pubescentů / Factors in the popularity of teachers with pubescents

This thesis 'Factors in the popularity of teachers with pubescents' has theoretical and empirical character. The aim of the thesis is to examine factors in the popularity of teachers with pubescents in the second grade of elementary schools by the method of questionnaire. Theoretical part is focused on teachers and the period of adolescence. In the first part there are explained terms like teacher, teacher's personality, typology and authority of teachers. Further there are closely explained pedagogical competences. The second part is mostly focused on pubescent characteristics from the perspective of physical, emotional, cognitive and social development. Practical part is based on quantitative research. The aims and assumptions of research are stated in this part. Questionnaire survey is based on answers of students of three elementary schools in České Budějovice. Results of research are accompanied by tables and graphs. Assumptions are verified in conclusion as well as summarized findings of teachers' popularity with pubescents.
