La teoría del gatekeeper en el tratamiento informativo del periodismo digital en casos de violación y homicidio de menores. Análisis del caso “Camilita” en la versión digital del diario Ojo, entre el 02 y 04 de marzo del 2020. / The gatekeeper theory in the informational treatment of digital journalism in cases of rape and murder of minors. Analysis of the case “Camilita” in the digital version of the newspaper Ojo, between March 02 and 04, 2020.Velazco Reyes, Adriana Sofía 30 November 2020 (has links)
The news that breaks into the everyday is inside the phenomenon known as police journalism. Also, in the last two decades, digital journalism has become one of the fastest ways of doing journalism, applying the characteristics of "the old school", in the new (not so new) digital forms and constructing one's own on the march.
In this research paper, it was decided to look at the case of 'Camilita', the four-year-old girl who was raped and murdered by a fifteen-year-old boy in Payet area of Independencia district. This work seeks to define and identify the treatment of information, the criteria of hierarchization of approaches and the mechanisms or digital resources used in the construction of news of rape and murder of minors in digital journalistic spaces, being these, the main functions covered by the role of gatekeeper, a character who is also known as a curator of content in the digital environment. To reach this point, I used a qualitative methodology and analyzed a corpus of twenty news items, published by the digital newspaper Ojo, between the 2nd and 4th of March 2020, in relation to the 'Camilita' case.
At the end of this research, it was concluded that there is a hierarchy of news, defined not only by focus, but also by the use of digital resources of the newspaper Ojo: 'hyperlinks', 'recommended videos' and 'you may be interested'. Likewise, it became evident that these cases generate superficial news and do not incorporate deeper analyses of the reality in which the victims find themselves. This could be one more approach than the one required to be published. / Trabajo de investigación

Anhörigstöd under övergångsprocessen mellan barnhabiliteringen och vuxenhabilitering - En kvalitativ studie kring anhörigstöd utifrån kuratorers erfarenhet / The impact of family support during the process of transition between childhabilitation and adult habilitation. A qualitative study of family supportbased on curators' experience.Safaie Westberg, Sanam January 2022 (has links)
The purpose is to identify the support for relatives in the transition from child habilitation to adult habilitation, based on the experience of health care curators. By examining the transition of the subject based on various aspects such as organisation, cooperation, roles and benefits with active relative support or disadvantages in lack of it, the expectation is to create a deeper understanding of the difficulties that may occur during the process. The study is based on a qualitative hermeneutic approach, based on semi-structured interview. The theories used in this study are Systems theory, Ecological system theory, Role theory, and Life course perspective. The themes that emerged were Organization, Cooperation, and Roles. The study shows that the connection between the research and the practical work regarding relative support in the transition is flawed. The transition is a troubled time and with many changes taking place and young adults, as well as relatives, experience a higher level of concerns. The results show that while support for relatives is available in habilitation, the support in question is primarily provided in relation to the young adult's diagnosis, which according to the results indicate that relatives support in the transition process is insufficient. The relatives support needs to be seen from a broader perspective where collaboration with other services is of great importance.

Spolupráce pedagogů na základních školách s orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dítěte / Cooperation of primary school teachers and the office for social-law protection of childrenKučerová, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
TITLE: Cooperation of primary school teachers and the office for social-law protection of children AUTHOR: Lucie Kučerová DEPARTMENT: Department of special education SUPERVISOR: Doc. PaedDr. Eva Šotolová Ph.D. ABSTRACT In the first half of the thesis we define the terms teacher, school methodist for prevention, curator for children and youth. We describe the principles of their cooperation in term of rights of the child and his social-law protection, due to the Act No. 359/199 Coll., social-law protection of children and due to the Decree No. 72/2005 Coll., providing counselling services in schools and school counselling institutions. Simultaneously we are opening the topic of possible moral dilemmas which can the teacher deal with in term of social-law protection of the student. Int he second half we evaluate the results of empirical investigation. The quantitative survey was conducted by questionnaire method in 7 primary schools in Prague. Its main purpose was to chart the extent of primary teachers knowledge about The office for social-law protection of children, to find out what quality is this cooperation and to compare the situation at practical primary schools and mainstream primary schools. The survey conclusion revealed significant lack of knowledge of mainstream primary school teachers in this...

Continuous curatorial conversations : an exploration of the role of conversation within the writing of a supplementary history of the curatorialRoss, Alexandra C. M. January 2014 (has links)
Continuous Curatorial Conversations is a practice-led exploration of conversation, both as a medium and as a tool for capturing supplementary histories of the curatorial. The primary question of this research project is how the medium of conversation can be explored to write supplementary histories of the curatorial which thus far have been omitted from extant publications on the subject. Three important sub questions guide this exploration. First, what is and has been the role of conversation within the curatorial? What are the possibilities and limitations within the medium of conversation? What roles do conviviality and hospitality play within the process of conversation? This thesis reflects upon a series of curated projects that explore the sp/pl/ace for curatorial conversation and also reviews a collection of one-to-one recorded conversations conducted by the author, including conversations with Alfredo Cramerotti, Hedwig Fijen, Mel Gooding, William Furlong and Sarah Lowndes. Sites of fieldwork include: the 54th Venice Biennale; Manifesta 8, The European Biennial of Contemporary Art; and Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art 2012. Through these projects and related recordings it unpicks the norms and possibilities of what and when one can record on the subject of the curatorial. The hypothesis of this study is that a great deal of curatorial activity is locked up in conversation, yet a disproportion makes it to the pages of the history of the field. Furthermore, in its clean transcribed form it misrepresents the fragility and nuance of the original exchange. The theoretical context of this research looks at Nicolas Bourriaud’s notion of Relational Aesthetics, the writing of Maria Lind and Paul O’Neill, with a focus on Audio Arts. A new methodology relating to curatorial conversation and its recording has therefore been identified as ‘critical conviviality’. The writing relating to Continuous Curatorial Conversations research takes the form of four books. The book ‘An Introduction’ comprises the PhD thesis and sits next to a bespoke online platform www.continuous-curatorial-conversations.org which hosts a selection of audio recordings collated during the research process. The books ‘Continuous’, ‘Curatorial’, and ‘Conversations’ unpack the lineage and context of Alexandra C.M. Ross’s practice and projects conducted during her research and are to be read in no strict order. The new knowledge resulting from this thesis and relating practice is the attention to the subtleties of conversation and its capture as it relates to the instigation, recording and presentation of semi-private matters in semi-public contexts.

Role sociálně-právní ochrany při řešení problémového a rizikového chování juvenilní populace ve vychovatelské praxi v aspektu zdravotně edukačního zásahu v lokalitě Prahy. / A function of social and legal protection solving delinquent and hazardous behaviour of juvenile population in educator´s practise in the view of health educational intervention in PragueWDOWYCZYNOVÁ, Zdeňka January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the role of the Children´s socio-legal protection authority in dealing with risk behavior of children and youth and to analyze methods and instruments used by this authority to maximize the effectiveness of interventions, which should eliminate the risk behavior of children that negatively influences their personality development. The thesis also mentions the legislative regulation, which represents the base for socio-legal protection. In the theoretical part personality factors as well as impacts of family, school and social surroundings, which contribute to the creation and continuation of risk behavior, are analyzed. The thesis then focuses on the problem of truancy, which belongs to types of risk behavior. In the practical part the thesis presents, what curators for children and youth claim about their cooperation with schools in solving children's truancy during compulsory school attendance, which family and school factors they find risky and whether they consider current legal and methodical setting to be sufficient. At the end, the thesis deduces from results implications and recommendations for education staff in schools, i.e. class teachers, workers in education counselling and school directors, to prevent (or at least to minimize) truancy and emphasizes the possibility to cooperate with authorities of children´s socio-legal protection, which can be established already, when the first signals of absenteeism occur or in case of other educational problems, mainly poor interaction with children's parents.

Polyphibianism : evolving transdisciplinarity into an imaginary organism of living knowledgeLjubec, Ziva January 2015 (has links)
Transdisciplinarity emerged from the urge to grasp the elusive knowledge in the most fertile zone in between and beyond disciplines that escapes even the most elaborate interdisciplinary operations. While interdisciplinary protocol enables experts to operate within foreign disciplines, in the extreme case as diverse as art and science (by inviting artists into scientific departments and vice versa), the production of knowledge remains confined to particular domains. To transcend these confinements and access the knowledge that evades institutionalisation Basarab Nicolescu’s Manifesto of Transdisciplinarity sets up conditions for an open structure to be grown outside the current compartmentalisation into a living knowledge. This thesis imagines a possible evolution of transdisciplinarity into knowledge to be lived internally rather than learnt externally in order to overcome the anxiety in transcending the established culture of disciplinary research. By entering the transdisciplinary zone, the identity of experts-specialists dissolves, even the crudest separation into artists and scientists becomes obsolete. From the illusion of losing control over knowledge arises the fear of a return to archaic, mystic or even shamanic ways of knowing. Far from proposing a return to shamanism in its ancient forms this thesis imagines the way of polyphibianism – an imaginary solution to navigate efficiently the protoplasmic state of knowledge that would be indigenous to culture of disciplinary researchers. With every significant discovery the disciplinary researchers already intuitively trespass into the very zone that the Manifesto of Transdisciplinarity invites them to enter intentionally. From examination of documented introspective inquiries into their act of discovery the thesis infers the necessary sensibilities and adaptabilities of the individuals to cross the borders of their disciplines. Their seemingly lost identity is temporarily restored with the term polyphibian (analogous to amphibian) designating their ability to survive and explore multiple environments. With each change of circumstances in research a polyphibian adapts by swiftly reinventing its instinctive instruments, mutating its organs of knowing, indifferently to conventional habits of thought. Through their introspective writings this thesis investigates the polyphibic aptitude of Henri Poincaré, Henri Bergson and Marcel Duchamp to scout at the periphery of physics, metaphysics and ‘pataphysics, to intuitively anticipate the role of chance, chaos and complexity in both arts and sciences. A threshold of complexity has to be surpassed in order to bring the current apparatus of knowledge to life. Bergson’s insight on laughter and dreams suggests how intellect could transcend itself. The thesis proposes to consider laughter as faculty that could induce self-awareness in the intellectual apparatus while dreams are considered to facilitate self-organisation of intellect on higher orders of awareness. In Deleuzian manner of mutating Bergson’s work into Bergsonism, polyphibianism is a mutation in transcribing the code of Creative Evolution where Bergson insisted on interdependency between the theory of knowledge and the theory of evolution. The scholarly dispute on Bergsonian and anti-Bergsonian tendencies present in Marcel Duchamp’s work is revisited in the thesis by interpreting the higher dimensional Bride as a polyphibic organism of living knowledge with access to higher orders of awareness, able to guide the Bachelor’s apparatus of mechanical production and preservation of knowledge out of its predicament. Informed by peculiar Duchampian experiments that challenged both the domain of art and science the research projects in this thesis consist of an intervention at CERN that tested the impenetrability of institutionalised art-science collaborations and installation of the Interval of Suspended Judgement with high mathematical precision at the threshold between physics and ‘pataphysics. With these projects the problems of categorising researchers into artists and scientists are revealed. As Deleuze suggested, to effectively formulate the problem, to realize it in multiplicity of contexts, a new concept must be invented, a new organism must be conceived. This thesis gave birth to an imaginary organism of living knowledge in order to relieve the unnecessary anxieties and to fully engage in transdisciplinary research.
