Sezonní variabilita rychlostních a vytrvalostních schopností u mladých elitních fotbalových hráčů / Seasonal variation of speed and endurance in young elite soccer playersKunzmann, Egon January 2017 (has links)
Title: Seasonal variabilityof speed and endurance skills of young elite soccer players. Objectives: Comparison of variability in speed and endurance capabilities of young elite soccer players during one season in the U-12 category based on the results of a test battery consisting of 4 tests (30 m sprint test, Agility 505 Test, Illinois test and Yo-yo intermittent recovery test level 1). Methods: Our thesis is characterized by using comparison and testing methods. We use the comparison method in the result section, in order to compare the performance of individual players by means of statistical methods. This is how we focus on each of our test exercises during all four testing phases included in seasonal macrocycle. The results: As the result of our thesis, we found out that the physical abilities of individual players and their demonstration in the performed tests improve or remain the same or statistically very similar throughout the season. We observe the highest variability in agility 505 test with a 6.96 % DL and 7.29 % NDL as well as a 25.86 % in Yo-Yo intermittent recovery level 1. According to our observations, deviations in the performance of soccer players are mainly caused by long-term and systematic training process, different training and match load of the players during the...

Analysing generational transfer of brand loyalty in the dishwashing liquid product category, in the Western Cape ProvinceCoetzee, Quintin 05 March 2020 (has links)
While the concept of brand loyalty is well-researched, qualitative studies pertaining specifically to generational transfer of brand loyalty in a South African fast-moving consumer goods context are few and far between. This study used the dishwashing liquid product category in the Western Cape Province of South Africa to analyse generational transfer of brand loyalty. Following a qualitative research methodology, using in-person interviews across two generations - children and parents/guardians - raw data was obtained. Participants were asked to provide information relating to their preferred brand of dishwashing liquid, as well as their reasons for using the brand, their loyalty towards the brand, as well as their likelihood of brand switching. The data underwent a thorough thematic data analysis. Codes, categories, and themes were identified, with the researcher continually seeking to identify patterns in responses. A number of findings were laid out, offering insights into the concept of generational transfer of brand loyalty, as well as a foundation for future research into the topic. The study established that, in the dishwashing liquid product category in the Western Cape, there is a strong degree of generational transfer of brand loyalty, and at times, the transfer has taken place across three generations. Aspects such as consumers’ use of a brand out of habit and brand associations also appear to transfer generationally at times. There is also a strong occurrence of brand loyalty in the product category - mostly towards Unilever’s Sunlight brand. Brand switching across generations is uncommon in this sector, prevented by factors including enthusiastic brand loyalty and budgetary limitations. When switching does occur, it is driven mainly by a desire to discover whether a better brand exists, and changes in price and availability. Price and effectiveness frequently combine to form assessments of value during consumers’ purchase decision process in this product category. This study provides insight into the phenomenon of generational transfer of brand loyalty, within the context of the FMCG industry in the Western Cape. The findings within may prove useful both to brand marketers as well as researchers seeking a foundation upon which to conduct further studies in this area. The implications of this study, and recommendations for future, related studies, have been discussed in this report.

Webbtillgänglighet för en senior målgrupp inom e-handeln : Kartläggning av till vilken grad den svenska e-handeln inom hälsa uppfyller de EU-direktiv som offentliga organ förväntas efterfölja / Web Accessibility for a senior target group in e-commerce : A survey of the extent to which Swedish e-commerce in health fulfills the EU-directives that public bodies are expected to followFors Ottosson, Alfred, Johansson, Louise January 2020 (has links)
Web accessibility is an important aspect to consider when attempting to ensure a viable customer experience. To obtain web accessibility, websites should be available for everyone, regardless of any impairments. The regulation for web accessibility only applies for Swedish public authorities or for companies that are driven by public financing. These regulations are managed by the EU Web Accessibility Directive. Studies indicate that the total population for senior citizens is rising and that old age naturally brings different degrees of impairments. Research also indicates that e-commerce habits for older people are rising in Sweden, especially in the health category. Exclusion affecting a senior target group is avoided through web accessibility. It can be considered problematic that the Swedish e-commerce are not obligated to follow the EU Web Accessibility Directives. To what degree is web accessibility which public authorities are expected to follow fulfilled in the Swedish e-commerce health category? In this study, a survey of web accessibility on 16 Swedish e-commerce web pages was carried out. The web pages where measured against a web accessibility checklist based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The results from the survey identifies strengths and weaknesses in terms of accessibility. None of the web pages was fully accessible. All web pages indicate deficiencies in the basic criteria of web accessibility which, among other things, affect individuals with visual impairment. However, they all show strengths related to responsive design and greater opportunities for navigation.

Análisis de errores gramaticales en el aula de ELE : Un estudio de la producción escrita y la producción oral en la escuela suecaCalvo Fernández, Laura January 2021 (has links)
The present study aimed to investigate and analyze the most frequent grammatical errors in both oral and written production, what causes the errors as well as the possible correlation that may exist between them by means of a quantitative and qualitative method. The sample selected to perform the investigation is composed of 23 students who study the eighth course in the primary Swedish school. The data analyzed are obtained by two corpus composed of 23 written texts and 8 audios. The process followed throughout the investigation consists of a deductive method applying the Error Analysis theory. The grammatical categories are divided into verbs, prepositions, articles, gender and number concordance. In addition, in order to get a deeper understanding of the results, global, local, coherent and idiosyncratic errors are investigated. The results show that the errors in the written production are more frequent than in the oral production and that the error percentages in each grammatical category differs, predominating the errors in verbs in both corpus as well as the local and idiosyncratic errors.

Pairings of binary reflexive relational structuresChishwashwa, Nyumbu January 2007 (has links)
Masters of Science / The main purpose of this thesis is to study the interplay between relational structures and topology, and to portray pairings in terms of some finite poset models and order preserving maps. We show the interrelations between the categories of topological spaces, closure spaces and relational structures. We study the 4-point non-Hausdorff model S4 weakly homotopy equivalent to the circle s'. We study pairings of some objects in the category of relational structures, similar to the multiplication of Hopf spaces in topology. The multiplication S4 x S4 ---7 S4 fails to be order preserving for posets. Nevertheless, applying a single barycentric subdivision on S4 to get Ss, an 8-point model of the circle enables us to define an order preserving poset map Ss x Ss ---7 S4' Restricted to the axes, this map yields weak homotopy equivalences Ss ---7 S4' Hence it is a pairing. Further, using the non-Hausdorff join Ss ® Ss, we obtain a version of the Hopf map Ss ® Ss ---7 §S4. This model of the Hopf map is in fact a map of non-Hausdorff double mapping cylinders.

A category of pseudo-tangles with classifying space Ω∞ S∞ and applications / Eine Kategorie aus Pseudo-Verschlingungen mit klassifizierendem Raum Ω∞ S∞ und AnwendungenBlömer, Olaf 08 September 2000 (has links)
It is well known that the group completion of the classifying space of the free permutative category is Ω∞ S∞, i.e. stable homotopy of the 0-sphere. Quillen´s S-1S construction can be applied to the free permutative category, which has a pictorial description by pseudo-tangles, and this leads to another pictorial descripted category G which has the classifying space Ω∞ S∞. With help of this model G we can give generators for the homotopy groups of Ω∞ S∞ for i=0,1,2. As a further application, we compute the fundamental group of the free permutative category with duality and show that the association of a duality structure on the categorial level does not lead to a group completion on the level of classifying spaces.
