El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la viabilidad de la propuesta de un modelo de negocio basado en la venta wearables o tecnología vestible posicionado en seguridad personal, apoyado con el establecimiento de una tienda física. Las cifras de inseguridad en el Perú son muy elevadas, más del 80% de los peruanos ven la inseguridad uno de los principales problemas del Perú. En la actualidad hay medios tecnológicos dirigidos a aumentar el bienestar de la vida de las personas, entre ellos, los wearables. Un mercado con tasas de crecimiento proyectadas del 11%, que puede dinamizarse en los próximos años, y que en mercados emergentes ya destaca el interés por los que se dirigen a funcionalidades de seguridad. Para analizar esta oportunidad se realiza una investigación, utilizando datos primarios y secundarios, estudiando los diferentes factores y aspectos referentes a la inseguridad ciudadana que afectan a la población peruana. Se analiza el uso de la tecnología como medio por el que los usuarios obtienen soluciones a sus problemas. Percibiendo el crecimiento de la tecnología wearable como una oportunidad de mercado. Desarrollando una idea de negocio en torno a un modelo sólido y atractivo. Sustentado por la creación de valor para el consumidor resolviendo el problema de la inseguridad a través de la tecnología. Por medio del análisis del mercado y la determinación del consumidor se llega al planteamiento de estrategias de marketing y operacionales. El trabajo finaliza con una evaluación económica financiera del proyecto. / This work seeks to analyze the viability of a business based on a wearables store and positioned in personal security. Public insecurity figures in Peru are so big and more than 80% of Peruvians see public insecurity one of the central issues in the country. There are technological means to enhance the welfare of people, including wearables. Wearables market project growth rates of 11% which could be boosted in the coming years and there is already a great interest n those targeting security features. This carry out an investigation to analyze this opportunity using primary and secondary data and studying factors and issues relating to public insecurity. The use of technologies to obtain solutions also is analyzed. The growth of wearable technology is identified as a market opportunity, so the business idea develops around a solid and attractive model. The costumer value creation is aimed solving the public insecurity through technology. The market analysis and costumer segmentation help to raise marketing and operational strategies. El presente trabajo trata de la idealización y estructuración de un aplicativo móvil cuya finalidad es devolverle la sensación de seguridad a quien la utilice. Esta aplicación fue diseñada pensando en los ciudadanos de Lima metropolitana y su constante temor a ser víctimas de algún acto delictivo. En la última década, el 95% de ciudadanos limeños se sienten inseguros dentro de su día a día, sintiendo desconfianza por las autoridades y su entorno social. La aplicación YARA busca remediar la poca falta de alternativas de prevención contra delitos que existe en la actualidad, ofreciendo un dispositivo que brinde las herramientas necesarias para que los ciudadanos se mantengan siempre precavidos y alertas para evitar estas situaciones. Para la estructuración de este proyecto, se tomó en cuenta las necesidades más importantes que los ciudadanos limeños buscan satisfacer con respecto a la inseguridad ciudadana. Necesidades tales como nivel de inseguridad de las zonas, acceso rápido a las líneas de emergencia disponibles, ayuda colectiva de la comunidad limeña, entre otras más que formarán y fortalecerán una cultura de prevención ante actos delictivos, con colaboración de la comunidad y las autoridades. / This paper is about the idealization and structuring of a mobile application whose purpose is to restore the feeling of security to the users. This application was designed with for Lima citizens in mind and their constant fear of being victims of some criminal act. In the last decade, 95% of Lima citizens feel insecure within their daily lives, feeling distrust of the authorities and their social environment. YARA is an application which seeks to remedy the little lack of crime prevention alternatives that currently exists, offering an app that provides the necessary tools so that citizens always remain cautious and alert to avoid these situations. For the structuring of this project, the investigation takes the most important needs that Lima citizens seek. Needs such as the insecurity’s level in the areas, quick access to the emergency lines, collective help from the Lima community, among others that will form and strengthen a culture of prevention against criminal acts, with the collaboration of the community and the authorities. / Trabajo de investigación

No cabe duda que Lima y Callao tienen un serio problema de movilidad urbana, tan así que hoy es considerado como el segundo problema en importancia, después de la inseguridad ciudadana. Las externalidades que genera la movilidad urbana repercuten directamente en la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y en la competitividad de la ciudad. Los orígenes del problema se pueden encontrar en la falta de planificación, el crecimiento desordenado y la regulación inadecuada, a lo que se debe sumar, sin duda las deficiencias en la gobernanza de la ciudad, la superposición de autoridades y la pérdida paulatina y constante de autoridad. A partir de realidad, el Poder Ejecutivo, intenta dar solución al problema, para lo que presenta al Congreso de la República un proyecto de ley destinado a la creación de una nueva entidad: la Autoridad de Transporte Urbano para Lima y Callao – ATU, que se encargaría de asumir las funciones y competencias que tenían las municipalidades de Lima y Callao, así como las de la Autoridad Autónoma del Tren Eléctrico (AATE) del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones. La idea central es construir un sistema integrado de transporte en la ciudad. Este trabajo de investigación ha tenido como Objetivo General, realizar un análisis integral, sistémico y multidimensional de la creación de la Autoridad de Transporte Urbano para Lima y Callao - ATU, para saber si la respuesta pública es realmente sólida y es el medio apropiado para dar solución al problema de la movilidad urbana de la ciudad. En el análisis hemos encontrado, que además, la nueva entidad afronta riesgos que van desde una abierta amenaza a su existencia, por una acción de inconstitucionalidad que se ventila ante el Tribunal Constitucional; hasta notorias diferencias entre la realidad de Lima y Callao y los modelos de ciudad tomados como referencia para su creación (benchmarking). Al finalizar este Trabajo de Investigación hemos incluido conclusiones y recomendaciones que consideramos de importancia, pues nos permiten formular una propuesta de valor, que creemos puede contribuir a que la ATU pueda cumplir sus objetivos. / Lima and Callao have a serious problem of urban mobility, in citizen perception it is the second most important problem, after citizen insecurity. The externalities generated by this problem directly affect the quality of life of citizens and the competitiveness of the city. The origins of the problem can be found in the lack of planning, disorderly growth and inadequate regulation, which must undoubtedly add to the deficiencies in the governance of the city, the overlapping of authorities and the gradual and constant loss of authority. From an initiative of the Government, the public response to this situation has been the creation of a new entity: The Urban Transportation Authority for Lima and Callao – ATU, responsible for assuming the functions and competences that municipalities had, and from they build the city’s integrated transport system. This research work has had the general objective of carrying out a comprehensive, systemic and multidimensional analysis of the creation of the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao, with the purpose of determining if it is the appropriate means to find a solution to the mobility problem urban city. After the investigation has been carried out, important conclusions have been reached on the problems that put the existence of the institution at risk, based on an unconstitutionality action that is presented before the Constitutional Court; about the difference between Lima and Callao compared to the city models taken as reference (benchmarking) and about the factors that can influence the achievement of their objectives. / Trabajo de Investigación

Este trabajo analiza la influencia de los medios de comunicación en la sociedad peruana y cómo contribuye a la percepción de inseguridad ciudadana por parte de esta. Para llevarlo a cabo se utilizaron las noticias emitidas por tres programas de televisión, las cuales se analizaron y compararon en sus contenidos, y posteriormente se contrastó con la percepción que los ciudadanos tienen de estos mediante una encuesta. A través de esta investigación se logra analizar el tratamiento de noticias sobre inseguridad ciudadana en los medios televisivos peruanos y el impacto real en el ciudadano. / This paper analyzes the influence of the media in Peruvian society and how to contribute to the perception of citizen insecurity on the part of it. To carry it out, the news broadcast by three television programs were used, which were analyzed and compared in their contents, and later it was contrasted with the perception that citizens have of these through a survey. Through this research, it is possible to analyze the treatment of news on citizen insecurity in the Peruvian television media and the real impact on the citizen. / Trabajo de investigación

El presente trabajo de investigación busca implementar un aplicativo perteneciente al rubro de seguridad ciudadana, el cual ayudará a los ciudadanos a prevenir posibles actos delictivos y pedir ayuda de manera rápida, mediante un plan de pago mensual. El público objetivo está dirigido a personas que residen en el Perú de 18 a más años de edad, que se encuentren dentro del nivel socioeconómico A, B y C, así como contar con un dispositivo móvil y datos. Fast Help busca facilitar a los usuarios la prevención anticipada de la inseguridad en las calles, mediante un mapa de calor, el cuál muestra en rojo las zonas peligrosas. Así como también un botón de emergencia, el cuál será presionado en caso de ayuda inmediata; este botón se encontrará vinculado con las autoridades locales cercanas al dispositivo. Por otro lado; el aplicativo tendrá una base de datos telefónicos y noticias relacionadas como extra. A lo largo del trabajo, se presenta la creación de la idea de negocio y la plasmación de esta en un prototipo de alta fidelidad. Para esto, se procedió a realizar diversos experimentos (redes sociales, entrevista a usuarios, entrevista a expertos, focus group, fuentes secundarias, etc.) que ayuden no sólo a validar el prototipo, sino también el interés de compra en los usuarios y la viabilidad de esta en proyecciones futuras, mediante análisis financieros. / This research work seeks to implement an application belonging to the field of citizen security, which will help citizens to prevent possible criminal acts and ask for help quickly, through a monthly payment plan. The public objective is aimed at people who reside in Peru from 18 years of age or older, who are within socioeconomic level A, B and C, as well as having a mobile device and data. Fast Help seeks to provide users with early prevention of insecurity on the streets, through a heat map, which shows dangerous areas in red. As well as an emergency button, which will be pressed in case of immediate help; this button will be linked to local authorities near the device. On the other hand; the application will have a telephone database and related news as an extra. Throughout the work, the creation of the business idea and its embodiment in a high-fidelity prototype are presented. For this, various experiments were carried out (social networks, interviews with users, interviews with experts, focus groups, secondary sources, etc.) that help not only to validate the prototype, but also the purchasing interest of users and the viability of this in future projections, through financial analysis. / Trabajo de investigación
