Estes meios, que estiveram presentes na história do jornalismo brasileiro, não têm a repercussão e o alcance das grandes empresas de comunicação, mas são iniciativas que colaboram na ampliação de perspectivas sobre a realidade e na construção de uma comunicação mais democrática. Este trabalho visa examinar o complexo quadro do jornalismo brasileiro na atualidade e a relevância do jornalismo alternativo à grande mídia no enriquecimento da esfera pública. O trabalho apresenta uma revisão dos conceitos de hegemonia e cidadania, um olhar sobre a estrutura do jornalismo através das principais teorias do jornalismo e uma reflexão sobre o conceito de alternativo. A parte analítica se constrói a partir de uma observação sobre o jornal Sem Terra salientando características, seu discurso sobre a concepção de cidadania relacionado ao projeto de reforma agrária e sua relevância frente ao jornalismo da grande mídia. o jornalismo alternativo aparece como apenas um dos instrumentais nas lutas de cidadania, mas de importância fundamental ao ampliar as leituras da realidade e permitir reflexões sobre a linguagem jornalística assumida com o advento da modernidade / Abstract: Several groups reveal their interests, their critical position on reality throgh structure alternative of communication ways for great media. These ways, that were present during history of brazilian journalism don't have the repercussion and reach of great communication enterprises, but they are initiatives that collaborate to spread of perspectives about the reality and on structure of communication more democratic. This work aims to look over the complex situation of brazilian journalism nowadays and significance of alternative journalism for great media on amplification of public field. The work presents a review of concepts of hegemony and citizenhood, a view over the structure of journalism through main theories of journalism and a reflexion about the concept of alternative. The analytic side organizes itself from observation about the newspaper Sem Terra emphasizing their principal characteristic, their speech about the conception of citizenship related to agrarian reform project and its significance about journalism of great media. Beltran / Banca: Irlan Von Lisingen / Resumo: As iniciativas destinadas ao uso racional da energia, em virtude da característica integradora de conceitos desse tema, revelam-se tanto nas ações mais elementares, como a eliminação do desperdício, quanto nas análises mais rebuscadas, envolvendo estudos técnico-econômicos para a escolha de uma determinada intervenção. Nesse leque de opções, a educação é um elemento sempre lembrado e tido como condição de significativa importância para levar adiante a mudança de valores dos consumidores de energia em prol da economia de recursos naturais e de capital. Todavia, a abordagem educacional do uso racional da energia, apesar das iniciativas pioneiras, necessita ser focalizada no indivíduo, no que se refere aos processos afetivos e cognitivos, para posteriormente agregar as informações de caráter técnico, visandose o incentivo à ação social. Para esse desenvolvimento, além dos estudos oriundos das atividades do setor energético, agregaram-se informações de domínio da psicologia e da educação, balizando-se pela legislação vigente e pelos critérios paramétricos da educação no Brasil. A característica transversal do tema, através do ensino contextualizado, cria condições favoráveis à construção do conhecimento a respeito da energia e seu uso e, portanto, tem potencial de promover o desenvolvimento sustentável pela cidadania. O presente modelo educacional para a conservação da energia tem o objetivo de contribuir com o setor energético visando sistematizar os conteúdos nos ensinos fundamental, médio e superior a partir de ferramentas efetivas para os processos de ensino-aprendizagem, auxiliando os educadores desses segmentos no planejamento do ensino. / Abstract: The initiatives aimed to energy conservation, due to its integrating characteristics, conduct many actions, since the energy waste elimination to the most sophisticated tool of intervention, as viability studies. In this range of options, the education always is remembered, because it is an important way to get the change of human values in a favor to save natural resources and capital. However, the educational broach of rational energy use, in spite of pioneering actions, needs to be person focused, relatively to the affective and cognitive process, to aggregate subsequently the technical information, looking for the social actions. For this development, beyond studies with origin in energy sector, information of psychology and educational domain was considered, aligning with present Brazilian legislation and educational parametric criteria. The transverse characteristic of this topic, by a contextualized teaching, create favorable conditions to knowledge build in relation to energy and its consumption and, hence, it has potential to promote the sustainable development by citizenship. The present educational model to the energy conservation has the objective to contribute with energy sector, in direction to systematize the contents at fundamental, middle and superior educational levels, starting from effective tools in teaching and learning process, helping teachers in these segments at teach planning. Procuramos mostrar que tais questões embora presentes no cotidiano escolar, foram se tornando corriqueiras a ponto de tornarem-se imperceptíveis aos sujeitos que as vivenciam. O texto trata das relações de gênero instituídas por meio da religião, com enfoque nas professoras crentes da Congregação Cristã no Brasil, uma igreja que conta com um número considerável de fiéis e que apresenta características diferenciadas das demais igrejas pentecostais. Discute-se alguns conceitos que se cruzam e entrecruzam ao longo do trabalho, e se encerra concluindo que embora o discurso circulante afirme que "religião não se discute", se faz necessário incluir na pauta das discussões as questões referentes à identidade/diferença, produzidas pelas religiões, apesar da complexidade dessa tarefa já que não se constitui numa questão gerada no interior de movimentos sociais, e nem possui características reivindicatórias de nenhum grupo social. / Abstract: This paper presents some queries about religiosity and the gender relations related to them that deserve to be discussed whose theme is the construction of citizenship and human emancipation. However, such queries are present in school routine; they were so common that became imperceptible to the ones who lived it, The text deals with gender relations instituted by religion, focusing on protestant teachers from " Congregação Cristã no Brasil" a church which has a great number of followers and has different characteristics from other Pentecostal churches. Some concepts that crossed and intercrossed throughout the paper are discussed, and it ends concluding that, although circulating speech claims that "we must not discuss religion", it is an issue needed to be discussed referring to identity/differences, created by religions, in despite of complexity of this task because it is not a query generated inside social movements, and neither has characteristics of vindication from any social group. / Mestre

Orientador: Lilia Christina de Oliveira Martins / Resumo: O presente estudo analisa a Política Pública Municipal de Assistência Social através da construção de três categorias ou eixos temáticos: cidadania, política pública de assistência social e projeto ético-político, Dessa forma, buscou-se verificar como se encontra concebida a cidadania e como esta se articula ao Projeto Ético-Político e ao compromisso profissional do assistente social com a população usuária. O cenário da pesquisa contextualizou-se na cidade de Bauru, cuja Política Pública Municipal de Assistência Social encontra-se sob gestão municipal, articulando uma rede de organizações sociais da sociedade civil e os programas públicos municipais. Foram protagonistas sete assistentes sociais do quadro de profissionais da Secretaria do Bem-Estar Social do município de Bauru, escolhidos intencionalmente para representar cada programa municipal: Assistência Social à Família, Atenção à Criança e ao Adolescente, Atenção à Criança (00-06 anos), Inserção ao Mercado de Trabalho, Atenção aos Idosos, Idosos e Pessoas Portadoras de Deficiência e Acompanhamento de Cumprimento de Medidas Sócio-Educativas - Modalidade de Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade. A análise das categorias leva em consideração a relação teoria-prática, conduzindo aos seguintes resultados: no município de Bauru a PPMAS encontra-se em meio ao processo de consolidação, oferecendo as atenções previstas na LOAS, mas não para todos que delas necessitam. A cidadania apresenta-se como preocupação coletiva, mas não como passível de ser articulada integralmente junto à população usuária, que apesar de elegível, acaba excluída do acesso aos bens e serviços. Finalmente, o Projeto Ético- Político e o compromisso profissional estão presentes nos depoimentos, contudo...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyse the County Public Politics of Social Attendance through the construction of three categories or thematic axes: citizenship, public politics of social attendance and ethical-political project. The scenery of the research was in the Bauru city, whose CPPSA is under the county administration, articulating a net of social organizations of the civil society and county public programs. The object of the research was defined as: "The citizenship, mediated by the social worker, in the space of the CPPSA and its relationship with the professional ethical-political project". The general aim of this work was defined trough the identification and analysis of the way how citizenship, foreseen social rights and professional ethicalpolitical project are articulated. The protagonists were seven social workers of the staff of the Social Welfare Department of Bauru city, chosen intentionally to represent each county program: Social Attendance to the Family, Attention to the Child and to the Adolescent, Attention to the Child, Insertion to the Labor Market, Attention to the Aged People, Aged People and Handicapped and Execution Management of Social- Educational Measures - Services to the Community. The analysis of the categories has driven to the following results: the CPPSA reveals the preoccupation of the subjects with the citizenship; however the conception and the drive of the professional actions do not materialize the construction and the awakening for the citizenship. In the Citizenship category, a collective preoccupation is verified on the part of the professionals, but it is not totally articulated with the population, prevailing the bourgeois conception of citizenship. Finally, the Ethical-Political Project is known by the subjects, however, it is not assumed by everybody, some of them assume it in the intention and in the action, others just assume it in the intention, with a speech separated of the action. / Mestre

Entendido por muitos como possibilidade de desenvolvimento para a democracia e do futuro das relações políticas e econômicas internacionais, por meio da uma sociedade civil mais participativa, tem se tornado centro da atenção da mídia e alvo de interesse pela comunidade científica. A terminologia Terceiro Setor teve origem nos Estados Unidos no final dos anos setenta e, justamente por essa recente aparição e a sua excessiva abrangência, ainda provoca bastante discussão. Organizações não-governamentais (ONG), fundações, associações, grupos informais de voluntariado, instituições sem fins lucrativos, organizações da sociedade civil de interesse público (OSCIP) e até mesmo partidos políticos estão entre os atores envolvidos, onde os conceitos de público e privado parecem se confundir. Outra característica do Terceiro Setor é a interessante possibilidade que abre para o investimento privado que, além dos benefícios e isenções fiscais que proporciona aos seus parceiros, pode também funcionar como eficaz ferramenta de comunicação. Para a realização desse trabalho foram escolhidas duas instituições do Terceiro Setor, da região de Assis, com diferentes características: 1) uma fundação, diretamente vinculada a uma grande empresa privada e 2) uma instituição filantrópica autônoma sem fins lucrativos, ambas com atuação na área da infância e adolescência. Através de entrevistas realizadas nas instituições, foram colhidas as opiniões dos sujeitos, funcionários e voluntários, selecionados pela área de atuação, que foram interpretadas ...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present work had as objective to place and to discuss, starting from certain concepts, the performance of the Third Sector, as a new one enterprising social, front to the State (First Sector) and the Market (Second Sector). Understood by many as development possibility for the democracy and of the future of the international political and economic relationships, by means of to a civil society with more activity, it has if turned center of the attention of the media and objective of interest for the scientific community. The terminology Third Sector had origin in United States in the end of the seventies and, exactly for that recent appearance and its excessive inclusion, it still provokes plenty of discussion. No-government organizations (ONG), foundations, associations, volunteers' informal groups, institutions without lucrative ends, organizations of the civil society of public interest (OSCIP) and even parties politicians they are among the involved actors, where public's concepts and private they resemble to confuse. Another characteristic of the Third Sector is the interesting possibility that opens for the private investment that, besides the benefits and fiscal exemptions that it provides to its partners, it can also work as effective communication tool. For the accomplishment of that work they were chosen two institutions of the Third Sector, of Assis' area, with different characteristics: 1) a foundation, directly linked at a great private company and 2) an autonomous philanthropic institution without lucrative ends, both with performance in the area of the childhood and adolescence. Partindo de respostas comportamentais mensuráveis, elaborou-se e foi aplicado um questionário na amostra contemplada. A fundamentação teórica que serviu como linha de base ao desenvolvimento das idéias aqui contidas, levou em conta as referências ao tema nas obras de alguns autores de várias áreas do conhecimento, especialmente as Ciências Sociais, Psicologia, Direito Contratual (clássicos), Educação e Filosofia, do século XVIII ao XXI. Após esta pesquisa, a problematização do tema toma novos contornos mais definidos para o autor: há que se levar em conta metas e projetos individuais, para o estudo da motivação humana relacionada a uma atitude academicamente crítica, projetos estes que devem nortear a atitude científica dos estudantes e suas próprias relações interpessoais dentro e fora da academia. Ressalta-se ainda, a necessidade da ampliação do tema no que se refere à vida emocional dos indivíduos, estudantes e professores, envolvidos no processo ensino-aprendizagem, além da essencial visão dos universos simbólicos imbricados em toda relação humana, integrantes da rede de influências sociais, com ênfase nas informações atualmente disponíveis, das quais o ser humano é autor/diretor/ator/consumidor, podendo ser, além disso, agente crítico. / Abstract: This research is intended for studying the critical sense among college students on the second grade of Marketing course. Starting from measurable behavioral answers, a questionnaire on the sample collected was elaborated and applied. The theoretical foundations used as basis to the development of the ideas herein contained has considered the references to the theme on the works of some authors from a number of knowledge areas, specially Social Sciences, Psychology, Contractual Law (classics), Education and Philosophy from de 17th to the 21 th century. The approach adopted in this study takes into account concepts specifically from the Behaviorist Psychology and Anthroposophic Psychology, for they allow amore comprehensive view of the human subjectivity and objectification in the concrete world through willingness. After the present research, the theme and its problematical has made itself clearer to the author. It is paramount to consider goals and individual projects to the study of the human motivation related to an attitude academically critical, since such projects must guide the student's scientific attitude and their own interpersonal relations inside and outside school. It is also highlighted the necessity to amplify the theme with regard to the emotional life of those involved on the teaching-learning process, as well as the essential view of the symbolical universes associated to every human relation and constituent of the social influences network, emphasizing the information currently available, with the human being as author/ actor/consumer and also critical agent. / Mestre

Orientador: Tânia Suely Antonelli Marcelino Brabo / Banca: Eduardo Solon Annes Viola / Banca: Neusa Maria Dal Ri / Resumo: Nesta dissertação, apresentam-se resultados de pesquisa de Mestrado em Educação que teve por objetivo identificar e verificar as concepções e práticas de educação em direitos humanos de diretoras, coordenadoras, professoras e funcionárias que atuam em duas escolas públicas estaduais das séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, que atendem alunos e alunas de nível socioeconômico diferente. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e coleta de dados empíricos por meio de entrevistas semiestruturas e observações do cotidiano escolar. A pesquisa é continuidade da iniciação científica cujo objetivo delimitou-se em conhecer a concepção, se e como a educação em direitos humanos era trabalhada na escola e foi desenvolvida numa escola pública estadual que atende alunos e alunas de baixa renda. Partes dos dados coletados são retomados e aprofundados buscando estabelecer semelhanças e diferenças em relação a uma escola estadual que atende alunos e alunas provenientes de famílias de nível socioeconômico médio. Com a Constituição de 1988, no Brasil, os direitos humanos são reconhecidos como parte do arcabouço jurídico e institucional, tornando a educação em direitos humanos tema da política de Estado. Em 2003 o Comitê Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos lançou o Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos tendo sua versão finalizada em 2006. O documento contempla cinco grandes eixos de atuação, dentre eles, a educação básica, vista como meio profícuo de disseminação de uma cultura de direitos humanos. Assim, a educação em direitos humanos tem ganhado visibilidade como um dos caminhos necessários para a efetivação dos direitos e para a construção de uma sociedade mais justa e solidária / Abstract: This paper present itself the results of the research on Master's Degree in Education which have for objective to verify the concepts and practice of human rights education in directors, coordinators, teachers and employees that actuate in two public schools in the beginning grades of elementary school that serves students from different socioeconomic classes. For this there were performed for both bibliographic and documental and empirical data collection by means of semi-structured interviews and observation of the daily routine in school life. The research is a continuity of the scientific initiation whose objective is delimited by knowing the conception, if and how the human rights education was worked in school and developed in a state school that serves students from low income. Parts of the collected data are resumed and deepened in order to establish similarities and differences regarding to one state school that serves students from middle class. With the 1988 Constitution, in Brazil, human rights as are recognized a whole part of the legal and institutional framework, turning the education into human rights the centric theme of the public policy. In 2003 the National Committee for Education in Human Rights released the National Plan for Human Rights Education having the version finished in 2006. The document contemplates five main axis of activity, among those, basic education, seen as an useful mean for the dissemination of a culture from human rights. Considera-se que a comunicação pública, quando apoiada em tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC) e em um trabalho em rede, possibilita a oferta de uma prestação de serviços mais abrangente, de modo a assegurar os direitos sociais da população e o exercício da cidadania. Desse modo, sua existência na sociedade contemporânea é permeada por estreirta relação para a emancipação dos cidadãos e maior visibilidade das ações governamentais, em especial, estabelecendo novas formas de relações sociais. Assim, com o objetivo de estudar a relação entre a comunicação pública e a cidadania, realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza exploratório-descritiva junto à Unidade Poupatempo de Bauru (SP), uma vez que esse ambiente congrega ações que envolvem basicamente a comunicação pública com os cidadãos, congregando ações governamentais e não governamentais em um único local, de forma articulada, estabelecendo uma nova forma de prestação de serviços de acesso e uso da informação à comunidade. A questão central foi estabelecida como sendo: De que forma a comunicação pública pode influenciar na construção da cidadania? It is considered that the public notice, when supported by information and communication technologies (TIC) and work in a network, enables the provision of services more comprehensive, to ensure the social rights of the people and the exercise of citizenship. Thus, their existence in contemporary society is permeated by close relation to the empowerment of citizens and greater visibility of government actions, in particular, establishing new forms of social relations. Thus, to study the relationship between the public communication and citizenship, there was a search for exploratory-descriptive nature with the Office of Poupatempo Bauru (SP), since this environment brings actions involving mainly the communication with public citizens, bringing together government and non-governmental in one place, so articulate, establishing a new form of provision of access and use the information to the community. The central question was established as: How the public communication can influence the construction of citizenship? The methodological procedures consisted of: search/review from the literature for the construction of theoretical framework of support; documentary research with the memory of the instituition studied; field research, through structured interviews with 350 users of the environment studied and established and recognized experts in the fied of public communication, these issues by sending an e-mail and involving the best aspects of conceptual understanding that could serve as suport for interpreting the responses of users involved in research. Necessário se faz refletir, cautelosamente, a esfera da informação e o domínio cultural da comunicação. A presente dissertação destaca, como bases do discurso da comunicação, o discurso histórico e o literário, tão bem defendidos por Baccega (1998). Lança, como constelação temática, um caminho crítico da poesia percorrido pelo jornalista-escritor José Castello, levantando a questão: qual a fronteira entre o jornalista e o escritor? Questiona se há mesmo um abismo intransponível entre o jornalismo factual e o jornalismo especializado em literatura. Desenha um caminho, em que se manifesta uma feliz convivência: jornalismo e literatura, no qual a palavra, desafiada, aceita o combate. Privilegia a estética da recepção, metodologia a abrir caminhos, caminhos esses escudados nas obras de Jauss (1979), Iser (1996), Jouve (2002), Perrone-Moisés (1973), Ravoux-Rallo (1993). Elege o Caderno Cultural (Caderno 2) de O Estado de S. Paulo para análise do cruzamento contemplado. Aponta a leitura crítica como uma prática indispensável, para que o leitor se transforme em historiador do cotidiano e sujeito de sua própria história, condições imprescindíveis à formação do cidadão crítico. Pontua a questão do Jornalismo/Literatura como ampla e complexa e busca demonstrar a importância dos "segundos cadernos" e sua interação com o leitor. Revela assim a fronteira permeável entre jornalismo periódico e literatura, como um modo de avançar na complexidade, sem renunciar à unidade, sem desrespeitar as quatro razões de ser do jornalismo: informar, interpretar, orientar e entreter. / Abstract: Our present days are characterized by a new communicational ideology, thus it is necessary to consider curefully both the information range and the cultural field of communication. This actual dissertation highlights, as the basics of the communication speech, the historical speech and the Literary one, so well supported by Baccega (1998). It also sets, us a thematic constellation, a critical path of the journalist-writer José Castelloþs poetry, raising the issue: what is the boundary between the journalist and the writer? It puts in question if there is really un unbridgeable abyss between the factual journalism and the one specialized in Literature. It outlines a path in which a happy companionship is revealed: journalism and Literature and here the word, still defied, accepts the combat. It favors the aesthetic of the reception, this methodology still about to open ways which are well cared in the works of Jauss (1979), Iser (1996), Jouve (2002), Perrone-Moisés (1973), Ravoux-Rallo (1993). It chooses the Cultural Pages of "O Estado de São Paulo" (Section 2) for an analysis of such observed crossing. It points out the critical reading as an indispensable practice so that the reader can turn into a historian of his daily living and master of his own history, such conditions considered quite vital to the critical citizen building up. It depicts the Journalism/Literature issue as something ample and complex and it tries to demonstrate the importance of the "section twos" and its interaction with the reader. It reveals in this manner the allowing passage between the periodical journalism and Literature as a way of progressing in the complexity, without renouncing unity, without disrespecting the four reasons for making journalism, that is: to inform, to interpret, to give guidance and to entertain. / Mestre
