A Tese na [da] Caixa Preta aborda o princípio de uma entidade exemplificadora de si mesma no dispositivo de arquivamento de uma escritura. Uma coleção de obras de arte contemporâneas brasileiras foi formada com o objetivo de lastrear a mediação e ação culturais tendo como base a realização de exposições e experiências envolvendo o sistema das artes entre seus aspectos formais e informais. Objetivos: Exemplificar a literalidade do papel dos sistemas artísticos formais e informais para obtenção de uma consistência entre a origem simbólica da linguagem e as variações surgidas na repetição [diferência termo de Derrida] conforme a lei do acontecimento [também de acordo com Jacques Derrida] e do poder retrospectivo de um dispositivo arquivante de uma escritura Métodos: Exercício de papéis diferentes e experimentais nesse sistema das artes: entre o pesquisador, colecionador, curador, artista, espectador, leitor e por último, o escritor [aquele que redige a própria experiência como o dispositivo que irá arquivar todos os resultados obtidos durante o processo]. Resultados: A coleção formada foi transformada em lastro conceitual para várias instalações e exposições artísticas. Os resultados da mediação e ação cultural entre os circuitos formal e informal do sistema das artes foram documentados, além da escritura de uma tese, em um DVD com o mesmo título: A Tese na [da] Caixa Preta que mostra [como matéria de prova], em três vídeos, as imagens das experiências citadas. / The thesis in [of] the black box is based on the principle of an entity that exemplifies itself in an archive scriptural system. Several Brazilian Contemporary Art pieces were acquired to form a collection which was used for cultural action and mediation purposes such as exhibitions and experiences involving the Brazilian art system in its formal and informal aspects. Objectives: To exemplify the literality role within the formal and informal art systems in order to have a consistency between the symbolic origin of language and the variations that appear in repetition [differance term used by Derrida] according the event law [in Jacques Derridas philosophy perspective] and the retrospective power of archival device of scripture. Results: The formal art collection was transformed into conceptual ballast for several artistic installations and exhibitions. The results of the cultural actions and mediation within the formal and informal circuits of the Brazilian art system were documented, beyond the thesis writing process [thesis scripture], in a DVD with the same title: The thesis in [of] the black box that shows [as a matter of proof], in three videos, the images of the above mentioned experiences.

Esta dissertação traz para estudo a criação da Divisão de Bibliotecas do Departamento de Cultura e Recreação da Prefeitura de São Paulo (1935). Apresenta, discute e analisa a política cultural colocada em prática, bem como as ações que foram realizadas pela Biblioteca Infantil, Biblioteca Municipal, Biblioteca Circulante e Biblioteca Popular no período de 1935 até 1938. Apresenta as discussões políticas, documentos de época, organograma das estruturas de governo, as preocupações com pessoal e orçamento para a realização das atividades na Divisão de Bibliotecas. Discute a relação do Estado frente a projetos que envolvam a informação, a cultura e a sociedade, na perspectiva compreensiva no campo das políticas culturais. Identifica os pontos de articulação que as bibliotecas públicas da Divisão de Bibliotecas realizaram com o Estado à luz das políticas culturais. Conclui que o Departamento de Cultura e a criação da Divisão de Bibliotecas estabeleceu um novo padrão de intervenção do Estado na área da cultura, bem como nas atividades realizadas pelas bibliotecas públicas em sociedade. / This research study brings to the creation of the Division of Libraries, Department of Culture and Recreation of the City of São Paulo (1935). Presents, discusses and analyzes the cultural policy put in place as well as the actions that were performed by the Children\'s Library, City Library, Library Current and Popular Library in the period from 1935 until 1938. Features political discussions, documents time chart of government structures, concerns over staff and budget to carry out the activities in the Division of Libraries. Discusses the relationship of the state against projects involving information, culture and society, comprehensive perspective in the field of cultural policies. Identifies the points of articulation that public libraries of the Division of Libraries held with the State in the light of cultural policies. Concludes that the Department of Culture and the Creation of the Division of Libraries has set a new standard for state intervention in the field of culture as well as the activities carried out by public libraries in society.

In Maranhão this fact was evidenced in different ways, through either the expansion andinternalization or in the qualified educational and cultural service deliver, especially in the area of knowledge in arts, that has developed a proactive, collaborationist and interdisciplinary role with the subjects, institutions and communities. In this context, the old professionalizing school has abandoned the vocation aiming former machine-men, for opening possibilities for a more humanistic education, in which the art/education professionals, supported by the students, teachers and the others cultural agents, has been giving an important contribution that became noticeable through diverse practices. The description of this scenario synthesize the main results got by this research, that was developed between 2013 and 2015, in Açailância Campus, IFMA, with the following aims: verifying the way the pedagogical actions in arts allows changes in the school context of the integrated education, linking the tutorship to the research and extension; analyzing the pedagogical processes and cultural and artistic events that contribute to this educative construction; and analyzing the way the educative action in arts collaborated for the occurrence of this social, educational and cultural change in the Integrated Elementary Education within that town. The theoretical-methodological purpose which has interdisciplinary origin was based in the conceptions more iterant of the art/education , cultural action and cultural studies, predicting an organization mediated by the research action and others complementary methodological procedures. It was verified that during the research the creation of the Study and Research Group in Art in the Açailândia Campus of IFMA, coordinated by the teacher and author of this research was relevant, which has organized artistic events linked to the tutorship, research and extension. / Após a implantação dos Institutos Federais em todo o território nacional, as ações vinculadas ao ensino, pesquisa e extensão deram novo sabor à educação profissional e tecnológica brasileira. No Maranhão isso se evidenciou de diversas maneiras, seja através da expansão e interiorização, seja na prestação de serviços educacionais e culturais de qualidade, especialmente na área de conhecimento em arte, que passou a desempenhar um papel proativo, colaboracionista e interdisciplinar junto aos sujeitos, instituições e comunidades. Nesse contexto, a antiga escola profissionalizante abandonou a vocação de formadora de homens máquinas, para, em seu lugar, abrir possibilidades para a uma educação humanista, na qual os profissionais da arte/educação, apoiados pelos estudantes, professores e demais agentes culturais, vêm dando uma contribuição ímpar e que se tornou visível através de práticas diversificadas. A descrição desse cenário sintetiza os principais resultados conseguidos pela presente pesquisa, que foi desenvolvida entre 2013 e 2015, no Campus Açailândia do IFMA, com os seguintes objetivos: verificar como a prática pedagógica em arte possibilita modificações no contexto escolar da educação integrada, interligando o ensino à pesquisa e extensão; analisar os processos pedagógicos e acontecimentos culturais e artísticos que favorecerem essa dada construção educativa; e finalmente, de que forma a prática educativa em arte colaborou para que ocorresse essa mudança social, educacional e cultural na Educação Básica Integrada, no âmbito daquele município. A proposta teóricometodológica de natureza interdisciplinar assentou-se nas concepções mais recorrentes da arte/educação, ação cultural e dos estudos culturais, prevendo uma organização mediada pela pesquisa ação e outros procedimentos metodológicos complementares. Verificou-se que nessa caminhada foi de fundamental importância a criação do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Arte no Campus Açailândia do IFMA, coordenado pela professora e autora da pesquisa, o qual passou a organizar as ações artísticas vinculadas ao ensino, à pesquisa e extensão.

The questions I tried to answer were: 1. what are the theoretical-methodological differences and similarities between the reading mediation as social action and the group thinkaloud?; 1.1. in which aspects each of these practices contributes to a paradigmatic change in teaching the reading of literary texts in the classroom?; 1.2. in which sense these social practices of reading (BLOOME, 1983; STREET, 1984; 1993) can complete each other and enrich the mediator and students performance, based on the knowledge on how the questions emerge in my interaction with the students?; 1.3. in which sense these social practices of reading can contribute to training the reader of literary texts? This research has a qualitative design (BORTONI-RICARDO, 2008), a critical interpretive approach (MOITA LOPES, 2006; FIDALGO, 2006), and the data were analyzed through the interpretation of these reading practices, considering the meanings developed by the social subjects. The theoretical framework is related to reading, literacy, literature, metaphor, teaching-learning, and inquiry theories. The instruments for data generation were: 1. the group think-aloud; 2. reading diaries (MACHADO, 1998); and 3. group interview (FLICK, 2009). The subjects involved were the female students from the Project Reading Mediators Training, having the researcher as mediator. The results obtained revealed: 1. reading practices investigated favor the leading role of students in the development of readings; 2. the questions as important elements in the development of readings; and 3. the literary genre, when approached without interference of school tasks, can be a source of: critical reflections, aesthetical enjoyment, and sensitizing of the reader with regard to its humanizing character / Este trabalho, que se insere na área da Linguística Aplicada, tem por objetivo: 1. investigar práticas sociais de leitura, isto é, a mediação de leitura como ação cultural (TEIXEIRA COELHO, 1989) e o pensar alto em grupo (ZANOTTO, 1995; 2008), no intuito de buscar confluências teórico-metodológicas, a fim de contribuir para uma mudança paradigmática no ensino de leitura de textos literários em sala de aula, bem como para a formação do leitor; e 2. analisar minha prática, por meio da pesquisa-ação (KINCHELOE, 1997), que ocorreu na interação com as alunas, ou seja, como eu respondi a elas e como elas responderam a mim. As perguntas que busquei responder foram: 1. quais são as diferenças e semelhanças teórico-metodológicas entre a mediação de leitura como ação cultural e o pensar alto em grupo?; 1.1. em quais aspectos cada uma dessas práticas contribui para uma mudança paradigmática do ensino de leitura de textos literários em sala de aula?; 1.2. em quais termos essas práticas sociais de leitura (BLOOME, 1983; STREET, 1984; 1993) podem complementar-se enriquecendo a atuação do mediador e dos alunos, a partir do conhecimento de como ocorrem as perguntas na interação entre mim e os alunos?; 1.3. em qual sentido essas práticas sociais de leitura podem contribuir para a formação do leitor de textos literários? Esta pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa (BORTONI-RICARDO, 2008), de orientação interpretativista crítica (MOITA LOPES, 2006; FIDALGO, 2006), e os dados foram analisados a partir da interpretação dessas práticas de leitura, com interesse nos significados construídos pelos sujeitos sociais. A fundamentação teórica está relacionada a teorias de leitura, de letramento, de literatura, de metáfora, de ensino-aprendizagem e de perguntas. Os instrumentos de geração de dados foram: 1. o pensar alto em grupo; 2. diários de leitura (MACHADO, 1998); e 3. entrevista em grupo (FLICK, 2009). Os sujeitos envolvidos foram as alunas do Projeto Formação de Mediadores de Leitura, tendo a pesquisadora na condição de mediadora. Os resultados obtidos revelaram: 1. práticas de leitura investigadas favorecem o protagonismo dos alunos na construção das leituras; 2. as perguntas como elementos importantes na construção das leituras; e 3. o gênero literário, quando abordado sem a interferência de tarefas escolares, pode ser fonte de: reflexões críticas, fruição estética e sensibilização do leitor quanto ao seu caráter humanizador

O presente estudo trata do desenvolvimento de ações culturais junto a jovens de periferia por meio de processos teatrais. Partiu-se do questionamento se é possível desenvolver tais processos utilizando características do movimento Hip Hop com a hipótese de que o vínculo com esse movimento facilita o acesso ao universo dos jovens. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados para tal finalidade estão embasados nos conceitos da Peça didática de Bertolt Brecht e no Jogo teatral de Viola Spolin de maneira a utilizar as temáticas do movimento Hip Hop como modelos de ação durante as práticas com jogo teatral. Os resultados encontrados indicam que a junção entre processos teatrais e o movimento Hip Hop fornece uma interessante ferramenta de desenvolvimento de ações culturais, uma vez que foi constatada a criação de ambientes propícios à troca de experiências entre os jovens de forma que pudessem refletir juntos sobre o contexto social em que vivem e sua relação com a sociedade atual. / The present study deals the development of cultural actions for young people of periphery through theater processes. The initial questioning was to develop such processes using Hip Hop movement characteristics based on the hypothesis that this link facilitates the access to the youngers universe. The methodological procedures adopted for this purpose are grounded in the concepts of didactic piece of Bertolt Brecht and the theater game of Viola Spolin using themes from the Hip Hop as models for action during practice with theater game. The observed results show that the junction between theater processes and the Hip Hop movement provides an interesting tool for the development of cultural actions, as has been observed to create the propitious environments for the exchange of experiences between young people for they could reflect together on the context in which they live and their relationship to society.

Questões contemporâneas relacionadas ao museu têm ocupado discussões a respeito de sua atuação e das representações no espaço expositivo. A aproximação do global com o local é efetiva quando o a exposição é reelaborada a partir da cultura da imagem, aproximando-se de resultados advindos de processos colaborativos com grupos do entorno, tradicionalmente sem representatividade em seus acervos. A aproximação com o grupo cultural requer o desenvolvimento de metodologias onde o levantamento patrimonial passa a ser prática efetuada diretamente com esses sujeitos culturais. A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo investigar aspectos contemporâneos da cultura indígena, pela abordagem dos Estudos de Recepção, o que permitiu o levantamento do momento cultural atual do grupo Kaingang da aldeia Vanuíre, buscando relacioná-lo aos aspectos globais que incidem sobre as formas de se apresentar sua cultura na exposição. Conclui-se que aspectos da cultura indígena, aparentemente tão distantes do campo digital, se mostram bastante apropriados para reflexões que se ampliam da exposição para o campo museológico. / Contemporary issues related to the museum have held discussions about its operations and representations in the exhibition space. The approach of the global with the local is effective when the exposure takes into account aspects of the culture of the image, while he can approach the results generated by interactive processes along the nearby museum groups. This approach to local cultures requires the development of new methodologies of patrimonial raising, in direct action with these groups. This research aims to investigate contemporary aspects of indigenous culture, the reception studies, to survey the current time of Kaingang group of village Vanuíre, while seeking to relate them to the global aspects that focus on contemporary ways of seeing, causing reflections on possible representations by the museum. We conclude that specific aspects of indigenous cultures, seemingly distant of the culture of the image, and perhaps for that reason, are relevant to approaches that focus not only on the exposure, expanding to the theoretical and methodological field of Museology.

O presente trabalho pretende deter-se na análise da gestão cultural implementada pela Secretaria Municipal de Cultura da cidade de São Paulo - SMCSP, no período de 1989 a 1992. Analisar o Projeto Cidadania Cultural proposto pela então Secretária Marilena Chauí, e identificar as diretrizes de sua política pública para a cultura. Esse projeto pretendia criar mecanismos de autoorganização dos cidadãos paulistanos, para que estes fossem partícipes do fazer cultural. Constatou-se que, embora a cidade de São Paulo tenha sido transformada em um \"laboratório de experiências culturais\" do Partido dos Trabalhadores, com a intenção de substituir o \"clientelismo pluralista\" pelo \"participacionismo popular\", esse objetivo não foi alcançado. / This work concerns about the analysis of the cultural management implemented by the Secretaria Municipal de Cultura (Municipal Department of Culture) of São Paulo city - SMCSP, from 1989 to 1992. It intends to analyze the Projeto Cidadania Cultural (Cultural Citizenship Project) proposed by Secretary Marilena Chauí, and to identify the guidelines of her public policy on culture. This project aimed to create self-organization mechanisms for São Paulo\'s citizens, so those could be part of the cultural making-process. It was established that, although the city of São Paulo had been transformed into a \"laboratory of cultural experiments\" of the Workers Party, with the intention of substituting the \"pluralist clientelism\" for the \"popular participationism\", this goal has not been achieved.

Em sua estrutura foi criada a Discoteca Pública Municipal, que era dirigida por Oneyda Alvarenga. Órgão ativo de pesquisa inserido no projeto de música nacional de Mário de Andrade, entre 1935 e 1945, a Discoteca promoveu uma série de ações que visavam a elevação do gosto musical dos habitantes da cidade e pesquisas no campo do folclore musical, que serviam de base para os músicos interessados em aderir ao projeto de música nacional proposto pelo chefe do Departamento de Cultura. Among these actions, the Concertos Comentados de Discos (Commented Recorder Concerts), Serviço de Consulta Pública de Discos e Partituras (Service of Public Consultations of Recorder and Partitions) and the recorder writings of the Series of São Paulo Erudite Music, Folklore Music and Word Archive are distinguished.
