Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех частей, заключения, библиографического списка, приложений. В теоретической части ведется изучение теоретических основ кадрового потенциала сотрудника на предприятии, а именно, понятийный анализ, сущностная характеристика кадрового потенциала, а также описание лучших практик других предприятий. В практической части проводится анализ кадрового потенциала на ФГУП «Комбинат «Электрохимприбор», предварительно дается характеристика деятельности предприятия и анализ состава и организационной структуры. По итогам анализа предлагаются рекомендации по совершенствованию технологий развития кадрового потенциала на ФГУП «Комбинат «Электрохимприбор». В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and appendices. In the theoretical part, the theoretical foundations of the personnel potential of an employee at an enterprise are studied, namely, conceptual analysis, the essential characteristics of the personnel potential, as well as a description of the best practices of other enterprises. In the practical part, the analysis of the personnel potential at the FSUE «Integrated Plant «Electrohimpribor» is carried out, the characteristics of the company's activities and the analysis of the composition and organizational structure are given in advance. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed for improving the technologies for the development of human resources at FSUE «Integrated Plant «Electrohimpribor». In conclusion, the results are summarized in accordance with the tasks set.

Vývoj aplikací na platformě Windows Mobile / Mobile application development on Windows Mobile platform

This thesis treats of the development of mobile applications for Windows Mobile platform. It contains a list of other mobile platforms (mobile operating systems) and a comparative table according to selected categories, so that readers can get an idea of other platforms. Part of this thesis is an overview of technologies for development, which is supported by the comparative table. The main objective is to propose a methodology of mobile application development for platform Windows Mobile. To clarify the most important specifics serves the separate chapters describing these specifics. It is about the design of user interface for mobile applications, where attention is placed on the method of operating, because for each method of operating should be a different user interface design. Another specific feature, which is discussed in my thesis, is testing applications in Microsoft Device Emulator V3, this precedes the description of this tool for testing and the possibilities of its settings. To demonstrate the methodology the thesis contains the practical example illustrating the gradual steps corresponding to the phases of the methodology and execution of activities. In the annex are tables describing the various phases of the methodology, a description of their objectives, roles and them associated activities and what are the inputs and outputs of this phase.

The relevance of this master's thesis lies in the fact that in the conditions of high competition in the labor market, organizations need trained highly qualified personnel. Soft skills of specialists are valued on a par with professional skills, they are amenable to development, if you use the necessary technologies correctly. This paper was the first time that technologies and applications for soft skills were classified. The study shows the benefits of active participation of students in the activities of public organizations, in extracurricular activities, for the development of soft skills of the future specialist. Among the most significant practical results are recommendations to improve the soft skills technologies of participants of public organizations of UrFU and "Soft skills development program for participants of student groups." / Актуальность данной магистерской диссертации заключается в том, что в условиях высокой конкуренции на рынке труда организациям необходим подготовленный высококвалифицированный персонал. Мягкие навыки специалистов ценятся наравне с профессиональными, они поддаются развитию, если грамотно использовать необходимые технологии. В данной работе впервые была проведена классификация технологий и вариантов их применения для развития soft skills. Проведенное исследование свидетельствует о пользе активного участия студентов в деятельности общественных организаций, во внеучебной деятельности, для развития мягких навыков будущего специалиста. К числу наиболее значимых практических результатов следует отнести рекомендации по совершенствованию технологий развития soft skills участников общественных организаций УрФУ и «Программу развития soft skills у участников студенческих отрядов».

Acceptance and adoption of mobile development technologies for accessibility in a public sector : A software practitioner's perspective

With rapid technology growth and a rising disabled and aging population, mobile appaccessibility is vital. Stricter accessibility laws, especially in the public sector, highlight thisemphasis. However, despite this, the body of research focusing on software practitioners’perspectives, especially concerning cross-platform development, is lacking. In this qualitativecase study, six software practitioners at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency(Försäkringskassan) were interviewed about their experience during a migration betweenmobile development technologies, with a focus on enhancing mobile application accessibility.It explores their attitude to cross-platform development, their challenges with NativeScript, across-platform framework, and preferences for native technology. To further understand theiracceptance of native technology and their rejection of cross-platform technology in thiscontext, an extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2) was used. Respondents emphasized the legal and ethical obligations for accessibility in the publicsector, with evolving standards necessitating the selection of the most appropriate technologyfor the task. Prioritizing accessibility early on in public sector app development helps avoidadditional expenses later on. It's also possible that private sector apps may be required to shifttowards greater inclusivity in the future. The team successfully addressed previous accessibility issues using native technology, whichinfluenced the organization to migrate. Moreover, respondents believed that nativetechnology enhances professional image, especially as the industry favors it over unknowncross-platform frameworks. They perceived that cross-platform frameworks might lackthorough documentation and community support, making it more difficult to manage andimplement accessibility. Additionally, respondents are alarmed by the uncertain nature ofcross-platform technology, which can result in outdated frameworks and unworkablecodebases. It's crucial to consider the duration of the project, its accessibility needs, and theavailable support for implementing accessibility when deciding on mobile developmenttechnologies. These findings are valuable for various stakeholders, such as consultants,researchers and policy-makers.
