The thesis presents the topic in a broader context and it is aimed to provide the reader with a basic idea of what the benefits and the risks are, which this concept brings into Czech law, and how usable it is in practice. For this purpose, an overview is given of how foreign legal orders regulate the membership of legal persons in elective bodies of limited companies, the extent to which this concept is widespread (not only in Europe) and what the existing, both positive and negative, experience is. Particular attention is paid to the legislation in Great Britain, because in this country, the issue of membership of legal persons in elective bodies of limited companies is currently being subject to breakthrough (albeit not yet effective) legislative changes consisting in a general ban on appointment of a legal person as a member of an elective body of a limited company. The thesis is divided into four...

Origine et fonction du directeur musical dans la France contemporaine / Origine and role of the music director in France today

Demonet, Gilles 29 September 2010 (has links)
The music director has his own origin in important musical transformations which arose between the 17th and the 18th centuries. These mutations with Lully gave birth to a prototype who is at the same time composer, musician, performer, businessman, and who has been moulding the figure of the music director from this period onwards. Then, when these various duties split, a new profile of music director emerged, as an orchestra-founder and -trainer, embodied by Habeneck. From the end of 19th century, new models were implemented, such as inventors, entrepreneurs and citizens thoroughly committed to their community. Beside, some festivals have their own orchestra, but no permanent conductor. Some other orchestras simply refuse to be lead by a stable or non-stable conductor. The music director of our century in France is the heir of these various models. He has numerous duties and needs to demonstrate evidence of great skills, since he has to come up to the expectations of a wide and versatile environment. But, at the same time, his uniqueness and value are not really appreciated and the wolrdwide competition between conductors led him to be less present and therefore to give up a substantial part of his powers, related to programming and artistic direction. To some extent, the situation of the music director in France is reflecting the institutional system of this country.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Alexandre Mauro Toledo.pdf: 874222 bytes, checksum: fa3226d32d564666d0e476e9d58a95ab (MD5) Previous issue date: 2011-06-20 / From the monologue, which called a theatrical "elementary, explore the process of artistic creation of theatrical direction. The importance assumed by chief figure of the theatrical shows in recent decades, in our view, to the emergence of a new drama, the drama of theatrical performance. The director of modern theater plays an important role in the show since its contemporary role transcends that of mere rehearsal. The acting is his own writing. Fit to the director of tasks such as preparing the actors, the articulation of different languages that interact in the show (costumes, set design, music, light), adaptation and even rewrite the text and in some cases, even the writing of the text. If we seek to discover the theater director a picture of a new playwright, should surprise you at the very moment in which he elaborated his text at the time of creating the show and when it is not possible, try to rebuild his creative path. The methodology that best suits our purpose is to analyze the processes of creation proposed by critics as the second genetic Salles, Genetic Criticism analyzes the documents from the artist's own hand in order to understand the mechanisms of production, to elucidate the paths taken and try to understand the process that presided over the development of the work. This is a recent methodology, which has few papers in the field of theater. Thus, our work was divided into two basic fronts: the analysis of sketches and notes made by various directors in the theater over the tests have shown to the public spectacles and follow-up testing of shows yet to premiere / A partir do monólogo, aqui chamado forma teatral elementar , estudar o processo de criação artística da direção teatral.

Região Serrana do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e a expansão dos riscos ambientais, ações preventivas e catástrofes: o caso de Petrópolis / The Serrana Region of Rio de Janeiro State and the expansion of environmental risks, preventive actions and disaster: the case of Petropolis

Viviane Espírito Santo Rodrigues 19 April 2011 (has links)
The city of Petrópolis, the scene of recurring environmental problems involving mass movements historically concentrated in your area more urbanized, the districts of Petrópolis (headquarter) and Cascatinha, lives in recent decades a growing population which is oriented primarily to old areas rural Itaipava, Pedro do Rio and Posse. The overall objective of the research is investigate how this growth is occurring by analyzing the geomorphological geological features of the new spaces, the predisposing factors to the new risk conditions involving the landslides and floods. Thus, was designed a prospect socio-evolutinary process of land occupation in Petropolis especially considering the demographic dynamics recorded in districts through the census from 1940. Using GIS as a tool and visual classification of IBGE OrtofotosCarta segmentation IBGE in scale 1: 25,000 were produced maps of land use for county and district detailing the urban area. In order to meet the diagnosis of risk situations was conducted a survey of the current situation of the occurrence of movements mass and flooding in the city, comparing previous surveys and verifying the distribution of occurrences and the affected population.Research highlights floods in the district of Itaipava and mass movements of the Posse. From this perspective, the study sought the city of Petropolis in its urban evolution. The analysis of recent occurrences of Defense Civil as well as between 2005/2010 compared with previous records and the impact of the tragedy in January 2011 in the mountainous region revealed that new areas of occupation are no longer just a possibility, but specific scenarios of new tragedies in Petrópolis. Finally, it was assessed the implementation of development policy and urban sprawl defined in the Master Plan of Petropolis and Use Act, and Installment Land Use, zoning analysis and its uses (rural, suburbanm urban and area of special protection), explaining how the aspects norms are being treated, what are respected and what are not met int the dynamics of space occupation.Lastly raised the prevention or not, environmental problems and social vulnerability of people living in the risky areas, taking the case in the Vista Alegre in Araras, 2nd district. With occurred in December 2010 and January 2011, especially when abrupt floods linked to landslides on the slopes Petropolis hit areas and other municipalities in the mountainous region of state of Rio de Janeiro new goals were established. He spent also included in the spot verification of the consequences of movements mass and floods in areas previously highlighted, as was the case of Cuiabá river valleys and Santo Antônio river in Itaipava. Thus, the work marched to indicate the need for greatr attention to the new occupied areas in the city, considering the nature of the territory, contributing as a benefit in preventing the risk.
