Para tanto, analisamos os blogs de divulgação científica do Anel de Blogs Científicos da USP, sob três aspectos: a autoria nos blogs de divulgação científica, o espaço de enunciação dos blogs científicos e as designações de divulgação, notícia e informação/ monitoramento, palavras centrais nos blogs analisados. Para essas análises fazemos uso de dois corpora diferentes, são eles, recorte um, a presença nos blogs da 61º Reunião Anual da SBPC e recorte dois, anúncio de início e término da pandemia de Gripe Suína ou Influenza A H1N1. Para tanto, tomamos como procedimentos de análise aqueles apresentados pela Semântica do Acontecimento, de Eduardo Guimarães e também os da Análise de discurso, de Eni Orlandi / Resumé: Cette thèse a pour but examiner la question de la Science, sa circulation, et plus particulièrement sa diffusion auprès du grand public - non expert, compte tenu des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication, nous analysons les blogs de vulgarisation scientifique de l'Anneau des Blogs Scientifiques de l'Université de São Paulo. Par conséquent, nous proposons une analyse de l'auctorialité des blogs de vulgarisation scientifique, de l'espace d'énonciation des blogs scientifiques et des désignations vulgarisation, nouvelles et information / surveillance, mots centraux dans les blogs analysés. Pour cette analyse, nous utilisons deux corpora différents.Ce sont: coupure un, la présence de blogs dans la 61 ème Réunion Annuelle de la SBPC et coupure deux, l'annonce du début et de la fin de la pandémie de la grippe porcine, ou grippe A H1N1. Nous nous appuions sur les procédures qui sont présentées dans la Sémantique de l'Evénement, d'Eduardo Guimarães et également celles de l'Analyse de Discours, d' Eni Orlandi / Abstract: This thesis proposes to consider the question of science, its circulation and more specifically its dissemination to the general public - not expert, considering the New Technologies of Communication and Information, we analyze the scientific dissemination blogs of the Ring of Science Blogs at USP. Therefore, we propose an analysis of authorship on scientific dissemination blogs, of the enunciation space of scientific dissemination blogs and the designation of dissemination, news and information/ monitoring, central words on the analyzed blogs. For this analysis we use two different corpora, they are: snip number one, the presence of blogs in 61th Annual Meeting of SBPC, and snip number two, the announcing of the beginning and the end of the swine flu pandemic, or influenza A H1N1. Mais especificamente, objetivamos compreender as determinações históricas e políticas que incidem sobre a constituição dos sentidos do nome "português" em um espaço de enunciação cuja língua oficial, ou que funciona como tal, não é o português. Assim, nosso corpus foi constituído por um conjunto de entrevistas feitas com alunos e professores do curso superior de Professorado em Português da Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos (UNER), localizada na província de Entre Ríos, Argentina. Tendo em vista nosso objetivo de pesquisa e nosso material de análise, trabalhamos com a hipótese de que as metáforas de "português" determinavam a constituição e o funcionamento da designação desse nome nesse espaço de enunciação. Mobilizando, então, o dispositivo teórico-metodológico da semântica histórica da enunciação, desenvolvemos uma reflexão de natureza teórico-analítica em torno do modo como compreendemos o funcionamento enunciativo da metáfora e de como esse funcionamento determina a constituição da designação do nome "português" nos acontecimentos enunciativos que tomamos para análise. Uma das compreensões importantes que esta pesquisa permite ter é a da distribuição normativa e desigual das línguas no espaço de enunciação latino-americano. Em outras palavras, ao estudarmos os sentidos de "português" nessa porção da América Latina, foi possível observar que a política de línguas (tal como esse conceito é trabalhado aqui, a partir de Orlandi (2007b)) se estrutura pelo litígio característico do real das línguas em relação. Como efeitos dessa política, por um lado, temos a exclusão de algumas línguas, e de seus falantes, de seus direitos de simbolizar o real e, por outro, temos instalados os diferentes modos de essas línguas excluídas, bem como de esses sujeitos-falantes excluídos, afirmarem o seu pertencimento ao espaço de enunciação latino-americano / Abstract: In this research work we have aimed to understand the constitution and the functioning of the designation of the name "Portuguese" in a particular space of enunciation in Latin America: the region of the River Plate, in Argentina. More specifically, we have aimed to understand the historical and political determinations that affect the constitution of the senses (sens, in French; sentidos, in Portuguese) of the name "Portuguese" in a space of enunciation whose official language is not Portuguese. Our corpus consisted of a series of interviews with students and teachers from the Profesorado en Portugués (major in Portuguese as a Foreign Language) of the National University of Entre Ríos, located in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina. Given the objectives of this research and our analysis material, we have worked with the hypothesis that the metaphors of "Portuguese" determined the constitution and the functioning of the designation of this name in the space of enunciation studied here. Taking the Historical Semantics of the Enunciation for granted, we have developed a theoretical-analytical reflection about the way we understand the enunciative functioning of the metaphor and how this functioning determines the constitution of the designation of the name "Portuguese" in the enunciative events we have analyzed. This research allows us to understand, among other things, the normative and uneven distribution of the languages in the Latin American space of enunciation. In other words, by studying the senses of "Portuguese" in this part of Latin America, it was observed that the politics of languages (as this concept is conceived by Orlandi (2007b)) is structured by a litigious dispute that characterizes the real of languages in relation. As effects of such dispute, on one hand, we can state that some languages, as well as its speakers, are excluded from its rights to symbolize the real and, on the other hand, this exclusion sets the scene for the different ways by which these excluded languages affirm its belonging to the space of enunciation of Latin America / Mestrado / Linguistica / Mestre em Linguística

Propõe, assim, uma análise do processo constitutivo que marca o espaço de enunciação das designações das cidades históricas mineiras que surgiram no Ciclo do Ouro, enfocando o acontecimento enunciativo em sua historicidade. Há, dentro dessa perspectiva, uma relação da língua com um falante que se apresenta como sujeito político e social da enunciação. Assim, ao decidir trabalhar o processo onomástico dos topônimos mineiros que surgiram durante o 'ciclo do ouro' em Minas Gerais, construindo um dispositivo teórico-metodológico fundamentado na Semântica do Acontecimento, procuramos compreender o processo designativo revelado por uma história que buscamos ler e interpretar, não de qualquer lugar, como um simples relato factual, mas como um processo discursivo, cuja interpretação se deu a partir da construção do próprio corpus (topônimos mineiros que surgiram durante o 'ciclo do ouro' em Minas Gerais) que traz em sua essência princípios fundamentais: a história que, sendo memória, constitui os sujeitos e as línguas no acontecimento de linguagem; o saber e o político que se constituem marcas de um tempo em que os nomes se revelam como processo de uma narrativa que é, antes de tudo, uma prática política em que a construção do espaço enunciativo se dá pelo confronto de sujeitos, saberes, políticas, identidades, silenciamentos, esquecimentos. / Abstract:The political praxis that legitimates itself though enunciations and language events. It proposes therefore, an analysis of the constitutive process that marks the area where the enunciation of the designations of the historical cities of Minas Gerais, that arose during the Gold Cycle, took place while focusing it in its historical aspect. In this perspective there is a relationship between the language and a speaker that presents itself as a political and social subject of the enunciation. Thus, when we decided to work with the onomastic process of the toponyms that arouse during the gold cycle in the state of Minas Gerais, wile constructing a methodological - theoretical device based on the "Semantics of the Event", we have attempted to comprehend the designation process revealed by a history that we tried to read and interpret, not as a mere factual report, but as a discursive process, where interpretation started from its own corpus (toponyms in the state of Minas Gerais that arose during the gold cycle) that bears in its essence, fundamental principles: history that, existing as a memory constitutes the subject and the languages in the language event; the knowledge and the political that become signs of a period of time where the names reveal themselves as a process of a narrative, that is, above all, a political 'praxis where the construction of the enunciative space takes place by the confrontation of the subjects, knowledges, politics, identities, silences, oblivions. / Doutorado / Linguistica / Doutor em Linguística
