A Choice Strategy of Investing The Economic & Technology Development Area in China

After the reformation and opening-up of the ecomonic system in Mainland China, the first special economic zone was established in 1979. Because the first special economic zone was very successful, the first series of Economic - Technological Development Areas were approved by the State Council in May, 1984. So far many companies have chosen the Technological Development Areas as their manufacturing bases. This study sampled 15 companies which had taken Technological Development Areas into their considerations. This study is based on three Development Areas:Tianjin Economic - Technological Development Area, Qingdao Economic - Technological Development Area, and Hangzhou Economic - Technological Development. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to analyze the selection strategies of Investing in the Economic & Technology Development Areas in China. According to the result of AHP¡Athe conclusions are as follows¡G 1.The most important factor in the second level is ¡§Government Management¡¨. 2.The top one criteria in the third level is ¡§the supply, quality, and price of local energy¡¨¡Athe second is ¡§ the convenience of obtaining materials¡¨¡Aand the third is ¡§the convenience of obtaining professional workers¡¨. 3.The best alternative is Hangzhou Economic - Technological Development Area.

Central Business District Problems In Ankara: Transformationsin Kazikici Bostanlari

This thesis examine the problems in the transformation process of Kaziki&ccedil / i Bostanlari, which was planned as a &ldquo / central development area&rdquo / after 1970&rsquo / s, in terms of the Ankara city center problematic. For Kaziki&ccedil / i Bostanlari, which shows the transition zone character, decisions were taken by three Master Plans to be new Central Business District and for the application a Development plan was prepared. But starting from the 1970&rsquo / s the area has been going on its development according to its inner dynamics. In this thesis, first, theories about CBD are analyzed. Then, general characteristics of Ankara city center and Kaziki&ccedil / i Bostanlari and interventions to Kaziki&ccedil / i Bostanlari in respect to the CBD transformations are discussed. Finally, Kaziki&ccedil / i Bostanlari and its current situation in terms of transition zone characteristics, and threats and opportunities concerning the CBD transformation are evaluated.

Från organisation till enskild bedömning : Socialsekreterares ord om yttre påverkan, det egna handlingsutrymmet och upplevelsen av arbetet med förhandsbedömningar

Orosanmälningar som gäller barn och unga ökar, vilket innebär ett ökat tryck på socialsekreterare som arbetar med förhandsbedömningar. Samtidigt pågår organisatoriska förändringar inom socialtjänsten i Sverige, där effektivisering, standardisering och nya metoder är centrala. IVO har vid granskningar av socialtjänstens enheter för barn och unga hittat brister i arbetet med förhandsbedömningar, som pågått under en längre tid. Denna uppsats bygger på en kvalitativ studie där har vi undersökt professionellas arbete med förhandsbedömningar för att få en förståelse för under vilka premisser detta arbete sker. Vi har även undersökt socialsekreterares upplevelser av arbetet med fokus på utmaningar och utvecklingsområden. Som datainsamlingsmetod har vi använt oss av fokusgruppsintervjuer med vinjetter, samt en semistrukturerad intervju, där vi intervjuat socialsekreterare som jobbar på socialtjänstens mottagningsenheter inom tre kommuner i norra Sverige. Resultaten visar att socialsekreterare använder olika tillvägagångssätt i arbetet med förhandsbedömningar, samt att det finns olika förutsättningar för hur arbetet med förhandsbedömningar kan bedrivas. Detta förklaras främst genom påverkan av politiska beslut, organisationens ramar, ärendets- och arbetets karaktär, och socialsekreterares handlingsutrymme. / Reports concerning children and young people's welfare are increasing, which means increased pressure on social secretaries who work with pre-assessments. At the same time, organizational changes are ongoing in social services in Sweden, where efficiency, standardization and new methods are central. IVO has, on reviews of the social service units for children and young people, found shortcomings in the work with pre-assessments, which have been going on for a long time. This exam is based on a qualitative study where we have examined the work of professionals with pre-assessments to get an understanding about under which premises this work takes place. We have also examined social secretaries' experiences of the work focusing on challenges and development areas. As a data collection method, we have used focus group interviews with vignettes, as well as a semi-structured interview, where we interviewed social secretaries working at the social services reception units in three municipalities in northern Sweden. The results shows are that social secretaries use different approaches in the work with pre-assessments, and that there are different conditions for how the work can be conducted. This is mainly explained by the influence of political decisions, the organization's frameworks, the nature of the case, the nature of the work and social workers discretion.

Územní plánování v záplavovém území řeky Dědiny / Spatial planning in the flood area of the river Dědina

Spatial planning in the flood area of the river Dědina Abstract The delimitation of new development areas in flood area of river is one of the steps leading to the increase of flood risk. The aim of this master thesis is to find out whether and for what reasons is the delimitation of new development areas happening in territories which are at risk of flooding. At the same time, the thesis also focuses on the role of the mayor, especially his competencies related to the management of flood risks, arising from his function. Theoretical part is based on discussion about the development of cooperation between society and natural environment and also concept of Flood Risk Management, especially in relation of the flood risk with the process of urban planning and also with the organization of public administration. The analysis of spatial plans of the 5 municipalities, or more precisely 14 local districts, located on the Dědina river in Hradec Králové region uses the borders of floodplain defined by T. G. Masaryk Water Reasearch Institute and spatial plans of analysed municipalities. The results correspond to created graphical outputs and following research of textual parts of the spatial plans. Nulägesanalys av drönaranvändningen i svenskt skogsbruk / Situation assessment of the use of drones in Swedish forestry

A drone is an aircraft that can fly itself or be remotely controlled by a driver elsewhere while collecting data of various kinds. In Swedish forestry drones are used today both by professionals and by private forest owners. The aim of this study was to find out how drones are used in Swedish forestry today, describe their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and find out what developmental areas there are for drones. Data was collected through telephone interviews with nine respondents with different geographical locations in Sweden and with different practical experiences. Drones are primarily used in forestry planning. In the SWOT analysis, most responses were in the category of strengths. Examples of strengths many saw were more effective work and planning. The main opportunity was the rapid development of technology. Weaknesses mentioned were that they lacked equipment and the largest threat was the authorities. Many respondents wanted to see development of apps and program.

Územní studie jižního rozvojového území města Brna / Urban study of development area city - Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate an area which belongs to one of the proposed development directions of Brno city. The area is located under the D1 highway adjacent to the confluence of Svratka and Svitava rivers in the Brno-jih district. There are two villages in the area – Dolní Heršpice and Přízřenice – which are surrounded by buildings of mainly business and industrial character. The objective of this work is to review the possibility of utilizing the defined area for living as the number of similar areas in Brno is decreasing. The result of the diploma thesis is an urbanistic idea outlining possible functional use of a large area covering 380 ha, and a thematic study of an urbanistic structure in a particularly defined part.

本研究探討「景觀法(草案)」施行前後,對於現行都市計畫體系等所產生改變,以及未來在景觀法下景觀計畫,將不再僅為都市計畫定期通盤檢討實施辦法第八條內都市設計應辦事項,乃提升為更上位指導性計畫(法定程序與計畫位階),以充份發揮在地所屬地方特色且能因地制宜。因此,本研究乃依據政府當前所施行主要「政策趨向」與「法令規範」為基礎,從「景觀計畫」理念涵構、內容範疇、架構體系、操作方法等面向來加以探究。並於理論研議之後再透過案例模擬,以「宜蘭縣政府」為主導單位來探討合理推動「宜蘭縣政中心地區景觀計畫」之操作程序與策略指引研議。以下是本研究在研討過程當中,根據理論與模擬結果,所歸納出來主要成果,並可供未來發展景觀計畫工作時建議方向。其一為政策機制:1.重視計畫擬訂過程整合、2.計畫主體縣(市)政府、3.設景觀計畫審議委員會、4.落實行政專業專職人員、5.提供修訂上位計畫參據、6.建蔽率與容積率的檢討、7.景觀計畫之行銷與考核、8.鼓勵公私合夥廣籌財源等。其二為管理維護:1.定期與不定期資料蒐集、2.城鄉景觀資源有效整合、3.訂定管理維護獎懲條例、4.成長管理的監測與評估、5.嚴格監督整體開發成果、6.提供經驗技術專責單位、7.整合相關查報取締工作、8.教育民眾自我意識提升、9.落實環境宣導教育推廣、10.閒置土地綠美化等。其三為案例模擬:1.通盤檢討落實、2.審議制度建構、3.當地民眾參與、4.自治條例研擬、5.預期成效模擬、6.行銷策略推廣等。 / The study process is based on the "Qualitative Research- Exploratory & Conclusive Research" & assistant by "Practical Prove" of the landscape planning framework system and operation procedure. In past years, the effort to promote townscape so as to create a rural feel has demonstrated its results in many places. However, it has always lacked the guidance of a prospectus and long- term planning. Local development has been the focus of attention for a long time; there are important theme for discussion, is a local intent of the landscape planning is to complement the defeat of two- dimensional arrangement of traditional urban planning and to achieve three- dimensional control of the townscape. Furthermore, Landscape planning can also integrate the activities in city, rural and shape the unique townscape characteristics. A practice of the landscape law will be a trend in Taiwan. This study is consisted of the three parts; namely basic study, the analysis and verification, and remedies. This study would probe concepts and theories of sustainable townscape via the relative literatures. To review the bottom- up processing & top- down processing on the relative literatures and theories- probes the concepts, a theory, control elements of the landscape planning, and furthermore, establishes the research framework system- consequence strategies of behavior change and antecedent strategies of behavior change of this study; the landscape law and institutions should fit the needs of landscape planning. And the researcher will make clear the operating mechanism of the landscape planning framework system in every law level according to the enforceable contents of current urban planning. The processing procedure timeline will be improving and thus the landscape law will be satisfied. Implementation for the plan is divided into current stage and future stage, according to the physical environment potentials, constraints and the planning goals. Thus the government authorities show the confident of implementing the planning and win public trust. In a long run, continuing the sustainable development process. For the principles of setting up the regulation, it needs to clearly explain on the three levels, the goals, objectives and criteria. Furthermore, we try to apply the concepts of landscape law in the landscape planning of case and discover the potential and limits of the local region with the analysis methodology of the S.W.O.T. analysis method to construct a reasonable and suitable landscape development strategy of the "I- Lan county government development area". Finally, the purpose is to understand whether the local administration institution does suit introduces on the "landscape law and planning" in Taiwan. Besides, on this research also attempt to consult the factors that affect the landscape law & planning development of Taiwan today, and then to bring up the vision of the future in Taiwan. Cette mise en regard est nourrie par un but : montrer dans quelle mesure le travail d’écriture sur la pratique, à la fois individuel et collectif, permet-il d’articuler la singularité des sujets, des trajectoires, des expériences, des situations et des activités, à la généralisation du discours institutionnel relié aux procédures normées du dispositif VAE. Mais ce travail d’écriture permet-il aussi de construire des savoirs à partir de l’expérience, objet et source de développement, et de faire progresser langage et processus de pensée ? Notre troisième question : comment ce travail d’écriture à partir de l’analyse collaborative de la pratique conduit-il à faire se rencontrer l’enquête de la vie courante et l’enquête scientifique, dans l’effort partagé pour organiser l’expérience par sa reformulation, sa théorisation et son objectivation ? Trois hypothèses majeures, en lien étroit avec la théorie développé par Lev Vygotski sur le développement des fonctions psychiques supérieures, ont conduit la recherche : les interactions langagières produites lors d’un accompagnement en ZDP, dans une dynamique heuristique, éthique et collaborative, développeraient en synergie, des échanges inter et intra-psychiques ; ces interactions langagières favoriseraient les processus de conceptualisation, de réflexivité, d’internalisation, de langage intérieur et de positionnement de soi en tant qu’auteure de sa parole ; ces interactions transformeraient alors les rapports au monde, à autrui, au savoir et à l’écrit des scripteurs, ainsi que leur reconnaissance identitaire en tant qu’individu, et en tant que professionnel. / This thesis wanted to put on the opposite between established culture, transmitted by School, and private culture, the VAE candidates’ concerned by this research, as well as the author’s. This putting on the opposite is fed by a purpose: to show to what extent the individual and collective work of writing on practical, allows to articulate first the peculiarity of the subjects, the trajectories, the experiences, the situations and the activities, with the generalization of the institutional speech linked with the standardized procedures of the device VAE ? In a second time does this work of writing allows to build knowledges from the experience, object and source of development, and to make progress language and process of thought? Our third question: how does this work of writing from the analysis collaborative of the practice, lead to make the investigation of the common life meet the scientific investigation, in a shared effort to organize the experience by its reformulation, its theorization and its objectification? Three major hypotheses, in narrow link with the theory built by Lev Vygotski on the psychic development of the superior functions, led the research: the linguistic interactions produced during a support in development area potential , in a heuristic, ethic and collaborative dynamic, would develop in synergy, exchanges inter and intra-psychic ; these linguistic interactions would help the processes of conceptualization, reflexivity of insourcing, inner language and positioning of itself as author of his word; these interactions would transform then, relations to the world, to others, to the knowledge and to their writings, as well as being recognized in their individual and professional identity.

Územní studie aktuálního rozvojového území města Kroměříže / Urban study of development area city - Kroměříž

This diploma thesis deals with the study of the new development of the current development area of the town of Kroměříž in its northeastern part behind the psychiatric hospital between the streets Lutopecká and Havlíčková. This territory connects the local part of Terezov and Barbořina. The aim of the study was to propose new housing for more than 1,200 inhabitants in a currently unbuilt area in accordance with a valid territorial plan. The solved territory is divided into three stages of construction. The northeastern part follows the existing housing development with two-storey apartment buildings. In the rest of the area there are designed individual houses and partly terraced houses. The area is complemented by a kindergarten, shops and a parking house. In accordance with the territorial plan there is also a park and a sports ground with a playground and a sports hall. The character of the territory is greatly influenced by some already existing engineering networks and their protection zones, the transfer of which is economically disadvantageous. Due to the marginal position of the solved territory, the study proposes the extension of the service by public transportation by another two places. The new transport link between streets Lutopecká and Havlíčková would cause a significant traffic movement to increase over the area, so the study envisages a calm traffic in the form of a maximum speed limitation of 30 km/h and the communication system consists of two-way and one-way communications. Transportation is provided by the garages belonging to family houses supported with parking along the roads. In the apartment part, parking is possible in the outdoor parking lots and to supplement the necessary capacity, the study also proposes a parking house.
