Porovnání metodik identifikace anaerobního prahu v cyklistické části triatlonu / Comparison of methods of identification of anaerobic threshold in the cycling part of triathlon

Berka, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Tittle: Comparison of methodologies for the identification of anaerobic threshold in cycling part of the triatlon Triathlon is an endurance sport combining in a complex of three different sports - swimming, cycling and running. It is a time-consuming sport, where the effectiveness of the training must be at a high level. From the structure of performance in triathlon and the related management training results as the most important prerequisite of effective training to know the individual tracks heart rate and achieved watt performance on the level of the individual anaerobic threshold. To identify and track these values using are used continuous measurements and verifications. One of the most commonly used methods is load diagnostics. Objective: The aim of the thesis is to research literature on load diagnostics. Based on the findings obtained to choose the most frequently used diagnostic test load, which is than applied to the experimental group and the results are statistically compared showing whether there are signifiant differences in the results obtained from the use of different tests. Furthermore, to continue to determine which tests are the most appropriate for evaluation of fitness triathlon in the cycling part of the triathlon. Methodology: The selection and use of selected tests:...

Vztah mezi klidovými a maximálními spirometrickými ukazateli v triatlonu / The relationship between rest and the maximum spirometric indicators in the triathlon

Kučera, Zdeněk January 2013 (has links)
Title: The relationship between rest and the maximum spirometric indicators in the triathlon Made by: Bc. Zdeněk Kučera Supervisor: Mgr. Lenka Kovářová, Ph.D., MBA Objectives: The aim of thesis is to analyze the relationship between rest and the maximum spirometric indicators for triathletes, who are members of the SCM. It will be also determined whether the analyzed indicators show statistically significantly better performance of triathletes in the representation compared to other triathletes in the SCM. Methods: Data were collected on basis of standard test, which was attended by triathletes in term of SCM. Data were statistically analyzed based on correlation analysis and unpaired non-parametric test. Statistical significance was assessed at the level of 0.05 or 0.01. Results: In the group of men can be confirmed that between rest and maximum indicators is statistically significant correlation relationship (except for respiratory rate and the economy). Another output is achieved for women, a statistically significant relationship exists mainly between rest spirometric indicators and tidal volume and respiratory rate. Higher values of VO2max is achieved in groups with better performance, this is valid for both group of men and women. Keywords: diagnostics, maximum oxygen consumption, vital...

Psaný projev u žáků pátých ročníků / Written Expression among pupils at the fifth grade of basic schools

Karasová, Michaela January 2018 (has links)
This thesis is focused on mapping written expression among pupils at the fifth grade of basic schools. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge available about written expression and about disorder of written expression. Attention is paid here to the diagnosis of written expression and to the analysis of the available diagnostic tools that deal with testing of written expression. In the empirical part of the thesis, we are primarily focused on designing the test of written expression and its evaluation system. Our next goal was to verify the predictive value of the designed test of written expression on fifth grade pupils and to compare pupils' performance among themselves. Secondary goal of the thesis is to compare the results of the test by a statistical quantitative methodology and to subsequently discuss them in terms of gender, font pattern (Comenia Script font and bound font pattern) and the presence or absence of specific learning disorders. The partial goal is to verify the correlation of the results of the designed test. Data collection was conducted by a group administration. A total of six basic schools took part in research studies of the written expression. We have...

Copingové strategie u nudy / Boredom Coping strategies

Urbanová, Denisa January 2018 (has links)
The thesis concerns the effectiveness of different types of boredom coping strategies and examines the relationship between them and some of the motivational, attitudinal and volitional characteristics in high school students. In the theoretical part current state of knowledge in the field of boredom and boredom coping including diagnostic possibilites in educational context are discussed. The major part is dedicated to the presentation of current theoretical and empirical conceptions of boredom coping that are relevant to the school context, especially the assuumptions of Nett, Goetz and Daniels. Next, the concept of motivational structure at school and implicit theory of good subject instruction (Hrabal, Pavelkova) and the theory of volition (Kuhl, Fuhrmann) are presented. In empirical part, quantitative methodology is used at various levels of analysis to examine the relationships between different boredom coping strategies and various boredom aspects on one hand and some of the motivational, attitudinal and volitional characterstics on the other hand. The study captures specific individual constellations of boredom coping that are illustrated by casuistic examples and directions for future research are outlined.

Hledání nových biomarkerů neplodnosti mužů pomocí transkriptomu spermií / Using Sperm Transcriptome in Search for Novel Biomarkers of Male Infertility

Semyakina, Anastasiya January 2019 (has links)
Currently infertility affects 10 to 15 percent of couples. In nearly 50% of all cases male factor contributes to infertility of the couple. Majority of causes of male infertility remains unexplained. For this reason, finding simple and clinically useful tools for improving male infertility diagnostics can be important at present. Based on the analysis of sperm transcriptome, in this diploma thesis we aimed to find genes that show differential expression between normal and pathological sperm, this could provide information about molecular basis of male infertility, moreover, expression profile of such genes in sperm could be employed for noninvasive diagnosis of male infertility. This study was conducted by using 67 sperm samples, including 16 control sperm samples from fertile men. The samples of infertile patients were divided into 3 groups according to morphology and motility using results of standard sperm evaluation according to WHO. First group included 20 patients diagnosed with astenoteratozoospermia (low sperm motility and abnormal morphology), second group was 15 patients diagnosed with asthenozoospermia (normal morphology and low sperm motility), the third group comprised 16 samples from infertile patients with normal spermiogram. 16 control samples were from fertile men (conception of...
