(in English): This thesis introduces the issue of reliability and validity of the dynamic assessment methods. In the theoretical part, the author briefly presents specifics of the dynamic assessment and various ways of verifying reliability and validity in the context of dynamic assessment. The text then summarizes ways of verifying reliability and validity for specific methods of the dynamic assessment based on experience from mostly foreign studies. The empirical part of the thesis aims to examine the relationship between the outputs of the ACFS method and characteristics of the assessors and subsequently to propose an optimal approach to the examination of the dynamic assessment methods. The results showed that the assessor was a statistically significant factor to the magnitude of the change in all ACFS scales. However, a more detailed analysis showed that the difference between the assessors varied across subtests. The qualitative analysis did not signify any relevance of specific characteristics to the differences between the assessors.

Possible causes and manifestations. It also points to the psychosocial aspects of specific learning disabilities and ADHD. This thesis deals with the topic "Utilization of a support program Maxik for preschool children in the prevention of learning disabilities. " The aim of this thesis is theoretical definition of specific learning disorders, deficits of partial functions and relatively new trend of dynamic diagnostics. The object of the actual research is to assess the individual displacement of each of preschool children in response to the intervention by the stimulus program MAXIK and to assess the effectiveness of this program with each child in terms of prevention of specific learning disabilities. The problematic of specific learning disabilities in terms of etiology, occurrence and their manifestations is defined in the theoretical part. A big part of the theoretical part involves a chapter dealing with partial functions, their diagnosis, prevention and suggestions for development. Last but not least, the topics of dynamic diagnostics and stimulus programs are covered in the theoretical part. The empirical part contains qualitative research, which focuses on discovering the use and effectiveness of the stimulus program MAXIK with seven preschool children and particularly studying individual shifts within these children. The diploma thesis deals with the technical diagnostics of machines with a closer focus on vibrational diagnostics. In the thesis is elaborated a design of a diagnostic system with measurement methodology, measurement procedure and evaluation of measured data on the machine produced by Siemens.

The goal of the thesis was applying multiparametric diagnostics to determine the state and wear of a high-speed milling machine. In the theoretical section, selected areas of multiparametric diagnostics have been described as well as a significant focus on vibrodiagnostics. The chosen methods for the practical section were incorporated into the group “metrological diagnostics”. Several different types of measurements have been performed on the designed test piece. The measurements were analyzed and lead to these specific results: a drawing of the test piece, a structured methodology for evaluating the test piece, recommendations for diagnostics of the specific machine, and proposals for the future development of the field of metrological diagnostics.

This master´s thesis deals with problem of reliability of technical device in general a so there is explained bathtub curve, defects and malfunctions of devices and then there is a brief outline of reliability system. This thesis further briefly describes technical diagnostic and then there is performed the vibrodiagnostic measurements of selected pumps and ventilators in in heating plant Červený mlýn in Brno. Evaluation of their condition is done according to relevant standards. Further there was done a diagnostic of the steam traps through the ultrasound diagnostic. The last part of my thesis deals with the reliability of selected specific pumps in foregoing rating plant. There are showed reliability curves of selected pumps and elaboration of data from their long-term vibrations measurement.

This master thesis deals with the proactive diagnostics and monitoring of state of the three phase asynchronnous motors in industrial company Bosch Diesel Jihlava. In master thesis is designed diagnostics system based on the selected suitable diagnostics methods and other appropriate process monitors the status of these technical equipments.

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – ištirti Paramyxoviridae šeimos virusų nukleokapsidės baltymų sintezės mielėse Saccharomyces cerevisiae galimybes ir nustatyti ar mielėse susintetintus nukleokapsidės baltymus galima taikyti Paramyxoviridae šeimos virusų infekcijų serologinei diagnostikai. Tikslas pasiektas ištyrus Paramyxoviridae šeimos Sendai, žmogaus parainfluenza, žmogaus respiracinio sincitinio, Nipah, Hendra ir Menangle virusų nukleokapsidės baltymų sintezę mielių Saccharomyces cerevisiae kamiene 214∆pep4. Nustatyta, kad mielėse susintetinti nukleokapsidės baltymai pasižymi natyviems analogiškų virusų nukleokapsidės baltymams būdingomis savybėmis: yra tirpūs, formuoja virusų nukleokpsidę primenančias daleles, kurios nespecifiškai įjungia ribonukleorūgštis, pasižymi antigeninėmis savybėmis, būdingomis natyviems analogiškų virusų nukleokapsidės baltymams. Taip pat mielėse susintetinti nukleokapsidės baltymai išgryninti juos centrifuguojant per tankų sacharozės tirpalo sluoksnį ir CsCl tankio gradiente. Įsitikinta, kad mielėse Saccharomyces cerevisiae susintetinti Paramyxoviridae šeimos virusų nukleokapsidės baltymai reaguoja su atitinkamais šios šeimos virusais užsikrėtusių žmonių ir gyvūnų kraujo serumo antikūnais, todėl tinka šių virusų infekcijų serologinės diagnostikos sistemų kūrimui. The theoretical section deals with the history of sexual abuse, contemporary view on this issue and the legal treatment of offenders and victims. Furthermore, thesis acquaints readers with various types of sexual abuse and marginally with commercial abuse. The aim of the research in the practical section of the thesis is to ascertain the level of awarness of students in this issues, together with their own personal experience concerning sexual abuse and whether they have any sexually abused person in their vicinity. The quantitative research was conducted at the elementary school Drtinova.
