Den digitala vården i Sverige är i ständig utveckling och består av ett flertal moderna teknologier som kan hjälpa samhället. Enligt populära tidskrifter och myndigheter står Sverige inför ett problem, den fysiska primärvården i Sverige är överbelastad och samhället har svårt att hinna med. Sverige har som mål att bli bäst i världen på att använda digitala verktyg för att utveckla vården, att E-hälsa skall frodas både för samhälle och individ. När sådana stora projekt startas är det viktigt att det finns en underliggande acceptans hos samhället, är projektet ett bra förslag eller kommer det att undantryckas av samhället. Syftet med studien är att undersöka yngre vuxnas åsikter om E-hälsa med en inriktning på den digitala vårdcentralen. För att kunna besvara syftet med hjälp av undersökningen kommer studien redogöra för vilka faktorer som påverkar yngre vuxnas acceptans av digitala vårdcentraler. Undersökningen har genomförts med hjälp av det teoretiska ramverket UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) som är en modell för att mäta acceptans. Ramverket har varit grunden för att analysera den insamlade empirin. Studien har identifierat fyra faktorer som har inverkan på acceptansen för den digitala vårdcentralen. De fyra faktorerna är erfarenhet, frivillighet, smidighet och effektivitet och måluppfyllelse. / Digital healthcare in Sweden is constantly evolving and consists of several modern technologies that can help the society. According to popular magazines and authorities, Sweden is facing a problem, the physical primary care in Sweden is overloaded and the society is struggling to keep up. Sweden aims to become the best in the world at using digital tools to develop healthcare, that e-health will flourish for both the society and the individual. When such large projects are started, it is important that there is an underlying acceptance by the society, is this project a good proposal or will it be pushed aside by the society. The aim of this study is to investigate younger adults' acceptance on e-health with a focus on the digital health centre. In order to answer this purpose through the survey, the study will outline the factors that influence younger adults' acceptance of digital health centers. The study was conducted using the theoretical framework UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) which is a model to measure acceptance. This framework has been the basis for analyzing the collected empirical data. The study has identified four factors that have an impact on the acceptance of the digital health centre. The four factors are experience, voluntariness, agility and efficiency and goal achievement.

Att leverera kärnvärden vid förstagångsanvändningen : en studie kring hur onboarding påverkar användandet av en digital vårdcentral / Delivering core values for first-time users : a study on how onboarding affects the use of a digital primary care application

Studien syftar till att undersöka hur designlösningar kan hjälpa förstagångsanvändare till att få en bättre förståelse för hur digitala vårdcentraler fungerar. Begreppet onboarding är centralt i arbetet samt Cardoso's ramverk för onboarding. Onboarding beskriver en upplärningsprocess där användaren introduceras till tjänsten så att han eller hon kan använda den och bli en aktiv användare. För att genomföra studien har en explorativ ansats gjorts. Undersökningen har delats upp i tre delar; en förstudie, en designfas och en värderingsfas. Sammanlagt har 17 deltagare rekryterats. Studien resulterade i tre olika prototyper som testades. Resultatet av studien visade att deltagarnas kunskapslucka kring hur läkarbesöket går till fylldes med hjälp av en introduktion - en onboarding. / The study aims to investigating how design solutions can help first-time users to gain a better understanding of how digital primary care works. The concept of onboarding is central to this study and the scientist Cardoso's onboarding framework. Onboarding describes a learning process where the user is introduced to the service so that he or she can use it and become an active user. In order to complete the study, an explorative approach has been made. The study has been divided into three parts; a preliminary study, a design phase and a valuation phase. A total of 17 participants have been recruited. The study resulted in three different prototypes that participant tested. The result of the study showed that the participants' knowledge gap about how the doctor visit works on a digital primary care application was filled with an introduction - an onboarding.

When the physical patient becomes digital : A study of the innovation “digital health care center” on the Swedish market

Object of study: The innovation “Digital health care center” from a multi-level stakeholder’s perspective. Problem: A new technology era has opened up for new kind of innovations. Digital health care centers are a service that recently has been introduced on the Swedish market, which needs further investigation. To be able to better understand, explain and predict future behavior of an innovation the innovation could be theoretical conceptualized and classified. In the specific area of health care, new innovation should preferable be investigated in from a multilevel perspective, including different stakeholders opinions. One if the stakeholders are the customers. If new innovative products and services want to be successful, it required consumers to adopt the product or service, but relatively few studies have focused on the adoption of technology services among customers. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to gain a better understanding of the innovation “digital health care center” in Sweden. Research question: How can the innovation “digital health care center” be described through a stakeholder perspective? Method: The empirical data were collected through qualitative semi-structured interviews and a structured quantitative questionnaire. Conclusions: The innovation digital health care center can from a multi-level perspective be described as an innovation that contributes and have an impact on the market and the healthcare industry in many ways. The innovation could be described as a complement to traditional health care. The innovation has influences from different theoretical classes of innovation which means that the innovation cannot be categorized in a specific class. The innovation can be considered successful because it facilitates for the patient.. According to the stakeholder group potential patients, a majority of the respondents thinks that increased availability and time-efficiency would be facilitating factors and reasons for using the service. The innovation is described by the various stakeholders as contributing to a better society. The care becomes more productive, cost effective, more available, and in the broader perspective, the innovation contributes to increased digitalization of the healthcare sector as a whole. There are many new possible fields of application which in the healthcare industry which could develop the innovation further. Strengths and opportunities with the innovation can be considering outweighing weaknesses with the innovation and potential threats of the innovation.
