E-learning provides faster learning at reduced costs, increased access to learning, and clear accountability for all participants in the learning process. Benefits of this kind of learning are obvious. Western Europe or USA are far ahead creating virtual learning environments and we need to improve a lot in this field in Lithuania. The theme of the work is “Research of learning in e-School”. The result of that analysis was learning management system that enables instructors to create and manage web-based learning activities and course materials. There is possibility to individualize learning needs beside usual tools and methods. System user can estimate his knowledge and to watch the process of learning. Also student tracking has been done and it is the ability to track the usage of course materials by students, and to perform additional analysis and reporting both of aggregate and individual usage. Instructors can get a report that shows number of attempts and time per attempt on each assessment for individual students or report showing the duration of time each student or all students spent on course content. Šis darbas skirtas prekių surinkimo iš skirtingų internetinių parduotuvių į sistemą sprendimo paieškai. Darbo metu siekta realizuoti internetinę svetainę, kurioje būtų galima registruoti elektronines parduotuves, nurodyti jų sugeneruotą prekių sąrašo failo nuorodą ir pagal failo prekių informaciją automatiškai importuoti jas į sistemos duomenų bazę. Darbo metu sukurtas 3 žingsnių parduotuvių registravimo vedlys, jų prekių importavimo mechanizmas, paremtas XML failų nuskaitymu, portalo ir parduotuvių administravimo sistemos. Atlikus įvairius testavimus nustatyta, kad sukurti sprendimai veikia kaip numatyta, bei kad portalas tinkamas naudojimui. / This work is dedicated to finding solution of how to import eshops products into the system. During the time of work the goal was to implement a website, in which you could register eshops, provide an URL of generated file and using file‘s products information automatically import them into system‘s database. During the time of work there has been created a 3 steps e-shops registration guide, their products import solution, which is based on loading XML files, website‘s and e-shops administration systems. After conducting various tests, it has been proven, that created solutions operate as supposed to and that website is suitable for use.

El presente estudio sobre el diseño de un plan de endomarketing para reducir la rotación de personal en una empresa logística coadyuvará a mejorar los niveles de motivación, satisfacción y compromiso laboral del personal operativo del área de transporte de materiales peligrosos. Respecto a los resultados, de acuerdo a las correlaciones que se realizaron entre las preguntas de la encuesta y la información de la base de datos, se encontró que hay una diferencia significativa entre las edades en cuanto a la percepción del compromiso, es decir los más jóvenes se sienten menos respaldados por la empresa comparado con las personas mayores a 35 años; asimismo, se encuentra que en todas las sedes de provincia a excepción del Callao, hay una mayor satisfacción con el trabajo, y se percibe un mejor liderazgo por parte de los jefes. El plan de endomarketing propuesto presenta actividades de inducción, actividades de integración, que incluye la participación de las familias; y por último, actividades por fechas festivas, con la finalidad de que el colaborador se sienta valorado, respetado e identificado con la cultura organizacional. / The present study of the design of an endomarketing plan to reduce the turnover of employees in a logistics company, will help to improve the levels of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of the operational employees of the hazardous materials transport area. About the results, according to the correlations that were made between the questions of the survey and the information of the database, it was found that there is a significant difference between the ages in terms of the perception of engagement, that means the youngest feel less supported by the company compared to people over 35; likewise, it is found that in all the provincial offices except Callao, there is greater satisfaction with the work, and a better leadership is perceived by the bosses. The proposed endomarketing plan presents induction activities, integration activities, which includes the participation of families; and finally, activities for festive dates, with the purpose that the employeee feels valued, respected and identified with the organizational culture. / Tesis

ABSTRACT This essay deals with the matrimonial conflicts of Andrés Ascencio and Catalina Guzmán de Ascencio in the novel Arráncame la vida (1985), by the Mexican author Àngeles Mastretta. The essay uses two points of departure. The society of classes is still alive today and the patriarchal society oppresses women. Taking departure from this base the essay analyses the marriage of the novel´s two protagonists. The goal has been to show that Catalina and Andrés use love and sexuality as arms in their marital battle and that Catalina is oppressed both by the patriarchal society and by her origin in the working class. Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales) / En el presente trabajo ofreceremos una descripción sistemática de los resultados de esta labor jurisprudencial. Previamente, y para situarnos en el momento en que se hicieron necesarias estas disquisiciones romanas en torno al error, la fuerza y al dolo, comenzaremos con una relación de los orígenes de la compraventa como contrato consensual y de buena fe. Luego revisaremos el tratamiento otorgado al error y al dolo enfatizando que soluciones se aplicaban en caso de presentarse en en contrato de compraventa. Hacia el final de este trabajo analizaremos el tratamiento jurídico que dieron los romanos al miedo en la compraventa, tratamiento que, a diferencia del derecho moderno, no consideró a esta anomalía propiamente como un atentado a la libertad de contratar, y en consecuencia, como un vicio del consentimiento

This thesis shows the social and economic history of the El Paso area from the time of Spanish settlers through present day.

This article analyzes the definitions of the main taxable events for the Value-Added Tax (VAT) based on a comparative approach to thelegislation of different countries (Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Peru). In this regard, it analyzes which legislations offer definitions according to the principles of generality, fiscal neutrality and legal certainty for VAT. Moreover, it points out that the VAT systems of those countries do not require as a condition for the configuration of the taxable events that the transactions involve a «value added» or a final consumption. In the specificcase of «supplies of goods», the VAT systems have a similar definition of the taxable event, although there are a few differences. However, in the case of«supplies of services», which is the most important taxable event for VAT, there are important differences at the time each country defines it. This is not a desirable effect for the international trade of services, since the lack of harmonization produces double taxation or double non taxation. / El trabajo aborda la definición de los hechos gravados principalesen el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) en el derecho comparado (España, México, Chile, Colombia, Argentina y Perú), evaluando qué legislaciones proponen una definición conforme a los principios de generalidad, deneutralidad y de seguridad jurídica. Destaca que ninguna de las legislaciones exige como condición para la configuración de los hechos gravados que setrate de transacciones que generen «valor agregado» o que se trate de bienes o servicios susceptibles de consumo final. En el caso de la venta de bienes muebles, hay coincidencia en la definición del hecho gravado, aunque con matices de diferencia. En cambio, en la definición de servicios, que es la hipótesis más importante del impuesto, hay grandes diferencias entre las legislaciones. Ello definitivamente no es deseable, considerando el comercio internacional de servicios, por cuanto la falta de armonización produce fenómenos de doble imposición y doble no imposición.
