No. of bitstreams: 1 000005724.pdf: 10799417 bytes, checksum: c004feab0422b42f7dafc1227657dc4e (MD5) Previous issue date: 1977 / Em 1974, realizou-se uma pesquisa no Estado do Maranhão, entre os alunos da 4ª série do ensino de 1º grau da rede pública estadual do Município de Imperatriz e os alunos da 4ª série do ensino de 1º grau das escolas da rede pública estadual do Município de Carolina. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi verificar o rendimento alcançado pelos alunos de Imperatriz, onde a rede de ensino pública estadual sofrera um processo de assistência técnica e compará-lo com o dos alunos de Carolina, o que foi feito através de provas de Comunicação e Expressão, Estudos Sociais, Ciências e Matemática. A população estudada apresentou o total de 132 alunos; 98 do Município de Imperatriz e 44 do Município de Carolina. Para verificar a equivalência da população quanto a algumas variáveis reputadas de importância, foram aplicados testes de inteligência e questionários de caracterização socioeconômica e aspectos da vida escolar dos informantes. Uma vez comprovada essa equivalência, quanto às variáveis consideradas, tornou-se possível a comparação do rendimento escolar, observando-se então, diferença estatística entre os dois grupos.

Such a research aimed at verifying the performance of the Theacher Engaged in Technical -Educational Assistence Plan, as well as the Not Engaged. / O presente trabalho foi elaborado com base na Pesquisa realizada em 1974, no Estado do Maranhão, municípios de Imperatriz e Carolina, abrangendo todos os professores das quatro primeiras séries do 19 Grau da Rede Oficial do Estado. Tal Pesquisa objetivou verificar o Desempenho do Professor Envolvido no Projeto de Assistência Técnico-Educacional, assim como o do não envolvi0do. Após a aplicação do Instrumento que permitiu verificar a variável - Desempenho do Professor relacionaram-se os resultados obtidos, ponderando-se como variáveis independentes: - Formação como Profissional de ensino - Situação como Profissional de Ensino Nível Sócio-Econômico do Professor - Curso de Treinamento (Projeto de Assistência Técnica) Espera-se que este Estudo venha a fornecer subsídios para novas pesquisas nesse campo, que possibilitarão a implantação do Projeto de Assistência Técnico-Educacional nos demais Municípios do Estado, com maior probabilidade de êxito. Nas Recomendações sugere-se à Coordenação do Projeto o estabelecimento de mecanismos de Planejamento Controle e Acompanhamento que permitam um processo contínuo de Avaliação, possibilitando reformulações que favoreçam o seu aperfeiçoamento gradativo.

Os objetivos específicos são investigar e analisar, a partir dos depoimentos a relação de adolescentes com a escola e com os estudos; caracterizar e analisar a relação dos adolescentes com a assistência e com o Sistema de Justiça, com foco apenas em três das instituições: o judiciário, a polícia e o COMEC – Centro de Orientação ao Adolescente de Campinas, executor de medida sócio educativa. Este último – o COMEC está considerado no Sistema de Justiça para fins de organização da pesquisa. Para tanto foram entrevistados nove adolescentes em Liberdade Assistida, executada pelo COMEC. Esse número representa aproximadamente 10% da população atendida matriculada na escola pública, cadastrada no banco de dados digital da instituição em agosto de 2006. Para examinar as narrativas empregou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os dados foram organizados em cinco categorias: 1. um olhar para o ato infracional: O que dizem os adolescentes?; 2. um olhar para a relação adolescente, família e assistência; 3. um olhar para a relação com a escola e com os estudos. Esta categoria de análise foi subdividida em: O adolescente em Liberdade Assistida e a Escola, o adolescente em Liberdade Assistida na escola; 4. um olhar para a relação com o Sistema de Justiça. Esta categoria de analise foi subdividida em: 4.1 - A relação dos adolescentes com o Poder judiciário, 4.2 - A relação dos adolescentes com o COMEC e 4.3 - A relação dos adolescentes com força repressiva do Estado: a polícia; e, 5 . A perspectiva de futuro dos adolescentes. As conclusões do trabalho revelaram um universo complexo.
