The diploma thesis seeks answers to the questions how Czech teachers in Prague understand the key competencies defined in the basic program documents (especially in general educational programs), what idea they have of their development in Czech language and literature educational field, how they relate to the application in the planning, preparation and realization of education (including preparation and implementation of the teaching of individual sub-contents). The selected methods are: detailed study of program documents and relevant didactic studies; structured interviews with teachers of Czech language of selected Grammar schools in Prague; the study of schools educational programs with which the interviewed teachers work in lessons. The text is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the first part there are presented elementary theoretical terms based on the professional literature. In the second part there is listed the methodology of the research and its results. The outcome is the fact that the competence approach of teaching was only partly implemented among the teachers of Czech language and literature. This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of primary prevention in the domestic violence area. Concretely is the author focusing on the influence of the primary school prevention in the domestic violence area on creating of presumptions for school age children emotional stability construction. In theoretical part author specifies the term "domestic violence", deals with theory of violent behavior inception and tries to point out the negative effects of violent behavior on the single family member. In the next chapters is author focusing on children as forgotten victims of the domestic violence and survey zones of exposure in the children's development, witch is acutely hit by this problems. The role of the school on the framework of primary prevention in the domestic violence area and problems of domestic violence concerning cross-sectional themes is last chapter content. Empiric part of thesis is formed by quantitative investigation, which was realized within questionnaires. Previous issue date: 2010-02-22 / Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos / The general aim of the present research was to evaluate the efficacy of an Educational Program with institutional caregivers trained in the work environment with the objective to teach youngsters with intellectual disabilities to be independent in daily living activities. For better design, the research was divided in two studies I and II). The objective of Study 1 was to elaborate a contingency adapted Educational Program for the institutional caregivers in their own work environment. The participants were six institutional caregivers who were working with youngsters diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. Interviews and observations were made in order to identify the daily living activities that were applied with those youngster and also the difficulties of the work done with the residents. An Educational Program proposal was elaborated from the obtained data whose objective was to soften the mentioned difficulties, as well as to promote the behavior changes in the participants, making the caregivers more capable to teach behaviors that could make the residents more independent. The objective of Study 2 was to evaluate the effects of the implementation of the Educational Program for the institutional caregivers developed during Study 1. Ten participants took part in the second study being: five intellectually disabled youngsters that inhabited in a residential institution and five direct support professionals (caregivers) that were in everyday contact with the residents. A multiple-probe design was used to verify the effects of the intervention, as it allows the demonstration of the experimental control validity, since the independent variable is introduced sequentially in different moments among the participants, and the dependent variable is measured before, during and after the implementation of the Educational Program. The frequency data recording of events served to evaluate the initial repertory and the behavior changes of the participants during and after the implementation of the caregivers in service training, and also allowed to follow up caregivers and residents performance when the intervention was no longer applied. The participants were grouped in pairs and went through all the experimental phases (baseline, probes, intervention and maintenance). The baseline and probes were developed at the same time with all pairs and the experimental phases occurred in different moments for each pair. The obtained results show that it is possible, after the implementation of an Educational Program, to modify the contingencies found in the residential institutions, making them favorable to the learning of behavior related to the development of daily living activities. When one make the contingencies favorable, it is possible to verify the development of the resident s potential, as they acquire more independence in the activities realization. The study brings out the discussion about the implementation of Educational Programs in institutions for people with intellectual disabilities. / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral avaliar a eficácia de um Programa Educacional com atendentes capacitadas no ambiente de trabalho tendo por finalidade tornar jovens com deficiência intelectual institucionalizados independentes em atividades instrumentais de vida diária. Para desenvolvimento do trabalho optou-se por dividi-lo em dois estudos. O Estudo 1 teve como objetivo específico elaborar uma proposta de Programa Educacional para atendentes adaptado às contingências do ambiente de trabalho destas profissionais. Fizeram parte do primeiro estudo seis atendentes de jovens com deficiência intelectual institucionalizados. Foram realizadas entrevistas e observações para identificar as atividades cotidianas desenvolvidas e as dificuldades enfrentadas no manejo com os residentes. A partir dos resultados obtidos, foi elaborada uma proposta de Programa Educacional que visa amenizar as dificuldades levantadas, assim como favorecer a mudança comportamental dos participantes, fazendo com que as atendentes fossem capazes de ensinar aos residentes comportamentos que os tornassem independentes. O Estudo 2 teve como objetivo específico avaliar os efeitos da implementação do Programa Educacional para atendentes elaborado no Estudo 1. Fizeram parte do segundo estudo dez participantes, sendo cinco jovens com deficiência intelectual, moradores de uma instituição residencial e cindo atendentes que estavam em contato diário com os residentes. Foi utilizado o delineamento de múltiplas sondagens para verificar os efeitos da intervenção, uma vez que permite demonstrar a validade do controle experimental, já que a variável independente é seqüencialmente introduzida em diferentes momentos entre os participantes, e a variável dependente é medida antes, durante e após a implementação do Programa Educacional. O protocolo de registro de eventos serviu para avaliar o repertório de entrada e a mudança comportamental dos participantes durante e após a implementação da capacitação em serviço, auxiliando no acompanhamento dos resultados obtidos. Os participantes foram agrupados em díades e passaram por todas as fases experimentais (linha de base, sondagens, intervenção e manutenção). A linha de base e as sondagens foram desenvolvidas ao mesmo tempo com todas as díades e as fases experimentais de intervenção e manutenção ocorreram em momentos diferenciados para cada díade. Os resultados obtidos apontam que é possível, a partir da implementação de um Programa Educacional, modificar as contingências encontradas nas instituições residenciais, tornando-as favoráveis à aprendizagem de comportamentos envolvidos no desenvolvimento de atividades instrumentais diárias. Ao tornar as contingências favoráveis, é possível verificar o desenvolvimento do potencial dos residentes à medida que adquirem maior independência na realização de atividades. O estudo leva à discussão de implementação de programas educacionais em instituições que abrigam pessoas com deficiência intelectual.

Previous issue date: 2016-07-01 / O objetivo do presente estudo foi investigar os efeitos de um programa educacional promovendo a prática regular de exercícios físicos sobre a capacidade física, capacidade funcional e nível de atividade física diária de indivíduos com osteoartrite (OA) de joelho. Duzentos e trinta e nove pacientes da rede pública, de ambos os sexos, com diagnóstico de OA primária ou secundária de joelho, classificados como Grau I a IV de Kelgreen e Lawrence, e com indicação de tratamento clínico da OA foram distribuídos aleatoriamente em grupo intervenção (GI; n = 112) e controle (GC; n = 127). Todos os voluntários do GI e GC foram submetidos à avaliação da capacidade física (teste isocinético e teste de caminhada de 6 min - TC6), capacidade funcional (teste de subir e descer escadas, teste de sentar e levantar 5 vezes e Time Up and Go) e nível de atividade física diária (IPAQ versão curta), antes (pré), durante (6 meses) e após (12 meses) o período de seguimento. Após 6 meses de seguimento, o GI demonstrou melhora significativa (P < 0,05) na performance dos testes de subir e descer escadas (19%), sentar e levantar da cadeira (30%) e Time Up and Go (32,5%), bem como redução no índice de massa corpórea (P < 0,05), as quais se mantiveram após 12 meses seguimento. Também houve aumento no percentual de indivíduos muito ativos e ativos, bem como redução no percentual de indivíduos sedentários no GI ao longo do seguimento (P < 0,05). Dentre os testes funcionais, o GC melhorou apenas a performance para subir e descer escadas (12%, P < 0,05) após 6 meses de seguimento, mas a mesma não se manteve após 12 meses de seguimento. Também foi observado aumento no percentual de indivíduos muito ativos no GC ao longo do seguimento, porém este aumento foi de menor magnitude à observada no GI. Não foi observada alteração na capacidade muscular, capacidade aeróbia e flexibilidade após 12 meses de seguimento em ambos os grupos. Estes resultados sugerem que um programa educacional promovendo a prática regular de exercícios físicos pode ser efetivo para melhora da capacidade funcional de indivíduos com OA de joelho. / The purpose of present study was to investigate the effects of an educational program emphasizing the regular practice of physical exercise on physical fitness, functional capacity and daily living physical activity levels in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Two hundred and thirty-nine patients of the public health system (male and female), with primary or secondary knee OA (degree I to IV in the Kelgreen and Lawrence scale), and with indication for OA clinical treatment was randomly allocated in intervention (IG; n = 112) and control group (CG; n = 127). All subjects of both groups underwent assessment of physical fitness (isokinetic and six minute walking tests), functional capacity (seat-to-stand, stair climbing and Time Up and Go tests) and daily living physical activity (IPAQ short version), before (pre), during (6 month) and after (12 month) the follow-up. During 6 month of follow-up, the IG showed significant improvements (P < 0,05) on stair climbing (19%), seat-to-stand (30%) and Time Up and Go (32,5%) tests, as well as reduction on body mass index (P < 0,05), which were maintained during the 12 month of follow-up. There was also an increase in the percentage of actives and very actives subjects, as well as a reduction in the percentage of sedentary subjects in the IG during follow-up (P < 0,05). The CG improved only the stair climbing tests during the 6 month follow-up (12%, P < 0,05), but the improvement was not maintained during the 12 month of follow-up. There was also an increase in the percentage of very actives subjects in GC during follow-up; however, this increase was lower than the observed in the IG. There was no significant improvements on muscular capacity, aerobic capacity and flexibility during the 2 month follow-up in both groups. These results suggest that an educational program promoting the regular practice of physical exercise may be an effective tool for improving functional capacity in patients with knee OA.

Introdução O objeto deste estudo é a Educação Permanente em Saúde, com foco na avaliação de um programa educativo pautado nas diretrizes da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde, em continuidade à pesquisa principal que avaliou as necessidades de aprendizagem e construiu, coletivamente, um programa educativo. A realização e a avaliação deste programa foram realizadas no presente estudo, com os Objetivos de Descrever a realização do programa Refletindo sobre a prática da comunicação no ambiente de trabalho; Avaliar a satisfação dos participantes deste programa; Conhecer a percepção de impacto dos participantes com relação a este programa e Verificar a existência de relação entre as variáveis das avaliações com as variáveis sócio- demográficas e com os grupos. Método Estudo desenvolvido por meio da pesquisa-ação, com abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa, em quatro unidades de saúde do município de Sorocaba/São Paulo; houve participação de 125 trabalhadores da área da saúde, dentre aqueles que integraram as oficinas, estratégia central adotada para execução programa, que responderam a dois instrumentos tipo Likert, a Avaliação de Satisfação e a Avaliação de Percepção de Impacto, aplicados após a realização das oficinas de trabalho. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva e inferencial e a descrição das oficinas foi feita em forma de narrativas. Resultados Durante as oficinas, os participantes se expressaram espontaneamente e pactuaram acordos visando à superação dos problemas identificados. Ao Final, sentiram-se satisfeitos e perceberam que houve impacto no trabalho após sua realização. Conclusões O cumprimento e a repactuação dos acordos geraram o movimento necessário para transformar o processo de trabalho, melhorar a comunicação e as práticas assistenciais. A realização e a avaliação do programa educativo incitaram importantes reflexões sobre o cotidiano do trabalho, pois partiu de problemas reais da prática, na perspectiva da aprendizagem significativa e dos pressupostos da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde. / Introduction: The objective of the present study is the Permanent Education in Health, focusing on the evaluation of an educational program based on the National Policy on Continuing Education in Health. The main research evaluated the learning needs and constructed, collectively, an educational program. The program was carried out and evaluated in the present study, with the objectives of Describing the implementation of the program \"Reflecting on the practice of communication in the workplace\"; Evaluate the satisfaction of participants in this program; To know the perception of the impact of the participants in relation to this program and to verify the existence of a relationship between the variables of the evaluations with the socio-demographic variables and with the groups. Method: A study developed through action research, with quantitative and qualitative approaches, in four health units in the city of Soracaba / São Paulo; 125 health workers participated, among those who joined the workshops, a central strategy adopted to implement the program, which responded to two Likert-type instruments, the Satisfaction Assessment and the Impact Perception Assessment, applied after the Workshops. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics and the description of the workshops was done in the form of narratives. Results: During the workshops, participants expressed themselves spontaneously and agreed on agreements to overcome identified problems. At the end, they felt satisfied and realized that there was an impact on the work after its completion. Conclusions: Compliance and renegotiation of the agreements generated the necessary movement to transform the work process, improve communication and assistance practices. The realization and evaluation of the educational program stimulated important reflections on the daily work, since it started from real problems of practice, from the perspective of meaningful learning and the assumptions of the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health.

In my master thesis I am dealing with the question of involving the subject International Financial Reporting Standards into the subject Accounting at the Secondary schools of Economics. IFRS are shortly introduced in the first chapter. In the next chapter are discussed the reasons pro and con involving this question into the subject system, they are supported by recently made researches and knowledges. This chapter last but not least contains own analysis of school educational programs of chosen Secondary schools of Economics. The third chapter summarizes the results of questionnaire research among the secondary school teachers of accounting. The last and fundamental chapter of this thesis already involves the own suggestion of the subject International standards within Accountin with the presentation of concrete examples and possible procedure of the teacher.
