The article presents the results of a research aimed at revealing the representations that parents have on the family-school relationship in the rural context of Quillón, Chile. Qualitative methodology is used, using in-depth interview. Twenty subjects are interviewed. Some results indicate that families give teachers a key part to establish a proper family-school relationship. This representation is based on the recognition of the bureaucratic nature of the school. How the family involvement is modelled is determined by the relevance assigned to the school success of their children. Indeed, moments, instances and ways in which families participate are related to the value assigned to them to enhance academic results. / El artículo expone los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue develar las representaciones que poseen padres y madres respecto de la relación familia- escuela en el contexto rural de la comuna de Quillón, Chile. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa, empleando la entrevista en profundidad. Se entrevistó a veinte sujetos.Los resultados indican que las familias otorgan al profesorado un papel clave para el establecimiento de una adecuada relación familia-escuela. Esta representación se sustenta en el reconocimiento de la naturaleza burocrática de la institución escolar. El cómo se modela la participación de las familias está determinado por la relevancia que asignan al buen desempeño escolar de sus hijos. Precisamente, los momentos, instancias y formas en que participan las familias están relacionados con el valor asignado a estas para potenciar los resultados académicos. / O artigo apresenta os resultados de uma investigação destinada a revelar as representações que têm os pais sobre a relação família-escola no contexto da comuna rural de Quillón, Chile. Metodologia qualitativa é utilizada, por meio de entrevistas em profundidade. São entrevistados vinte pais. Alguns resultados indicam que as famílias dão aos professores a chave para o estabelecimento de um relacinamento adequado da escola familia. Esta representação é baseada no reconhecimento da natureza burocrática da escola. Como o envolvimento das famílias é determinada pela relevância atribuída ao sucesso escolar de seus filhos é modelado. Na verdade, momentos, situações e formas em que as famílias estão relacionadas com o valor atribuído a eles para melhorar os resultados académicos.

Desde sua emergência no cenário público nacional no início do século passado até os dias de hoje, as camadas populares1 têm mostrado formas de participação política distintas que acompanham as transformações econômicas, sociais e políticas por que passa o país ao longo desse período. Embora as péssimas condições de vida que experimentavam os primeiros operários no começo do século 20 tivessem projetado na cena pública os trabalhadores das nascentes indústrias, o reconhecimento das camadas populares como um novo ator político, entre outros já existentes, se dá apenas no início da década de 30, marcado por dois eventos - um em âmbito mundial e outro de caráter local - que irão promover as áreas urbanas, em detrimento das áreas rurais, como o local que sintetiza as condições econômicas e políticas do conjunto do país naquela época. Com efeito, a crise de 29 - que põe fim à primazia dos interesses agrários vinculados à economia de exportação do café - e a revolução de 30 - que abala a supremacia das oligarquias rurais na sociedade brasileira - dão livre curso às mudanças sociais e econômicas associadas ao desenvolvimento industrial, levando à necessidade de incorporação das camadas populares ao processo político. / Since its emergence on the national political scene at the beginning of the last century, the working class has had different forms of political participation that have accompanied the economic, social and political transformations which the country has undergone during this period. If, immediately after the 1930 revolution until the mid-60s, the presence of the working class on the political scene was tied to the State which, to gain legitimacy, had to incorporate it into the political process as a new actor whose demands had to be recognized, in the 1970s and the 1980s, this same social class challenged the State, which had imposed a new discipline on social life, bringing to collective life the individual experiences of private life, arising from urban privations. Nowadays, in view of the relative obscurity of the working classes in national affairs - when compared with the two previously mentioned periods - one can infer that the crisis afflicting collective mobilization is very much a reflection of the absence of participation of these social classes. In a survey carried out in a municipal public school, located in a working class district in the town of Itaguaí/RJ, an attempt was made to assess forms of participation - in the guise of fragmented participation - which, recovering the meaning of social actions for the actors themselves, seeks to show the scope of collective participation for reconstructing the meaning of such actions. This stems from the fact that the meaning that people, as individuals, confer on what they do, remains as a clear link between routine daily life and times of mobilization and struggle, between particular needs and collective needs.

Os remanescentes florestais, refúgios de biodiversidade, estão sob grande pressão antrópica. A Floresta Estacional Semidecidual (Mata Atlântica do Interior) foi a formação florestal mais devastada no bioma Mata Atlântica. Frente ao quadro de destruição florestal, mudanças climáticas e problemas socioeconômicos, somos desafiadosa desenhar e adaptar novos modelos de restauração florestal, associados ao processo de desenvolvimento e geração de renda das comunidades locais. O objetivo deste estudo foi contribuir com a pesquisa em restauração florestal, avaliando práticas de cultivo intercalar de plantas leguminosas e/ou sistemas agroflorestais, como catalisadores da restauração ecológica, na região do Pontal do Paranapanema, estado de São Paulo. A hipótese central testada é se o controle de plantas espontâneas em plantios de restauração ecológica pode ser realizado através de cultivos intercalares e se os cultivos intercalares interferem na fertilidade do solo e no desenvolvimento das espécies florestais.Durante 24 meses foram monitorados e avaliados: a dinâmica das plantas espontâneas, a evolução da fertilidade do solo eo desenvolvimento das espécies florestais em cada tratamento proposto.O delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualizado com 4 tratamentos em 4 repetições, sendo: (TE) - Testemunha, sem nenhum cultivo intercalar; (SAF) - Sistema Agroflorestal, plantio de feijão na entrelinha da cultura florestal; (FG) - Feijão guandu, plantado na entrelinha da cultura florestal; (LAB) - Labe-labe, plantado na entrelinha da cultura florestal.Os dados foram analisados em ambiente R, através da ANOVA e testeTUKEY a posteriori. Os resultados das plantas espontâneas apontam para a Brachiaria brizantha como a espécie dominante no tratamento TE e que todos os tratamentos foram capazes de controlar a Brachiaria brizantha. Para a fertilidade do solo, não foram observadasdiferenças significativas entre os tratamentos e/ou anos para as variáveis Ca,H+Al, Mg, M.O., N, SB e V%. Foram encontradas diferenças significativas entre os tratamentos e/ou anos para as variáveis P, K, CTC e pH.Em relação ao desenvolvimento das espécies florestais, quando comparados ambos os grupos ecológicos (pioneiras e não pioneiras), observou-se que todos os tratamentos possuem menor mortalidade e maior altura média quando comparados aTE.Os resultados das análises de área basal, para ambos os grupos ecológicos, sugerem que um menor período de uso das entrelinhas favoreça o crescimento em área basal, porém promove alta mortalidade no grupo das não pioneiras.Conclui-se que os manejos de entrelinha com sistemas agroflorestais ou com cultivo de leguminosas, foram eficientes em criar condições favoráveis ao desenvolvimento de espécies florestais, porém o tempo de uso da entrelinha teve influência direta sobre a mortalidade das não pioneiras. / The remaining forests fragments, refuges for biodiversity, are under great anthropogenic pressure. Semi deciduousAtlantic Forest (Mata Atlantica Interior) was the most devastated forest formation in the Atlantic Forest biome. Facing forest destruction, climate change and socioeconomic problems, we are challenged to design and adapt new models of ecological restoration, associated with the rural development and income generation for local communities. The objective of this study was to contribute to research on ecological restoration, assessing management practices through the cultivation of leguminous speciesand agroforestry systems, as catalysts for ecological restoration in the region of Pontal Paranapanema, state of São Paulo. During 24 months it was monitored and evaluated the dynamic of weeds, the evolution of soil fertility and the development of forest species in each proposed treatment. The experimental design was completely randomized with 8 treatments and 1 control in 4 repetitions: (TE) - Control, without intercropping cultivation; (SAF) - Agroforestry System with beansintercropped; (FG) - pigeonpea intercropped with forest; (LAB) - Labe-labe intercropped with forest. Data were analyzed in R environment, by ANOVA and Tukey tests retrospectively. The results point to Brachiaria brizantha as dominant specie in TE, and that all treatments were able to control the spontaneous species. There were no significant differences between treatments and / or years for the variables Ca, H+Al, Mg, OM, N, SB and V%. Significant differences were found between treatments and / or years for the variables P, K, CTC and pH. When both functional groups compared, all treatments have lower mortality and higher average height, compared to the control plots. The results of basal area for both functional groups, suggest that a shorter period of use of lines favor the growth of basal area, but promotes high mortality in the group of non-pioneer tree species. The results suggestthat agroforestry and leguminous species cultivation of pigeonpea and labe-labe, are effective in creating favorable conditions for the development of forest species, but intercropping period has a direct influence on mortality of non-pioneer tree species.

For that sought to understand the influence exercised by psychological connections identification and involvement and its relations with fanaticism. The method employed was exploratory and confirmatory quantitative analysis through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The survey was conducted in the city of São Paulo through a structured questionnaire. The main findings were that fanaticism is a mediator between the identification and purchase intention of hedonic products which has the effect of enhancing the relationship between them in a very relevant way. It was also shown that engagement positively affects the identification and the identification positively affects fanaticism. Another proven mediator relation was that the identification mediates the relationship between engagement and fanaticism. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a influência exercida pelo fanatismo na intenção de compra de produtos hedônicos relacionados ao futebol. Para tanto buscou-se compreender a influência exercida pelas conexões psicológicas de identificação e envolvimento e suas relações com o fanatismo. O método empregado é quantitativo exploratório e confirmatório, desenvolvido a partir de análise fatorial exploratória e confirmatória e modelagem de equações estruturais. A pesquisa foi realizada na cidade de São Paulo e os dados foram colhidos por meio de questionário estruturado. Os principais resultados apontam que o fanatismo é mediador entre a identificação e a intenção de compra dos produtos hedônicos e o efeito é o de potencializar a relação entre eles de forma bastante relevante. Mostram, também, que o envolvimento afeta a identificação positivamente e que a identificação afeta positivamente o fanatismo. Outra relação mediadora comprovada é que a identificação media a relação entre envolvimento e fanatismo.

A investigação se deu em um grupo específico de alunos da Unidade Escolar que, apesar de se encontrarem sob as mesmas condições socioeconômicas e estarem submetidos a um mesmo projeto pedagógico, apresentavam desempenho superior ao demais. A metodologia utilizada constituiu-se de questionários e grupos focais aplicados junto aos pais, questionários respondidos por professores e entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas junto ao núcleo gestor da escola. O principal objetivo foi o de captar tais nuances e, a partir delas, elaborar um Plano de Ação Educacional com vistas a instrumentalizar a comunidade escolar como um todo, acerca da importância e das formas mais assertivas de envolvimento parental que possam produzir impactos positivos no desempenho acadêmico dos alunos. / The present work investigated nuances in parental involvement that could positively impact the academic performance of a group of students from the kindergarten and primary school of a municipal public school in Limeira-SP. The investigation was given in a specific group of a School Unit that despite the fact that they were in the same social economic conditions and being under the same pedagogical project, they showed higher performance compared to others. The methodology used was made up of quizzes and focal groups applied with the parents, quizzes answered by teachers and semi structured interviews accomplished with the school manager nucleus. The main goal was to get those nuances and from them, create an Educational Action Plan in order to equip the school community as a whole, about the importance and more assertive ways of involving parents who can produce positive impacts in students’ academic performance.

Quatro professoras também foram entrevistadas e responderam ao checklist. Os resultados das famílias mostraram que há compartilhamento nos cuidados com o filho com SD, os genitores apresentaram poucas habilidades educativas parentais, mas atitudes favoráveis à educação inclusiva. As professoras relataram que a inclusão é um processo importante, mas não se percebem como agentes ativas deste processo. Em geral, o envolvimento família-escola, segundo as mães, ocorre predominantemente na dimensão pais-alunos, segundo as categorias de orientação, participação e avaliação, tanto nas áreas acadêmica e não acadêmica. Segundo as professoras, esse envolvimento ocorre em diversas dimensões incluindo pais, alunos, professores, direção escolar, principalmente, na atividade de orientação, tanto na área acadêmica como não acadêmica. Os resultados corroboram a literatura, reafirmando a importância do envolvimento de todos para a obtenção de resultados satisfatórios com o aluno com SD. / To investigate the involvement between family with son with Down Syndrome (DS) and inclusive school, four families were visited and the parents replied: demographic questionnaire, interviews, inventory and checklist. Four teachers were also interviewed and replied the checklist. The families results showed that there is share in the care of their child with Down syndrome, the parents had few parenting skills, but favorable attitudes to inclusive education. The teachers reported that inclusion is an important process, but do not perceive themselves as active agents in this process. In general, the family-school involvement, according to the mothers, occurs predominantly in parents- students dimension, according to the categories of guidance, participation and evaluation, both in academic and non- academic areas. According to the teachers, this involvement occurs in several dimensions including parents, students, teachers, school administration, especially in mentoring, both in academic and non- academic areas. The results corroborate literature, reaffirming the importance of involvement of everybody to obtain satisfactory results with the student with DS.

À luz de uma perspectiva interacional da linguagem (Couper-Kuhlen & Selting, 2001; Silveira, 2007), a partir da qual as expressões linguísticas são entendidas como coconstruídas pelos interlocutores, emergentes do uso, situadas, sensíveis ao contexto e adaptáveis às exigências interacionais (Duranti & Goodwin, 1992), analisou-se uma entrevista realizada no talk show “Programa do Jô”, comandado pelo humorista e apresentador Jô Soares, exibido pela Rede Globo. A produção do discurso humorístico foi entendida como uma co-construção conjunta (Clark, 1996) realizada de forma coordenada pelos interlocutores, tomando como base o modelo de geração do humor desenvolvido por Beeman (2000). Através das estratégias de envolvimento propostas por Tannen (1989), verificou-se que a natureza co-constitutiva do humor o faz funcionar, por si só, como uma macroestratégia de envolvimento, ajudando a estabelecer e desenvolver as relações interpessoais entre os participantes de uma dada interação, considerando-se as metas comunicativas de todos os seus membros. / The present work aims to investigate how involvement, solidarity and connection among participants of a given communicative encounter are sustained through the interactive use of humor. Building upon an interactional view of language (Couper-Kuhlen & Selting, 2001; Silveira, 2007) through which linguistic expressions are seen as co-constructed by interactants, emergent from use, situated, context-bound and adaptable to interactional demands (Duranti & Goodwin, 1992), we analyzed an interview which took place in a Brazilian talk show called “Programa do Jô”, hosted by the comedian and presenter Jô Soares, aired by Rede Globo. Building upon Beeman‟s (2000) model of humor production, the production of humorous discourse was understood here as a joint co-construction (Clark, 1996) developed in coordination by interactants. Through the involvement strategies proposed by Tannen (1989), it was found that the co-constitutive nature of humor enables it to work as a macro-strategy for involvement, helping establish and develop interpersonal relations among participants of a given interaction, taking into account the communicative aims of all of its members.

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar e analisar os elementos associados às experiências de compra online que influenciam a satisfação dos e-consumidores em compras de alto e baixo envolvimento no comércio eletrônico. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi realizado um levantamento de campo, cuja amostra foi composta por 720 e-consumidores. Adotou-se o processo de amostragem por cotas, utilizando-se como critério para composição dos estratos da amostra a distribuição etária da população do estudo. Para análise dos dados referentes a compras de alto envolvimento, utilizou-se a Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. Por outro lado, para análise dos dados referentes a compras de baixo envolvimento, utilizaram-se a Análise Fatorial Exploratória e a Análise de Regressão Múltipla. A partir da análise estatística dos dados referentes a compras de alto envolvimento, constatou-se que existem alguns atributos das experiências de compra online que influenciam diretamente a esatisfação (conveniência associada ao website, políticas de trocas e devoluções da empresa e qualidade do serviço de entrega), enquanto outros influenciam o estado de fluxo online (inovação percebida no website, preços e estética do website), que, por sua vez, influencia a esatisfação. Adicionalmente, foram identificados dois atributos que influenciam tanto o fluxo online quanto a e-satisfação (confiabilidade atribuída ao website e variedade de produtos disponíveis para venda no website). Complementarmente, a partir da análise estatística dos dados referentes a compras de baixo envolvimento, constatou-se que três atributos das experiências de compra online influenciam positivamente a e-satisfação, sendo eles a qualidade do serviço de entrega, as informações disponíveis no website e a estrutura de atendimento ao cliente do website. Constatou-se também que a inovação associada ao website influencia negativamente a e-satisfação em compras de baixo envolvimento. / This research aims to identify and analyze the factors associated with online shopping experiences that influence e-satisfaction in high and low involvement purchases. To reach that goal, we conducted a field survey, whose sample consisted of 720 e- consumers. We adopted quotas sampling, using as criteria for the composition of the sample strata age distribution of the study population. To analyze the data for high-involvement purchases, we used the Structural Equation Modeling. On the other hand, for the analysis of data for purchases of low involvement, we used the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. From the statistical analysis of the data for high-involvement purchases, it was found that there are some attributes of online shopping experiences that directly influence the satisfaction (convenience associated with the website, exchanges and returns policies of the company and quality of service delivery), while others influence the state of flow online (perceived innovation on the website, price and aesthetics of the website), which, in turn, influences e-satisfaction. Additionally, we identified two attributes that influence both flow online and e-satisfaction (reliability attributed to the website and variety of products available for sale on the website). In addition, from the statistical analysis of data for purchases of low involvement, it was found that three attributes of online shopping experiences positively influence e-satisfaction: quality of service delivery, information available on the website and website structure of customer attendance. It was also found that innovation associated with the website negatively influences e-satisfaction in purchases of low involvement.

Researches point to an accelerated growth of youth involvement level with these clubs. This survey was conducted to find out the main reasons why young people from São Paulo to engage with football clubs in Europe, and so it was used the theoretical model TSI (Team Sport Involvement) to reach the main goal of the study. It is characterized as exploratory, qualitative and as a data collection instrument, twelve youth participated in two focus groups discussing seven themes that led us to certain conclusions based on theories. The results point to variables such as interest on the players, the club, the entertainment value, socialization, the possibilities for interaction through digital media, fantasy leagues and video games as the main reasons for young people to get involved with these teams. The study contributes to the understanding of sports managers as to marketing stimuli that can approach the Brazilian teams that consumer profile. The survey also alert to the increased involvement of Brazilians with these clubs, and in extreme cases, identifying theirselves, which already means a paradigm shift in this context. / Os clubes europeus de futebol estão cada vez mais presentes no dia a dia dos torcedores brasileiros. Pesquisas apontam para um crescimento acelerado do nível de envolvimento dos jovens com esses clubes. A presente pesquisa foi realizada para descobrir os principais motivos que levam jovens paulistanos a se envolver com clubes de futebol da Europa, e para isso, utilizou o modelo teórico TSI (Team Sport Involvement) para chegar ao objetivo principal do estudo. Caracteriza-se como exploratória, qualitativa e como instrumento de coleta de dados, 12 jovens participaram de dois grupos focais discutindo 7 temas que nos levaram à determinadas conclusões baseadas nas teorias. Os resultados apontam para variáveis como interesse nos jogadores, no clube, no valor de entretenimento, a socialização, as possibilidades de interação através de mídias digitais, fantasy leagues e videogames como os principais motivos para que os jovens se envolvam com essas equipes. O estudo contribui para o entendimento dos gestores esportivos quanto aos estímulos de marketing que podem aproximar as equipes brasileiras desse perfil de consumidor. A pesquisa também alerta para o aumento do envolvimento dos brasileiros com esses clubes, e em casos extremos, com a identificação, que já significa uma quebra de paradigma nesse contexto.

[pt] A partir do presente estudo, procurou-se explorar a temática da experiência subjetiva da paternidade e da masculinidade de pais primíparos na transição para a paternidade. Para isso, foi realizado estudo qualitativo no qual foram entrevistados oito homens primíparos, das camadas médias cariocas, com filhos entre oito meses e três anos, heterossexuais, casados legalmente ou não. Os resultados foram analisados segundo o método de análise do conteúdo em sua vertente categorial. Para atingir os objetivos aqui propostos, serão apresentadas as seguintes categorias de análise: masculinidades em transformação: identificações e rupturas com os genitores; identidade masculina: a questão dos gêneros, feminismo e suas reverberações na masculinidade, pré-história da paternidade: o desejo de ter filhos; repercussões da parentalidade no relacionamento conjugal e, envolvimento paterno. A maioria dos participantes considerou que na atualidade existe maior fluidez entre os gêneros feminino e masculino, reverberando na parentalidade e na conjugalidade que ficam, assim, mais igualitárias. As falas demonstraram maior envolvimento paterno em todo o processo de tornar-se pai, desde o planejamento e o desejo por filhos, até os cuidados físicos e afetivos. Foi possível também constatar reverberações da parentalidade no relacionamento conjugal, indicando o transbordamento de questões do subsistema parental para o conjugal. / [en] Based on the present study, we aimed to investigate the subjective experience of fatherhood and masculinity of primiparous fathers during their transition to fatherhood. To this end, an extensive research was conducted that was divided into two articles. The first one, Subjective experience of masculinity in the transition to fatherhood discusses how fathers experience changes in masculinity during their transition to fatherhood. The second article, The contemporary father: vicissitudes of the process of becoming a father focuses on how fathers experience the process of transition to fatherhood. To this end, two qualitative studies were conducted by interviewing eight primiparous men from Rio de Janeiro who belong to the middle -class, have a child aged between eight months and three years, are heterosexual and are married (formally or otherwise). The results were analyzed according to the content analysis method and its categorical aspect. To achieve the set goals, analysis categories were discussed in articles one and two as follows: the categories of the first article were Masculinities in transformation: identifications and ruptures with parents; Male identity: the issue of gender; and Feminism and its reverberations on masculinity. The categories of the second article were Prehistory of fatherhood: the desire to have children; Repercussions of parenting on the marital relationship and Paternal involvement. Most participants believe that today, there is a greater fluidity between the male and the female gender, which also reverberates on parenting and conjugality and makes them more egalitarian. Their statements reveal increased paternal involvemen t throughout the entire process of becoming a father, from planning and desiring a child to physical and emotional care. It was further observed that parenting also impacts the marital relationship, as issues related to the parental subsystem seem to affect the conjugal one as well.
