[pt] A centralidade do querigma na Exortação Apostólica Evangelii Gaudium, do Papa Francisco, é o tema desta dissertação. Busca-se apresentar, através da referida Exortação Apostólica, o querigma como uma dimensão inerente à ação evangelizadora, ressaltando a primazia do anúncio de Jesus Cristo e suas implicações no âmbito eclesiológico e pastoral. Para tanto, fez-se necessário explicitar o significado da evangelização querigmática na missão da Igreja, desde o Concílio Vaticano II até o pontificado atual. O tema do querigma, como o anúncio de amor salvador de Deus revelado em Jesus Cristo, perpassa toda a Evangelii Gaudium e tem seus desdobramentos em toda ação pastoral, tanto na liturgia e na catequese quanto também no serviço da caridade e na espiritualidade. Desta análise, espera-se a proposição de uma teologia do querigma que explicite a visão de Cristo e da Igreja subjacente ao anúncio. Destaca-se o perfil do Papa Francisco, sua afinidade com as perspectivas do Concílio, bem como as interpelações deste tempo e os desafios da evangelização. Buscou-se adotar a metodologia do documento em análise, agregando à pesquisa a contribuição de teólogos que ajudam a Igreja a discernir sobre o modo mais adequado de realizar o anúncio da fé em meio à mudança de época. / [en] The centrality of the kerygma in the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium, by Pope Francis, is the subject of this dissertation. Through the referred Apostolic Exhortation, the aim is to presente the kerygma as an inherent dimension of the evangelizing action, emphasizing the primacy of the proclamation of Jesus Christ and its implications in the ecclesiological and pastoral scope. Therefore, it was necessary to make explicit the meaning of kerygmatic evangelization in the mission of the Church, from the Second Vatican Council to the current pontificate. The theme of the kerygma, as the announcement of God s saving love revealed in Jesus Christ, permeats the entire Evangelii Gaudium and has its consequences in all pastoral action, both in the liturgy and is catechesis as well as in the service of charity and spirituality. From this analysis, it is expected to propose a kerygma theology that explains the vision of Christ and the Church underlyng the proclamation. It highlights the profile of Pope Francis, his Affinity with the perspectives of the Council, as well as the interpellationsof this time and the challenges of evangelization. We sought to adopt the methodology of the document under analysis, adding to the research the contribution of theologians who help the Church to discern the most aprropriate way to carry out the proclamation of the faith in the midst of changing times.

[pt] Um papa do fim do mundo, uma teologia do terceiro mundo e uma Igreja para todo o mundo propõe uma análise da possibilidade para a Igreja do terceiro milênio a partir da eleição de um argentino vindo do fim do mundo como papa, e de sua experiência como sacerdote pós-conciliar. Nesse lugar do qual veio o papa Francisco, as terras da América Latina e do Caribe, também se produziu uma singular teologia ao final do século XX, que refletia as condições sociais, políticas, econômicas e culturais do povo latino-americano: a teologia da libertação. Esta dissertação apresenta uma biografia de Jorge Mario Bergoglio, um panorama histórico da Argentina que recebeu os imigrantes europeus no início do século XX, entre eles a família do futuro papa, e o impacto da escolha do nome Francisco. Na sequência, traz a história do desenvolvimento da teologia no Novo Mundo, que culminou com o surgimento da teologia da libertação, suas principais ideias e, por fim, analisa as propostas eclesiológicas do papa Francisco apresentadas na Evangelii Gaudium, em consonância com as principais temáticas da teologia da libertação, sua defesa dos pobres, explorados e desfavorecidos como projeto de missão da Igreja e, principalmente, sua percepção da necessidade de atualizar a Igreja (retomando as originais propostas do Concílio Vaticano II especialmente concretizadas em Medellín), para um mundo que hoje se descortina plural e crítico. / [en] A pope from the end of the world, a theology of the third world and a Church for the whole world proposes an analysis of the possibility for the third millennium Church as from the election of an Argentinian coming from the end of the world as pope and as of his experience as a post-conciliar priest. In this place where pope Francis came from, the lands of Latin America and the Caribbean, a singular theology also took place at the end of the twentieth century, reflecting the social, political, economic and cultural conditions of the Latin American people: the liberation theology. This dissertation presents a biography of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, a historical panorama of Argentina that received European immigrants in the early twentieth century, including the family of the future pope, and the impact of the choice of the name Francisco. It then traces the history of the development of theology in the New World culminating in the emergence of liberation theology and its main ideas. Finally, analyses the ecclesiological proposals of pope Francis presented in the Evangelii Gaudium in accordance with the main themes of the liberation theology, his defense of the poor, the exploited and the disadvantaged people as a missionary project of the Church and, mainly, his perception of the necessity to update the Church (taking up the original proposals of the Second Vatican Council, especially the ones concretised in Medellin) to a world that unveils itself as plural and critical.

It is through the central mystery of the life of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, in his Incarnation, Passion, Death and Resurrection, which reveals the divine plan for humanity. The Christian faith points out that the encounter between God and human happens unsurpassed way in Jesus Christ and, through Him, and the grace of the Spirit, the human being has the possibility of conformity to God and to share in his divine life. The relationship with God is essential for the achievement of every man, every woman and all mankind. In the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium, Pope Francis makes a swing state in which humanity faces today and is an invitation for a return and deepening the encounter with Jesus Christ. It proposes that the joy, the strength of the Risen Lord, is present in the practice of the law of love and shine more in the daily life of Christians and from them to the society. The message of life proclaimed and lived for twenty-one centuries by Master's followers still present in preaching and life of Christians today. It is the joy of the Gospel that illuminates and gives meaning to human life, as evidenced by the Holy Scriptures: "I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly" (Jo 10,10) / Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo acerca do ser humano sob a ótica da antropologia cristã. E vai apontar que é por meio do mistério central da vida de Jesus Cristo, o Filho de Deus Vivo, em sua Encarnação, Paixão, Morte e Ressurreição, que se desvela o desígnio divino para a humanidade. A fé cristã acredita que o encontro entre Deus e o humano acontece de forma insuperável em Jesus Cristo e, que, por intermédio dEle e da graça do Espírito, o ser humano tem a possibilidade de uma conformação a Deus e à participação em sua vida divina. A relação com Deus é fundamental para a realização de cada homem, de cada mulher e da humanidade toda. Na Exortação Apostólica Evangelii Gaudium, Papa Francisco faz um balanço do estado em que a humanidade se depara hoje e faz um convite para um retorno e aprofundamento no encontro com Jesus Cristo. Propõe que a alegria, na força do Ressuscitado, esteja presente na prática da lei do amor e resplandeça mais na vida cotidiana dos cristãos e a partir deles para a sociedade. A mensagem de vida proclamada e vivida há vinte e um séculos pelos seguidores do Mestre continua presente na pregação e na existência dos cristãos nos dias de hoje. É a Alegria do Evangelho que ilumina e dá sentido à vida humana, conforme atestam as Sagradas Escrituras: “Eu vim para que tenham vida e a tenham em abundância” (Jo 10,10)
