La presente tesis tiene por finalidad explicar la implementación del modelo RTI (Real Time Infrastructure) en el área de Informática del Instituto Chaminade Marianistas para lograr en ésta área; la reducción de costos en TI, mejorar los niveles de los servicios e incrementar la agilidad. Éste modelo de la consultora Gartner evoluciona el simple concepto de infraestructura de IT para permitir que una empresa o institución se convierta en una Empresa en tiempo real. Una Empresa en Tiempo Real (RTE: Real Time Enterprise) es una empresa que compite utilizando información actualizada para progresivamente eliminar retrasos en la administración y en la ejecución de los procesos críticos del negocio. Por tanto, el iniciar este largo camino hacia que el Instituto Chaminade Marianistas sea una RTE empieza por conformar una Infraestructura en Tiempo Real o RTI. La velocidad de cambio se da en todos los aspectos de la vida pero con mayor énfasis en la tecnología y las instituciones educativas que enseñan a futuros profesionales en TI, deben aprender a adaptarse a los cambios para sobrevivir y no ser absorbidos por la globalización como advierte la teoría de Charles Darwin; “No es el más fuerte de la especie el que sobrevive, ni el más inteligente, sino el que mejor responde al cambio.” Para lograr esto; primero se realizará un inventario de la infraestructura de TI, para luego identificar el nivel de la infraestructura alcanzado, analizar los cambios que se deben dar, planificarlos e implementarlos u optimizarlos en el tiempo pero teniendo en cuenta el plan estratégico de la institución y los recursos con que cuenta

Este proyecto tiene como propósito presentar, de manera estructurada, tendencias de tecnologías de información hacia los próximos años. Asimismo, identificar cuáles son las principales tecnologías que van a ser más relevantes y, a partir de esta fuente, elaborar una cartera de proyectos orientado a los conocimientos que se proveen dentro de la EISC. A través de esto, se podrá contribuir al desarrollo de futuros proyectos en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Las fuentes de referencia de las tendencias de TI serán las que brindan Gartner, Forrester e IDC. Asimismo, realizar un benchmarking sobre las metodologías que brindan cada una de estas organizaciones. El proyecto se desarrolla en diferentes etapas, las cuales serán plasmadas dentro del documento a través de capítulos, donde se define la descripción del proyecto, objetivo de estudio, problemática y planteamiento de la solución. Esto se verá reflejado en el desarrollo de la investigación tomando como base las tecnologías y profundizando el contexto y su aplicación hacia el futuro. Asimismo, el desarrollo del proceso metodológico para la obtención de resultados y la gestión debida para estos. / This project aims to present in a structured, trends of information technology to the next five years. Also, identify key technologies that will be more relevant and, from this source, develop a portfolio of projects oriented knowledge are provided within the EISC are. Through this, it will contribute to the development of future projects in the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Reference sources IT trends will be providing Gartner, Forrester and IDC. (in English): The subject of this thesis is the work of a Jewish architect Jakob Gartner (1860 - 1921) in the fields of sacral and mundane architecture. The paper is limited to structures build on the territory of Austria-Hungary. The beginning of the thesis is dedicated to the emerging emancipation of Jews and their influence on the whole society. Right after is the introduction to the theoretical discussion about the style and form, which were preceding the newly created architecture. After this introduction, the paper is pursuing the person of the architect Jakob Gartner himself. The key part of the thesis presents constructed and only planned synagogues across the countries. In the end the focus dedicated to constructed, mostly Viennese, mundane buildings and constructions like a maternity hospital, villa and a larger number of apartment buildings. The final part of the paper is a complete list of the work of Jakob Gartner, which includes as well the buildings built in the regions of Moravia and Silesia.

全球能源日益枯竭造成能源成本節節上升，低碳、環保、節能與 全球暖化的議題占滿各大小新聞媒體版面。台灣有近98%的能源必須 仰賴國外進口，最近這一波國內能源的上漲，不只讓台灣民眾深深感 受到節約能源就是最好的開源做法。而著重競爭力與利潤最大化的企 業，更是不能置外於這一波全球性的浪潮，台灣政府當局上從總統， 下至各部會亦嘗試在此議題下引領全國性的推展。 　　綠色IT 榮登GARTNER[2008]十大應用技術的榜首，但是綠色 IT 是一個很大的議題，從綠色生產、節能到環境保護等均在論及的範疇 之內。但是，因為台灣資訊中心普遍是以支援業務為主的屬性，所關 注的主軸會落在節能這個部份，因為節能就是開源。我們也觀察到， 在企業成長與電力逐漸窘迫的兩難局面下，資訊中心如何殺出重圍， 走出一條可長可久的策略就更顯重要，這也是本研究選擇資訊中心節 能的原因所在。 　　然而，IT 專業經理人面對此一省電節能的波瀾時，可能囿於傳 統IT 經驗鮮少論及此一話題，因而如何做好資訊中心的節能專案往 往無所適從。本研究所探討的各種增加資訊中心用電效率的方法，涵 蓋範圍從如何有效降低IT 產值用電的各種熱門技術，到降低機房整 體非IT 設備的用電需求，並對下一代機房的規劃與建置提供一個較 清晰的思考方向，希望能為有需要導入資訊中心節能專案的IT 專業 經理人，提供一個有效可行的導入模型，並在執行節能專案時能收事 半功倍之效。 　　本研究最後以兩個實例：台灣高科技A 公司及台灣金融壽險B 公 司，來探討是否資訊中心的節能僅僅只能帶來省電的效益？很顯然地 在下一代的IT 節能技術與規劃下，IT 除了達到省電節能的效果之 外，還可以得到更多更具說服力的投資效益，這些效益主要會反應在 人力、軟體、硬體、學習成本的大幅降低、以及服務品質、可用性、 擴充性、資產利用率的提升、精簡了基礎架構與減少人為疏失的機 率…等諸多方面。 　　所謂「民氣可用」，在這波綠色IT 的全球浪潮下，正是企業資 訊中心重新檢視各項營運或服務指標的大好時機。從本研究所總結的 觀點而言，資訊主管不妨可以用更積極的思考邏輯與策略，為IT 支 援公司的商業運轉提供更為優勢的利基。

Working toward a sustainable environment and society has never been as high a priority as it is today. Numerous studies worldwide have concluded that if no actions are taken, it will be too late to ensure the survival of future generations. Sustainability entails fundamental changes in the way organizations and societies have been working, the way products and services have been produced, and the way environment, economy and society have been interacting with each other. Design consultancies operate at the initial stages of product development and can contribute significantly to design and production of sustainable goods. This thesis aims to understand and identify how design consultancies can be an active part of a system transformation required to achieve sustainability. It is a case study carried out at a design consultancy Prevas AB in Uppsala, Sweden. Sustainability is a complex topic and its integration into business practices is seldom easy. The objective of the study is to assist design consultancies in addressing this challenge of integrating sustainability. A comprehensive literature review on sustainability, sustainable design practices, role of design consultancies in product development is presented. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews is followed to understand the current situation in the market, the perception of sustainability by various stakeholders, and potential improvement areas. The thesis underlines the need and importance of making investments for integrating sustainability at design consultancies, along with some recommendations and practical suggestions to implement related practices. With an analytical approach, integrating sustainability at design consultancies is discussed as an innovation, and the business opportunities involved in adopting this innovation are identified. The results show that although design consultancies may not independently drive the sustainability in product development, they can surely play an important part in it and the current timeframe is critical for making related investments.

The 1932 to 1953 period has been analyzed, since the school´s foundation, which holds the museum, to its transferring. This paper highlights two zoological collections, which make up part of it. The taxidermy of birds and mammals. The data have been collected from the congregation´s documentation, identification tags from the animals, from the images Arquivo Provincial Apdre Lux - Appal and the seminary, interviews with priests and former pupils of EASCJ. The natural sciense museums were inaugurated in Brazil form XIX century and have rerformed an important role in the propagation of science. We specifically consider Museu Irmão Luiz Gartner, the information shows a significant number os birds and mammals, some of them are endangered. Nowadays the collection is made up of 539 samples. Regarding the mammals collection which is made up of 198 samples. This paper also shows a whole of information of different scholar material, such as furniture, shoe´s utensilis, building Groundwork, which might be used for further researches who wihsed to investigate the same theme / O presente trabalho objetivou construir um mapa dos objetos que compõem a base da cultura material da escola primária da Escola Apostólica Sagrado Coração de Jesus - EASCJ, com ênfase no acervo do Museu Irmão Luiz Gartner - MILG -, localizado no Seminário Sagrado Coração de Jesus em Corupá/SC. O período analisado vai de 1932 a 1953, abrangendo desde a fundação da escola que abriga o museu até a sua transferência, quando o MILG passa a funcionar em seu novo e ampliado espaço museológico, onde permanece até os dias de hoje. O trabalho estuda e dá destaque a duas coleções zoológicas que fazem parte do acervo: a de aves e a de mamíferos taxidermizados. Os dados foram coletados em documentos da Congregação Sagrado Coração de Jesus e da instituição que abriga o museu. Utilizaram-se, entre outros documentos, fichas de identificação dos animais taxidermizados, banco de imagens do Arquivo Provincial Padre Lux - Appal - e do Seminário, entrevistas com padres e ex-alunos da EASCJ. Os museus de ciências naturais foram inaugurados no Brasil a partir do século XIX e desempenharam um importante papel na propagação das ciências. Registram-se instituições desta natureza, tanto como unidades isoladas, quanto como instituições pedagógicas (museus escolares). Considerando, especificamente, o museu Irmão Luiz Gartner, os dados revelaram um número significativo de aves e mamíferos no acervo. Alguns deles são hoje ameaçados de extinção. Atualmente, o acervo de aves contém, no total, 539 exemplares. Com relação ao acervo de mamíferos, conta com 198 exemplares. O trabalho também apresenta um conjunto de informações sobre demais objetos da cultura material escolar, tais como móveis, utensílios didáticos, bases arquitetônicas da edificação, que poderão ser utilizadas como fontes por pesquisadores que desejem se debruçar sobre o mesmo tema
