This thesis aims to contrast German and Swedish youth languages, based on material from two popular Online-Communities mainly for young people, SchülerVZ and Lunarstorm, respectively. The goal is not primarily to analyze the use of written, online youth language. Rather, language use on the Internet has developed into something between written and spoken language; often with clear characteristics of spoken language. Therefore, my corpus enables me to establish general similarities and differences in spoken (and written) German and Swedish youth communication. Many similarities can be found in the way both German and Swedish youth play with language through e.g. many innovative lexical combinations and hyperboles. A difference can be found in the use of dialect. German youth inclines to speak and write it more explicitly to establish a "youth identity". In contrast, Swedish youth applies multi-ethnic youth language in the same way to establish this identity. This finding leads to the conclusion that multi-ethnic youth language firstly, is a more accepted or developed medium in Sweden, and secondly, something young people can employ in their formation of an identity that goes beyond social, "adult" conventions. In addition, a common use of Anglo-American loan words, mainly through Code Switching, can be found in both languages. This occurrence of loan words ought to depend mainly on these words being more unerring or more prestigious than native alternatives. Differences in the application of these loan words are found to be on a grammatical level. The German language tends to adopt more directly imported Anglo-American loan words, whereas the Swedish language reproduces these words in order to allow integration with the Swedish language system.

There is a clear difference between the way football players and leaders regard the role of the referee, compared to the way the refereeing body looks at it. The refereeing body regard themselves as fundamental for the existence of the sport, while the other mentioned parties merely see them as functional justice makers. This view places the referees outside the field of football. This establishes a football culture, which is conflicted when it comes to the role of the referees on the field. The conflict comes to its edge in youth football, where the referees are under severe pressure. The only way for the referees to handle this pressure is through experience and respect, which is essential for creation of a well working referring role. Thus, a change in the football culture is necessary in order to include the referees in the football family and change the general conception of the referees’ role and function.

Das Ziel der Arbeit ist, Edith Stein als philosophische Stimme in der aktuellen Diskussion um die Begründung von Menschenwürde, um die Beziehung von Philosophie und Naturwissenschaften am Beispiel der Auseinandersetzung der Neurophilosophie mit der Gehirn-Geist bzw. Leib-Seele-Problematik und um das Begründungsverhältnis von Individuum,Gemeinschaft/Gesellschaft und Staat zur Geltung zu bringen.

Organisationer har olika strategier för särskiljning och konkurrenskraft där kultur, arv och tradition tillämpas på olika sätt för att profilera sig både mot kunder och medarbetare. Företag vilka bygger och anspelar på lokal tradition återfinns inom de flesta sektorer, dock har få studier gjorts på medarbetarens upplevelse av tradition inom en organisation. Kunskapsluckan i traditionens betydelse för medarbetare inom samtida organisationer är således av vikt att studera. Vi vill genom denna undersökning förstå hur medarbetaren upplever en eventuell anspelning på lokal tradition inom en organisation. Undersökningen av sambandet mellan lokal tradition och medarbetaren ska bidra till ökad insikt om huruvida lokal tradition har aktualitet och betydelse för en organisationsmedlem. Genom kvalitativ metod med induktiv ansats behandlar vi fenomenet tradition. En fallstudie har tillämpats med intervjuer och observationer som primärdata. Genom denna studie har vi funnit att betydelsen och upplevelsen av tradition ter sig annorlunda bland tjänstemän och produktionsarbetare. Uppdelning av upplevelser i respektive grupp kan härledas till, förklaras genom och i vissa fall påverkas av andra organisatoriska aspekter, såsom corporate heritage, corporate heritage brand, identitet, internal branding, stolthet, storytelling samt gemeinschaft och gesellschaft.
