Following Diploma Thesis is focused on problematic of oboe teaching to beginners at an Art School. My objective was to summarize the issues as well as a help when solving out the problems whilst teaching. This Thesis might as well be used as a teaching methodology for an incipient teacher. The main source of information was my own experience as well as the experience of other pedagogues from the educational practice.
In the individual chapters there I concentrated on selection of a pupil, suitable age for playing, prerequisites, a correct breathing technique and breathing exercises, the embouchure, a reed for the beginners, an issues of the instruments and their rent or purchase all of which is followed by difficulties occurring with gradual technique of advanced level and a switchover from an automatic system of the instrument to a semi-automatic one. I also mention here instrumental schools, etudes or performances which are available in our country and are also suitable for education. I have also included a chapter about home practicing, means of expression, stage fright, motivation, playing by heart and playing in an orchestra or in a chamber ensemble, or even about competitions. Part of my Thesis is also a questionnaire, which had been answered by teachers of an Art School, and which I made conclusions of.

This thesis is focused on the inclusion of educational games in teaching physics at the elementary schools. The work aims to create a set of educational games for teaching physics at the elementary school. The theoretical part analyzes the theory of didactic games and use of games in education, increasing motivation among pupils. Further the theoretical part consists of an analysis of the selected thematic unit "substances and bodies". The practical part consists of a set of my own didactic games. Created didactic games can serve mainly for practicing, repetition and consolidation of curriculum and are designed to develop the selected key competencies to stimulate the innate playfulness and creativity of students. They also provide feedback on students' knowledge. It is possible to include games into the teaching in the form of competitions of individuals, couples or groups of pupils. Didactic games' benefits were verified in tests. Evaluation and results of these tests are elaborated at the end of this work.

This master thesis consists of two basic parts. The theoretical part which focuses on the definition and historical evolution of games from the point of view of their function in the process of pedagogy, and the practical part which is Memory game, created by the author. Games as a phenomenon, and their functions and importance within the context of the educational process at the level of elementary education, with a particular focus on art education are analysed in this master thesis. The developed Memory game by the author has a strong didactic accent, the goal of which is to mediate the area of visual art to students. The last part of this master thesis is a detailed description of the process of using the developed didactic tool during teaching and its graphical documentation.

This thesis called Breath and Embouchure Exercises for Saxophone deals with the methodology of teaching techniques on the saxophone in a broader sense of all influences on tone creation. It begins with physical posture, continues with basic breathing techniques and only after their expected mastering proceeds to special techniques, which allow mastering of embouchure techniques and habits.
This thesis follows and complements the publication of David Liebman: How to Play the Saxophone. The author goes more in depth where Liebman is too brief. He is not satisfied with just enumerating playing techniques but tries a view from the other side - from quality-aesthetic requirements to individual exercises.
The focus of the thesis is to develop of a comprehensive system of exercises that leads those concerned through individual successive steps towards the ideal mastery of the tone creation technology.
The aim is to provide reassurance to seekers on their way. The author as a teacher makes his proven system available also for other students.

The goal of the thesis is to depict his artistic life, his thoughts and opinions and their value for a contemporary pianists and also to describe his contribution by closely collaborating with leading composers of post-war era. The thesis also contains an analysis and comparison of Aimard's selected recordings of Gyorgy Ligeti's pieces, which were prepared in personal collaboration with the author.

The Diploma thesis also contains list of contemporary pieces interpreted by Vojtěch Lindaur, registry of recordings made in 1960s and 1970s in the Pilsen Radio recording studio and list of opera premiers interpreted by Vojtěch Lindaur in the J. K. Tyl Theatre from 1956 to 1990.
