Title: Influence of modified games on the quantity of game combinations of primary school age floorball players Objectives: The aim of this work was to find out the effect of prepared training programme on quantity of passing, team cooperation and quantity of shots. The research was aimed on passing accuracy (passing quality) after ball carrying, quantity of passes in training match on smaller pitch. The number of the players was 3 on 3 there. It was also aimed on quantity of passes in league match on standard pitch. There were 5 players against 5. At the end of the training programme, we made revisory tests to assess a positive effect of the programme. Methods: We used a method of an experiment. At first, there were preliminary tests before an adjusted training program so that we got input data. Then we applied adjusted training programme and then there were another control tests to get output data. The programme included both modified games and game-like drills. During the tests, we used participant observation. Results: The results showed an increase of quantity in all tests. But only in passing accuracy after ball carrying test and in quantity of passes in league match the results were statistically significant. The other test showed no statistical significance. Design onboardingu pro kooperativní video hru / Design of onboarding for a cooperative video game

Holan, Jan January 2021 (has links)
Tutorial missions are an essential part of video games. However, their significance is often not emphasized enough during development. This thesis presents a review of the literature related to tutorial design and combines information from the private sector and the academic sphere. The analysis outcome was organized into a clear set of rules. A tuto- rial mission for the cooperative game Silicomrades was designed based on these findings. Two distinct versions of the tutorial were created, centered on one of the conflicts iden- tified during the literature review - whether it is better to use Scaffolding (giving player necessary information right away) for a video game onboarding or Just in time approach (giving player information when he is unsure what to do). An experiment was conducted (n = 28) to identify differences between these two approaches. Participants of the expe- riments played one of the two versions, and then their performance was measured in the specialized mission. None of the experiment findings was of statistical significance, but the results indicated a superiority of the Scaffolding approach (based on the performance and subjective enjoyment). After the experiment, the tutorial mission was refined based on the feedback, and exciting directions for future studies were suggested. 1

Stolní hra otázek a odpovědí jako podpora výuky dějin umění / Table game of questions and answers as a support for teaching the history of art

Poštová, Lucie January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of board games. It is divided into three parts, the theoretical, practical and didactic part. In the theoretical part, the author describes iconography of board games and playing board games from the Middle Ages to the present time. The use of board games is interpreted on specific works of art in painting, sculpture and crafts. The practical part was focused on the creation of an art history educational board game, which develops knowledge in the form of a quiz with questions and answers. The game was redesigned as a digital / online version and a mobile application. Versions of the game were created in a unified author's design. In the didactic part, the author examines whether the game is a suitable teaching material for teachers, students and a group of respondents from the general public. It also includes a methodology for secondary school teachers on how to deal with play in teaching.

Klasifikace herních metod ve vzdělávání dospělých / Classification of simulation and gaming in adult education

Froněk, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Mgr. Jan Froněk, disertační práce, Katedra andragogiky a personálního řízení FF UK v Praze Abstract The dissertation thesis presents varieties of games and simulations in the field of adult education and specializes particularly in role-play and simulation classifications, with the emphasis on presenting case examples of the applications of the methods. To reach the objectives of the dissertation, first of all resources analysis had been made (both scientific resources and practical toolkits). Then the acquired knowledge was reframed into a terminological framework that had existed before, yet had not been defined specifically enough and explicitly for the field of adult education. The second pillar of the thesis represents a survey that was conducted among adult educators. The thesis consists of six main chapters: it is introduced by a general chapter on games, plays and their characteristics and definition (also from adult educator's perspective). A chapter on simulation and gaming classification follows (Chap. 2), from which the largest part of this work is drawn: a detailed categorization of role-play (Chap. 3) and simulation (Chap. 4) varieties. Some of the Czech as well as international simulation and gaming organisations are mentioned (Chap. 5). In the 6th chapter, results from a survey are...

Fyzikální rébusy v mimoškolním vzdělávání / Physics puzzles in extracurricular education

Pechman, Matouš January 2021 (has links)
Title: Physics puzzles in extracurricular education Author: Bc. Matouš Pechman Department: Department of Physics Education Supervisor: RNDr. Marie Snětinová, Ph.D., Department of Physics Education Abstract: Non-formal education is practically ongoing today. There is a growing demand for leisure activities that will not only offer entertainment as such, but also broaden the horizons of participants in various areas. In their free time, people look not only for rest, but also for new challenges and stimuli, on which they test their skills and ability to respond to new situations. These activities include, for example, escape games. Escape games usually require skill, knowledge and logical thinking to succeed. The game created in this work is composed of physical puzzles. Except one, all puzzles are based on problems that primary school students already face in physics classes. Puzzles combine concepts that were voiced at school with practical examples. Participants can try out for themselves how things work and solve puzzles with the help of physics. The work contains detailed instructions so that potential candidates know how to prepare the game. It also contains a brief physical explanation of the individual physical principles used in the individual puzzles. The game was tested on six groups. Based on...
