Rozvoj výtvarné tvořivosti dětí v rámci volného času (předškolní věk) / Development of Children's Art Creativity in Free Time (pre-school age)

HLAVATÁ, Jana January 2008 (has links)
Pre-school age is a very important period for all children because at this time they gain most of their basic skills, knowledge, habits and experience. The fundamentals of their lifestyle and free time spending is made up in this period too. In my thesis I would like to highlight the big importance of leisure time education as the essential means of an art creativity development for pre-school children. In this work I specialize in an art creativity development in particular. My work is devided into two parts {--} the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part I aim generally at the education and upbringing of pre-school children. Here I deal with children´s development of the aesthetic education, creativity and fantasy. I try to penetrate more into the world of children´s free time, interests and visual games. I also remembered to mention the children´s motivation and the necessity of a suitable setting for doing their free time activities. Further I give description on general rules of children´s development, their socialization and temperament. I shortly deal with the pedagogues´characters, their relation-ships to children and visual art and the way of their teaching as well. The core of my thesis is the second - practical part, in which all findings are demonstrated in the creative project About the air (O Vzduchu). The project should contribute to children´s development of positive approach to the nature and coun-tryside and to more prosperous emotional apprehension and experience. I try to use the features of an aesthetic, motoric, literary and dramatic education in all my project. In the thesis conclusion I state all results discovered in the course of the project implementation.

A taxonomia e o modelo da sequência do processo de erro humano tanto quanto o modelo BBN-Based são ilustrados via um exemplo de uma aplicação no contexto de uma indústria Brasileira Hidroelétrica de Potência.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------With advances in hardware reliability engineering in the last 30 years, we have seen equipment and complex systems with very low levels of failure. Complex systems in the nuclear industry, aerospatiale sector, chemical industries, electrical industries and others now have equipment and systems with levels of reliability that has adequately served the society. However, the operation and maintenance of these systems do not rely solely on intrinsec performance of the corresponding equipment, but they also depend on human action. Major accidents in the recent past such Chernobyl, Bhopal, the Challenger shuttle and major recent power blackouts in Brazil, highlighted the need to reduce human error in complex systems. The human reliability assessment emerges as a support to the analisys of the operation and maintenance of these type of systems. Since the late 80th some advances have emerged in the study of human reliability. Techniques such as THERP, ATHEANA, CREAM and IDAC, have been consolidated over time for the study, measure and prediction of human error. However performance shaped factors used in almost all the aforementioned techniques have proven difficult to be estimated from a practical standpoint. In addition, the specifics of the Hydroelectric Power Industry defined in the Grid Procedures of the National System Operator (Operador Nacional so Sistema, ONS) and the regulatory instruments of ANEEL (Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica) Regulatory Agency have led to the necessity of a taxonomy that can adapt for this important strategic sector. In this thesis, it is proposed a taxonomy and model of error sequence process for assessment of human error specifically designed to meet the context of operation and maintenance of Hydroelectric Power System. To illustrate the new taxonomy it was collected and analyzed data from about ten years of human error records related to the generation and transmission of Hydroelectric Power Company in Brazil. It was collected 605 reports by human error shutdown from 1998 to 2009. A BBN-Base methodology for the quantification of human error is also discusses. The taxonomy, model for error sequence process as well as the BBN-Based model are illustrated via an example of application in the context of the Brazilian Hydroelectric Power Industry.

Rozhlasová rolová hra: možnosti a limity využití fiktivního rozhlasového vysílání ve výuce anglického jazyka / Radio role play: possibilities and limitations of use of fictional radio broadcast in English language teaching

Žďárek, Karel January 2017 (has links)
This dissertation thesis focuses on the use of drama in English language teaching. In the theoretical part the field of drama in ELT is elaborated in terms of its principles, methods and examples of practical use. Based on the outlined theoretical basis the technique radio role play is introduced. The main aim of the thesis was to identify and verify possibilities and limitations of the technique applied in English language teaching. To meet the aim of the thesis action research was used as the research design employing a range of data collection methods, e.g. questionnaires with pupils; interviews with pupils, teachers and critical friends. Content analysis was used to process the collected data and the analysis was further interpreted with the support of contextual information regarding educational setting in which the research was carried out and contextual material (lesson plans, teaching material, audio and video recordings). Within the four cycles of action research initial hypotheses, which were formulated before the actual research, were verified. The research findings show that the radio role playing contributes to the development of speaking as a language skill (mainly fluency and spontaneity of speech), improvisation skills, creativity and non-verbal communication. The main limitation...
