The thesis is specialized in the creation of teaching aids for preschool and early school age children. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is characterized by psychological human development with an emphasis on the development of preschool and early school age children. The thesis is focused on the life and work of reform pedagogue Maria Montessori. The theoretical part is discussed about learning, the use of educational games and educational aids. In educational process is very important a teacher. The practical part consists of teaching aids - the alphabet, numbers, and developing a sense of small tasks which are normally used in dressing up.

Isang Yun and his works for oboe is a title of this master thesis. It introduces a personality of a Korean composer Isang Yun and it focuses on his works for oboe. The first chapter contains resumé of principal moments of the composer´s life. The next chapter briefly touches characteristics of traditional Korean music, how the western culture is displayed in the Korean music, what is its influence on the Korean music and their inosculation into each other. The following chapter has an aim to introduce the biggest inspirational element in Yun´s life - the philospophy of Taoism. The fourth chapter describes a compositional style of Isang Yun in which elements of both different cultures combine in a unique way. In this chapter one fractional subchapter is also introduced where an insight into a few compositional techniques of the composer and an approach of audience to Yun´s music can be found. Final chapter contains analysis of eight compositions, which Isang Yun wrote for oboe Piri, Doppelkonzert for oboe and harp, Inventionen, Rondell, Images, Quartett for oboe and strings, Bläserquintett and Bläseroktett.

This thesis discusses the method of approach of Albert Schweitzer's performance interpretation of Johann Sebastian Bach's organ compositions and his influence on contemporary interpretations. The first part is devoted to the historical context of major milestones in the life of Albert Schweitzer and a history of interpretation of Johann Sebastian Bach's works. The second part of the study analyzes some of the recordings of Albert Schweitzer and of contemporary interpreters, their distinct interpretive approach and the registration of individual compositions.

The presented master thesis describes methods of geology teaching at primary school and deals with the motivation of pupils in a connection with the application of a didactic game in teaching of geology and/or nature science. Data source was sampled via questionnaire in three groups of the respondents, i.e., teachers of geology (nature science), with 9th class pupils of primary school and university students of teaching training in biology. The theoretical part includes general data concerning motivation of pupils, teaching methods and a didactic game. The practical part contains methodology of the research, results of quantitative analysis and the author's didactic computer game which was tested and evaluated by the respondents. The obtained results show that the majority of pupils do not like geology however the integration of the didactic games in lessons can be increased pupil's interest in geology. The research has also found that university students have a different opinion on the teaching of geology than practising teachers. For example university students think that the unpopularity of geology among pupils is caused by teacher's personality, but according to opinion of the teachers it is caused by a general lack of attractivity of the subject. Similarly, the students accused the teacher of insufficient use of didactic games in geology teaching, but the teachers do not integrate didactic games in geology teaching due to lack of time.

The diploma thesis concerning "Experience leisure educators at convalescent events with children with ADHD syndrome" is of a theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part deals with convalescent actions, i.e. legislation, organization and skills and competencies of recreational activities staff. There are also described ADHD syndrome, its symptoms in children and discussed the educational approaches suitable to work with children with ADHD syndrome during convalescent events. The aim of the empirical part is to describe the experience of free time educators with the integration of child with ADHD syndrome who is participating in convalescent event. Empirical part is divided into two parts. The first part consists of preliminary research implemented by questionnaire. The results of the survey are followed by the second part, which is based on structured interviews with selected educators of free time activities. Interview questions are focused on the current practice of leisure educators, the conditions of ADHD syndrome children's integration to recreational activities, educational approaches and benefits of this integration.

The diploma thesis focuses on fixed-odds betting among male adolescents. In theoretical part, game as a whole life matter is explained, afterwards it aims closer to hazard game, especially fixed-odds betting. Regarding to children, multiple smaller studies, focused on risky behaviour on the internet and gambling, are introduced. Empirical part combines qualitative and quantitative approach. Interviews with betters jointly with the theory creates the base for hypothesises and questionnaire, which was distributed in five schools; three elementary and two high schools. Results of the empirical part are suggesting that adolescent boys have experiences with fixed-odds betting even though they are not of age. Frequently, the reason for betting is being involved in sport and the favourite form is on-line betting.

The thesis is divided into several chapters. Through the first to third chapter, it is possible to get acquainted with the concepts of drama education, methods of drama education, theater and core competencies. There is also a comparison of the desired outcomes of core competencies and objectives of drama education. The fourth chapter consists original research that relates to the specified research problem, namely contribution of selected methods of drama education for the development of core competencies of children.

The diploma thesis deals with the playful forms of work as one of instruments of intensification in the lessons of Czech language at elementary school. In its theoretical part it focuses on the problems of young school child's development. The key concepts of game and its importance in the process of education are defined here. In the practical part the reservoir of playful forms of work is introduced. The games tested with the fourth-year pupils are embodied in this part.

Title: Muscle activity analysis during the violoncello play Objectives: This thesis focuses on analysing and comparing specific back muscles of a bowing violoncellist. The findings can help understanding pathologic mechanisms and back pain caused by violoncello playing. It may be useful in choosing suitable preventive compensatory exercise as well and for future research. Eventually, the analysis could be applied in playing ergonomics and designing a proper seat. The thesis also aims on evaluating suitability of the chosen measuring method in this branch. Methods: The theoretical part reviews contemporary knowledge about musculoskeletal system disorders linked with violoncello playing. The practical part aims on evaluating data obtained from 3D kinematic analysis and surface EMG of specific back muscles of professional violoncello player during playing. Several conditions are assessed. Results: The experiment has shown that when playing a violoncello there is an asymmetric loading of the back muscles. Loading of specific muscles has is affected by way of bowing, string location and the seat. The experiment was done on a single proband, so these conclusions may not be generally valid. The work is dealing with the "Role-playing" ("Jeux de rôles") in teaching French as a foreign language. The aim of theoretical part is to describe the history and definition of the activity as well as its didactic use and benefits. Furthermore, respective phases of its realization are described. The practical part begins with showing the results of application of this activity in practice. Then, presence of the activity in some current French textbooks is examined in more detail. Finally, thanks to the survey method, the present situation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is monitored, from teachers' point of view on the one hand and from students' one on the other hand. The goal of the research is to find out if teachers of French language use the activity in theirs lessons and if so, what their experience is.
