Its goal is to describe, analyze and systematize information on such disorders, especially in terms of ways of conceiving them and treating them to subsidize and give the speech support approach with this profile, through multi-and interdisciplinary teams. DSD questions, throughout life, organizational issues, sexuality and psychological constitution, including developments affecting the speech work for language sequels and damages often occur (oral and/or writing), in the voice and hearing. This issue was motivated by concerns and questions arising from clinical practice with patients with DSD. In the light of the lack of speech therapy studies on the subject, it was decided to make from clinical inquiries the axis of an initial systematization of the original (specialized) literature, introducing their questions to speech therapists, as well as highlighting the relevance of their work in this field. The literature points out the severe organic problems of DSD (genetic, hormonal, etc.), regarding distress and suffering of parents and patients due to the controversial, complex and multifaceted condition that overcome problems related to human sexuality. Ultimately, the problem surrounding these anomalies sets itself as a generating field of disorders of various sources: affective-related, organizational, communication, among others; which demands from health professionals specific training, standpoint, clinical listening and teamwork / Esta dissertação compreende um estudo bibliográfico exploratório sobre as anomalias da diferenciação sexual (ADS). Seus objetivos são descrever, analisar e sistematizar informações sobre tais anomalias, sobretudo em termos dos modos de concebê-las e tratá-las, para subsidiar e fundamentar a atuação fonoaudiológica com esses quadros, em equipes multi e interdisciplinares. As ADS põem em xeque, ao longo da vida, questões orgânicas, de sexualidade e de constituição psíquica, inclusive com desdobramentos que afetam o trabalho fonoaudiológico, pois, com frequência, ocorrem comprometimentos ou sequelas na linguagem (oral e/ou escrita), na voz e na audição. A pesquisa foi motivada por inquietações e questionamentos advindos da prática clínica com pacientes portadores de ADS. Em função da escassez de estudos fonoaudiológicos sobre o assunto, decidiu-se por fazer das indagações clínicas o eixo de uma sistematização inicial da literatura especializada, introduzindo suas questões aos fonoaudiólogos, bem como apontando a pertinência de seu trabalho nesse campo. A literatura aponta para os severos problemas orgânicos das ADS (genéticos, hormonais, etc.), para a angústia e o sofrimento de pais e pacientes, em função da condição polêmica, complexa e multifacetada que contorna os problemas ligados à sexualidade humana. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of crisis management and internal processes in relation to health and safety at work.

The thesis dealing with the occupational safety and health protection for acute care department nurses had three goals. The first goal was to map the specifics of health protection and safety at work for acute care department nurses. The second goal was to ascertain the most frequent occurrence of failures to adhere to the H&S rules. The third goal was to find out whether the duration of the practice and the level of education affect the H&S knowledge among nurses. Qualitative as well as quantitative research was applied to the ascertainment of the answers to the prepared questions. When the two kinds of research had been set it was necessary to set research questions and hypotheses. The method of hidden observation of nurses working at an anaesthesiology and resuscitation department was applied within the qualitative research. Ten nurses were observed. The method of questionnaire survey sent through the Internet was used to obtain the quantitative results. Surprisingly, two hundred and forty respondents replied to the questionnaire. To confirm the hypotheses a statistical processing was carried out, which confirmed or refuted the significance level of the individual questions and replies. The asset of this work and of a part of its results is a finding that nurses from an anaesthesiology and resuscitation department are aware of the necessity of the adherence to the H&S rules and instructions, which protects their health, but they fail to do it in practice. This is why the results of this thesis might stimulate further solutions. The thesis also contains a proposal how to deal with complicated situations. All solutions are however completely individual and depend on the internal and further rules set by the hospital management.

The main subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of construction and technological preparation for the main structure of the Smart Light shop in Bratislava. For main structure has been processed time schedule of the construction, single item budget, machine configuration design, drawing of building site, coordination situation of the building with connection to the infrastructure, safety and health protection during work on building site. Part of the thesis is processing study of main construction technological parts. Diploma thesis in technological prescript focuses on implementation of floor structure with cast epoxy walking surface. There has been elaborated testing and quality plan of this technological part. Additional chapter approximates built-in technology – cooling ceiling structure. For elaboration of this diploma thesis were used programs AutoCAD, CONTEC, BuildPowerS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

This thesis deals with the Labour Inspection in construction industry. First, the basic concepts, legal norms and developlment of the Labour Inspection in the Czech republic are summarized. Then follows description of the Labour Inspection authorities, which are the State Labour Inspectorate and the Regional inspectorates. The area of safety and health protection in the construction industry, concept of Safe enterprise and "Švarc" systém are processed separately. Finally, analysis of the Labour Inspection activities in construction between 2006 - 2011 is performed, with a detailed focus on the year 2011.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the institute of work inspection with a focus on Civil Engineering. Another focus is to present health and safety coordinator in relation with the institute of work inspection. I would like to draw from practical experience gained at work so I will visit construction sites with a coordinator and an inspector from the institute and consequently I will try to evaluate these inspections. At the end of the thesis I will focus on risk precautions where I will apply one method with which I will solve a practical example.

This dissertation Barrier-free Work Environment examines and emphasizes some elements, which are projected and will be projected even more into architectural production – architect’s work. Buildings designed specially to create a working environment accessible for disabled people are of a current interest and they will become a very prominent subject of social development in the future, because it will be necessary to react sensitively to the disproportions in human abilities and in the society’s capability to create new workplaces, implement progressive technologies, computer systems, and last but not least, to react to new possibilities of people’s creative invention. This thesis is based on the key definitions for this topic – the terms health and handicap. It is aimed at the ethics of communication in a society and its perception by a person with some kind of disability – handicap. This thesis also analyzes the limits of human possibilities in the context of contemporary and future progressive technologies. The topic of accessible workplaces necessarily derives from the historical development of workplaces, and it indicates the future trends of development. An important part of this thesis is concerned with the conditions for creating a friendly working environment, not only from the aspect of the construction itself, but mainly by the interior design, its flexible furniture, and special work tools not only for the handicapped. This dissertation and its contribution to the scholarly research are based on evaluation of an opinion survey, whose respondents were companies employing handicapped people. The analysis and consequent synthesis of the answers given by the employers of the disadvantaged people brought pieces of information, which are summarized in conclusions and recommendations.

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.
