The presence of schools in our lives can not be overstated. In regards to life experiences, school could be argued to be the single most common part of our lives. Memories from school are particularly present throughout one’s life journey and forms the identities of all through powerful memories; good and bad. In terms of our relationship to buildings, the school building is only second to home for most. In a small town the school buildings are oftentimes some of the most present not just in social influence, but also by being sizeable, sometimes the single largest building might be a school. In a town that sports a history primarily of industry and outdoor life the understanding of a structures role in the locality along with the opinions and actions of the citizens might take on a different form than were it to be in a city with a rich tradition of culture. Nevertheless, the population with a relationship with a particular school all have memories and those are subsequently to be shared among each other. With this in mind, what happens when a school building is demolished or approaches status as condemned? The memories of former students, faculty and others remain through photographs and friendships still close to heart. How does demolition of a physical thing so large and emotional affect people’s opinions and actions in regards to their hometown and each other? This study aims to provide understanding of the relationship between town, inhabitants and school buildings by mapping and analyzing how memories are shared through social media. Loss and collective identity can be respected, neglected, encouraged or misunderstood. Contributions to the understanding of the processes related to this helps further research and potentially courses of actions. The result of working with the chosen material shows that those engaging in discussions online in this forum regarding the buildings collectively contribute to the creation of a common relationship with the past and present within the confines of the topic, even though a consensus in terms of emotional connection and opinion is not apparent. The act of sharing pictures and anecdotes are met with extensive contributions in the form of comments and shows the interest among the population to partake in the exchange of memory.

The study focuses on the analysis of the characteristics, problems and prospects of functioning of small (including youth) entrepreneurship in conditions of the closed administrative-territorial formation. Based on the analysis of legal documents, programmes on state and municipal policy support of entrepreneurship, and identified gaps in the normative justification that complicate practical activities of municipalities in attraction of youth to business activity, hindering the support (including financial) of projects involving youth in business activities. In the analysis of the social nature of entrepreneurship is an attempt to show the deep connection of this phenomenon with behavioral characteristics of youth as socio-demographic commonalities. The practical significance of the author's recommendations for attracting and teaching youth the basics of entrepreneurship due to the importance of the problem of forming a favorable institutional environment for youth entrepreneurship at the initial stage of its development. / Исследование посвящено анализу особенностей, проблем и перспектив функционирования малого (в том числе, и молодёжного) предпринимательства в условиях закрытого административно-территориального образования. На основе анализа нормативно-правовых документов, программ по государственной и муниципальной политике поддержки предпринимательства, выявлены пробелы в нормативном обосновании, осложняющие практическую деятельность муниципалитетов по привлечению молодёжи к предпринимательской деятельности, затрудняющие поддержку (в том числе и финансовую) проектов по привлечению молодежи к бизнес-деятельности. В анализе социальной сущности предпринимательства сделана попытка раскрыть глубинную связь этого феномена с поведенческими характеристиками молодёжи как социально-демографической общности. Практическая значимость рекомендаций автора по привлечению и обучению молодёжи основам предпринимательства обусловлена значимостью проблемы формирования благоприятной институциональной среды для молодёжного предпринимательства на начальной стадии его развития.

Проведен анализ профессиональной подготовки кадров в монопрофильном муниципальном образовании Первоуральск. Выявлено, что внедрение практико-ориентированной (дуальной) формы подготовки производственных кадров нуждается в мерах активной государственной поддержки. / The analysis of professional training in the single-industry municipality of Pervouralsk. It was revealed that the introduction of a practice-oriented (dual) form of training of production personnel needs active government support measures.

Цель работы - проанализировать коммуникационные ресурсы градообразующего предприятия в продвижении города Первоуральск. Объектом исследования являются субъекты продвижения территории. В процессе работы проводились коммуникационный анализ, маркетинговый анализ, ресурсный анализ, традиционный анализ документов, анкетный опрос. В результате исследования предложена стратегия продвижения моногорода при помощи градообразующего предприятия. Полученные результаты исследования и рекомендации, содержащиеся в работе, могут быть использованы промышленными предприятиями при совершенствовании социально-проектной деятельности по продвижению территории. / The purpose of the work is to analyze the communication resources of the city-forming enterprise in the promotion of the city of Pervouralsk. The object of the study is the subjects of the territory promotion. In the course of the work, communication analysis, marketing analysis, resource analysis, traditional document analysis, questionnaire survey were carried out. As a result of the research, a strategy for promoting a single-industry town with the help of a city-forming enterprise is proposed. The obtained research results and recommendations contained in the work can be used by industrial enterprises in improving social and project activities to promote the territory.

Основными методами проведения исследования стали анализ документов, опрос, экспертное интервью и методы проектирования – сетевое, ресурсное календарное планирование. В процессе исследований был произведен анализ лучших практик организации проектной деятельности в муниципальных образованиях Российской Федерации, выделены особенности организации проектной деятельности в монопрофильных муниципальных образованиях, дана характеристика проектной деятельности в органах местного самоуправления городского округа Краснотурьинск. Результатом работы стали рекомендации по совершенствованию проектной деятельности в монопрофильном муниципальном образовании «городской округ Краснотурьинск» и проект по организации проектного офиса в городском округе Краснотурьинск. / As part of the study, an analysis of the best practices of organizing project activities in the municipalities of the Russian Federation was carried out, the features of the organization of project activities in single-industry municipalities were highlighted, and the characteristics of project activities in local self-government bodies of the urban district of Krasnoturinsk were given. The work resulted in recommendations for improving project activities in the single-industry municipal entity Krasnoturinsk and a project to organize a project office in Krasnoturyinsk.
