Актуальность темы выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена потребностями бизнеса в своевременном освоении новых рынков сбыта и внедрении эффективных маркетинговых технологий. Целью данной работы является проектирование и создание системы маркетинга в интернет-среде для предприятия. Практическая значимость данной работы заключается в подготовке теоретической базы для создания полноценной системы интернет-маркетинга, а также начале ее реализации в виде разработки корпоративного сайта и рекламных материалов для действующего предприятия. / The relevance of the topic of final qualification work is due to the needs of the business in the timely development of new markets and the introduction of effective marketing technologies. The aim of this work is to design and create a marketing system in the Internet environment for the enterprise. The practical significance of this work lies in the preparation of the theoretical basis for creating a complete Internet marketing system, as well as the beginning of its implementation in the form of developing a corporate website and advertising materials for an existing enterprise.

La question de la responsabilité pénale des intermédiaires techniques est un enjeu central et actuel dans la réglementation du cyberespace. Non seulement les implications économiques sont énormes mais c'est tout le cadre juridique de la responsabilité pénale des intermédiaires techniques qui est en cause. Or, l'environnement Internet comporte des spécificités qui rendent difficiles l'imputation de responsabilité à l'auteur de l'activité illicite qui peut alors se retrouver hors d'atteinte ou insolvable. La poursuite des intermédiaires techniques devient alors une solution envisageable aux autorités chargées de réprimer les délits, compte tenu de l'état de leur solvabilité et dans la mesure où ils sont plus facilement identifiables. Par le fait même, ces derniers se retrouvent alors pris dans l'engrenage judiciaire pour n'avoir que facilité la commission de l'activité en question, n'ayant aucunement pris part à la réalisation de celle-ci. L'absence dans le corpus législatif canadien d'un régime de responsabilité spécifiquement applicable aux intermédiaires techniques nous oblige à baliser les critères qui emportent leur responsabilité pénale, à partir de «principes directeurs» d'imputabilité se dégageant de plusieurs textes nationaux et internationaux. Dans ce contexte, le mémoire étudiera, dans un premier temps, les conditions d'ouverture de la responsabilité pénale des intermédiaires techniques en droit pénal canadien et, dans un deuxième temps, répondra à la question de savoir si le droit pénal canadien en matière d'imputabilité des intermédiaires techniques est conforme aux principes directeurs ressortant de normes et pratiques internationales. / Criminal liability of technical intermediaries is a central and actual issue in the regulation of cyberspace. Not also their vast economic implications in the cyberspace are in question, but also their entire legal framework regarding criminal liability of technical intermediaries is an unresolved issue. This is because a liability allegation to the author for an illicit activity can be difficult or impossible thanks to the complex nature of cyberspace and the insolvent status of the technical intermediaries Considering their state of solvency and identification facility, taking legal actions against the technical intermediaries will be a conceivable solution to the jurists. Having implied legal proceedings, even the fact that a judicial action will be taken against them will prevent them from involving illicit activities. Non-existence of a liability regime which is specifically applicable to the technical intermediaries in the Canadian legislative corpus makes us obligated to apply to the «guiding principles» of imputability which can be released from several national and international texts. In this essay, we will study, at first, the conditions of applicability of the criminal liability for the technical intermediaries with regard to Canadian Criminal Law and, in second time, will answer the following question: Is Canadian Criminal Law complied with guiding principles arising from International norms and practice in terms of imputability of the technical intermediaries?

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию Интернет пространства как площадки коммуникации и продаж. Предметом исследования выступают коммуникационные инструменты и механизмы в рамках маркетинговой деятельности оптового предприятия ООО ТД «Сима – Ленд» в интернет – среде. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является научное обоснование теоретических положений и разработка практических рекомендаций по операционализации инструментария продвижения в интернет пространстве. / Graduate qualification work (master 's thesis) is devoted to the study of the Internet space as a platform of communication and sales. The subject of the study are communication tools and mechanisms within the marketing activity of the wholesale enterprise LLC "Sima - Land" in the Internet environment. The main purpose of the master 's thesis is scientific justification of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations on operationalization of tools of promotion in the Internet space.

This thesis describes the possibilities of using the internet for marketing and fundraising activities of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It has an emphasis on the quality of non-profit organizations' web sites. The first chapter of the thesis presents a non- profit sector and its specifics. Furthermore, it describes the possible ways NGOs can communicate on the internet and their potential online marketing. The third chapter is dedicated to fundraising forms and mapping the current trends in online fundraising. The fourth and fifth chapter explain the specifics of web site usage and social networks. Moreover, the principles of quality web sites are presented. The last chapter focuses on the analysis of the web sites of selected non-profit organizations in the area of social rehabilitation. The analysis is mainly devoted to accessibility and usability of web sites. It also examines the potential use of web sites to communicate with users and supporters.

Объектом исследования является эмпатические способности и рефлексивность. Предметом исследования является различия в уровне выраженности эмпатических способностей и рефлексивности между игроками, предпочитающими одиночные и командные компьютерные игры. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (77 источников) и приложений, включающих в себя изображения теоретических исследований, таблицы описательных статистик, подсчёта нормальности распределения шкал и бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации составил 119 страниц, на которых размещены 39 рисунков и 35 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется основная гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя исследование российской и зарубежной литературы и ресурсов на тему эмпатических способностей, рефлексивности, цифровой среды и компьютерных игр. Представлены имеющиеся на данный момент в России и за рубежом исследования психологических особенностей геймеров. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: тест рефлексивности А.В. Карпова, многофакторный опросник эмпатии М. Дэвиса, торонтская алекситимическая шкала, тест межличностных отношений Лири. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутой гипотезе, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object matter of the study is empathic abilities and reflexivity. The subject of the study is the differences in the level of expressiveness of empathic abilities and reflexivity between players who prefer single and team computer games. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature (77 sources) and an appendix, which includes images of theoretical studies, tables of descriptive statistics, calculation of the normality of the distribution of scales and forms of the methods used. The volume of the master's thesis was 119 pages, which contain 39 figures and 35 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problematics, sets the goal and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of research, formulates the main hypothesis, indicates the methods and empirical base, as well as scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a study of Russian and foreign literature and resources on empathic abilities, reflexivity, the digital environment and computer games. Presented are currently available in Russia and abroad studies of the psychological characteristics of gamers. The conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It presents a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the reflexivity test of A.V. Karpova, M. Davis' multifactorial empathy questionnaire, Toronto alexithymic scale, Leary's test of interpersonal relationships. Conclusions on the second chapter include the main findings of the empirical study. In the conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are summarized, as well as conclusions on the hypothesis put forward, the practical significance of the study is substantiated, and possible prospects for further development of this issue are described.
