To better understand the company's business and use of internet marketing, the marketing environment was analyzed. Furthermore, the used internet marketing tools are described in detail by analyzing the internet marketing mix and internet communication mix. Based on the results, suggestions are made to increase the effectiveness of internet marketing.

Desta forma, a Internet foi a inovação que provocou as mais profundas transformações da sociedade industrial, aproximando fronteiras pelo tráfego de milhões de informações entre empresas que constituem a cadeia produtiva de determinados bens e serviços. Nos dias atuais, a Internet está inserida dentro do planejamento estratégico das empresas transnacionais, aproximando as matrizes dos seus chãos de fabricas espalhados pelo mundo e estes dos seus clientes e fornecedores. O uso da Internet na centralidade dos processos de comunicações minimizam os custos com telefonia vem sendo utilizado por meio da tecnologia VoIP(voz sobre protocolo de Internet) . A tecnologia VoIP permite que a voz humana, que é analógica, uma vez digitalizada viaje pela rede de dados local ou mundial por meio da Internet, em formato de pacotes de dados até seu destino final. Os serviços VoIP, da mesma forma que a internet, são nômades, ou seja, não importa qual a localização física do usuário para que o serviço seja utilizado. Minimizar os custos do sistema é oferecer a muitas companhias preocupadas com seus gastos com telecomunicações, um mecanismo eficiente para redução de despesas, começando a enxergar como alternativas de comunicações o uso da tecnologia VoIP. Sendo assim o referido projeto analisa os impactos econômicos gerados pela adoção da telefonia VoIP dentro do ambiente produtivo propiciando uma alternativa, dentro das empresas, aos meios de comunicações convencionais (telefonia fica e móvel) com a proposta de redução de até 70% em ligações de longa distância nacional e internacional e com tarifas muito abaixo das operadas pelas concessionárias de telefonia no Estado do Amazonas

The theme I have chosen for my diploma thesis is named "Usage of the Spa Internet Marketing``. It is focused on the Spa in Hodonín and the results of the marketing research which assignes the great importance to the internet during the process of information and the point-to-point communication with customers. Hodonín Spa is young and modern facilities located in the South Moravia, whose sole owner has been the city of Hodonín since 1993. The Equipment is used to treat the musculoskeletal system, relaxation, and also offers reconditioning wellness stays. The aim of this study is evaluate the current use of the Internet Marketing Spa, its coverage and propose ways to improve in this area. The operational objective is to determine customer satisfaction - self-payers - the internet presentation of the Spa, their attitudes and opinions of the other tools of Internet communication. The basic terms and the Internet Marketing methods are defined in the theorethic section of the diploma. These findings became the basis for a personal interview with a marketing specialist and to define and evaluate the tools of communication of the Spa. The lists of questions were the way used to collect the primary facts about the customer´s satisfaction and their attitude to the www presentation. Consider the finance, personal, technical and other possibillities the Hodonín Spa´s internet activities fulfil the function very well even in the confrontation with other similar facilities. The research results and the Facebook realized advertising campaign on my own found out the improvement ways and the new suggestions of a ppc advertising, an emailing, a sales promotion and social networks. The improvement of effectivity communication with clients was the goal of these suggestions. The Spa´s internet activity is necessary at the present competition time. The Marketing department should adequately reacts on this situation to improve the customer relations.

Blogs de mães enlutadas: o luto e as tecnologias de comunicação / Bereaved Mothers Blogs: mourning and communication technologies

A internet e as novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação vêm transformando as relações sociais e o modo de pensar e agir da sociedade contemporânea, particularmente no que diz respeito a espaços de encontro, partilha, interação, discussão de ideias e temas de interesse comum. A expressão do luto na internet tem sido observada com frequência no ciberespaço, especialmente em blogs e redes sociais. Assim, é relevante investigar as repercussões desta prática nos processos de enfretamento do luto. Objetivo: Compreender a experiência de mães enlutadas sobre a criação e manutenção de um blog temático relacionado à perda de um filho. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, a partir da etnografia virtual, com análise de blogs de autoria de mães, cuja temática principal é a perda de um filho. Participaram deste estudo seis mães e respectivos blogs seis de sua autoria. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de observação participante, entrevista semiestruturada e formulário de análise dos blogs. A análise comparativa dos dados permitiu conhecer a experiência das mães ao criar e manter um blog sobre a perda de um filho. Experiência esta composta por seis unidades temáticas: Entrando em contato com a perda, Criação do blog, Cultura do blog, Interações on e off line, Enfrentando o luto e Buscando significado na perda, que se interrelacionam ao longo da experiência. A articulação das temáticas, discutidas à luz de referenciais explicativos afins, contribui para a compreensão da experiência de Ocupar-se de blogar uma estratégia de enfrentamento do luto e restauração da vida de mães após a perda de um filho. Resultados: O ato de ocupar-se de blogar foi analisado como estratégia mediadora do enfrentamento do luto e restauração da vida de mães após a perda de um filho, em movimentos alternados. Ao enfrentar o luto, através da atividade de blogar, as mães tiveram a oportunidade de entrar em contato com a perda, desenvolver estratégias de enfrentamento do luto e buscar sentido e significado para a perda. Alternadamente ao movimento de enfrentamento do luto, foi possível, às mães, vivenciarem oportunidades de restauração/restabelecimento da vida. Assim, a experiência contribuiu ora para a vivência e ressignificação da perda, ora para a restauração da vida após a perda do filho, em movimentos alternados. Ao criar blogs sobre a perda de um filho, de acordo com cultura em rede, as mães produziram interações sociais, que contribuíram para o apoio e o suporte social, além de ressignificação da vida e das ocupações, apesar da perda. Considerações finais: A prática de ocupar-se de blogar sobre a perda de um filho constitui-se em espaços virtuais de expressão, escuta, apoio e suporte social para as mães, num contexto social em que a acolhida ao luto é restrita. Os resultados contribuem para instrumentalizar as equipes de saúde a implementarem, a partir do ciberespaço e de novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação, estratégias de cuidado ao enlutado que o auxiliem a restabelecer e reorganizar a vida, ressignificar suas relações com o falecido, consigo e com o mundo que o cerca. / Introduction: The internet and new communication and information technologies are transforming social interactions and the way of thinking and acting of contemporary society, particularly regarding meeting environments, sharing, interacting, discussing ideas and issues of common interest. The mourning expression on the Internet has been frequently observed in cyberspace, especially in blogs and social networks. Therefore, it is relevant to investigate the repercussions of this practice in the coping processes. Objective: To understand the experience of bereaved mothers about the creation and maintenance of a thematic blog related to loss of a child. Methods: This is a qualitative research, based on virtual ethnography, with analysis of blogs written by bereaved mothers, in which their main theme is the loss of their children. The study included six mothers and their six blogs. Data were gathered through participant observation, semi-structured interviews and an analysis sheet for each blog. The comparative analysis of the data allowed the comprehension of the experience of mothers in creating and maintaining a blog about the loss of a child. This experience consists of six thematic units: Getting in touch with the loss, Creating the blog, The culture of the blog, Interacting on and offline, Facing grief and Seeking meaning in loss, that are interrelated through the experience. The articulation of the thematic units, discussed in light of related theoretical framework, contributes to understanding the experience Getting busy by blogging a grief coping strategy and life restoration experience for mothers after the loss of a child. Results: The act of blogging was analyzed as either a grief coping strategy or a life restoration for mothers after the loss of a child, in an alternation movement. When facing grief through blogging activity, mothers had the opportunity to get in touch with loss, develop grief coping strategies and to search for meaning and significance to the loss. Alternating with the grief coping motion, it was possible, for mothers, to experience opportunities for restoration/restoration of life. So, the experience contributed to reframing the loss, and for restoring their own lives after the loss of their children. By creating blogs on the loss of a child, according to network culture, mothers created social interactions, which increased their social support, as well as gave them a redefinition of life and occupations, despite their loss. Final considerations: the act of blogging about the loss of a child creates a virtual space for expressing, listening, supporting and receiving social support for mothers in a social context in which the reception to mourning is limited. The results contribute to instrumentalize health professionals to implement care strategies, using cyberspace and new information and communication technologies, that assist grieving persons to restore and reorganize their lives, reframe their relationship with the deceased, with themselves and the world around them.

La large utilisation du sleng (сленг) est l’une des évolutions les plus notables du russe contemporain. Son emploi sur Internet est d’autant plus remarquable qu’il permet de traiter de thèmes actuels, qui ne sont pas forcément intégrés dans la langue standard. À ce titre il devient impératif d’étudier le sleng en tant qu’élément constitutif de la langue russe. N’ayant pas de définition claire du sleng, nous analysons ce terme, en mettant en évidence sa place spécifique, notamment, par rapport au žargon, à l’argo et au dialekt. La particularité essentielle du sleng réside dans sa diffusion généralisée à de larges ensembles russophones, indépendamment de leur niveau socio-culturel. L’examen du contexte de l’utilisation du sleng sur Internet, selon la vision de Catherine Kerbrat-Orecchioni du schéma des fonctions de Roman Jakobson, démontre que le locuteur du sleng est un internaute russophone moyen qui en fait un usage quotidien. Enfin, la typologie du sleng selon le schéma des fonctions de Jakobson nous permet de structurer les éléments selon le rôle qu’ils jouent dans la communication en ligne et nous donne une vision globale de la place du sleng sur Internet et dans le russe contemporain en général. Nous constatons que les fonctions référentielle, expressive et poétique témoignent d’un niveau de la richesse du contenu élevé, tandis que d’autres fonctions sont présentées de façon moindre. Ce fait prouve que le sleng s’appuie sur la langue standard et l’enrichit sans vraiment s’y opposer ou chercher de la recréer.La présente thèse a ainsi l’ambition de poser quelques jalons théoriques permettant, par la suite, d’aborder d’autres problématiques liées au sleng russe. / The large usage of sleng (transliteration from сленг) is one of the important characteristics of modern Russian. Its employment is even more evident on the Internet, as it allows to describe the subjects of the modern life that are not covered by the standard language. It is thus essential to study sleng as an important element of Russian language.As the clear definition of sleng does not yet exist, we analyse this term, showing its specific role in comparison to other terms, such as žargon, argo and dialekt. The main particularity of sleng is its general usage by wide ranges of Russian speakers without distinction of their social or cultural level.The study of the context of the sleng usage on the Internet, according to the vision of Catherine Kerbrat-Orecchioni of the Jakobson's functions of language, shows that a sleng speaker is a standard Russian Internet user, who uses sleng on a daily basis.Finally, the typology of sleng based on the Jakobson's functions of language allows us to structure elements following the role they play in Internet communication and offers us the global vision of the place that takes sleng on the Internet and more generally in modern Russian. We establish that referential, emotive and poetic functions are highly represented in sleng, whereas other functions attest just a minimal content volume in sleng. This fact proves that the sleng relies on the standard language and enriches it without opposing to it or trying to recreate it.The goal of the present thesis is to create a theoretical basis that will help future studies of other subjects related to the Russian sleng.

Then, according to the findings, propose recommendations for their innovation. Methods: The work uses the method of qualitative research using the literature. It is important to mention the work procedure. For this work were chosen two types of interviews - in-depth interview and interview in a mini-group. Three groups were used as a research set, where one group was interviewed by the mini-group type and the other two were interviewed by the in-depth type. На сегодняшний день Российская Федерация – это государство, где характерной чертой информатизации общества при создании «информационного общества» является длительность процесса, поскольку реализация распространения IT-технологий замедляется в связи с географическим фактором страны. Масштабы территории на протяжении всего исторического развития России оказывали значительное влияние на прогрессивное развитие общества. Тем не менее, именно информационно-телекоммуникационные технологии способны разрешить проблему «общения» между удалёнными территориями посредством создания интернет-коммуникации, что в перспективе повысит эффективность государственного управления и степень участия граждан в жизни общества и государства. Исходя из этого, непосредственную важность имеют исследования осведомлённости и востребованности интернет-коммуникации с органами исполнительной власти среди населения непосредственно на территории субъектов Российской Федерации, поскольку географический фактор предопределяет уникальность и специфику данных регионов. Именно поэтому при реализации концепции «Информационного общества» в масштабах России важно учитывать специфику каждого субъекта федерации. Данная статья акцентирует внимание на проблематике развития интернет-коммуникации между органами исполнительной власти и населением в Свердловской области и первоначально демонстрирует результаты вторичного анализа статистических данных по количеству обращений населения в профильные министерства области, поданных посредством активной функции на веб-сайтах исполнительных органов «Обращения граждан» и электронной почты, что позволяет определить уровень частотности применения данного вида взаимодействия среди граждан. Особое внимание автор уделяет анализу результатов социологического исследования, в рамках которого применяется метод анкетного опроса населения Свердловской области с использованием квотной выборки в зависимости от пола и возраста респондентов, что позволило комплексно определить степень осведомлённости жителей региона о наличии возможности интернет-коммуникации с органами власти, а также обозначило наличие мотивационной основы и уровень востребованности подобного вида взаимодействия среди жителей определённого субъекта федерации. Исходя из того, что в рамках текущей ситуации при реализации концепции «Информационного общества» в России не представляется возможным обозначить конкретные определённые авторские исследования, демонстрирующие и определяющие вышеобозначенные показатели, в рамках данной статьи производится попытка анализа эффективности взаимодействия между органами исполнительной власти и населением посредством интернет-коммуникации на примере Свердловской области, а также обозначение перспективных рекомендаций с целью повышения результативности двустороннего взаимодействия. / Today, Russia is a state where a characteristic feature of society informatization in creating an «information society» is the length of the process because the implementation of the spread of IT technologies slows down due to the geographical factor of the country. The scale of the territory throughout the entire historical development of Russia had a significant impact on the progressive development of society. Nevertheless, information and telecommunication technologies can solve the problem of communication between remote territories through the creation of Internet communications. In the end this technologies will increase the efficiency of government and the degree of citizen participation in society and the state. On this basis, the immediate importance of research of awareness and demand for Internet communication with the executive authorities among the population directly in regions of Russia, since the geographical factor determines the uniqueness and specificity of these regions. That is why when implementing the concept of the Information Society across Russia it is important to take into account the specifics of each subject of the federation. This article focuses on the development of Internet communication between the executive authorities of a Russian region and the population. It initially demonstrates the results of the secondary analysis of statistical data on the number of hits of the population to the relevant ministries of the region, submitted through the active function on the websites of the executive bodies «Appeals of citizens» and electronic mail. It allows to determine the level of frequency of application of this type of interaction among citizens. The authors pays special attention to analysing the results of the sociological research. The method of questionnaire survey of the region population using quota sampling depending on the gender and age of respondents is used. This method made it possible to comprehensively determine the degree of awareness of the region’s residents about the availability of Internet communication with authorities. In addition, it indicated the presence of a motivational basis and the level of demand for this kind of interaction among the residents of a certain federal subject. This study can be useful to researchers of communication between society and the power of any country because Internet communication is a global trend at all levels of development of modern society.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы – интернет-мемы как трансляторы авто- и гетеростереотипов русских и американцев в социальных сетях. Цель данного исследования – изучение интернет-мемов, транслирующих этнические стереотипы русских и американцев, в свете теории креолизованного текста. Объектом исследования данной работы являются интернет-мемы креолизированного типа, т.е. мемы, которые состоят из двух негомогенных частей: вербальной (языковой, речевой) и невербальной (принадлежащей к другим знаковым системам, нежели естественный язык). В исследовании используется описательный (анализ, синтез, классификация) метод, метод компонентного анализа, методики исследования креолизованного текста, сопоставительный метод. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для формирования представления об этностереотипах в интернет-пространстве. / The topic of the present graduation thesis is “Internet memes as translators of auto- and hetero-stereotypes of Russians and Americans in social networks.”. The purpose of the investigation lies in study Internet memes that broadcast ethnic stereotypes of Russians and Americans in the light of the theory of creolized text. The subject of the research is Internet memes of the creolized type, i.e. memes, which consist of two inhomogeneous parts: verbal (linguistic, speech) and non-verbal (belonging to other sign systems than natural language). The research uses a descriptive method (analysis, synthesis, classification), component analysis method, research methods for creolized text, a comparative method. The research results can be used to form an idea of ethnic stereotypes in the Internet space.
