Procurando perceber em que medida os elementos atribuídos a globalização estão presentes neste setor. Nossa análise será efetivada através da discussão dos pontos mais relevantes que cercam a realidade do setor. Daremos início a nossa discussão observando as transformações ocorridas a partir da segunda metade do século XX e como estas refletem no setor. Assim, não poderíamos deixar de abordar o perfil da indústria, sua caracterização e trajetória. No contexto globalizado que o mundo vivencia torna-se importante observarmos a incidência e a abrangência do setor no Brasil e no mundo, procurando dar uma ênfase especial para a produção e mão-de-obra. Pois entendemos que na década de 90 vivenciamos um processo o qual procurou aumentar a produtividade e diminuir sensivelmente a mão-de-obra, com mudanças significativas para a segunda. Além disto, acreditamos inicialmente que com a globalização os setores com maior inserção no mercado mundial tendem a sentir mais esta tendência. / Abstract: This work has the purpose to discuss the pulp and paper sector at the focus of the globalization process, with a special glance on production and the labour on 90's in Brazil. Trying to notice in that measured the attributed elements of globalization are present in this sector Our analysis will be executed through the discussion of the most important points around the reality of the sector. We'll start our discussion observing the transformations happened since the second half of the century XX and how they act on the sector. Like this, we could not stop approaching the profile of the industry, your characterization and trajectory. In the context of the globalization that the world lives, it becomes important we observe the incidence and the inclusion of the sector in Brazil and in the world, trying to give a special emphasis for the production and labour. Therefore we understood that on 90's we lived a process that tried to increase the productivity and to reduce the labour sensibly, with significant changes for the labour. Partimos do pressuposto de que a política de formação de professores não buscava efetivamente atender às demandas de formação, mas atingir metas de certificação de professores em massa, em curto espaço de tempo. Nesta pesquisa documental e bibliográfica-analítica, inicialmente buscamos a compreensão do histórico da formação de professores no Brasil, seu desenvolvimento desde o Período Colonial até os dias atuais, bem como localizar a temática da formação de professores no tempo e espaço, delineando o cenário da globalização e as implicações que afetam a sociedade e a educação. Esse novo contexto educacional, traçado a partir da nova ordem mundial difundida por meio de organismos internacionais, da mídia e órgãos estatais, desencadeou uma investigação do significado de mudança em termos educacionais. Na sequência, analisamos a Política Nacional de Formação de Profissionais do Magistério da Educação Básica no Brasil, constituída a partir da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases Nacionais n° 9394/96 e as demais normas determinadas pelo MEC, as quais orientam a formação de profissionais da Educação Básica. A partir dessa trajetória, descrevemos os sistemas criados para a oferta desses cursos e as parcerias estabelecidas entre a União, estados, Distrito Federal e municípios, que visam à formação de professores da educação básica da rede pública. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study aims at analysing the Formation of Educational Professionals Policies of Basic Education in Brazil, in the semi-formation context. We assume that the teachers formation policies were based on the mass teachers certification in a short period of time, rather than the teachers formation itself. In this documental and bibliographic-analytical research, we initially tried to understand the historic of teachers formation in Brazil and its development from Colonial Times until now, as well as the teachers formation thematic in space and time, outlining the globalization scenery and the implications that affect education and society. This new educational context, lined from the new world order spread trough international organisms and media and state organs, unleashed a meaningful change analysis in education. Proceeding the discussion, we analyzed the Professionals Formation Policies of Basic Education in Brazil, through the Leis de Diretrizes e Bases Nacionais nº 9394/96 (Brazilian Education Basic Tenets Law) and other rules determined by MEC, which orient the professional formation of Basic Education. From this point, we described the systems created to offer these courses and the partnerships established between the Union, states, Federal District and cities, that aim at the teachers formation of Basic Education in public schools. Based on Adorno (1996) Theorie der Halbbildung (Semi-culture Theory), we also approach the semi-formation (Halbbildung) as a determination of capitalist contemporary society opposing the formation (Bildung), as well as its possible relation with the massification, the teaching cultural industry and the teacher semi-formation. A partir da década de 1950 ocorreu a intensificação do processo de industrialização do setor, com a implantação de modernas técnicas de produção, voltadas para o aumento da produtividade. Essas transformações acarretaram um significativo crescimento populacional, destacando-se a migração de mineiros, em grande parte ex-trabalhadores rurais. O parque industrial é marcado pela heterogeneidade, englobando grandes indústrias com mais de mil trabalhadores, até pequenas oficinas de conserto. Estudos recentes buscaram analisar as experiências dos trabalhadores do setor no cotidiano de trabalho e extrafábrica. Abriram novas perspectivas de análise, dentro das quais se insere o presente trabalho. Ao longo do processo de formação e consolidação da indústria calçadista no município as mulheres ocuparam posição de destaque, compondo cerca de 40% da força de trabalho empregada nesse setor produtivo. Contudo, verificou-se que a história da classe operária do município havia sido escrita sobretudo no masculino, desconsiderando-se as experiências das trabalhadoras do calçado. Assim, tivemos como principais objetivos analisar o processo de formação das mulheres enquanto operárias, as relações de trabalho e as expressões de ação política de um conjunto de sapateiras que fizeram parte do processo de industrialização entre as décadas de 1950 e 1980. Trabalhou-se com um corpus documental composto por fontes orais, documentos sindicais e outras fontes impressas. Foi possível constatar que as trabalhadoras vivenciaram um processo de sociabilização caracterizado pela divisão sexual do trabalho e subordinação aos homens desde os anos iniciais de suas vidas, características persistentes...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The city of Franca - Brazil has in the shoemaker industry its main economic activity, being one of the biggest producing centers of footwear of the country. From the decade of 1950 the intensification of the process of industrialization of the sector occurred with the modern implantation production techniques, guided toward the increase of the productivity. These transformations had caused a significant population growth, putting in relief the migration of "mineiros", mostly agricultural former-workers. The industrial park is marked by the heterogeneity, agglomerating great industries with more than a thousand workers, even small repair shops. Recent studies had searched to analyse the experiences of the workers of the sector in the daily of work and the extra-factory. They had opened new perspectives of analysis, inside of which it inserts the present work. Along of the process of formation and the consolidation of the shoemaker industry in the city the women had occupied distinction position, composing about 40% of the force of work used in this productive sector. However, it occurs that the history of the working class of the city had been written principally in the masculine, it ignoring the experiences of the workers-women of the footwear. Thus, we had as main objectives to analyse the process of formation of the women being workers, the relations of work and the expressions of politic actions of a set of women-shoemaker that had been party of the proceeding of industrialization between the decades of 1950 and 1980. We worked with a corpus documental composed for verbal sources, trade union documents and other sources printed. Cianorte caracteriza-se por apresentar um forte processo de industrialização pautado no ramo de confecções, sobretudo a partir de meados da década de 1980, como saída para enfrentar a crise econômica de uma economia agrícola que predominava até então. Compreender como se deu esse processo de transformação funcional em Cianorte constitui uma das questões motivadoras deste trabalho. Neste sentido, analisamos o processo de transformação da organização industrial da área a ser pesquisada, resgatando como se deu sua inserção no sistema de acumulação flexível, além de discutir o processo de criação e articulação entre as escalas geográficas, tomando a indústria de confecções de Cianorte como elemento de articulação entre o espaço local e o global. As transformações no espaço urbano de Cianorte que se vinculam a este processo recente de especialização industrial no ramo de confecções também constitui foco de análises neste trabalho. Partindo da idéia de "síntese de múltiplas escalas", procuramos valorizar o papel exercido pelas relações sociais de cooperação/competição entre os atores privilegiados naquela realidade local, a fim de verificar as implicações que vinculam a indústria de confecções como processo econômico e suas conseqüências espaciais em Cianorte. Neste caso, a criação do slogan "Cianorte: Capital do Vestuário",...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo). / Abstract: We carried out in this work a study focused on the analysis of the clothing industry development in Cianorte, PR, taking it as an inductor of production and articulation among geographic scales. Cianorte has a strong industrialisation process based on the clothing field, especially since the 1980s, as a way to face the economic crises of an agricultural economy which was predominant in that time. To understand how this functional transformation process happened in Cianorte is one of the questions that motivated the development of this work. Therefore, we analysed the transformation process of the industrial organisation in the area to be researched, bringing back how its insertion in the system of flexible accumulation happened, besides discussing the creation and articulation process among the geographic scales, taking the clothing industry of Cianorte as an element of articulation between the local and the global space. The transformations in the urban space of Cianorte which have been linked to this recent process of industrial specialisation in the clothing field is also a focus for analysis in this work. From the idea of "synthesis of multiple scales", we try to value the role taken by the social relations of cooperation/ competition among the privileged actors in that local reality, so as to check the implications that link the clothing industry as an economic process and its spatial consequences in Cianorte. Orientador: Enéas Rente Ferreira / Resumo: Neste trabalho tentaremos estudar um fenômeno novo no espaço, o qual estimamos ter uma transcendência importante na ordem econômica, já que está relacionado ao comércio, atividade básica para o desenvolvimento de qualquer sistema econômico moderno. Este fenômeno corresponde à nova localização de alguns setores do comércio num espaço novo, a estrada. Produto da quantidade surpreendente de meios de transporte e pessoas que por ali circulam diariamente, as quais constituem um mercado potencial, exemplo desta nova tendência são os "Shoppings Centers" que instalaram-se nas margens das rodovias. Mas, para isto acontecer foi necessário se dar algumas condições previas que a indústria proporcionou ao localizar-se neste local anteriormente. No caso do Estado de São Paulo este processo viu-se, influenciado e propiciado pelo governo, com o objetivo de provocar um deslocamento da indústria fora da capital estadual, devido aos problemas que a concentração desta atividade estava ocasionando na cidade de São Paulo. Tomou-se como amostra para a pesquisa um trecho da Via Anhangüera uma das mais importante estradas do estado, na circunscrição correspondente ao município de Americana, devido a que estimou-se que este trecho representava claramente o fenômeno em estudo, isto dado o dinamismo econômico do citado município. / Abstract: In this work we will try to study a phenomenon new in space, which we estimated to have an important transcendecy in the economic order, since this related is to the trade, basic activities for the development of any modern economic system. This phenomenon corresponds to the new location of some sections of the trade in a new space, the highway. Product of the surprising amount of way of transportation and people that over there circulate daily, which constitute a potential market, example of this new tendency are the Shoppings Centers that settled in the margins of the highways. But, for this to happen was necessary to give some previous conditions that the industry provided when locating previously in this place oncelocal one.In the case of the State of São Paulo (Brazil) this process itself him, influenced and propitiated by the government, with the objective of promete a displacement of the industry that had gone aut the of state capital, due to the problems that the concentration of this activity was causing in the city of São Paulo. O espaço produzido é acrescido por fatores econômicos na contemporaneidade, e compreender o arranjo de articulações arquitetadas em torno da questão industrial de determinada região é condição sine qua non para a reflexão das transformações que incidem direta ou indiretamente no mundo do trabalho, das finanças, do meio-técnico-científico-informacional, entre outros. Diante desses processos, o debate está ligado à necessidade de ampliar, na Geografia, a discussão das cidades pequenas e, aqui, especialmente, atentar-se-á para a dimensão desses centros no âmbito da "arena" capitalista do interior paulista, com ênfase na análise dos principais segmentos da indústria. Com esse intuito, entende-se que o estudo de determinadas particularidades geográficas também deve constar neste exame de maneira mais aprofundada e por esse motivo, elegeu-se a região administrativa de Presidente Prudente. Nesse sentido, espera-se que esta pesquisa possa contribuir do ponto de vista qualitativo, para a análise do mapa da indústria no início do século XXI, tendo como referência a reflexão das cidades pequenas em relação à questão industrial / Abstract: This dissertation is based in small cities located in the Tenth Administrative Area of Presidente Prudente-SP, and it focuses on the geographical territorial dimension analysis of industry within economical context in São Paulo state. The produced space gets additional economical factors. Understanding the arrangement of articulations built around industrial issues of certain region is sine qua non condition for reflecting on the transformations that directly or indirectly happen in the world of job, finances, and milieu techno-scientificinformational, among others. Facing these processes, the debate is linked to the need of widening, in Geography, the discussion about small cities and, mainly, it will be intended to look at the dimension of these centers in the context of the capitalist scene of São Paulo estate. Emphasis will be given to the analysis of the main industrial segments. It is understood that the study of certain geographical particularities should also appear in this exam in a deeper way. And because of this the region of Presidente Prudente was chosen. Denominada "Bases para um Plano de Desenvolvimento do Oeste do Estado de São Paulo" - PRÓ-Oeste -, a política intervencionista do governo pretendia propiciar um equilíbrio econômico regional. Tendo a atividade cafeeira e pecuarista como os traços mais fortes do seu espaço rural em fins dos anos 70, esta microrregião é conhecida atualmente como uma das novas fronteiras da expansão canavieira no estado de São Paulo. Redefinida nas últimas três décadas, a nova configuração do espaço rural da Alta Paulista, exige do meio acadêmico e da sociedade civil, profundas reflexões na esfera econômica, política e cultural. Sendo assim, o estudo que ora se apresenta, procura analisar as conseqüências da expansão da atividade sucroalcooleira no âmbito do trabalho. Questões como a histórica intervenção estatal na agricultura brasileira, a migração sazonal ou temporária dos trabalhadores, as condições de trabalho, a atuação sindical, a redução de áreas anteriormente destinadas à produção alimentícia, o discurso das energias renováveis, a ideologia do agronegócio e a crise dos alimentos, constituem os principais aspectos desta pesquisa, primeiramente num plano geral, posteriormente, particular, para então, delinear-se um perfil da agroindústria sucroalcooleira da Alta Paulista / Abstract: The expansion of the sugar-Ethanol agro industry in Alta Paulista is historically founded on the second stage of PROÁLCOOL (Brazil's National Alcohol Program). Named "Bases para um Plano de Desenvolvimento do Oeste do Estado de São Paulo" ("Basis for a Development Plan on the West Region of the State of São Paulo") - PRÓ-Oeste -, the government's interventionist policy intended to provide a regional economic balance. Having the coffee economy and cattle raising industry as its major rural features in the end of the 1970s, that micro region is currently known as one of the new boundaries of sugarcane production expansion in the State of São Paulo. Redefined in the last three decades, the new arrangement of rural space in Alta Paulista demands from the academic environment and civil society deep reflections on economic, political and cultural fields. Thus, this study aims an analysis on the consequences emerged from the sugar-Ethanol business concerned to labor. Issues as the factual state intervention in Brazilian agriculture, workers seasonal or temporary migration, labor conditions, union actions, the decrease of areas previously available for food production, the discourse on renewable energy, agribusiness ideology and the world food crisis constitute the main aspects of this research, initially in a general sense, and then particularly - so afterwards we will be able to outline the sugar-Ethanol agro industry in Alta Paulista / Mestre

Criam, portanto as condições territoriais exigidas para a reprodução do grande capital e do capital local. Internamente, os territórios se organizam espacial, social, cultural, política e economicamente para garantir ao capital local e externo estabilidade e segurança para a sua reprodução: a organização espacial que garante a produção, distribuição, circulação e consumo; a organização social que permite a dominação de uma classe hegemônica sobre as demais; a organização cultural ideológica que garante ocultar a exploração de uma classe sobre as demais, ou que mascara as relações entre classes; a organização política que garante a estabilidade formal (legal) e informal para a produção e reprodução segundo os interesses da classe dominante; a organização econômica garante a reprodução do capital que favorece as grandes empresas localmente instaladas ou que mantém relações com esse território. O município de Sertãozinho, enquanto território, apresenta uma organização interna muito em controlada pela elite local, condição que permite uma quase inexistência de conflitos nas relações entre classes sociais, entre grandes empresas e micros e pequenas empresas, entre grupos políticos de naturezas antagônicas. A elite local tem se apropriado de uma cultura histórica e hegemonicamente produzida... / The endogenous development has been studied of increasing form in the present time, not for ineditismo, but for the increasing importance that has received for the hegemonic agents or not that they command and/or they participate of the current period of training of the globalization process. The territories if articulate in processes of cooperation and competition to emit or to receive and to command or to obey the vectors of the globalization. They create internally and in nets of territories, the conditions favorable to the production and reproduction of the hegemonic globalization. They create, therefore the demanded territorial conditions for the reproduction of the great capital and the local capital. Internally, the territories if organize space, social, cultural, politics and economically to guarantee to the local capital and external stability and security for its reproduction: the space organization that guarantees the production, distribution, circulation and consumption; the social organization that allows the domination of a hegemonic classroom on excessively; ideological the cultural organization that guarantees to occult the exploration of a classroom on excessively, or that it masks the relations between classrooms; the organization politics that according to guarantees the formal stability (legal) and informal for the production and reproduction interests of the ruling class; the economic organization guarantees the reproduction of the capital that favors the great companies local installed or that it keeps relations with this territory. Deste modo, as práticas de manejo do solo objetivam modificações nas suas características físicas, químicas e biológicas, com vistas a proporcionar melhor condição ao desenvolvimento das culturas e conseqüentemente maior produtividade e qualidade do produto. No ano agrícola de 2009/2010, na Fazenda Valença I (Usina Vale do Paraná S/A Álcool e Açúcar), município de Suzanápolis (SP), Brasil (20° 27' 33" S; 51° 08' 05" W), foram analisados, como atributos da cana-soca queimada a produtividade de colmos (TCH), a população de indivíduos por área (POP), teores de açúcares totais recuperáveis (ATR), sólidos solúveis totais (BRI), sacarose no caldo (POL), pureza aparente (PUR) e teor de fibra (FIB); e como atributos de um Argissolo Vermelho Distrófico, o pH (pH) sob diferentes metodologias e o Delta pH (DpH), em profundidade no perfil (0-0,20m; 0,20-0,40m; 0,80-1,00m). O objetivo foi avaliar as correlações lineares e espaciais entre os atributos da planta com os do solo, visando selecionar aqueles de melhor interação com a produtividade e qualidade tecnológica da cana-de-açúcar. Para tanto, foi instalada uma malha geoestatística para a coleta de dados do solo e planta, contendo 118 pontos amostrais, numa área de aproximadamente 10,5ha. No geral, os atributos estudados seguiram padrões espaciais com boa definição, apresentando alcances entre 75,0-465,9m. As correlações lineares entre os atributos da planta com os do solo foram baixas, porém altamente significativas. Os de melhor correlação com a produtividade da cana (TCH) foram o pH em KCl (0,80-1,00m), o pH em CaCl2 (0,80- 1,00m), e o Delta pH (0,80-1,00m). The attributes of plant, in no-tillage sugarcane productivity (SP), population of individuals (PI), total recoverable sugars (TRS), total soluble solids (TSS), sucrose in the broth (SB), apparent purity (AP) and fiber (FIB); and chemicals of soil (hydrogenic potential-pH and Delta pH-DpH) depth (0-0,20m; 0,20-0,40m, 0,80-1,00m layers) in a Red Ultisol of Valencia I Farm (Vale do Parana S/A Alcohol and Sugar Industry), were analyzed in crop year of 2009/2010 in the Suzanapolis County, Sao Paulo State, Brazil (20° 27' 33" S; 51° 08' 05" W). The purpose was to study the linear and spatial correlations among the attributes (plant and soil), aiming to elect an index of soil chemical quality with good capacity to represent the productivity, particularly at high depths. A grid geostatistical to collect soil and plant attributes data was installed, with 118 sample points, in an area of 10,5 hectare. In the general, the studied attributes showed high to low variability, with good spatial performances, and ranges between 75,0 and 465,9 meters. The linear correlations between the sugarcane productivity (SP) with the soil attributes were low, but highly significant. Those of best correlations with SP were the pH in KCl (0,80-1,00m), pH in CaCl2 (0,80-1,00m) and Delta pH (0,80-1,00m). However, there was a significant interaction given by the largest multiple linear correlations between sugarcane productivity, with the PI, Delta pH (0,20- 0,40m), and pH in KCl (0,80-1,00m).
