Pode-se, assim, propor um questionamento da ideia de justiça a partir de filósofos como Friedrich Nietzsche [1844-1900]. A partir das reflexões próprias da filosofia nietzschiana, como o Perspectivismo e a Genealogia dos Valores, e possível pensar uma crítica e compreensão não convencional sobre o direito e a justiça, qual seja, enquanto uma relação de poderes em constante embate na busca de um equilíbrio. Para isto faz-se necessária uma leitura da Vontade de Poder para se compreender a dinâmica que ha nas relações de poderes em todos os âmbitos da vida, especialmente no ético- jurídico. Todavia, não basta simplesmente compreender a justiça enquanto relações de poderes. As reflexões de Nietzsche sobre a cultura ocidental e sua marcha para o chamado Niilismo demonstram como é possível identificar as manifestações deste movimento sobre as avaliações da existência enquanto oposições a própria vida. Oposições estas não só contra homens e instituições, mas contra valores por muitos considerados os mais importantes. Assim, seria possível pensar uma nova justiça que se afirma nas possibilidades do devir: sem culpa, ma-consciência, ressentimento, mas acima de tudo enquanto oposta a vingança. A presente tese retoma questões centrais da filosofia do direito, mas numa perspectiva diferente e divergente ao legado da tradição filosófica ocidental até agora. / From the perspective of a Counter-History of Philosophy of Law, which comprises the legal thought not just through the greatest philosophical traditions, it is possible to think justice beyond transcendent foundations, such as Freedom, Equality and Human Dignity. These reflections about the justice based upon philosophers such Friedrich Nietzsche [1844-1900]. From the central themes of the Nietzschean philosophy, such as the Perspectivism and the Genealogy of Values, it would be possible to think in a critical and unconventional way the understanding of law and and justice, that is, while an agonistic relation of power in search of a balance. In that sense, there is a reception of the Will to Power to understand the dynamics inside the power relations in all spheres of life, especially in the legal and ethical life. However, is not a simple refleXion of justice as power relations. Nietzsche's reflections on Western culture and its march towards Nihilism show that it is possible to identify expressions of this movement on the evaluations of the world as oppositions to life itself. These oppositions are not only against society and institutions, but also against values. Thus, it is possible to think of a new justice which shows itself in the becoming without guilt, bad conscience, resentment and, above all, as opposed to vengeance. This dissertation discusses key issues of the Philosophy of Law, but in a different and divergent perspective of justice until now bequeathed in the West. / O autor não apresentou título em inglês.

In the process of identity construction, the media and entertainment industry act as tools that contribute to the formation of the individual. These media are responsible for reflecting stereotypes that make up society and often the subjective way exposed by these channels of communication reproduce a unilateral view of society, which on many occasions have privileged the eyes of those who hold the domain of the word. Among the many categories objectified and/or erased by these means are the women. Female stereotypes, though many are not diversified, women are always represented as: the mother, the wife, the damsel in distress, the mistress among others, all those created to establish the place of women in society. The struggle for female visibility is not recent and one of the reasons for this struggle is the way women are represented in the media. The present work aims to analyze and discuss how women are represented in the genre Comics, so we will analyze the character Wonder Woman, who despite being seen as a symbol of female empowerment, carries several marks of the male view upon the woman. The methodology adopted to conduct this work will be through qualitative bibliographical research. The development of the analyzes proposed by this work will follow some theoretical perceptions among which are the Multimodal Theory of Speech by Kress and Van Leewen (2001) and Van Leewen (2005), The performative Theory by Butler (1990) and the Identity Studies by Hall (2000). The reading of the images that compose the genre analyzed will also use the contribution of the Critical Literacy and the Cultural Studies. The need to redefine the female image in the universe of comics is the central aim of this work. / No processo de construção de identidade, os meios de comunicação e entretenimento atuam como ferramentas que contribuem para a formação do indivíduo. Esses meios são responsáveis por refletir estereótipos que compõem a sociedade, e, muitas vezes, a forma subjetiva exposta por esses canais de comunicação reproduz um olhar unilateral acerca da sociedade, o que em muitas ocasiões privilegiou o olhar daqueles que detêm o domínio da palavra. Entre as tantas categorias coisificadas e/ou apagadas por esses meios estão as mulheres. Os estereótipos femininos, apesar de muitos, não são diversificados, visto que as mulheres são sempre representadas como: a mãe, a esposa, a donzela em perigo, a amante, entre outros, todos eles criados para estabelecer o local da mulher na sociedade. A luta por visibilidade feminina não é recente, e uma das motivações dessa luta deve-se à forma como as mulheres são representadas na mídia. Diante disso, o presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar e discutir a forma como as mulheres são representadas no gênero HQS (Histórias em Quadrinhos), e, para tanto, analisamos a personagem Mulher Maravilha, que, apesar de vista como símbolo de empoderamento feminino, carrega várias marcas estereotipadas sobre a mulher. A metodologia adotada para a condução deste trabalho deu-se por meio de pesquisa qualitativa bibliográfica. Por sua vez, o desenvolvimento das análises propostas pelo estudo seguiu algumas perspectivas teóricas, dentre as quais estão a Teoria Multimodal do Discurso, de Kress e Van Leewen (2001) e Van Leewen (2005), a Teoria performativa do gênero, de Butler (1990), e os estudos sobre construção de identidade, de Hall (2000). A leitura das imagens que compõem o gênero analisado também se fundamentou no aporte do Letramento Crítico e dos Estudos Culturais. Por fim, destacamos que a necessidade de ressignificação da imagem feminina no universo das HQS é a questão central desta pesquisa. / São Cristóvão, SE

A escritora nasceu na cidade de Muaná, na Ilha do Marajó-Pa, e se inseriu no cenário cultural literário paraense como uma das poucas mulheres que militaram no universo da arte durante este período, quando ainda normalista, passou a fazer parte dos grupos de estudantes que lutavam em frentes literárias. Importante é dizer que a autora contribuiu com revistas literárias que circulavam na sociedade belemense na primeira metade do século XX – Guajarina, A Semana e Amazônia –, que ajudaram a difundir sua habilidade poética, além de escrever para os jornais O diário e a Província, o que demonstra sua inserção e importância na cena literária daquele momento, nos auspícios da constituição de um movimento literário local. Portanto, esta pesquisa encontra-se voltada para a análise dos poemas de Adalcinda que deixam transparecer as relações de imaginário, imagens, símbolos e espaço, procurando fazer analogias com autores como: Gilbert Durand (1997), François Laplantine e Liana Trindade (1997), em um panorama com base antropológica; Gaston Bachelard (2008), com suas considerações sobre o espaço poético; e Milton Santos (2006), no que se refere à ideia de paisagem, situando ainda as visões fenomenológicas acerca desses temas através de Sartre (1996). / This study proposes a thematic analysis of some poems of the poet Adalcinda Magno Camarão Luxardo (1915-2005) taking into account aspects of the imaginary and the elements, images, symbols, places and landscape embedded and reflected on her poetic productions. The writer was born in the city called Muaná in Marajó Island, in Pará and entered on the cultural and literary Paraense scene as one of the few women who campaigned in the art world during this period. When she was still normalist, she became part of the student groups who fought in literary fronts. It is Important to mention that the author contributed to literary magazines which circulated in Belemense society in the first half of the twentieth century like: Guajarina, A Semana and Amazônia – which helped to spread her poetry, beyond she wrote for newspapers like: O diário and A Província, which demonstrate her insertion and importance for the literary scene of that time, under the auspices of the constitution of a local literary movement. Therefore, this research is focused on the thematic analysis of the Adalcinda poems that shown the relationship among imagery, images, symbols, place and landscape trying to make analogies with authors such as Gilbert Durand (1997), François Laplantine and Liana Trindade (1997), in a survey based on anthropology, Gaston Bachelard(2008), with his consideration of the poetic space and Milton Santos (2006), regarding the idea of landscape, still placing the phenomenological views on these issues through Sartre (1996).
