<p> A user-oriented computer program for an optimum solution of the hydrodynamic journal bearings is developed. The computer package is formulated in such a way to determine the optimum solution using only any of the following optimization techniques adapted from OPTISEP: DAVID, SIMPLEX, SEEK1, AND SEEK3. </p> <p> A user guide and a complete documentations for the computer package are included in the thesis. </p> / Thesis / Master of Engineering (ME)

Цель исследования, проведенного в диссертации, заключается в выявлении соответствия концепций научных гуманитарных журналов с требованиями, предъявляемым к публикациям научных работников на примере России и Польши. Для того, чтобы изучить специфическую основу формирования научного журнала, его функции и особенности, в первой главе работы рассмотрены понятия научного журнала, а также нормативно-правовые акты, регламентирующие требования, предъявляемые к публикациям российских и польских научных работников. Также в первой главе рассмотрено изменение понятия научного журнала и классификации с исторической точки зрения. Во второй части работы проводится концептуальный анализ научных гуманитарных журналов России и Польши, что позволило выявить соответствие концепций российских и польских научных гуманитарных журналов в связи с изменяющимися требованиями к научным публикациям, результаты анализа могут быть использованы для дальнейших исследований в этой области. / The purpose of the research conducted in the dissertation is to identify the conformity of the concepts of scientific humanitarian journals with the requirements for publications of scientific workers using the example of Russia and Poland. In order to study the specific basis for the formation of a scientific journal, its functions and features, the first chapter of the work considers the concepts of a scientific journal, as well as the legal acts regulating the requirements for publications of Russian and Polish scientists. The first chapter also discusses a change in the concept of a scientific journal and classification from a historical point of view. In the second part of the work, a conceptual analysis of the scientific humanitarian journals of Russia and Poland is carried out, which made it possible to identify the conformity of the concepts of Russian and Polish scientific humanitarian journals in connection with the changing requirements for scientific publications; the analysis results can be used for further research in this area.

The Vietnamese science and high education system plays a major role in the country’s social and economical development. Due to a mixed influence of international education systems, the contribution of the Vietnamese research to the international scientific landscape is still modest. Over the past decades, the most scientific programmes focused mostly on rather theoretical sciences and less on applied sciences. The results are reflected by a rather low rate of international publications on experimental science. Together with the country’s efforts on the efficient use of natural resources, there is an urgent demand for strengthening the scientific activity on environmental sciences. The new Journal of Vietnamese Environment was created to respond to the increasing interest in environmental research. The journal was founded as part of an academic network initiated by the Dresden University of Technology in the framework of Vietnamese-German cooperation programs on training and education. With multidisciplinary fields of interest and several types of manuscripts, the journal has a predominant academic character, the submission of manuscripts is open to students, graduates, researchers and staff members of research and academic institutions, as well as to any individual willing to disseminate the knowledge about the management of Vietnamese environment. / Hệ thống khoa học và giáo dục đại học Việt Nam đóng vai trò quan trọng trong sự phát triển kinh tế và xã hội của đất nước. Trong xu hướng giao thoa mạnh mẽ giữa các hệ thống giáo dục quốc tế, đóng góp của các nhà nghiên cứu ở Việt Nam cho cộng đồng khoa học quốc tế còn khiêm tốn. Trong những thập niên qua, hầu hết các hoạt động khoa học tập trung vào khoa học lý thuyết hơn là các lĩnh vực khoa học ứng dụng. Điều này đã được phản ánh qua tỷ lệ khá thấp các ấn phẩm quốc tế về khoa học thực nghiệm. Cùng với những nỗ lực của đất nước để sử dụng hiệu quả các nguồn tài nguyên thiên nhiên, một nhu cầu cấp bách đặt ra là tăng cường các hoạt động nghiên cứu về khoa học môi trường. Tạp chí Môi trường Việt Nam ra đời nhằm hưởng ứng sự quan tâm ngày một gia tăng trong nghiên cứu môi trường. Tạp chí được thành lập như một phần của mạng lưới học thuật được đề xuất bởi Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Kỹ Thuật Dresden trong khuôn khổ chương trình hợp tác Việt Nam - CHLB Đức về đào tạo và giáo dục. Với mối quan tâm đa ngành và đa dạng trong ấn phẩm, tạp chí chủ yếu mang tính học thuật, cơ hội gửi đăng bài viết mở rộng cho cả sinh viên, kỹ sư / cử nhân, nghiên cứu viên và các thành viên của Viện nghiên cứu và giáo dục, các cá nhân có mong muốn phổ biến kiến thức về quản lý môi trường ở Việt Nam.

Det papperslösa samhället har varit ett begrepp i över trettio år, men än läser vi tidskrifter och magasin i pappersform. Vi konsumerar dock dagligen allt mer information och mycket av denna är i digital form. Tidskriften är en produkt som liksom CD-skivan är möjlig att helt och hållet digitalisera. Kanske är det en anledning till att upplagorna minskar för många tidskrifter i Sverige? Denna rapport syftar till att nå en fördjupad förståelse för hur svenska tidskrifter möter den digitala utvecklingen i fyra kanaler; webbplats, Twitter, Facebook och applikation för iPad (digital utgåva). Med deduktivt angreppsätt gjordes en innehållsanalys av information som publicerats i de fyra kanalerna. Observationerna kompletterades med sekundäranalys av offentlig statistik. 20 olika tidskrifter undersöktes, 10 stycken med ökande tryckt upplaga och 10 stycken med minskande tryckt upplaga.Resultaten visar inget tydligt samband mellan hög aktivitet/närvaro i digitala medier och enminskande upplaga. Det är vanligare att tidskrifter med minskande upplaga finns på Twitter.Att ha ett Facebook-konto är lika vanligt i båda urvalsgrupperna. Att publicera en digital utgåva av en i huvudsak tryckt tidskrift är relativt ovanligt förekommande. / The paperless society has been a concept for more than 30 years now, yet we still readmagazines in printed form today. But we also consume a lot more information today than weused to, and this information is increasingly in digital form. The magazine is a physical product that just like the CD is possible to turn completely digital. Maybe this is a reason for the rapid decline of printed circulation among Swedish magazine publishers? This report aim to increase the knowledge of how Swedish publishers meet the digital development in four different channels, website, Twitter, Facebook and digital edition for iPad.A content analysis of the information in the four different channels was conducted on 20different magazines, 10 with an increasing printed circulation and 10 with a declining printedcirculation.The results show no clear indication that there is a connection between high digitalpresence/activity and declining printed circulation. It is however more common amongmagazines with a declining circulation to be present at Twitter. Publishing a digital edition of a printed magazine is still relatively uncommon among Swedish magazines.
