The task of this thesis was focused on influence of physical load on electrical activity of muscle. There are basic principals and terms from the problematic of measuring electric activity of muscle. Author suggested measuring protocol, got data from group of people, made an application and used this application to analyse measured signals. At the end of this work it was suggested statistical processing and evaluation of results.

In this master´s thesis we will firstly focused on the description of a cyte in terms of structure as well as in terms of electrical and chemical processes. We will examine a processes, which make a contraction and the processes on cyte membrane. We will also analyse image processing methods and methods for measuring the contraction. The block diagram will be designed and requirements for the measuring platform will be specified. The programme will be realized in LabWIEV programming language.

This thesis explains structure of skeletal muscles, generation of action potencial and principle of muscle contraction. Further it shows types of electromyographic signal recording and its usage in therapy. Technical aspects of EMG signal and components required for electromyograph assemblage are next topic of this thesis. Another part presents design of simple EMG module for therapeutical application with bluetooth 4.0 interface.

Most construction companies want to deliver the best possible results for their customers while spending the least possible resources. Nevertheless, the construction industry has traditionally been full of unnecessary inefficiency regarding workflows. One of the most successful methods to prevent inefficiency workflow is lean construction. Lean construction consists of various methods that aim to streamline workflow as optimally as possible. Purpose: The purpose of the degree project is to use specific lean methods and tools to identify different waste and be able to use them to reduce downtime of a studied construction project. Method: A case study has been carried out where the project Heby - care homes has been studied. To gather more information a survey study has been done. To gather even further information about the project an interview was conducted with a person who has a leading role. Results: The result shows a analysis of the survey and the interviewe answers. It also includs working methods, transparency and waste minimization. Furthermore it includs solutions like identify problems, create order and structure, standardize and work on improvements. Conclusions: The conclusion that can be drawn is that standardizations in the form of checklists and guides need to be in each project. More openness and to review your chosen forms of agreement. To have a more dynamic working group that strives to achieve common goals and continuous improvements. These are the most important aspects of making a project effective.

Regulation of smooth muscle contraction depends on the phosphorylated state of myosin light chain (MLC). Although there are many kinases responsible for phosphorylating MLC, the myosin phosphatase complex is solely accountable for its dephosphorylation. Myosin phosphatase, in turn, is tightly regulated by many proteins. One of them being the CPI-17 gene family, which inhibits myosin phosphatase. This family of proteins is composed of CPI-17 itself, PHI-1, KEPI, and GBPI. Zebrafish have two genes each of CPI-17 and PHI-1, which are expressed during early embryonic development. This study sets out to investigate whether the two isoforms of CPI-17 and PHI-1 have diverged in function or expression using zebrafish as a model organism. Through a series of biochemical tests and assays, we have determined that the two isoforms have diverged in their expression pattern from each other, however they have similar function.
