Správa vývojové dokumentace přes WWW I / Administration of development documetation over WWW I

Kolář, Miroslav January 2008 (has links)
Master`s thesis is based on the assignment of company Honeywell to create integral system for saving and management of development documentation. Designed system will introduce data warehouse with transparent display of documents being connected with development of customer’s requirements, products and tests, test runs. Solution consists of two parts: A – Requirements and Products and B – Tests, Test runs and Person, whereas Master`s thesis deals with the part B. For system creation utilities of following programming languages were used HTML, PHP, JavaScript and database system MySQL. In the first phase was designed database structure (tables and relations between them). Except that was designed structure for authorization algorithm and integral concept of whole application was created. The second phase is realization. At first are created supporting algorithms. It is servicing database by functions, uniform displaying results from database and authorized access of users to the application. Further data library for integral display data forms, based on used template system Smarty and other libraries, f.e. attribution of the files to records in SQL tables. Important part was implementation of designed database system and related programs. In Tests and Test runs there is user interface established and individual relations between them. According to assignment all fundamental programs were designed together with support instruments. Individual source files are saved in transparent structure of folders, so this structure is possible to apply on any computer, where are installed programs to web hosting. The result of Master`s thesis is then integrated progress report together with functional source codes.

Zambra Ramos, Rubén January 2019 (has links)
It is studied that mass transfer between the Limarí river mouth, Tongoy bay and Barnes bay across of the integration of costal units, identifying accumulation forms, morphosedimentological, relations in the groups of existing forms and the mass transport in the coast. For identifying forms of accumulation in the areas of study, it was necessary to make a geomorphological description, identifying fluvial forms, river-marine, marine terraces and aeolian forms. For the analysis of morphosedimentological relations, it became necessary to perform granulometric analysis according to the procedures of textural distribution and sand morphocopic, including the mineralogy. For the transport of littoral mass we used qualitative techniques through the multitemporary analysis the depositional environment, a temporary range of 27 years, analyzing Landsat satellite images of the years 1987, 1997, 2004 and 2011. The results show the strong structural control and oblique orientation dominantly of the bays as factors that enable the sedimentation of the coastal system, operating the effect of cove principles in them. It is considered that the source of supply for Tongoy and Barnes bays comes from Limarí river basin, but it is also necessary to consider other transport means of sediments that does not necessarily have relation to the river or its discharge zone. The multi-temporal analysis of satellite images reflects that the mass transfer between the different systems ocurred in the recent period due to conditions that exceeded the threshold of sediment transport, these conditions are due to increase in the intensity and heavy rainfall. The forms that reflect changes in the deposition environments correspond to coastal arrows and dune fields which are sensitive areas to the contributions of sediments between systems.

Sur certains aspects géométriques et arithmétiques des variétés de Shimura orthogonales / On some geometrical and arithmetical aspects of orthogonal Shimura varieties

Tayou, Salim 17 June 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with some arithmetical and geometrical aspects of orthogonal Shimura varieties. These varieties appear naturally as moduli spaces of Hodge structures of K3 type. In some cases, they parametrize geometric objects as K3 surfaces and their analogous in higher dimensions, the hyperkähler varieties. This modular point of view will be our guiding principle throughout this dissertation. In the first part, we prove an equidistribution result of the Hodge locus in variations of Hodge structures of K3 type above complex quasi-projective curves. In the second part, we study analogous results in the arithemtic setting. An example of statements we get is the following: given a K3 surface having everywhere good reduction and satisfying an approximation hypothesis, there exists a specialization with strictly increasing geometric Picard rank. In both cases, our methods take advantage of the rich arithmetic, automorphic and geometric structure of orthogonal Shimura varieties as well as the Kuga-Satake construction that links them to moduli spaces of abelian varieties. Finally, we extend a result of Bogomolov and Tschinkel. In particular, we show that any K3 surface defined over an algebraically closed field of arbitrary characteristic and admitting a non-isotrivial elliptic fibration contains infinitely many rational curves.

Institution et destitution du temps social : socioanthropologie du temps institué et des contre(-)temps révolutionnaires / Institution and destitution of social time : socioanthropology of the instituted social time and of revolutionary counter(-)times

Le Roulley, Simon 04 December 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with the question of social time as a strategic issue for the metropolitan revolutionary communities in France from the study of three of them located in Caen, Rennes and Nantes. This work seeks to show the historical processes of the institution of social time and attempts to destitute it. It begins by an epistemological and methodological return on the constitution of sociology through a discussion between Durkheim and Marx. We defend the hypothesis according to which the discipline is constituted more like a science of the established order aiming at the stabilization of the institutions. Then, with other authors, we try to clear the ways of a sociology of the destitution which undertakes a politics of intervention. Therefore, we begin at first (part 2) to investigate in a classical critical sociology’s way based on a sociohistorical approach of domination – in this case a history of the institution of social time through a study of work, of everyday life and power relations. In parts 3 and 4 we propose a socioanthropology of communist forms-of-life leading at the same time a fight against the instituted social time (revolutionary countertimes, negative dimension) and affirming a relation to the time starting from the activities (revolutionary counter-time, positive dimension). The aim of this thesis is to show how a post-capitalist horizon experiences itself here and now, the way in which it takes over or not the question of the domination of the instituted social time, the way, also, which it is repressed.

Reflexive Power(s)? - Exploring the Dynamics, Contradictions and Paradoxes of Evolving Political Forms in Innovative Organizations.: Paper presented at the EGOS Colloquium 2009, Barcelona, July 2-4, 2009; Sub-theme 19: Power, resistance and hegemony in the contexts of organizational and institutional change

Schirmer, Frank, Tasto, Michael January 2010 (has links)
How do reflexive political forms within organizations and the design of innovation processes co-evolve? This paper focuses on emerging reflexive forms of power and authority, considered as regimes beyond pure domination (Clegg et al. 2006: 330 f.). We assume that preserving freedom and initiative of individuals, while not undermining the power of organizational top elites, is particularly essential for business success of organisations operating in high-tech, innovative sectors. Up to now, however, neither the development of related political forms within organisations, nor their intertwinements with innovation processes have been very well understood. Therefore this paper studies the linkages between innovation processes and reflexive political forms of organizations. More specifically, the paper aims to explore in detail the contested, antagonistic and paradoxical processes an organisation must undertake in designing a reflexive political form, a “political hybrid” (Clegg et al. 2006: 333), conducive to innovation capabilities and innovation processes in high-tech companies. Theoretical reasoning is underlined by first insights from a longitudinal case study, being part of a comparative case study program, focusing on the co-evolution of political forms and innovation process design in a SME in southern Germany. The paper contributes to the debate on power and innovation in several respects. First, we will propose a dynamic approach to exploring change and development of political forms within organisations. Most of the literature concerned with different political forms and political regimes within organisations is still centred on static typologies and its comparison (Clegg et al. 2006: 332). Second, we will examine the often neglected, contradictory processes shaping hybrid political forms in organisations. Third, we will conceptually and empirically explore linkages between innovation processes and emerging political hybrids within organizations. This study is, to the best of our knowledge, a research desideratum both in the literature on power and the literature on innovation processes (e.g. Hage and Meeus 2006; Poole and Van De Ven 2004; Vigoda-Gadot and Drory 2006; Clegg et al. 2006).

Étude de quelques perturbations d'équations riches en symétries : résonances et stabilités / Study of some equations with many symmetries : resonances and stability

Bernier, Joackim 04 July 2019 (has links)
This manuscript deals with many problems about resonance and stability. First, we design and analyse numerical methods for academic problems like the Dirichlet problem on a segment line or the transport equation associated with a two dimensional rotation. Then, we extend the classical linear analysis of Vlasov-Poisson equations near homogeneous equilibria to describe nonlinear and multidimensional phenomena. Finally, a large part of this thesis is devoted to nonlinear Schrödinger equations in dimension 1. On the one hand, we study the impact of a natural semi-discretisation on the solitary traveling waves and on the growth of the high order Sobolev norms. On the other hand, we develop a new family of normal forms to describe the dynamic of small and smooth solutions for very long times.

Flexibilní formy zaměstnávání / Flexible forms of employment

Pavlovová, Adéla January 2019 (has links)
Flexible forms of employment Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to map the flexible forms of employment currently offered by the Czech legislation as well as those that might possibly become part of the legal system in the Czech Republic. Flexible forms of employment are currently on the rise, and it is therefore relevant to address the possibilities offered by the legislation. Part one focuses on defining the basic terms of the legal and theoretical framework of flexible forms of employment and in this context also the importance of flexicurity as a concept that has shaped the forms of flexible employment in the recent years. Second part of the thesis describes the specific forms of employment in terms of their legal regulation and what challenges are associated with the use of each individual form of flexible employment, furthermore this part explores aspects of flexibility that can be found within these types flexible employment. Examples of such flexible forms of employment mentioned include, but are not limited to, fixed-term employment, homeworking and, in terms of working hours, a condensed working week and flexible working hours. The next part discusses new emerging forms of flexible employment, namely job sharing, employee sharing, interim management, casual work, as well as new forms of...

Knowing is Seaing: Conceptual Metaphor in the Fiction of Kate Chopin

Green, Suzanne Disheroon, 1963- 05 1900 (has links)
This paper examines the metaphoric structures that underlie Chopin's major novel, The Awakening, as well as those underlying selected short stories. Drawing on the modern theory of metaphor described by Mark Turner, George Lakoff, and Mark Johnson, the author argues that conceptual metaphors are the structural elements that underlie our experiences, thoughts, and words, and that their presence is revealed through our everyday language. Since these conceptual structures are representative of human thought and language, they are also present in literary texts, and specifically in Chopin's texts. Conceptual metaphors and the linguistic forms that result from them are so basic a part of our thinking that we automatically construct our utterances by means of them. Accordingly, conceptual metaphor mirrors human thought processes, as demonstrated by the way we describe our experiences.

Increasing Understanding of Wrinkled1 (Wri1) Transcription Factor: Functional Study of Oil Palm Wri1 and Analysis of Wri1 Splice Forms

Ma, Wei, Kong, Que, Arondel, Vincent, Kilaru, Aruna, Bates, Philip D., Thrower, Nicholas A., Benning, Christoph, Ohlrogge, John B. 21 July 2013 (has links)
Arabidopsis WRINKLED1 (AtWRI1) (At3g54320) is a pivotal transcription factor in the regulation of plant oil biosynthesis. Our previous study identified a WRI1 homolog highly expressed in oil palm mesocarp (EgWRI1). EgWRI1 protein is 93 amino acids shorter than AtWRI1 with low sequence conservation and all deletions occurring in the Cterminal region. We asked whether this divergent EgWRI1 protein, from a non-seed tissue with very high oil content, and from a phylogenetically distant species is able to complement the Arabidopsis loss-of-function mutant wri1-1. We show that expression of EgWRI1 is able to restore several phenotypes of wri1-1, including reduced seed fatty acid content, the “wrinkled" appearance of the seed coat, reduced seed germination, and impaired seedling establishment. Comparison of the protein sequence of WRI1 orthologs across many diverse plant species revealed the conservation of a 9 bp exon encoding “VYL". However, this small exon is missing in one of three predicted AtWRI1 splice forms. To understand expression of WRI1 splice forms we performed RNASeq analysis of Arabidopsis developing seeds and queried other Arabidopsis EST and RNASeq databases derived from a number of tissues and from a range of plant species. In all cases, only splice form 3 is expressed in Arabidopsis and VYL is observed in the cDNA of all WRI1 orthologs investigated. Site-directed mutagenesis showed that amino acid substitutions within the ‘VYL' exon of AtWRI1 results in failure to restore reduced oil content of wri1-1 seeds, providing direct evidence for the crucial role of this small exon in AtWRI1 function.
