: étude à partir de trois secteurs en Champagne-Ardenne / Historical sectorial trends and collective local projects : what are the local actors capacities ?

Demissy, Romain 28 September 2018 (has links)
The thesis analyze three sector's historical trends. Those sectors are based in the former Champagne-Ardenne region. The sectors are : 1) metalworking industries 2) Industries linked with the Champagne wine production 3) agro-ressources production industries. For its conceptual framework, the thesis mobilize approach from the french Theorie de la Régulation to elaborate the analysed sectors' chronology. In addition, the thesis is particulary focused on the regulation process at an infranational scale. The three sectors analyzis is also based on the immaterial heritage and the territorial ressources concepts. The trend analysis built are presented as heritage constitution process analysis. The thesis also focus on the institutional displays that refer to this local heritage. The thesis highlights a specialisation process toward automobile industries concerning the metalwork. This specialisation took place prinicipally during the 1940s - 1950s. This specilisation led to a sectorial dead end for every of the metalwork industries' local projects. About the industries linked to the Champagne wine production, there is a specific difficulty for them to halt their local heritage's erosion. These industries faces the overwhelming representations of the welthy Champagne industries and the institutional presence of the Champagne industries' actors. At last, for the Agro ressources industries it appears that a rich and sturdy heritage is currently building. But it also appears that this heritage lacks to reach other actors than those already involved in the project.

Santa Rosa de Viterbo: mediações para uma discussão sobre a idéia de patrimônio cultural / Santa Rosa de Viterbo: mediations for a discussion of the cultural heritage idea.

Souza, Willian Eduardo Righini de 18 August 2011 (has links)
It is intended to analyze the formation and appropriation of cultural heritage in the town of Santa Rosa de Viterbo SP through the speeches and actions of its residents. It is noted that in Brazil the heritage policies have concentrated on the national scale and in the criteria of technicians and experts to define what a cultural heritage is. Thus, we questioned this approach to develop a reflection on the local heritage through its uses by society. We proposed an intervention model that highlights the perceptions and representations of town residents to define the assets that are valued as symbols of identity and memory. Through oral history and cultural mediation works, we defined methods such as interviews and the return of the material produced to promote a relationship with a group of residents, recording their opinions about the town and the assets that they identify as culturally relevant. With transcripts of interviews and a literature review, we discussed the history of the town, emphasizing its cultural and economic aspects, and through four examples, which were the Symphonic Band of Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa University Week, Amália Farm and Folia de Reis; we analyzed the values assigned to these assets that allow us to classify them as heritage. As a result, we reviewed the idea of division of cultural heritage into material and immaterial because we realized that all assets have both attributes.

På plats i historien : Studier av hembygsföreningar på 2000-talet / In place in history : Studies on local heritage societies in the 21st century

Eskilsson, Anna January 2008 (has links)
Local heritage societies were established in Sweden for about a hundred years ago. The societies responded to the large changes of industrialisation, emigration and urbanisation during that time. Today there are about 2 000 societies with almost half a million members altogether. Why do people turn to local heritage societies today? The image of them, associated with folklore costumes and quaint old cottages, is not consistent with the extensive activity in the 21st century. That raises questions that have not been clarified in previous research. The aim of this thesis is to find out what today's local heritage societies do, as well as to investigate what their meanings are for people and the local society. Thereby the intention is to contribute to an understanding of their present extent and endurance over time. The activities of three local heritage societies in and around the city of Linköping are mapped out in this thesis. The survey shows extensive and very broad activities that are well adjusted to present time. The traditional image has become rigid, but in parts it is accurate since the activities are still dominated by local use of history., which also contributes to their extent and continuity. Place and history as common ground is something universal: The need for people to be oriented in time and space contributes to the persistence of the local heritage societies. At the same time there seems to be something strong in society today which contributes to their extent. The thesis shows that the societies can have knowledge-generating, ideological, existential and social meaning. Through the local heritage society people can learn about, evaluate and gain feelings for the place. The society also contributes to strengthening the power of togetherness in the local community as a part of the civilian society. The multifaceted meaning of the activities makes it possible for the societies to keep or even strengthen their attraction, especially among the large group of retired people.

Typologie naučných stezek v ČR / Quality analysis of interpretative trails panels in Protected Landscape Area Český Kras

Kvačková, Barbora January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to implement a qualitative analysis on interpretive trails, which are also considered part of local heritage interpretation. This analysis verifies if the authors of panels used recommendations published in two known methodologies during their preparation phase. This research is applied on eighteen interpretive trails in the protected landscape area of Český kras. In the practical part of this thesis, each interpretive trail has been evaluated by applying nine criteria. The outcome of the thesis is an evaluation of visuals and content composed on the interpretive trail panels for the purpose of attractive communication. The most significant deficiencies of the panels of interpretive trails in the protected landscape area of Český kras are quality of graphical design, whether the text communicates with the reader and if the text does not require linear reading. On the other hand, the most important strengths of interpretive trail panels are that the visual elements are always well connected to the content of the text on the panel and the text is easily read without specialised terms. The interpretive trail that has reached the best evaluation in the qualitative analysis is Vodácká NS Berounka. On the other hand, the trails with the lowest scores were NS Památné stromy Karlštejnska and NS Klonk-Suchomasty.

De la communauté de savoir à l’inspiration intime : la petite revue de patrimoine, marqueur de nouvelles identités régionales en France sous la IIIe République / Small magazines about local heritage as markers for a definition of regional identities under the IIIth Republic

Dhermy, Arnaud 14 October 2017 (has links)
Corollary of the rural exodus and the industrialization, a focus on the local heritage and on the regional area emerges in France at the end of the 19th century. This concern manifests itself through the regeneration and the dynamism of journals intended for new social groups yearning for cultural activities. Prefiguration of the magazine, these journals contribute, inside of French Regions, to the definition of the regional identities. They enable the expansion of the making of heritage, previously limited to history, literature and philology, and its democratization, thanks to the valorization of popular traditions, to the private practice of the areas (tourism, environment) et to its esthetical approach. They also seek the individualization of a so far communal relation to territories. Finally, they rejuvenate a conception of heritage based on legacy and atavism, in favor of a more modern concept of chosen heritage, especially in the context of escaping daily life.

Det lokala kulturarvets bevarande : En fallstudie av politiska processer och ideellt engagemang bakom societetshuset Källör i Östhammar / The conservation of the local heritage : A case study of the political processes and voluntary commitment behind the society house Källör in Östhammar

Danielsson, Kristina January 2021 (has links)
This qualitative thesis discusses the process of preservation of the community building Källör. In a case study the political processes around the issue of the preservation of the society building is examined on the basis of the concerned laws (PBL & KML), where the protection of cultural-historical buildings is treated in relation to the case of Källör. The voluntary commitment and its significance for the building, is examined through the community center association of Källörs (bygdegårdsförening societetshuset Källörs) work for the building's preservation and goal to run it as a community center (bygdegård). Finally, it is investigated whether and how the place has been important for the involvment of the association. Nine interviews were conducted for the study, six with members of the association and three with professional and responsible persons in the case. Materials in the form of laws, decisions, investigations, brochures and municipal plan overviews were also used for the study. The material was analyzed through the study's theoretical framework; the arm’s length principle (armlängdsprincipen), authority, authenticity, Sense of Place and Genius Loci. The case study shows that the issue of preserving the local cultural heritage is a complex and dynamic process. Those involved can interpret the laws and the cultural-historical value in different ways and the building is not always judged to be objective based on its cultural-historical value. The work of the association has made an impression in the political process and the place has also proven to be important for the associations commitment. The question of the preservation of the local cultural heritage is complex in where laws and collaborations have the potential to be developed, in order to ensure that the local cultural heritage is assessed according to it’s cultural-historical value and thus does not risk being lost. This is a two year master’s thesis in Museum and Cultural Heritage Studies.
