As economic development, the financial analysis of the company's economic activities becomes an integral part of the strategic development of the enterprise. To clarify the situation on financial statements, companies use different methods and indicators to analyze the activity. Thus, to date, the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise does not analyze the external environment, which may adversely affect the results of the analysis and, accordingly, the planning of the enterprise. Now there are a number of non-traditional methods for analyzing the external environment of an enterprise in conjunction with internal analysis. In the dissertation SWOT and STEEP kinds of analyzes are applied at the analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise that gives the chance to see effect from activity of the company in the market and to reveal a direction of development of activity for increase of efficiency. Practical significance is that the results of the study can be used to improve the analysis of the financial situation of a commercial organization. / По мере экономического развития, финансовый анализ хозяйственной деятельности компании становится неотъемлемой составляющей стратегического развития предприятия. Чтобы прояснить ситуацию по финансовой отчетности компании используют различные методы и показатели для анализа деятельности. Таким образом, на сегодняшний день анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия не анализирует внешнюю среду, что может отрицательно сказаться на результатах анализа и, соответственно, на планирование деятельности предприятия. Сейчас существуют ряд нетрадиционных методов анализа внешней среды предприятия в совокупности с внутренним анализом. В диссертации применены SWOT и STEEP виды анализов при анализе финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, что дает возможность увидеть эффект от деятельности компании на рынке и выявить направление развития деятельности для повышения эффективности. Практическая значимость состоит в том, что результаты проведенного исследования могут быть использованы совершенствование анализа финансового состояние коммерческой организации.

В диссертации был проведен анализ литературы и нормативно-справочной документации по теме диссертации, по результатам исследования была сформирована таблица сравнений медицинских информационных систем. Разработаны требования к медицинским системам. В ходе работы были построены модели исследуемых бизнес-процессов и разработан новый блок медицинской информационной системы для клиники «Геном-Волга». / The analysis of literature and normative-reference documentation on the subject of the thesis was carried out in the thesis, the table of comparisons of medical information systems was formed based on the results of the research. The scope of security services is an important element of successful economic activity of market subjects. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the security services market is multifaceted, has its own characteristics and specifics. In the dissertation, questions about the full presentation of the modern market of security services, as well as the effectiveness of the quality management process, and the development directions of their promising species were considered. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for the development of the quality of security services. Scientific and practical tasks: - to analyze the legal framework and conditions for the activities of security companies in the Russian Federation and abroad; - review of quality management at service enterprises; - to identify the state and trends in the development of market conditions and indicators of the quality of security services in Russia; - overview of the economic characteristics of the activities of security companies; - identify the demand of security services; - to make an assessment of the quality of security companies; - to develop the main directions of increasing the efficiency of providing security services; - develop a methodology for the formation of quality management of security services; - the right regulation of security companies - to make recommendations on the use of engineering and technical means of protection in the process of providing security services. The object of the research are security companies in Yekaterinburg and Verkhnyaya Pyshma, which are participants in the security services market, and consumers of these services. The subject of the study are organizational and economic relations arising in the process of providing security services. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study consisted of the works of foreign and domestic authors on topical issues of managing their quality, providing security services, and planning and organizing the work of enterprises in the services sector. The study was conducted on the basis of general scientific methods of knowledge using systemic and economic analysis, methods of expert and rating assessments, economic, mathematical and statistical methods. The information base of the research is the legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation, the results of scientific research, publications in special editions and the Internet, financial and statistical information describing the activities of enterprises providing security services. Качество охранных услуг является важным элементом успешной экономической деятельности субъектов рынка. Актуальность темы исследования связана с тем, что рынок охранных услуг многогранен, имеет свои специфику и характерные особенности. В диссертации рассмотрены вопросы о полном исследовании современного рынка охранных услуг, эффективность процесса управления качеством охранных услуг, а также направления его развития. Цель диссертации - проанализировать теоретические основы и разработать практические рекомендации по развитию качества охранных услуг.
