Med hjälp av teknologiska lösningar ser vi att kontorsarbete idag blivit allt mer digitaliserat. Det här har påverkat möjligheten att utföra arbetsuppgifter oberoende av tid och rum. Mobiliseringen av arbetslivet innebär att arbetet blivit mer självständigt och att de förr naturligt fysiska interaktionerna på arbetsplatsen minskar. Studier visar även på utmaningar i ledarskapet hos organisationer som implementerat ett mobilt arbetssätt. För att lyckas övervinna de utmaningar som den mobila arbetssituationen skapar i arbetslivet, har innebörden av relationsorienterat ledarskap samt hur det påverkar resultatet för organisationen framhållits som väsentlig att studera. Syftet med studien är att skapa förståelse för hur relationsorienterade ledarbeteenden, som att stödja, hjälpa till och känna empati för medarbetaren, kan bidra till att uppnå människans behov av en känsla av samhörighet, personligt värde samt personlig utveckling i mobila arbetsliv. Målet är att studien ska bidra med kunskap om hur ledarskapet kan tillämpas för att tillfredsställa medarbetares behov samt för att främja trivsel, engagemang och produktivitet i arbetslivet. Med bakgrund av en teoretisk referensram ämnar studien fungera som underlag och ge råd samt vägledning åt ledare i företag som nu och i framtiden anammar ett mobilt arbetsliv som arbetsform. Studien har en deduktiv ansats och utfördes genom en kvalitativ fallstudie på Microsoft Sverige. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer med respondenter från företagets marknads- samt finansavdelning. Studiens slutsatser har dragits genom att tolka och analysera studiens teoretiska referensram gentemot det empiriska materialet. Slutsatserna visar att det mobila arbetssättet uppskattas, men att det nu blir ännu viktigare med uppstyrda fysiska interaktioner. Vi finner att ledare, genom att uppmuntra till sociala aktiviteter, visa uppskattning på såväl individ- som resultatnivå, visa stöd och ge återkoppling på utfört arbete samt skapa möjligheter för medarbetaren att utvecklas kan bidra till att uppnå medarbetares behov. Vi finner att medarbetare i mobila arbetsliv gärna klustrar sig på arbetsplatsen och sitter med samma människor på samma plats varje dag för att uppnå behovet av samhörighet. Studiens rekommendationer är att ledare samordnar återkommande sociala aktiviteter såväl inom närmaste arbetsgruppen som i organisationen i stort. För att uppnå behovet av personligt värde rekommenderar vi att ledare främst fokuserar på att ge beröm och feedback personligen snarare än via digitala kommunikationsverktyg. Vad gäller behovet av personlig utveckling rekommenderar vi kontinuerligt inbokade "feedback-möten" för att gå igenom individens personliga mål och utvecklingsmöjligheter.

In the development of the global software industry, what kind of development trend can we observe? Which kind of role does Microsoft act in the development of the global software industry? On the other hand, how to develop the software industry in China? What is the development procedure of the Chinese software industry? This paper concentrates on studying the relationship between Microsoft and China. After analyzing the entry strategy and management tactics of Microsoft, we can understand the delicate relation between Microsoft and Chinese government. And we may realize, in addition, why China does need Microsoft. How does China receive more advanced technologies through the competition between the software manufacturers? Because Microsoft has offered more investment and assistance, China will have the capabilities to develop its own software industry. In order to get more long-term development in China, Microsoft also needs to develop the good relations with Chinese government, from central government to the local governments, and utilizes these relations; Microsoft may obtain more favorable development chance in China.

In every construction project, there is involvement of multiple team-players and their individual efforts have to be coordinated in a timely manner. Sharing and synchronizing information exchange among diverse team players requires a comprehensive project management and collaboration system that is easily accessible and manageable. Web-based or web-enabled project management and collaboration software offer several opportunities for this purpose. In the last decade, the construction industry has realized the necessity of adopting project management and collaboration systems but experienced adaptation and implementation problems. The major reasons were the required software knowledge, training and comfort level of the users. These issues can be addressed by utilizing a software package that provides a familiar user interface and flexible customization options. Microsoft Groove provides an alternative for web-enabled project management and collaboration with comprehensive and customizable tools, while maintaining the familiar Microsoft Office look and feel. This thesis compares the features of Groove software to commonly used project management and collaboration systems in the construction industry. A sample Groove workspace is developed and demonstrated with customized modules and templates for a typical construction project.

This dissertation deals with processes how to work with applications of office package by Microsoft Office from the ambience of NET Framework through the programming language Visual Basic.NET. These processes are used to develop the application for calibration of balance. The result of this application is a calibration sheet as a document of Microsoft Word text editor and a workbook of spreadsheet Microsoft Excel comparing calculations in the application with formulas of spreadsheet Excel.
