A partir de memórias e experiências construímos narrativas, nas perspectivas da geografia humanística e cultural, para refletir as representações sobre o espaço vivido. Neste contexto, utilizamos a metodologia da História Oral não apenas para a construção de dados, mas também como subsídio para a reflexão sobre a construção de memórias de estratos pouco considerados no cenário social brasileiro. Tomamos a experiência feminina migrante como referência para o registro das representações de sujeitos que vivenciaram o processo de configuração de paisagens e territórios no período e espaço determinado. Cabe observar que esses sujeitos "pouco aparecem na documentação escrita" e que o período em estudo foi marcado por profundas mudanças sociais, econômicas e espaciais. Como essas mudanças se dão nas falas e imagens de mulheres que experienciaram o processo migratório? Que espaço é vivido e como as paisagens se apresentam nas representações dessas migrantes, sujeitos itinerantes em territórios migratórios? / Abstract: This paper record narratives of women who experienced internal migration during the second half of the twentieth century, a period of major changes occurring in the landscape space Brazilian. The memories and experiences from building narratives, from the perspectives of humanistic and cultural geography, to reflect the representations on the area lived. In this context, we use the methodology of oral history not only for the construction of data, but also subsidy for the construction of reflection on the memories of little strata considered in the Brazilian social scene. We experience a female migrant with reference to the record of the representations of subjects who experienced the process of configuration of landscapes and territories over the period and a space. Orientador: Eduardo Basto de Albuquerque / Banca: José Oscar Beozzo / Banca: Kátia Maria Abud / Banca: Mauro Galetti Rodrigues / Banca: Áureo Busseto / Resumo: Analisamos o processo colonizador do Estado de Mato Grosso, com foco privilegiado sobre a região noroeste do Estado, mais exatamente sobre Juina, pólo regional e primeira cidade surgida de um projeto estadual de colonização, e a Igreja Católica, mais especificamente a brasileira, mato-grossense e organizada segundo as influências dos movimentos leigos, tais como a Teologia da Libertação, as Comunidades Eclesiais de Base e a Renovação Carismática Católica, fixando-nos entre as décadas de 1970 e 1990. Visamos os pontos de convergência entre ambos os aspectos por nos auxiliarem na compreensão da sociedade juinense. Não tratamos do aspecto institucional, mas procuramos a visão do colono migrante católico. Isto resume, ou sintetiza nosso objetivo para este trabalho: analisar o uso feito da mensagem da igreja pelo fiel nessa região. Demonstrar que a aceitação ou rejeição desta ou daquela face da Igreja Católica, para além da influência da mídia ou de imposições do clero (ou mesmo institucionais), tem forte relação com as idiossincrasias da vida daqueles colonos que usam a religião como elemento comum, para a reconstrução da sua identidade. Para isso delineamos algumas reflexões sobre a Igreja Católica, a sua mensagem e a compreensão desta última pelos fiéis. Entendemos que se existe uma forte influência dos modelos propostos pelas autocompreensões da Igreja sobre o conjunto dos fiéis católicos, essa influência esbarra, ou mesmo, para nas reinterpretações elaboradas pelos fiéis sobre os discursos da Igreja. Em síntese, entre o ouvido do fiel e a boca da instituição há certamente espaço mais que suficiente para resignificações daquilo que se transmitiu. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: we analyze the colonizer Estado de Mato Grosso process, with focus privileged about Estado's northwest region, more exactly about Juina, regional and first polo city arisen of a state project of colonization, and the Catholic church, more specifically the Brazilian, mato-grossense and organized according to the influences of the lay actions, such as the Theology of Liberation, the Base Ecclesial Communities and the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, fastening us between the 1970's and 1990's. We aim the convergence points between both the aspects for assist us in the comprehension of the society juinense. We do not care for the institutional aspect, but we search colonist's Catholic migrant vision. This summarizes, or it synthesizes our objective for this work: analyze the use done of the message of church by the faithful in this region. Demonstrate that the acceptance or rejection of this or of that side of the Catholic church, for besides the influence of the media or of impositions of the clergy (or even institutional), has strong relation with the idiosyncrasies of life of those colonists who use the religion as common element, for the reconstruction of your identity. Articulados com a errância e impulsionado por motivos sócio-econômicos ou mesmo por razões pessoais, traz consigo profundas modificações no plano psicossocial. Considerando a especificidade dessa população, seu modo peculiar de vida na condição da errância, essa pesquisa teve por objetivos investigar as razões que levam esses sujeitos à ruptura com a vida sedentária e o papel que a bebida alcoólica exerce nesse processo de desfiliação. Foram tomados como sujeitos, 16 trecheiros do sexo masculino que fazem uso, assumidamente, de bebidas alcoólicas. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de entrevistas gravadas com roteiro estruturado no Centro de Triagem e Encaminhamento Migrante da cidade de Assis, S.P., abordando os motivos para a errância, o uso do álcool ao longo da vida, as relações familiares e perspectivas futuras no modo de vida itinerante. As entrevistas foram submetidas, posteriormente, a uma análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstraram que o momento da ruptura com a vida sedentária e a iniciação no trecho, é marcado por algum incidente no núcleo familiar do sujeito, tais como: o desemprego, a violência familiar, a busca de liberdade, além dos desentendimentos conjugais presentes como um dos fatores cruciais para a desfiliação. O uso do álcool, associado à pobreza, inicia-se na infância, estimulado pelos próprios pais ou amigos e atua como um dos principais elementos presentes nos conflitos domésticos e na desfiliação do sujeito para a errância. No trecho ele é atribuído pelos próprios sujeitos à necessidade de criar coragem, esquecer problemas do passado e apaziguar conflitos remanescentes, em geral, conflitos afetivos ...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The alcohol consumption has been one of the biggest concerns of the public health in the world and its causes seem to be associated to the diverse factors, among them, the culture. Articulated with the wandering and stimulated by the economical and social reasons or same for personal reasons, it brings deep modifications in the psychosocial plan. Considering, specifically, this population and its peculiar way of life in the condition of the wandering, this research had for objectives to investigate the reasons that take these subjects to the rupture with the sedentary life and the paper that the alcoholic beverage exerts in this disaffiliation process. Had been taken as subjects, 16 wanderers that make use, affirmatively, of alcoholic beverages. The collection of data was accomplished through the recorded interviews with script structuralized in the Center of Selection and Migrant Guiding of the city of Assis, São Paulo state (Brazil), approaching the reasons for the wandering, the use of alcohol along the life, the familiar relations and future perspectives in the way of itinerant life. The interviews had been submitted, afterwards, to a content analysis. The results had demonstrated that the moment of the rupture with the sedentary life and the initiation in the highway, is marked by some incident in the familiar nucleus of the subject, such as: the unemployment, the familiar violence, the search of freedom, beyond the marital misunderstandings presents as one of the crucial factors for the disaffiliation. As discussões não devem ser pensadas no sentido de redimensioná-las apenas conceitualmente, mas também no sentido de compreender quais são os meios mais adequados para as pessoas se moverem no território e como lhes garantir o pleno direito de locomoção. A análise das migrações deve abordar mais do que o estudo das questões dos desequilíbrios regionais de oferta de emprego, devem também analisar a decisão pessoal do sujeito na migração. Neste contexto a abordagem que leve em consideração a influência das redes sociais em sua compreensão, apresenta novos elementos de um ideal mais coletivo. O estudo dentro dessa perspectiva propõe entender um espaço que se articula em função da migração, Uberlândia, por meio da análise de como os imigrantes formam redes ou são apoiadas por ela, depois de inseridos na cidade. / Abstract: The challenges encountered by studious people in the definition of concepts and the migratory processes has generated some impasse in the formulation of the theory of migration. The discussions should not be considered to resize them in concept, but also to understand what are the best means for people moving within and how to ensure the full mobility. The analysis of migration must address more than the study of issues of regional imbalances in job, should also address the personal decision of the subject in migration. In this context the approach that takes into account the influence of social networks in their understanding, introduces new elements of a more collective ideal. The study in this perspective view proposes a space that is articulated in the migration, Uberlândia, by analyzing how immigrants form networks or are supported by it, having entered the city. / Doutor

Denominada "Bases para um Plano de Desenvolvimento do Oeste do Estado de São Paulo" - PRÓ-Oeste -, a política intervencionista do governo pretendia propiciar um equilíbrio econômico regional. Tendo a atividade cafeeira e pecuarista como os traços mais fortes do seu espaço rural em fins dos anos 70, esta microrregião é conhecida atualmente como uma das novas fronteiras da expansão canavieira no estado de São Paulo. Redefinida nas últimas três décadas, a nova configuração do espaço rural da Alta Paulista, exige do meio acadêmico e da sociedade civil, profundas reflexões na esfera econômica, política e cultural. Sendo assim, o estudo que ora se apresenta, procura analisar as conseqüências da expansão da atividade sucroalcooleira no âmbito do trabalho. Questões como a histórica intervenção estatal na agricultura brasileira, a migração sazonal ou temporária dos trabalhadores, as condições de trabalho, a atuação sindical, a redução de áreas anteriormente destinadas à produção alimentícia, o discurso das energias renováveis, a ideologia do agronegócio e a crise dos alimentos, constituem os principais aspectos desta pesquisa, primeiramente num plano geral, posteriormente, particular, para então, delinear-se um perfil da agroindústria sucroalcooleira da Alta Paulista / Abstract: The expansion of the sugar-Ethanol agro industry in Alta Paulista is historically founded on the second stage of PROÁLCOOL (Brazil's National Alcohol Program). Named "Bases para um Plano de Desenvolvimento do Oeste do Estado de São Paulo" ("Basis for a Development Plan on the West Region of the State of São Paulo") - PRÓ-Oeste -, the government's interventionist policy intended to provide a regional economic balance. Having the coffee economy and cattle raising industry as its major rural features in the end of the 1970s, that micro region is currently known as one of the new boundaries of sugarcane production expansion in the State of São Paulo. Redefined in the last three decades, the new arrangement of rural space in Alta Paulista demands from the academic environment and civil society deep reflections on economic, political and cultural fields. Thus, this study aims an analysis on the consequences emerged from the sugar-Ethanol business concerned to labor. Issues as the factual state intervention in Brazilian agriculture, workers seasonal or temporary migration, labor conditions, union actions, the decrease of areas previously available for food production, the discourse on renewable energy, agribusiness ideology and the world food crisis constitute the main aspects of this research, initially in a general sense, and then particularly - so afterwards we will be able to outline the sugar-Ethanol agro industry in Alta Paulista / Mestre
