The subject of diploma thesis is geodetic survey of real state of object with historical meaning in municipality Vikantice and subsequent creation of drawing documentation and 3D model of that building. The purpose was to create documentation that will serve as remembrance for owner of thebuilding. Text part of thesis describes locality, measurement procedures and processing methods, process of creation drawing documentation of building and 3D model. Overall result of thesis include drawings of floor plans and sections in electronical and printed form, 3D model in electronical form and preview of elevations in printed form.

In the present paper we study switching state space models from a Bayesian point of view. For estimation, the model is reformulated as a hierarchical model. We discuss various MCMC methods for Bayesian estimation, among them unconstrained Gibbs sampling, constrained sampling and permutation sampling. We address in detail the problem of unidentifiability, and discuss potential information available from an unidentified model. Furthermore the paper discusses issues in model selection such as selecting the number of states or testing for the presence of Markov switching heterogeneity. The model likelihoods of all possible hypotheses are estimated by using the method of bridge sampling. We define a subclass of dynamic linear models with unknown hyperparameters called d-inverse-gamma models. We then approximate the marginal p.d.f.s of the hyperparameter and the state vector by the data augmentation algorithm of Tanner/Wong. We prove that the regularity conditions for convergence hold. A sampling based scheme for practical implementation is discussed. Finally, we illustrate how to obtain an iterative importance sampling estimate of the model likelihood. It is suggested to discriminate between different state space models for a given time series by means of a Bayesian approach which chooses the model that minimizes the expected loss. Practical implementation of this procedures requires a fully Bayesian analysis for both the state vector and the unknown hyperparameters which is carried out by Markov chain Monte Carlo methods. Application to some non-standard situations such as testing hypotheses on the boundary of the parameter space, discriminating non-nested models and discrimination of more than two models is discussed in detail. In my thesis I focus on the concept of the Swedish welfare state, which many economists consider as a conclusive evidence that an extensive welfare state is fully compatible with a growing and competitive economy. The main hypothesis is that institutions of the welfare state leads in time to a continual pressure on change of overall condition of all social structures, expansion of the public sector, its overuse and increasing inefficiency. I examine a period from about 1850, when Sweden began to rapidly develop until the turn of the 20th and 21st century, when the Swedish welfare state fell into crisis. The hypothesis is verified by using the methodological approach of induction and with theoretical framework of new institutional economics. Findings of my work shows that the success of Swedish welfare state is rather a result of specific institutional factors that were favorable to business environment for most of the modern Swedish history. On contrary, excessive social spending, high taxes and market regulation from the second half of the 20th century made the system unsustainable and pointed to the need of reformation.

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Formulierung eines Ansatzes zum maschinellen Lernen von Sprachmorphologie, in dem letztere als Zeichenkettentransformationen auf ganzen Wörtern, und nicht als Zerlegung von Wörtern in kleinere stukturelle Einheiten, modelliert wird. Der Beitrag besteht aus zwei wesentlichen Teilen: zum einen wird ein Rechenmodell formuliert, in dem morphologische Regeln als Funktionen auf Zeichenketten definiert sind. Solche Funktionen lassen sich leicht zu endlichen Transduktoren übersetzen, was eine solide algorithmische Grundlage für den Ansatz liefert. Zum anderen wird ein statistisches Modell für Graphen von Wortab\-leitungen eingeführt. Die Inferenz in diesem Modell erfolgt mithilfe des Monte Carlo Expectation Maximization-Algorithmus und die Erwartungswerte über Graphen werden durch einen Metropolis-Hastings-Sampler approximiert. Das Modell wird auf einer Reihe von praktischen Aufgaben evaluiert: Clustering flektierter Formen, Lernen von Lemmatisierung, Vorhersage von Wortart für unbekannte Wörter, sowie Generierung neuer Wörter.

This study addresses the need for a parsimonious theoretical model to explain state-corporate crime. The Integrated Theoretical Model of State-Corporate Crime will be compared to the Integrated Theory of International Criminal Law Violation to determine which model provides the most accurate theoretical depiction of state- corporate crime, while retaining parsimony. For this comparison, the models will be applied to Democratic Republic of Congo case study. Using a secondary analysis of qualitative data and preexisting literature, it was found that the Integrated Theoretical Model of State-Corporate Crime displays a representative depiction of all state-corporate crime actors and their catalysts for action in a more parsimonious manner than the Integrated Theory of International Criminal Law Violation.

The object of research is the process of reforming public administration of employment in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is the theoretical and practical justification of methods for reforming public administration of employment and the development of proposals to improve the effectiveness of these methods. The main research methods were the comparative legal method, the method of analysis of statistical data, the methods of sociological research, as well as the design method. In the process of research, the current development of public administration was analyzed, both in Russia and, in particular, in the Sverdlovsk region, the main trends and development problems were identified, the reasons for their occurrence were identified. The result of this work was the development of directions for the further reform of public administration of employment in the Sverdlovsk region. / Объектом исследования является процесс реформирования государственного управления занятостью населения в Российской Федерации. Цель исследования заключается в теоретическом и практическом обосновании методы реформирования государственного управления занятостью населения и разработки предложения по повышению эффективности данных методов. Основными методами проведения исследования стали сравнительной-правовой метод, метод анализа статистических данных, методы социологического исследования, а также метод проектирования. В процессе исследований было проанализировано текущее развитие государственного управления, как в России, так и в частности, в Свердловской области, выявлены основные тренды и проблемы развития, установлены причины их возникновения. Результатом проведенной работы стала разработка направлений развития дальнейшего реформирования государственного управления занятостью населения в Свердловской области.

From a jurisprudential analysis of several judgments of the Constitutional Court, the author tries to show a new perspective based on a dynamic vision of a Social State and Constitutional Law, which ones require a fundamental presence of judges in the deliberation of court cases related to the prohibition on collective bargaining in the case of public employment, in order to show the scope of axiological protection that labor law should take in situations such as public employment and lack of funds in order to achieve equality between public and private employment , thus avoiding overt discrimination. / A partir de un análisis jurisprudencial de diversas sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional, el autor intenta presentar una perspectiva basada en el cambio de visión de un Estado Social y Constitucional de Derecho que exige una presencia fundamental de los jueces en la deliberación de los casos referentes a la prohibición de la negociación colectiva en el caso del empleo público, para con ello demostrar el ámbito de protección axiológica que debe asumir el derecho laboral frente a situaciones como el empleo público y la falta de presupuesto para lograr una igualdad entre los empleos públicos y privados, evitando así, una discriminación manifiesta.
