O objetivo principal deste trabalho é demonstrar a especificidade do universo insular. Para tal, os conceitos de insularidade, maritimidade, litoralismo, ilheidade e condição arquipelágica foram elencados de modo a abarcar fatores comuns no âmbito da miríade de possibilidades que as ilhas são capazes de ensejar. O intento central foi, assim, explorar esses conceitos por intermédio de representações gráficas capazes de transcender a simples analogia com a realidade, típica dos mapas. Trata-se, pois, do método da Coremática, desenvolvido pelo geógrafo francês Roger Brunet na busca de uma argumentação feita não somente pelas palavras, mas pelas imagens. A princípio, com as possibilidades de representação geométrica existentes, é possível compor uma série de figuras estruturantes ou basilares que, combinada ou individualmente, são capazes de expressar as dinâmicas fundamentais de determinado espaço geográfico. Com efeito, lançou-se mão do método coremático para demonstrar a especificidade da forma insular, tendo, como estudo de caso, Montão de Trigo, uma ilha localizada no litoral norte do estado de São Paulo. Empregou-se, assim, uma modelização gráfica da ilha, a partir da qual se foi capaz de identificar determinados traços distintivos, tais quais a relação terra-mar; as ligações internas e externas; as centralidades intrainsulares; as formas de compartimentar o território; o direito de propriedade e o direito de uso do espaço insular; os graus de antropização; e, finalmente, o papel da influência marítima no assentamento humano. / This work shows the specific feature of the islands. To do so, we used the concepts of insularity, maritime dimension, coastal condition, sense of belonging to an island and archipelagic nature, that can describe different situations related to the islands. The main idea was to present these concepts by using some graphical depictions, which can go beyond the simple analogy with geographical reality that the maps usually present; by using, therefore, a method that could argue with images instead of words: the Chorématique, developed by the French geographer Roger Brunet. Firstly, with the current representation possibilities in terms of geometry, Brunet proposed some basic or structural images that can be used (separately or jointly) in different situations to show the most important aspects of a region. By applying this method to demonstrate the island distinctiveness, we created some basic images as well as Brunet done. Then, we presented a graphic model that shows the essential geography of Montão de Trigo, a small island in the northern coast of São Paulo State, Brazil. Among all the features of the island, there are different types of phenomena: relationships between ocean and land; domestic and foreign linkages; center places; natural and human regions; ownership and rights of use the land; degrees of human intervention; and, finally, the maritime influences in the process of human settlement.

Esta dissertação é um estudo teórico sobre as relações entre as linguagens do meio impresso e as do meio digital. A hipótese de que o jornal diário sofre modelizações a partir dos textos culturais advindos da Internet conduz todo o roteiro de investigações. O sentido de estruturas modelizantes, assim como de outros conceitos em que se ancoram a pesquisa advém da teoria Semiótica russa ou da cultura, nascida na Escola de Tártu, Estônia. Com esse aporte, espera-se compreender como a cultura refaz as linguagens e recodifica o sistema do jornalismo impresso, operando semioses e criando novos textos nesse âmbito. A pesquisa adota como conjunto conceitual principal os termos forjados nas reflexões do grupo de intelectuais russos, mas amplia suas análises a partir de outros postulados e contribuições, tais como dialogismo, discurso e conceitos pertencentes à área do jornalismo e das novas mídias. Valendo-se de recursos quantitativos a partir de uma amostra de seis jornais brasileiros de expressão nacional, este estudo investiga possibilidades de modelização, sobretudo, sob o exercício do papel do hiperlink enquanto signo. Ao constatar essa determinação da linguagem digital sobre o impresso, o estudo analisa a ampliação do campo de significação que a Internet provoca sobre os sistemas culturais de nosso tempo, instaurando-se como parte de uma mente da cultura e atuando a partir de um diagrama de pensamento. Tais perspectivas não encerram as análises nos resultados obtidos, mas amplia o campo de visão para novos problemas. / This dissertation is a theoretical study on the relationship between the languages of the press and the digital medium. The hypothesis that the daily suffers modeling from cultural texts coming from the Internet drives the entire script investigations. The sense of modelizations structures, as well as other concepts that are anchored in research comes from semiotics theory of culture or russian semiotics, born in the School of Tartu, Estonia. With this contribution we hope to understand how culture remakes languages and recode the system of press operating semioses and creating new texts in this area. The research adopts the main conceptual terms set forged in the reflections of the group of russian intellectuals, but extends their analyzes from other postulates and contributions, such as dialogism, discourse and concepts pertaining to the field of journalism and new media. Drawing on quantitative resources from a sample of six brazilian newspapers of national expression this study investigates the possibilities of modeling, especially in the exercise of the role of the hyperlink as a sign. With this determination of the digital language int the press, the study examines the expansion of the field of signification that the Internet brings about cultural systems of our time, establishing themselves as part of a mind of culture working from a diagram thought. Such views do not contain the analysis of the results obtained, but expands the vision for new problems.

Are observed characteristics and conceptual ideas that are configured on the subject. Three objects of analysis are discussed (pancircular, of Clemente Padin, Oraculum of Joesér Alvarez and Soneto Digital, of Fernando Aguiar) so that they can apply the theoretical framework in a practical way, which is important for theoretical and conceptual consolidation. The theoretical perspective that underlies the research involves the Semiotics of Culture (Yuri Lótman, Uspênsky, Roman Jakobson, etc.), with incursions by Peircean semiotics. / Esta pesquisa tem como finalidade refletir sobre o que vem sendo chamado de poesia eletrônica ou digital e se realmente é possível se fazer poesia extraída de signos gerados por um suporte computacional (bits e pixels na tela de um computador). São observadas as características e as ideias conceituais que se configuram a respeito do tema. Três objetos de análise são abordados (pancircular, de Clemente Padin, Oraculum, de Joesér Alvarez e Soneto Digital, de Fernando Aguiar) para que se possam aplicar os referenciais teóricos de forma prática, o que é importante para consolidações teórico-conceituais. A perspectiva teórica que fundamenta a pesquisa passa pela Semiótica da Cultura (Iúri Lótman, Uspênski, Roman Jakobson, etc.), com incursões pela semiótica peirceana.

In order to do that it is used the theoretical framework of the General Systems Theory, which is applied to Law in a way to enable a suitable approach to the problem of triviality, especially the difficulties that impose limits in this coupling between technology and Law. Lastly, it is proposed a solution to the triviality problem, controlled by the subject, of the juridical problems, adapting them to the limitations of the methods of computing / A presente dissertação tem como objetivo avaliar os avanços metodológicos (e técnicos) decorrentes do desenvolvimento da computação, o impacto destes no Direito e, inclusive, se existem formas de integrar essas mudanças metodológicas ao Direito, e em que medida serão necessárias adaptações para permitir uma conjugação adequada entre tecnologia e Direito. Para isso é utilizado o arcabouço teórico da Teoria do Sistema Geral, que é aplicada ao Direito de forma a permitir o tratamento adequado do problema da trivialidade, principal dificuldade a limitar a conjugação adequada entre tecnologia e Direito. Among the existing productions we chose Veja Esta Canção (1994), whose theoretical foundations of cinema and literature that involves the study of poetry and popular song will be guided by studies on Semiotics of Culture, mainly the Russian ones, in order to understand the modeling of poetic system of song designed in cinematography of the film as a text of culture, thus contributing for a intersemiosis between rhythmic movements and the moving image. / A seguinte pesquisa busca investigar semioticamente o diálogo de canções (letra e melodia) com o cinema de Carlos Diegues, levando em conta as produções que realmente tiveram canções populares inseridas no contexto fílmico. Dentre as produções existentes, escolhemos Veja Esta Canção (1994), cujas fundamentações teóricas do cinema e da literatura que envolvem os estudos de poesia e da canção popular serão norteadas pelos estudos da Semiótica da Cultura de extração russa, no intuito de compreender a modelização do sistema poético da canção projetada na cinematografia do filme como um texto da cultura, contribuindo, assim, para uma intersemiose entre os movimentos rítmicos e a imagem em movimento.
