Esta dissertação se caracteriza como uma problematização da qualidade de vida enquanto uma importante questão que atravessa de diversos modos nossa atualidade. Essa questão é trabalhada no texto em três momentos distintos e complementares, em cada qual se busca compor e decompor uma pergunta que atue como chave de acesso a um nível de complexidade específico e possibilite saltos de compreensão de um momento ao outro. No primeiro momento a qualidade de vida é apresentada como uma expressão de uso comum e generalizado, de modo que o texto se movimenta em um percurso descritivo dos distintos usos e significados dessa expressão. No segundo momento essa falação sobre qualidade de vida é tensionada para que se tornem visíveis alguns enunciados que circulam, se repetem e se transformam num campo aberto de disputas, em função do qual essa qualidade de vida é produzida como uma questão que importa. No terceiro momento essa produção da qualidade de vida como uma questão que importa e que precisa ser gerida é pensada a partir do conceito de dispositivo, e o texto caminha assim como um percurso analítico por entre as distintas linhas que compõem esse dispositivo de qualidade de vida até alcançar as linhas de subjetivação, como limite do dispositivo, como resistência e criação. Após esses três momentos, o texto salta para um interstício poético-filosófico composto por fragmentos de aforismos nietzscheanos que tocam o tema da grande saúde, na busca por uma perspectiva que explore linhas de fuga e de criação pelas quais seja possível pensar e experimentar outros lugares e outros modos para uma vida com qualidades. Ao fim do percurso o texto é apresentado em um pequeno ensaio, que pode ser lido tanto no fim quanto no início da dissertação, no qual é esboçado um contraste entre a qualidade de vida e uma vida com qualidades. / This dissertation is characterized as a problematization of the quality of life as an important issue that permeates in many ways our actuality. This issue is analyzed in the text in three different moments, in each the effort is to build up and down a question that works as an access key to specific complexity levels and that allows jumps in understanding from one moment to another. At the first moment the quality of life is presented as a widely used expression, and the text goes as a description of different uses and meanings of this expression. At the second moment this discourses about quality of life are tensioned to render visible some statements that circulates, are repeated and transformed within an open field of disputes, in relation to which this quality of life is produced as an issue that matters. At the third moment this production of quality of life as an issue that matters and that needs to be managed is thought through the concept of dispositif, and the text goes as an analytical route through the distinct lines that composes this dispositif until it reaches the lines of subjectification, as the limit of the dispositif, as resistance and creation. After this discussion in three moments, the text jumps to a poetic-philosophic interstice made of fragments of some nietzschean aphorisms that touches the theme of great health, in a search for some perspective that explores some possible lines of escape and creation by which it is possible to experiment another places and modes for a life with qualities. At the end of this track the text is presented through a little essay, that can be read both at the end or at the beginning of the text, in which it is sketched a contrast between the quality of life and a life with qualities.

Esta pesquisa se propõe a analisar o contexto da juventude infratora na contemporaneidade, especialmente a brasileira e as possibilidades de intervenção e produção de utopias, buscando despertar para a necessidade de uma maior implicação política dos poderes públicos, saberes técnicos e demais setores da sociedade no combate à violência com que somos todos cotidianamente confrontados. Direcionada pela obra do filósofo alemão Ernst Bloch, tomo o conceito de utopia como vontade de criação de diferença, de negação e questionamento daquilo que se toma como natural. Assim, recusamos a idéia de que a infração juvenil seja um desvio de âmbito meramente individual ou pertencente às classificações de distúrbios de personalidade. Entendemos tal forma de violência como um fenômeno social historicamente produzido. A análise sobre os elementos político-sociais que compõem tal quadro, assim como sobre os saberes e as práticas profissionais dirigidos aos jovens ditos delinqüentes será orientada por conceitos de autores como Foucault, Deleuze, Guattari, entre outros. Pretende-se também refletir sobre como o referencial psicanalítico a partir da obra de Freud e leituras atuais pode se aliar ao ideal utópico de esburacamento do instituído e propor novos olhares e lugares de escuta para os conflitos e as potências da juventude. O projeto de extensão universitária "Abrindo Caminhos", realizado na Procuradoria da República do RS, será o campo de pesquisa para analisar como se dão os encontros entre os saberes técnicos institídos e os jovens em conflito com a lei e quais são os tensionamentos surgidos a partir daí em todos os envolvidos no projeto. Junto a esta exposição, apresentaremos outro projeto que se encontra com o Abrindo Caminhos e compõe mais um território utópico. Nos dois casos, é feita a tentativa de uma costura com a reflexão psicanalítica na aposta de que esta possa entrar como catalisadora de utopias, ou seja, como potencializadora de movimentos que escapem à lógica dominante de produção de verdades e modos de subjetivação e abra caminhos para novos possíveis, tanto para os jovens como para as práticas profissionais envolvidas com a questão da violência. / This research aims at analyzing the contemporary context of the delinquent youth, specially the Brazilian youth, and the possibilities of intervention and creation of utopias, aiming at awakening people for the need of a greater political involvement of public authorities, technical knowledge and other sectors of the society when fighting against the violence that we are exposed daily. Based on the work of the German philosopher, Ernst Bloch, the concept of utopia is used as a desire to create difference, denial and questioning of what is understood as natural. Thus, it is refused the idea that the juvenile delinquency is an individual bypass or that it belongs to the different personality disorders. This form of violence is understood as a social phenomenon historically built. The analysis of political and social elements that build this picture, as well as the analysis of the knowledge and professional practices given to those delinquent youngsters is oriented by the concepts of the following authors, such as Foucault, Deleuze, Guattari and others. It is also intended to think on how the psychoanalytic referential, from the work of Freud and current readings, can be combined with the utopian idea of "esburacamento do instituído" and can propose new views and places of listening for youth conflicts and power. The university extension project "Abrindo Caminhos" (Opening Paths), held in the Rio Grande do Sul Attorney's Office, will be the subject of research to analyze the connection between technical knowledge and young people in conflict with the law, and then, the results that emerge from it with all the people involved in the project. Another project, from "Abrindo Caminhos", will be presented in this work, and it is considered another utopian subject. In both cases the attempt of a connection with the psychoanalytic thought is done, aiming to make this become the catalyst of utopias, which means that it can power the movements that escape from the dominant logic of production of truths and modes of subjectification, and that it can open ways of new possibilities, both for young people and professional practices involved with this violence issue.

Le parti-pris de la présente recherche consiste à récuser l’autonomie de l’œuvre littéraire, afin de tenter une lecture des textes de trois auteurs féminins français du XXe siècle à la lumière des représentations de la femme qui écrit dans l’imaginaire collectif de l’époque. Ce parti-pris définit non seulement l’angle de vision de la chercheuse, mais aussi sa manière de présenter les résultats de ses réflexions, lesquelles ont en effet pris la forme de trois amples allers-retours entre, d’une part, l’analyse des réseaux discursifs (médiatiques, scientifiques, littéraires) contemporains de la période examinée dans chacune de trois parties de la thèse et, d’autre part, les textes des femmes-écrivains qui relèvent de la même période. S’inspirant de l’approche conceptuelle et des méthodes du nouvel historicisme, de la sociologie de l’art et des études de réception, ce travail cherche à saisir ce que le fait de débuter une carrière d’écrivain dans la première moitié du siècle dernier pouvait impliquer pour un auteur féminin. L’examen des opinions accréditées et des idées reçues qui circulaient à l’époque au sujet de la littérature féminine permet ainsi de relever que les divers avis concernant les particularités du style des auteurs-femmes convergeaient tous en un point crucial : l’image de la femme-écrivain est avant toute celle d’une autobiographe contre son gré. En effet, la femme – censée être spontanée, sensuelle, émotive, narcissique et naïve – semblait prédisposée à ne traiter dans ses écrits que les expériences qu’elle avait elle-même vécues. Cette mise en contexte nous permet d’éclairer les conditions de construction de l’identité d’écrivain de ces femmes à qui il est échu par le sort d’écrire – c’est-à-dire de se publier, de se placer sous le regard du public, ou encore de se faire (re)connaître – dans la France du XXe siècle. Il s’avère ainsi que le consensus général sur la nature de la créativité féminine et sur les limites du génie créateur de la femme a beaucoup joué non seulement dans leur refus de toute filiation avec écrivaines des générations précédentes, mais aussi dans l’identification qu’elles font de la littérature avec, d’une part, la conquête et l’affirmation de la singularité, et d’autre part, avec les plus audacieuses transgressions. / Eschewing the most wide-spread conventional ways of exploring the subject (feminist criticism, psychoanalysis, structuralism and traditional linear pattern of writing literary biographies), this study undertakes instead to construct a “personal genealogy” of the three French women writers and intellectuals of the past century, using the notions derived to a considerable extent from the thought of Pierre Bourdieu and Michel Foucault, as well as from the critical approaches elaborated by the new criticism and the reader response literary theory. This manner of reading the 20th century French women’s writers leads the researcher to examine the stereotypes of the “feminine literature” prevailing at that time in order to explain the complex play of different kinds of power involved in the emergence of the interwar women writers generation refusing any collective identity, as well as any filiation with their feminine predecessors (George Sand, Rachilde, Colette, Anna de Noailles, Marcelle Tinayre, etc.). Not surprisingly, the women writers of the “new wave” promote instead the idea of making oneself: the human subject is therefore viewed as a product of social and discursive forces that every single individual’s choice is to confirm or to reject. Thus, the inferiority assigned to the women’s writing is neither called in question nor denounced: it is simply passed over, evaded considering this generic identity irrelevant to the exceptional cases of the striking personalities - the influential (women) intellectuals and the successful (women) authors.
