Socialinio marketingo komplekso tobulinimas ne pelno siekiančiose organizacijose / Improving social marketing mix in non-profit organizations

Bilvinaitė, Arūnė 26 June 2014 (has links)
Marketingo principai tradiciškai naudojami pateikiant prekes ar paslaugas vartotojams. Tačiau pastaruoju metu jie vis dažniau taikomi, siekiant pagelbėti žmonėms ir aplinkai, veikti tiek atskirų asmenų ar jų grupių bei visos visuomenės elgseną dėl tam tikrų priežasčių, siekiant tam tikro rezultato. Toks marketingo naudojimas sąlygojo socialinio marketingo koncepcijos atsiradimą. Darbo objektas- socialinio marketingo kompleksas ne pelno siekiančiose organizacijose. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti socialinio marketingo teorinius aspektus, ištirti ir įvertinti marketingo kompleksą ne pelno siekiančiose organizacijose bei išskirti tobulintinas sritis.Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai.Darbe pateikiamos 8 lentelės bei 15 paveikslų, darbą sudaro 60 puslapių, pateikiami 2 priedai, 37 literatūros šaltiniai. / Social marketing was „born“ as a discipline in the 1970s, when Philip Kotler and Gerald Zaltman realized that the same marketing principles that were being used to sell products to consumers could be used to “sell” ideas, attitudes and behaviors. Kotler and Andreasen define social marketing as “differing from other areas of marketing only with respect to the objectives of the marketer and his or her organization. Social marketing seeks to influence social behaviors not to benefit the marketer, but to benefit the target audience and the general society”. Like commercial marketing, the primary focus is on the consumer - on learning what people want and need rather than trying to persuade them to buy what we happen to be producing.Work object is social marketing mix in non-profit organizations. The main purpose of this paper is to analyse social marketing mix theoretical aspects, research and evaluate marketing mix in non-profit organizations and to characterize main ranges for the improvement. Paper consist of introduction, 3 parts, conclusions and suggestions. There are 8 tables, 60 pages, 15 images, 37 literature sources and 2 supplements in the paper.

Dohoda o vině a trestu / An agreement on guilt and punishment

Pospíšilová, Aneta January 2013 (has links)
An agreement on guilt and punishment The presented thesis deals with the relatively new institute of the criminal procedure, namely the agreement on guilt and punishment (hereinafter also referred to as "agreement") that was implemented into Czech law by an amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure, namely by the Act no. 193/2012 Sb., effective from 1 September 2012. The introductory chapter deals with a closer description of the agreement on guilt and punishment. The author presents first available definitions of the agreement and points up its questionable classification as one of the so called "deviations" from the regular criminal procedure. The thesis evaluates the harmonization of this institute with the basic principles of criminal procedure, the fulfilment of which is decisive for the typical character of the continental criminal procedure. In this chapter, the thesis also deals with the question whether the agreed sanction is capable of fulfilling the purpose of punishment as such. The second chapter of the thesis is focused on the prerequisites that are necessary for the prosecutor and the accused to be allowed to enter into the agreement on guilt and punishment. Further, the chapter elaborates on the negotiation process and legal requisites of the agreement. Last but not least, the...

17th-Century Antwerp artists' studio practice : Rubens and his circle : an interdisciplinary approach in technical art history

Gattringer, Christa January 2014 (has links)
Early 17th-century Antwerp, despite political and religious troubles, was a thriving European art centre and home of such renowned artists as Peter Paul Rubens and other painters of his circle, like Jan Brueghel I, Frans Snyders, Anthony van Dyck and Hendrick van Balen. This interdisciplinary thesis in Technical Art History, after a general introduction to this specific art scene, looks at how specific aspects of their studio practice, such as collaborations within and outside their studios or the many copies and versions of their paintings, found manifestation in their works but also in their theoretical concepts. For this an in-depth study and examination of c.20 paintings from mainly Scottish collections (National Galleries of Scotland Edinburgh, Glasgow Museums, Hunterian Art Gallery of the University of Glasgow, Talbot Rice Gallery of the University of Edinburgh, Hopetoun House South Queensferry) was conducted, using detailed photography, multispectral imaging, tracings, dendrochronology, polarised light microscopy and SEM- EDX-analysis of paint samples in cross-sections. The technical examination and analysis, informed by art historical research, significantly aided the answering of questions regarding these paintings’ materials and techniques, as well as they helped to authenticate sometimes contested authorship and date. Four main chapters discuss Frans Snyders’ studio practice focussing on reappearing motifs, Rubens’ tronies, Jan Brueghel’s minute staffage figures in collaborative works, as well as Rubens’ and Brueghel’s painting Nature Adorned by the Graces. An own chapter critically discusses the test results of the application of Stable Lead Isotope Analysis on paint samples, which were carried out at the Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre (SUERC).

A phylogenetic analysis and taxonomic review of the orb-weaver genus Eustala (Araneae: Araneidae) The spider genus Eustala Simon, 1895 is composed of 86 species with Nearctic and Neotropical distribution. Members of this genus are frequently collected and are recognized by the females with scapus directed anteriorly and males with a white median apophysis hanging down laterally in the bulb. Additionally, species of the genus usually show a color-pattern on the abdomen dorsum, called folium, which seems to match with the lichens and mosses of the substrate that they occur (e.g. shrub, trunks). This is the only Neotropical araneid genus lacking a taxonomic review and, also, the phylogenetic relationships among its species is unknow. Thus, this work aimed to study the phylogenetic relations among Eustala species, and provide a taxonomic review of the genus. The morphological data was analysed using parcimony, and the characters were treat with equal and implied weight. As a result, the phylogenetic analysis, based on a dataset of 179 discrete and 12 continuous characters scored for 108 terminals revealed Eustala as monophyletic genus having Metazygia F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1904 as sister-group. Based on observation of more than 2500 specimens and bibliography, seven species were declared nomina dubia: E. tridentata (C. L. Koch, 1838), E. tristis (Blackwall, 1862), E. essequibensis (Hingston, 1932), E. uncicurva Franganillo, 1936, E. nigerrima Mello-Leit?o, 1940, E. albicans Caporiacco, 1954 and E. andina Chamberlin, 1916. Also, the following synonimies are proposed: Eustala conchlea (McCook, 1888) is considered senior synonym of E. emertoni (Banks, 1904); E. guianensis (Taczanowski, 1873) as senior synonym of E. monticola Chamberlin, 1916 and E. bacelarae Caporiacco, 1955; E. bifida F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1904 as senior synonym of E. wiedenmeyeri Schenkel, 1953 and E. maxima Chickering, 1955; E. unimaculata Franganillo, 1930 as senior synonym of E. bisetosa Bryant, 1945;and Metazygia isabelae Levi, 1995 as senior synonym of M. chenevo Levi, 1995. Yet, E. venusta Chickering, 1955 was revalided.

Oavsiktliga fel i NE-blanketten – Ett resultat av olika faktorer?

Hellkvist, Niklas, Julardzija, Mirzet, Kämpe, John January 2011 (has links)

Study of Holographic Recording in Diacrylate Mesogens Using 632.8 nm He-Ne Laser

Chang, Shih-Jen 06 July 2011 (has links)
He-Ne Laser induced polymerization in diacrylate mesogens RM257 had been verified in previous studies. Holography patterns can also be recorded in RM257 using He-Ne Laser. Higher diffraction efficiency was obtained by controlling temperature of the mesogen. In the present study, we consider the diacrylate compound RM82 that is main chain polymeric liquid crystal with different length of chain. We focus on two objectives in this study: (i) to investigate polymerization and absorbance of RM82 thin film that was exposed to He-Ne laser with the temperature of sample control, the initial power intensity of laser beam and the exposed time. (ii)Using the result of part (i), the possibility of the use of RM82 thin film for recording holographic patterns produced using a laser beam emitted from a 12mW He-Ne laser operated at 633 nm wavelength is studied. The periodic structures and orientated diacrylate polymer networks are produced in the polymer film by holographic field produced using He-Ne laser. The region of light stripes was aligned perpendicular to the gratings, whereas the region of dark stripes was disorder.

Μαραβέλης, Άγγελος 11 January 2010 (has links)
Outcrops of both deep-water and shelf sediments were selected for study on Lemnos Island. During this time interval (NP18-Np21b) the study area was characterized by the deposition of submarine fans that overly shelf deposits with this swallowing upward trend to be owed to tectonic activity. The turbidity system is structured by a “basin floor” fan that is presented overlying a “slope” fan and was constructed under the simultaneous interaction of both progradation and aggradation processes. Both “basin floor” and “slope” fans constitute the lower parts of the stratigraphic column in the study area and have been interpreted as parts of a sand-rich submarine fan on the base of slope to basin floor environment. In order to determine the grain-size statistic and hydraulic parameters thirty (30) thin sections were cut perpendicular to bedding and essentially randomly oriented relative to flow direction. Data obtained from this study suggest that samples are consisted of very-fine to medium grained sandstones, are characterized by poor to very good sorting with their greater part consisting of very good, good and fair sorting sandstones. Moreover, derived from both high and low-density turbidity currents. In order to estimate the flow direction, palaeocurrent data were collected from outcrops. The number of measurements from each outcrop ranges from 10 to 15 and there were plotted in rose diagrams showing that the main palaeocurrent direction has a NNE trend. Twenty samples (20) from the Late Eocene- Early Oligocene turbidite and shelf deposits were selected from the Lemnos Island in order to determine the quantity and quality of the organic matter in each one. The total organic carbon content was determined using a LECO C-230 carbon determinator while the quality of the organic matter was evaluated using a common programmed temperature pyrolysis method, called Rock-Eval 6 pyrolysis by BASELINE RESOLUTION INCORPORATION (BRILABS). The results obtained from the research suggest that studied samples have from poor to excellent source rock potential while the shales of the Lemnos sedimentary rocks can be classified principally as secondary source rocks with potentials to generate gas. In order to assess the tectonic setting of the Lemnos Island, NE Greece, major elements and 14 trace elements were determined using a Thermo Jarrell-Ash ENVIRO II ICP plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-OES) while rare earth elements and additional ultra-trace elements were determined using a Perkin Elmer SCIEX ELAN 6000 (ICP-MS). The study suggests an active margin environment. The positive anomaly of Zr that reflects a heavy mineral input and could be considered typical of passive margin environment is owed to reworking and sorting during sediment transfer. Moreover, a mafic/ultramafic source should be considered as the major component controlling both submarine fans and shelf deposition. The determination of porosity and permeability was based on the “mercury porosimetry technique” as has been described by Katz and Thompson (1986, 1987). Data obtained from this technique suggest that although the majority (13) of the sandstone samples is presented having from fair to very good porosity only some samples (8) have fair to very good permeability.

Newspaper campaigns, publics and politics

Birks, Jennifer January 2009 (has links)
This thesis examines the practice of campaigning journalism, where a newspaper seeks political influence and claims to do so on behalf of its readers or a wider public. It is a production and content study of campaign journalism in the Scottish press, examining the journalists’ orientation to their readers, both in terms of social responsibility toward them in facilitating their citizenship, and in terms of accountability or answerability to them as their quasi-representatives. The study also analyses the newspapers’ representation of the substance and legitimacy of public opinion to politicians at the Scottish Parliament, in particular the governing Scottish Executive (now Scottish Government), and the framing of politicians’ obligation to respond to public demands as formulated by the newspapers. In short, it seeks to investigate newspapers’ democratic claims to be the voice of ‘the public’. Existing literature indicates that a key legitimation of campaigning journalism is that the newspaper is acting on behalf of a public or publics. However, it is not clear how these claims are substantiated. Existing mechanisms of accountability and normative conventions of responsibility are based on the liberal model of democracy, whereby the press are responsible for informing voters. In campaigning, the press instead adopt the language of representing group interests or protest politics that would fit with a corporatist or participatory model of democracy. These alternative models presuppose active or at least attentive publics, and newspapers’ interaction with and representation of them in this sense. This would fit with popular notions of Scottish political history as characterised by activism, and the aspirations of the Scottish Parliament. However, the campaigns instead addressed an imagined public that were conceived of as a market, and represented ‘the public’ as a passive and powerless aggregate of interests. Despite campaigning being taken up on behalf of disadvantaged groups, those affected were only given a voice to express their feelings as victims, and political advocacy was largely reserved to the newspaper rather than extended to associations and organisations in civic society. The neo-liberal assumption of private (not political) self-determination and freedom as the defence of property and other personal interests meant that affected individuals were portrayed as passive and vulnerable ‘victims’ whose freedom and agency were oppressed by criminal perpetrators. Where social welfare was addressed it was dissociated from taxation, and portrayed in terms of consumer preferences. Publics were otherwise addressed and portrayed as an aggregate mass of instrumental interests and fearful, defensive feelings, not as associative or discursive.
