Everything that is understandable ¿ and therefore knowable ¿ is a creation of the subject's language. It is an aspect of the philosophy of language after linguistic turn in which, in its extremist advent, comes to deny the existence of any objective reality. Some of this line of thought insets consists in skepticism, epistemic nihilism, excessive relativism and rejection of the idea that there is an objective truth. This dissertation starts from the epistemological assumption of formal structure of Theory of Legal Norm to verify in which ways those philosophical aspirations ¿ gathered under "postmodern" designation for methodological purposes ¿ problematize the phenomenon of incidence and application of Legal Norm. To elucidate these objectives, this bibliographical guided academic scholium, is divided into three chapters: in the first one it is made an epistemological study on the formal-logical nature of the Legal Norm. Having it identified as two hypothetical-conditional judgments ¿ "endonorm" and "perinorm" ¿ gathered by a disjunctive operation, it is recognized that from there comes the phenomena of incidence and application of Law. In the second chapter is made analysis of that philosophical movement influence in the Theory of Legal Norm. Therefore, it is demonstrated that that line of thought can only sustain itself ¿ and keep some internal coherence ¿ through manipulation of several historically rooted concepts, such as "reality", "world" and "facts." It comes followed by demonstration of how the perversion of language is used to justify objective truth denial through study on consensual, coherence and correspondence theories of truth. On the third chapter it is proposed a theory of legal certainty in order to reconcile postmodern critiques together with the existence of objective truth idea, transferring those considerations to the subjectivity of certainty. This turns out to be understood as a personal state of cognition, which is independent of its contents ¿ truth or error. Tudo que é apreensível ¿ e consequentemente cognoscível ¿ é criado pela linguagem do sujeito. Trata-se de vertente da filosofia da linguagem pós-giro linguístico na qual, em seu advento extremista, chega-se a negar a existência de qualquer realidade objetiva. Alguns entremeios dessa corrente de pensamento consistem no ceticismo, no niilismo epistêmico, no excessivo relativismo e na rejeição da ideia de que exista verdade objetiva. Esta dissertação parte do pressuposto epistemológico da estrutura formal da Teoria da Norma Jurídica para verificar de que forma aquelas aspirações filosóficas ¿ reunidas sob denominação "pós modernas" para fins metodológicos ¿ problematizam o fenômeno da incidência e da aplicação da Norma Jurídica. Para elucidar tais objetivos, este escólio acadêmico, orientado por pesquisa bibliográfica, está dividido em três capítulos: no primeiro, é feito estudo epistemológico sobre a natureza lógico-formal da Norma Jurídica. Ao haver-lhe identificado como dois juízos hipotético-condicionais ¿ endonorma e perinorma ¿ unidos por juízo disjuntivo, percebe-se que daí decorrem os fenômenos da incidência e da aplicação do Direito. No capítulo segundo, é feita análise da influência daquele movimento filosófico na Teoria da Norma Jurídica. Para tanto, demonstra-se que essa corrente de pensamento somente consegue sustentar-se ¿ e manter alguma coerência interna ¿ por meio da deturpação de diversos conceitos historicamente arraigados, como os de "realidade", "mundo" e "fatos". A isto segue a demonstração de como a deturpação da linguagem é utilizada para sustentar a negativa da verdade objetiva através do estudo das teorias da verdade consensual, por coerência e por correspondência. No terceiro capítulo, é proposta uma teoria da certeza jurídica, a fim de compatibilizar as críticas pós-modernas com a ideia de verdade objetiva, ao transferir as considerações a esta dirigidas à subjetividade da certeza. Esta acaba por ser entendida como o estado pessoal de cognição, que independe da veracidade de seu conteúdo ¿ verdade ou erro. The relationship between the rule and case studies haw to be done with caution, since the disposition of one is abstract description of the other. The discussion about misjudgments, with no Law fundaments will guide our research how get security and just application of the rules. This will look for a compatible decision between social will and local costumes. The Law is not seen only with the social reasons, but also, the possibility of objectivity in its interpretation. The security and justice are values looked for to adjust the decision´s rule with equity. The interpretation has the purpose of get a meaning for some reality. Interpret is get some meaning in the analyzed object, but also construct it. The law´s principles and values need to be compatible at this moment in the society. The language analyses get a big problem in the constitutional hermeneutics, since the works can have different meanings. Since the characteristic of different meanings for the same word, it s necessary to consider values and principles construed in the legal order. This research has the general objective to construe an appropriate meaning for the indeterminate legal concepts. As specific objective, we looked for to attribute Just and security meanings for the concepts. The research was mated with books, institute´s analyses and jurisprudence. As our hypothesis, we analyzed the indeterminate legal concepts with reasonable and proportionate principles and Law´s systemic interpretation upon unity characteristic. These elements will give the judge possibilities between their ones that are available in legal order. It´s important to identify the compatible rule for the social moment and value. Objective Law application. / O desenvolvimento de decisões sofre questionamentos para identificar quais padrões poderiam ser adotados na utilização de regras de atos concretos. A relação entre a regra e os atos concretos deve ser vista com bastante cautela, pelo caráter daquela possuir a descrição abstrata da realização concreta destes. A discussão sobre decisões injustas, carentes de fundamentação ou não inseridas no Direito norteia pesquisas para conferir segurança e justiça à aplicação do ordenamento jurídico. Esta busca acarreta a tentativa de melhor compatibilização da decisão jurídica à vontade social e aos costumes de um dado local. O Direito é visto, não só por sua identificação com a razão social em seus institutos, como também, pela possibilidade de ter maior objetividade em sua interpretação. A segurança e a justiça são valores buscados para ajustar a norma de decisão tendo em vista a igualdade na função judicante. A interpretação tem a finalidade de atribuição de sentido em dada realidade concreta. Interpretar é conferir significado, identificar o objeto analisado, mas também tem a função de construção do sentido (compatibilizando valores e princípios contidos no ordenamento jurídico). Formula y valida una matriz de evaluación de bibliotecas escolares (mebe) elaborado en base a la normativa internacional y considerando los indicadores de rendimiento para bibliotecas propuestos por la ISO 11620:2014. Para comprobar su efectividad se aplica en la biblioteca escolar del colegio León Pinelo (Lima, Perú) con el propósito de describir y analizar su funcionamiento, obteniendo información relevante de apoyo a la gestión. Además, a través de la técnica de revisión documental, basada en datos y estadísticas de gestión del año 2016, presenta los resultados mediante el uso de 15 listas de cotejo, utilizando los indicadores propuestos en la matriz, seis de los cuales son seleccionados del modelo ISO 11620:2014, y los otros nueve son propuestas del autor. Además, para su formulación se considera el uso de la herramienta de autoevaluación de bibliotecas escolares de la Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez (España), la cual permite validar y complementar el funcionamiento de la (mebe) con su terminología y los enfoques ligados a la promoción de la lectura. Finalmente, se propone a la comunidad bibliotecaria una herramienta validada por expertos e instrumentalizada, adaptada a las necesidades de la biblioteca escolar peruana. Luego de su aplicación, se realiza una propuesta de plan de acción para el uso de estándares e indicadores a nivel nacional atendiendo a un vacío existente en la normativa nacional en este tipo de unidades de información. / Trabajo de suficiencia profesional

Research on college students and student groups is so important because student populations are continuously changing and administrators must keep up to meet the needs of evolving students. In particular, African American and Latino fraternities and sororities are different from majority Greek organizations. Their differences are sometimes clustered together although these are two very different cultural groups. Through interviews with these two groups of students, the principal investigator attempted to better understand the experiences of African American and Latino fraternity and sorority members as well as their similarities and differences. The examination of results identify several themes outlining the experiences of these groups of students as well as explained the differences in the initial contact with the organization and the membership intake experiences.

Se trata de armonizar una ley hotelera nacional con las normas de calidad hotelera, como las normas IRAM SECTUR e ISO 9000:2004. En virtud de la trascendencia de la temática, esta investigación tiene como objetivo general estudiar las pautas y criterios de calidad que se practican en la actualidad y aquellas que deberían incorporar en el marco regulatorio, con el fin de impulsar la competitividad, para la consolidación de destinos turísticos atractivos, que estimulen a la demanda con carácter sostenido en el tiempo y que contribuyan a la creación de empleo capacitado y oferta calificada, facilitando el desarrollo económico. El objetivo específico es desarrollar una propuesta normativa, de aplicación nacional para el sector de alojamientos turísticos, que contemple todos los aspectos relacionados con la Calidad, estableciendo pautas para la habilitación, categorización y control de los mismos.

Apresentam-se considerações sobre a trajetória do pronome a gente e investigam-se, em seguida, as contribuições de gramáticos e linguistas acerca desses pronomes. A análise empírica tem por base dados de vinte e quatro inquéritos, examinados numa perspectiva sociolinguística, submetidos ao programa GoldVarb/2001, buscando-se evidenciar a relação entre as categorias nós e a gente e os fatores linguísticos, como preenchimento do sujeito, nível de referencialidade, paralelismo discursivo, tempo e modo verbal, tipo de oração, tipo de verbo, tipo de texto e classificação da frase, e extralinguísticos, como gênero, faixa etária e década da gravação do inquérito, que pudessem influenciar no comportamento linguístico do falante. A partir da análise realizada, observouse que: a) o uso de a gente vem crescendo no Português do Brasil; b) os fatores linguísticos, preenchimento do sujeito, nível de referencialidade, classificação da frase, e os extralinguísticos considerados exercem influência na escolha do recurso de que o falante se vale para representar o pronome de primeira pessoa do plural no Projeto NURC-SSA. / This works presents a study about the variation, in brazilian portuguese, of the first plural person pronoun, nós and a gente, in noun position, identifying the social factors as well as the linguistic environment that condition them in the speech of informants at the first and third age in the inquiries of the Project Norma Linguística Urbana Culta NURC/Salvador type DID-Diálogos (dialogues) between informant and researchers which aims to describe the real pattern of use in oral communication adopted by people who are graduated in Salvador city since the seventies against data of the nineties. It presents considerations about the trajetory of the pronoun a gente and investigates after the contributions of Grammarians and linguists about these pronouns. The empiric analysis has as a base data of twenty four inquiries examined in a sociolinguistic perspective, submitted to the program GoldVarb/2001, looking for evidence the relation between the category nós and a gente and the linguistic factors as the filling of the noun and level of referencialty, discursive parallelism, tense and verb flexion, type of phrase, type of verb, type of text and sentence classification and extra linguistics, like genre, age, decade of the recording of the inquiry, that could have and influence in the speaker linguistic behavior. From the analysis done, it was observed that: a) the use of a gente has increased in Portuguese spoken in Brazil; b) the linguistic factors filling the noun, level of referencialty, sentence classification and the extra linguistics considered have an influence in the choice of the resource which the speaker uses to represent the pronoun of the first plural person in the project NURC/SSA.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the ISO 14001 implementation process. The analysis of selected sources was used to make the implementation model, which was verified on selected forest management propertie then. The ready made aspect register containing their identifications and evaluation is annexed.

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the history, where I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.
