傳統的公文作業流程中,存在著不可避免的人為疏失,如資料外洩,公文流向不易掌握等,致使整體工作率降低,如何改善此一問題,電腦科技之應用,是必然的解決之道。而利用電腦科技,例如利用網路大量傳送資料時,必需考慮資訊之完整性,正確性及安全性。但以往專家學者在研究此類問題時,大多在探討技術層面問題,少有涉及實務管理應用之整合。因此,本研究旨在運用現有的電腦技術,如密碼學中的RSA、DSA等演算法,在儘可能不改變現行公文系統的作業程序下,設計發展出一個實際可行的。子數位簽名公文系統模式,來取代現行之作業方式,並解決一些實際應用上的問題,以提供一個未來在網路上可使用的、安全的電子公文系統。 / In the traditional documentation processing, the problems raised by the employees, such as the leakage of data, the disappear of document had already decreased the throughput of the. organization. In order to fix these problems, the usage of computer and network can be the best solution. With the widespread use of computer and network, completely, correctness, and safety are the key issues we need to consider. During the last twenty years, most of the works were dedicated to the technical side and neglect the integration of the technical and practice. The aim of this research is try to break the wall and combine these two issues together, i.e., use the state-of-the-art technology of cryptographic, such as DSA, RSA, to design a real Electronic Digital Signature system which could simulate and substitute the current system.

The main goal of this master thesis is to find out and analyze knowledge and differences in knowledge of students of the subject 1FU211 Accountancy 1 divided to the graduates of grammar schools and business schools. The thesis is dividend into two parts. The theoretical part includes some of the interesting stats and information about czech school system. Then describes the syllabus of the subject 1FU211 Accountancy 1 at VŠE and the curriculum of accountancy at business school and also this part includes information about the textbooks, which are used in lessons of accountancy at VŠE and business schools. The practical part -- questionnaires -- is implemented to achieve the objectives of the thesis. The results of students VŠE are compared with the results of students of Business school Kollárova. The results of students VŠE are also interpreted separately divided into results of graduates of grammar schools and business schools. In addition, charts and graphs are used for better presentation of the findings. Finally, the summarized findings are interpreted.

Usage of open access institutional repositories in University libraries in Ghana

Text in English / The study investigated the usage of Open Access Institutional Repositories (OAIR) in university libraries in Ghana to develop a strategy on how the usage of OAIR in university libraries in Ghana may be enhanced. The study adopted the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which was then modified to fit the study. Accessibility, availability and visibility were proposed in addition to the conventional variables of TAM to improve the fit between the data and the theoretical model. Pragmatism paradigm, mixed methods research approach and convergent parallel mixed method design (survey and case study designs) was used for the study. Simple random sampling, stratified random sampling, purposive sampling techniques and the sample size converter were the sampling procedures and methods employed. A total of nine hundred and ninety-eight (998) respondents completed the questionnaires distributed, but for the qualitative phase twelve (12) OAIR managers were purposively selected. The questionnaire and interview guide were used as research instruments to gather relevant data for the study. Descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multinomial logistic regression and CFA using SEM) were used as statistical tools to analyse quantitative data and thematic analysis was used to analyse qualitative data. The study revealed that there was a low level of OAIR usage in universities among academic staff, notwithstanding the high level of understanding of OAIR. This was evident in the number of research work uploaded onto the OAIR by the OAIR team. Inadequate advocacy, ICT connectivity, infrastructure, funding, power supply, insufficient technological skills, institutional repository policy, absence of incentives, institutional culture and politics and copyright issues were the challenges facing the usage of OAIR in university libraries in Ghana. The study concluded that advocacy, policies, software and staffing enshrined in an institutional guideline on OAIR would enhance OAIR usage. The study developed an OAIR Usage Model and OAIR User Manual, which would be very instrumental in the usage of OAIR in university libraries in Ghana. The model will enhance user satisfaction and intention to reuse the OAIR and making OAIR research outputs available, accessible and visible. Aplikace moderních funkčních bloků v harmonických oscilátorech / Application of modern active blocks in harmonic oscillators

This work deals with using modern active functional blocks in electronic circuits. These blocks have better features than classical operational amplifiers and are characterized especially by working in current mode. Therefore these blocks can be used in higher frequencies. Using those blocks it is possible to design e.g. electronically variable-frequency filters of types low-pass filter, high-pass filter, band-pass filter, etc. Then it is also possible to easily realize electronically variable-frequency oscillators. This work is focused on some of these blocks, their basic characteristics and principles. Also three oscillators with current conveyors of second generation are designed. Its made simulation, sensitivity and tolerance analysis and magnitude stabilization. Everything is performed in OrCAD PSpice program. These made oscillators are electronic tunable in the band frequency ones of MHz.

Cílem této magisterské práce je navrhnout a implementovat IDE (integrované vývojové prostředí), které zvýší efektivitu a bezpečnost vývoje pro SIMATIC WinCC Open Architecture. Tato práce je založena na výzkumu provedeném týmem z Technické univerzity v Eindhovenu a splňuje požadavky pocházející ze SCD sekce v CERN (Evropské organizace pro jaderný výzkum). Vyvinuté IDE je postaveno na platformě Eclipse, přičemž pro syntaktickou analýzu, linkování a sémantickou analýzu kódu používá Xtext framework. IDE nabízí také podporu pro nově vytvořený programovací jazyk, který umožňuje programátorům jednoduše nadefinovat šablonu pro konfigurační soubory používané WinCC OA. Interpret tohoto nového jazyka je schopen provést syntaktickou analýzu šablony a konfiguračního souboru a rozhodnout, zdali konfigurační soubor odpovídá šabloně. Praktickým výstupem této práce je integrované vývojové prostředí, které podporuje vývoj WinCC OA aplikací v CERN a periodicky provádí analýzu kódu těchto aplikací napsaného v jazyce Control script.

This thesis deals with the theoretical description of the qualitative characteristics and parameters of some modern active elements, also discusses the theory of signal flow graphs at the level applicable for the following frequency filter design methods. The thesis is also generally discussed the issue with the circuit simulator PSpice modeling theory and voltage amplifiers on the basic 6-levels. The practical part of the work is divided into two parts. The first practical part is dedicated to design four levels of simulation model of components LNVGA element. The second practical part contains detailed theoretical proposals for three circuit structures implementing the frequency filters 2nd order (based on the basic structure of the OTA-C) using signal flow graphs with configuration options of Q and fm based on the parameters of active elements in the peripheral structure and their verification with prepared LNVGA model layers.

Abstract in English, Sesotho and Zulu / The occurrence of Open Distance and e-Learning revolutionized Higher Education Institutions for students to access instruction at anytime and anywhere. Students benefitted instruction of anytime and anywhere in one of the Technology Education courses in ODeL from the e-tutors. As a result of the support from the e-tutors, the curriculum was designed to place a strong emphasis on the design process as the core around which the teaching of the curriculum should revolve. However, it is still not clear how effective is the content knowledge which relates to the design process from the e-tutors. In acknowledgment from such a gap, this study aimed to determine the relationship between the e-tutors’ technological, pedagogical, content knowledge of teaching design process within Technology Education specialization. In order to achieve this purpose, two theories, namely Transactional distance and Connectivism were coined together with the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework to underpin the study. The philosophical worldview is pragmatism having employed mixed method. Participants in this study were 145 students who registered a year programme for two modules in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme at a Higher Education institution were surveyed to collect the quantitative data. Data from the face-to-face semi-structured interviews were collected with five e-tutors from the research sites. Online observations data were collected from the e-tutor sites of the institution’s learning management system (LMS). The results suggest that e tutors still lack the technology knowledge in order to deliver the content aimed for the design process in an ODeL environment. Also, it was evidenced that the e-tutors have not acquired pedagogical strategies for driving the pedagogy for the design process in an ideal context of ODeL. It should also be borne in mind that findings for the content knowledge indicated that the e-tutors still lack the knowledge for exploiting content knowledge of the design process to suit an ODeL environment.
