Globalization has brought with it the international nature of crime. To face that issue, a new criminal policy has become part from the international agenda, settled on the tripod criminalizing money laundering, international legal cooperation and confiscation. A criminal law reaction is moved to a economic realm, since the application of imprisonment is considered too low to quell this new type of crime, especially in so-called 'white-collar offenses'. With this paradigm shift, several relevant international conventions and treaties ratified by Brazil, recommend the objective of placing the offender in the net assets it had before the perpetration of the crime, which gave body to the issue, although tibia way, some pieces of legislation that deal with the asset from crime aspect. Hereinafter new problems emerge notably practical applicability on the issue of asset recovery, including the absence or ineffectiveness of heritage inquiries, need to Changeover the mentality of of law operators and the pressing request for creating bodies or agencies that devolve management of seized goods, including its preservation provisional use, selling or leasing prior. On the legislative side, as well is approaching-acute the approval from a bill that comes to domain putting out civil action order to make it possible the enlarged lost, by taking into consideration the new global criminal policy adopted regarding the economic criminality was ratified by several international conventions and treaties. / O presente trabalho pretende efetuar uma análise crítica do modelo em curso no Brasil para gestão e destinação de bens apreendidos, sequestrados, arrestados, bloqueados e determinados perdidos pelo sistema de Justiça Penal. A globalização trouxe consigo o caráter transnacional do crime. Para fazer frente a essa problemática, uma nova política criminal passou a fazer parte da agenda internacional, assentada no tripé criminalização da lavagem de dinheiro, cooperação jurídica internacional e confisco de bens. A reação penal é deslocada para o âmbito econômico, uma vez que a aplicação da pena de prisão é considerada insuficiente para reprimir essa nova forma de criminalidade, notadamente nos denominados white-collar crimes . Com essa mudança de paradigma, diversas convenções e tratados internacionais ratificados pelo Brasil preconizam o objetivo de colocar o criminoso na situação patrimonial que possuía antes do cometimento do crime, o que deu corpo à edição, ainda que de maneira tíbia, de alguns diplomas legislativos que tratam do aspecto patrimonial do crime. Doravante, surgem novos problemas notadamente de aplicabilidade prática na questão da recuperação de ativos, tais como a ausência ou ineficiência de investigações patrimoniais, a necessidade de mudança de mentalidade dos operadores do direito e a urgente demanda para a criação de órgãos ou agências que se incumbam da gestão de bens apreendidos, incluindo a sua conservação, uso provisório, venda antecipada ou locação. No plano legislativo, avizinha-se também premente a aprovação de projeto de lei que trata da ação civil de extinção de domínio, a fim de tornar possível a perda alargada, levando-se em consideração a nova política criminal mundial adotada em relação à criminalidade econômica, ratificada por diversos tratados e convenções internacionais.

L'impact des conditions de travail sur les capacités attentionnelles des salariés / The impacts of working conditions on attentional abilities of workers

Les conditions de travail peuvent-elles générer des problèmes attentionnels chez certains salariés ? Cette question est actuellement au cœur de nombreuses recherches dans le domaine de la psychologie du travail, de l’ergonomie et de la psychologie cognitive appliquée. Au cours de ce travail de thèse, nous avons tenté de comprendre quels facteurs pourraient provoquer ces difficultés. Nous avons scindé notre approche en deux parties : (i) l’étude en laboratoire des liens entre les interruptions et les capacités cognitives, et (ii) l’étude des conditions de travail et de leurs retentissements sur la cognition. Les parutions scientifiques issues de la littérature des interruptions sont de plus en plus nombreuses. Elles ont notamment vécu un essor au début des années 2000. Pourtant, de nombreuses interrogations persistent encore, comme les effets réels des interruptions sur la tâche principale et les différents facteurs qui les potentialisent. De plus, les processus cognitifs spécifiques mis en jeu lors des interruptions n’ont pas tous été étudiés. C’est pourquoi, nous avons proposé une nouvelle définition formelle du phénomène d’interruption, ainsi qu’un nouveau cadre de recherche pour unifier le champ d’étude actuel. Nous avons également mené plusieurs études expérimentales dans le but de répondre à certains questionnements encore présents. L’ensemble de nos résultats suggèrent que les interruptions sont la plupart du temps délétères, et que des processus jusqu’alors insoupçonnés pourraient permettre de diminuer leurs retentissements. En second lieu, nous avons étudié l’impact de certaines conditions de travail sur le développement de plaintes attentionnelles et cognitives. Tout d’abord, nous avons construit un nouveau matériel à même de détecter ces changements au niveau cognitif en réalisant plusieurs études de création et validation d’une nouvelle échelle. Ensuite, nous l’avons utilisé sur un échantillon de plusieurs centaines de salariés pour tirer des conclusions sur les prédicteurs de ces difficultés. Dans l’ensemble, le genre, le statut social, le temps passé en environnement de travail partagé, la fréquence des interruptions et certaines nouvelles technologies pourraient être à l’origine de difficultés attentionnelles au travail. / Can Working conditions generate attentional problems for some employees? This issue is currently at the heart of research in the field of work psychology, ergonomics and applied cognitive psychology. During this thesis, we tried to understand exactly what factors might cause these problems. We have divided our approach into two parts: (i) the laboratory study of the links between interruptions and cognitive abilities, and (ii) the study of working conditions and their repercussions on cognition. Scientific publications from interruptions literature are becoming more numerous. In particular, they experienced a boom in the early 2000s. However, many questions still persist, as the real effect of interruptions on the main task and the various factors which potentiates this effect. Moreover, the specific cognitive processes involved during interruptions have not all been studied. Therefore, we proposed a new formal definition of the phenomenon of interruption and a new research framework to unify the current field of study. Also, we conducted several experimental studies to answer some questions still present. Together, our results suggest that interruptions are usually deleterious regarding the performance of the primary task, and that some cognitive processes unsuspected to this day might help their repercussions. Secondly, we studied the impact of specific working conditions on attentional and cognitive complaints. First, we built a new test able to detect these changes on a cognitive level by carrying out several construction and validation studies of a new scale. Then we used a sample of several hundred employees to draw conclusions on the predictors of these difficulties. Overall, gender, social status, time spent in shared working environment, the frequency of interruptions and several aspects of new technologies may be the cause of attentional difficulties at work.

Vattenanvändning hos samhällsbrukare : En studie om flöden och maxfaktorer för en förbättrad dimensionering / Water usage for different users : A study on flows and max factors for an improved sizing

För att vatten ska kunna levereras enligt de krav som ställs från användarna i samhället behövs ett väl anpassat ledningsnät. Det innebär bland annat att vatten ska finnas tillgängligt i den mängd som behövs och vid den tidpunkt som vatten krävs. För att vattenreningsverken ska kunna leverera rätt mängd vatten måste ledningsnätet vara dimensionerat för att kunna transportera allt vatten som skall pumpas ut till användarna. Detta kräver en god uppskattning om de vattenflöden som behövs. Det förväntade vattenflödet till olika samhällsanvändare uppskattas utifrån befintliga användningsmönster samt publikation P83, framtagen av Svenskt Vatten. Allt eftersom samhället utvecklas behöver publikationen uppdateras för att denna ska stämma så väl överens med verkligheten som möjligt. Vattenanvändningsmönster i skolor, kontor, handelsområden och industrier undersöktes som en del av ett pågående projekt för att undersöka om P83 bör uppdateras. För dessa har år- och dygnsvariationer, flöden och maxfaktorer analyserats från årslånga mätserier. Utifrån uppmätta värden kunde alternativa fördelningsnycklar som potentiellt skulle bidra till förbättring också analyseras. Resultaten tyder på att det finns förbättringsmöjligheter för flödesberäkningar för brukartyperna skolor, handel och industri jämfört med dagens metoder. För skolor och handel skulle inomhusarea vara en relevant fördelningsnyckel att använda vid beräkningar medan takyta vore en mer lämplig parameter att använda för industrier. De maxfaktorer som finns angivna i P83 stämde inte särskilt väl överens med de uppmätta i studien och skulle behöva uppdateras. Studien visar också på ett behov av att dela upp de brukarkategorier som finns i dagsläget till fler kategorier då de tre som finns i dagsläget är mycket generella. Dessutom undersöktes möjligheten att kombinera olika brukartyper för att utjämna vattenflöden under dygnet. Villor eller radhus bör lämpligen kombineras med skolor, kontor eller industrier för att få ett jämnare vattenflöde under dagtid. / For water to be delivered according to the requirements of the users in the society there is a need for the water pipelines to be well dimensioned. This means that the amount of water that is needed has to be available at the time when it is required. For the water treatment plants to be able to deliver the right amount of water the pipelines must be sized to carry the water that should be delivered to the users. This requires a good estimate of the amount of water needed. The expected water flow to different users is estimated based on existing water usage patterns as well as the P83 publication, developed by Swedish Water. As society develops the publication may need to be updated to correspond well with reality. Water use patterns in schools, offices, retail stores and industries were examined as a part of an ongoing project to investigate whether P83 should be updated. For these annual and diurnal variations, water flows and max factors were analyzed from yearlong series of measurements. Based on the measured values alternate allocation keys that could potentially contribute to improvement were analyzed. The results suggest that there are possible improvements for flow calculations for schools, retail stores and industry compared to current methods. For schools and retail stores the indoor area would be a relevant variable to use for calculations, while the roof area would be a more appropriate variable to use for industries. The max factors listed in P83 did not agree with those measured in the study and would need to be updated. The study shows that the three categories used in P83 are very general and ought to be divided into more specific categories. Furthermore, the possibility to combine different types of water users to equalize the water flow to an area during the day was analyzed. Villas or semi-attached houses should preferably be combined with schools, offices or industries for evening out the flow during day time.

The aim of this master thesis is to describe and evaluate the role of incoming foreign productions entering the Czech film industry after 1989. The foreign film productions tend to affect the Czech film culture in a broader context. Specifically, changes occured in governmental support of both Czech and foreign production. The film industry is not kept away from the intensifying conditions on world markets. In the recent years, this factor is leading to a greater competition in terms of attracting foreign productions to domestic locations by the system of fiscal incentives. Having these in mind, this thesis outlines until which range are the foreign productions beneficial for the state, as well as it proposes the possible manner of the Czech republic promotion abroad.

Analýza definic činnostních rolí v základních registrech veřejné správy v ČR / The analysis of the definiton of acivity roles in basic registers of public administration in the Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with the topic of basic registers and specific agendas' activity roles that are analyzed based on a questionnaire survey. It gives the basic overview of e-Government and the basic registers of public administration as part of e-Government. Based on the questionnaire survey conducted on particular Land Register and Register offices the structure and definition of the agenda activity roles are evaluated and the thesis identifies the intensity of various activity roles use in practice. It is concluded that the activity roles of A124 agenda are defined in the way that approximately corresponds to the actual execution of the agenda and that all the roles are actually more or less in use. On the contrary, when it comes to A414 agenda, the number of reported roles is quite maximalist. The thesis reveals that some of the activity roles are not being executed in practice at all, or they are in use only at certain offices. 67 % of both A124 and A414 agenda activity roles were proved to be defined the way that fully corresponds to the actual use of these agendas. These activity roles are being used quite often.

The building is situated in the town Velká Bíteš and it's located at 336/1 and 336/8 about the total area of 5110 m2. The building has a L-shaped ground plan consisting. Has got three above-ground floors with partial basement. The building is designed as masonry structure with sharpened clay blocks Porotherm 38 Profi with thickness 380 mm. The ceiling from structure prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The roof of the building is suggested as a single-coated flat roof. The building is covered with a ventilated facade from fiber cement board and thermal insulation is mineral fibreglass insulation Isover Multimax. The building is located on the first floor of the fitness room, on the second floor are offices and on the third floor there are 4 flat.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of an administrative building in the south-eastern part of Brno. The building has seven above-ground floors, of which five above-ground floors will be used as office space, one above-ground floor will be used for commercial use and gastronomy. On the last floor, there will be an elevator lift range and a technical background for air conditioning. The support system is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton based on a reinforced concrete slab and pilots. The façade is designed as lightly ventilated with facing bricks. For this object, a single-shell roof area is selected.

The aim of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the administrative building. It is a seven-storey building with one underground and six above-ground floors. The underground floor is halfway under the terrain and used for garage parking. The loose part will be used for barrier-free entrance to the building and partly as a cafe. Above-ground floors are used as office spaces. The administrative building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure in the underground floor, the above-ground floors are designed as a column monolithic system for flexible use of office space. The static calculation will be carried out according to valid ČSN EN standards.

The project documentation, processed in the framework of the diploma thesis, solves the new building of the multifunctional house in Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is made of traditional brick technology of brick fittings, with insulation, ceilings are reinforced concrete monolithic, roof sloping in two variants. Commercial premises are located on the ground floor on the south side. Furthermore, on the floor there are technical facilities for offices and storage space for housing units and offices. On the next floors there are always 3 residential units. The building is located on flat terrain in the rapidly developing part of the city. The building envelope and individu-al structures are designed to the entire object it was as energy- consuming as possible, and do not pump irreparably by nature its natural resources in a larger quantity than necessary.
