As tendências de ensino de língua portuguesa concernentes à Educação Básica no Brasil privilegiam abordagens linguísticas e discursivas centradas na produção, circulação e recepção de textos. Decorrente dessa tendência, a tese investiga noções de estilo de gênero e de autoria a partir da Olimpíada de Língua Portuguesa Escrevendo o Futuro (OLPEF, 2008). A OLPEF é um dos programas de políticas públicas de incentivo à leitura e à produção escrita desenvolvido por meio de sequências didáticas para o trabalho com texto. O corpus da pesquisa é constituído do Caderno do Professor Se bem me lembro... (2008) e de um conjunto de textos finalistas da OLPEF, relativos à coletânea Memórias (2008). A temática desse corpus, portanto, é memorialista. Em termos teóricos, a tese tem como base os fundamentos da filosofia bakhtiniana de linguagem em correlação com desdobramentos da semiótica discursiva francesa a fim de desvendar questões que norteiam o estilo em enunciados memorialistas, tal como produzidos pelos alunos participantes do evento, do que emerge a questão de autoria, pertinente à produção escrita desse aluno no contexto da OLPEF. Para isso, a tese apresenta análises e reflexões a respeito de questões discursivas tais como: as responsividades inerentes ao projeto enunciativo do aluno-autor; as relações dialógicas entre o eu e o outro em tal situação de desafio à competência discursiva; as orientações, invariantes e variantes, do enunciado; o diálogo entre textos e a captação do estilo de gênero; o simulacro discursivo do enunciador; as relações entre estilo de gênero e estilo autoral. Observa-se que o processo de constituição do dizer memorialista reflete tendências constantes da recepção ativa do discurso do outro. Por conseguinte, há distintos modos de o aluno-autor articular as competências discursivas convocadas pelo enunciado. Há vozes que fazem sobressair os elementos composicionais e temáticos sugeridos pelo Caderno do Professor. Há vozes que, além do diálogo permanente com as orientações do Caderno, destacam-se pelo diálogo que as diferencia e as afasta das vozes do Caderno. Em todas está a projeção de posicionamentos valorativos e o modo peculiar de organizar o conteúdo e o material. Disso depreende-se a noção de densidade de presença autoral do aluno-autor, a qual vai de um gradiente menor, atenuando a presença autoral, a um grau maior e mais denso de presença. O estilo de gênero e o estilo autoral são modos de dizer em inter-relação. As recorrências na construção composicional e no conteúdo temático tendem a ser valorizadas quando se trata de estilo do gênero; as constâncias do modo de uso de tópicos temáticos, das relações dialógicas entre enunciados, das polêmicas instauradas pelos atores da enunciação remetem a um modo de presença do enunciador, o estilo autoral. Eis o estilo, conceito que, ao estabelecer as bases do sentido, delineia a imagem do sujeito discursivo. / The trends in Portuguese language teaching concerning Elementary Education in Brazil privilege linguistic and discursive approaches centered in the production, circulation and reception of texts. In consonance with these trends, this thesis investigates notions of genre style and authorship having as its object the Olimpíada de Língua Portuguesa Escrevendo o Futuro [Portuguese Language Olympiad - Writing the Future (OLPEF, 2008). OLPEF is one of the programs of public policies of incentive to reading and writing developed by means of didactic sequences for work with texts. The corpus of the research is the Instructors Manual Se bem me lembro... (2008) [If I remember well] and some texts of OLPEF, selected for the final turn of the competition regarding the texts gathered in the book Memórias (2008) [Memories]. The thematic unity of this corpus is therefore memories. In theoretical terms, the thesis has as its basis the Bakhtinian philosophy of language in correlation with some modern aspects of French discursive semiotics in order to solve questions that guide style in memorialist statements produced by pupils participating in the event, from which emerges the question of authorship in written productions of pupils in the context of OLPEF. For doing this, the thesis presents analyzes and reflections regarding discursive questions such as the inherent responsiveness of enunciative projects of pupils-authors; dialogical relationships between I and the other in such situation of challenge to discursive ability; invariant and variant orientations of utterances; the dialog among texts and the appropriation of genre style; the discursive simulacrum of enunciators; the relationships between genre style and authorial style. We observed that the process of constitution of memorialist enunciation reflects constant trends of active reception of the others discourse. Therefore, there are distinct ways for pupils-authors to articulate discursive abilities convoked by utterances. There are voices which emphasize compositional and thematic elements suggested by the Instructors Manual. There are voices which, in addition to permanently dialoguing with those instructions, are remarkable due to the dialog that differentiates them and make them go away from the voices of the Manual. In all of them there is the projection of evaluative positionings and a peculiar way of organizing the content and the material. From this we inferred the notion of density of authorial presence of pupils-authors, which goes from a lesser gradient, attenuating authorial presence, to a greater and denser degree of presence. Genre style and authorial style are ways of saying in inter-relation. Recurrences in compositional construction and thematic content tend to be valued when genre style is the focus; constancies in the ways of using thematic topics, of dialogical relationships among utterances, controversies created by actors of the enunciation point to a manner of presence of enunciators, namely, authorial style. This is style, a concept which, as it establishes the bases of sense, also delineates the image of discursive subjects.

Sendo assim, os mega-eventos, segundo Zhai et al. (2009), apresentam maior investimento, maior complexidade, diversidade de stakeholders e sofrem influências mais amplas em comparação a projetos simples. Neste sentido, buscou-se promover uma sinergia entre a diversidade de stakeholders com os impactos transformadores provenientes dos efeitos do mega-evento, culminando no objetivo deste estudo: analisar os efeitos provenientes do megaevento, Jogos Olímpicos Rio 2016, no território da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, sob o prisma de distintos stakeholders durante a realização dos referidos Jogos. Para realizar esta análise, primeiramente, foi realizado o levantamento de dados secundários através da revisão da literatura especializada, utilizando o método webibliomining e proknow-c. Em seguida, foi realizado o levantamento de dados primários através de observação participativa e entrevistas realizadas em todo o território da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, objeto deste estudo. Estas entrevistas apresentaram duas abordagens: questionários focalizados nos transeuntes e questionários focados nos empreendimentos. Ao todo, 71 respondentes participaram das entrevistas que apresentou uma abordagem qualitativa. Todavia, cabe destacar que para a análise dos dados primários aventados foram usados os métodos de estatística descritiva e análise de conteúdo. Após os resultados obtidos através do tratamento dos dados e confrontação entre os primários e secundários, pode-se verificar que a heterogeneidade dos stakeholders locais da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas produziu percepções distintas sobre os Jogos Olímpicos, influenciando diretamente no gerenciamento do próprio megaevento. Sendo assim, realizar o gerenciamento dos stakeholders locais, pode contribuir para a melhor efetividade dos resultados pretendidos dos megaprojetos, gerando benefícios a até, porventura, um legado. / Mega-events can be understood as one of the most important political initiatives of the modern era, as it promotes transformative impacts on the population and the place where they happen, according to Horne & Whannel (2016). Thus, the mega-events, according to Zhai et al. (2009), need higher investment, greater complexity, diversity of stakeholders and suffer broader influences compared to simple projects. In this sense, we sought to promote a synergy between the diversity of stakeholders and the transformative impacts of the mega-event, culminating in the objective of this study: analyze the effects of the mega-event, Olympic Games Rio 2016, in the territory of Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, under the prism of different stakeholders during the accomplishment of these Games. In order to perform this analysis, we first carried out the survey of secondary data through a review of the specialized literature, using the method webibliomining and proknow-c. Then, the primary data were collected through participatory observation and interviews conducted throughout the territory of Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the object of this study. These interviews presented two approaches: questionnaires focused on passers-by and questionnaires focused on entrepreneurship. In all, 71 respondents participated in the interviews that presented a qualitative approach. However, it should be noted that for the analysis of the primary data, the methods of descriptive statistics and content analysis were used. After the results obtained through data processing and confrontation between primary and secondary, was verified that the heterogeneity of the local stakeholders of Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon produced distinct perceptions about the Olympic Games, directly influencing the management of these mega-event. Therefore, managing the local stakeholders can contribute to the effectiveness of the desired results of megaprojects, generating benefits to, perhaps, a legacy.

A proposta consiste na utilização do procedimento Webquest como instrumento alternativo para as pesquisas escolares previstas no Programa de Altas Habilidades/Superdotação e, consequentemente, na Olimpíada de Língua Portuguesa, uma vez que esta está inserida neste contexto. A proposta prevê pesquisas na internet sobre o tema ―O lugar onde vivo‖ para produção do gênero textual crônica, ambos previstos na referida Olimpíada. Esta dissertação apresenta ainda as teorias que contribuem para o conceito e o atendimento de Altas Habilidades/Superdotação, como as concepções de inteligência de Gardner e de Sternberg e as orientações pedagógicas de Joseph Renzulli. A proposta concretiza-se na proposição da WQ, observando as orientações de Dodge (1995) sobre pesquisa orientada. / This dissertation presents a proposal for intervention in the context of the workshops of the Portuguese Language Olympiad formulated as enrichment strategies in the Student Care Program with indicators of High Abilities / Giftedness. The proposal is to use the Webquest procedure as an alternative tool for school research foreseen in the High Abilities / Giftedness program and consequently the Portuguese Language Olympiad, since this is inserted in this context. The proposal provides internet searches on "The place where I live" for the production of chronic genre, both provided in said Olympics. This thesis also presents theories that contribute to the concept and the care of highly talented / gifted students, as Gardner intelligence concepts, Sternberg and pedagogical guidance of Joseph Renzulli. In addition, are discussed here the contributions of scholarly research and the Internet for teaching and learning in schools and in the Student Care Program with indicators of highly talented / gifted students. The proposal achieves on the proposition of the WQ, watching the Dodge guidelines (1995) on targeted research.

The purpose of this paper is to present all participants of the Dresden Conference the digital School Journal Revista Escolar de la Olimpiada Iberoamericana de Matemática, online since May-June 2002, with lmost 16,000 subscribers at current issue number 32. Subscribers are based all over the world, but mostly in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

This work presents a reflection on the didactic intervention in a process of text production of students from public schools that are participants of OLP- Olympiad of the Portuguese Language – Writing the Future/OLP, a national competition of composing that take part students of the Fifth Grade of elementary school to Third Grade of high school of the public educational networks. It tries to reflect on the functionality of the interventions produced for two participants teachers of OLP with intention by trying to improve the text of their students when they write. In total, they were collected 40 (forty) texts, 35 (thirty-five) by students of the class from teacher P1 and 5 (five) texts from teacher P2, these being of the same pupil. All students are students of high school of State Public Network from Maceió-AL. For purposes of this work, they were analyzed 8 (eight) texts, 2 (two) of them of textual genre Literary Memory and 6 (six) of genre Opinion Article. For this, we delimited the theoretical basis about dialogism and interaction starting from studies by Bakhtin (1926;1986) and Serafini (1989); the questions and discussions about didactic interference with Calil (2000), Dolz, Gagnon & Decândio (2010) and Ruiz (2010), among others. In the initial analysis of the corpus , it was observed an incidence on the regulatory aspects of the language; however, with the walk of analysis, it was identified other structural issues of language that, in our view, they can be justified by group of factors which may involve the formation of each instructor the research. / Este trabalho apresenta uma reflexão sobre a intervenção didática no processo de produção textual de alunos de escolas públicas participantes da OLP - Olimpíada de Língua Portuguesa Escrevendo o Futuro/OLP, um concurso nacional de redação em que participam alunos dos 5º ano do ensino fundamental ao 3º ano do ensino médio das redes públicas de ensino. Reflete sobre a funcionalidade das intervenções produzidas por duas professoras participantes da OLP com o intuito de tentar melhorar o texto dos seus alunos quando escrevem. Ao total, foram coletados 40 textos, sendo 35, de alunos da turma da professora P1 e 5 (cinco) textos da professora P2, sendo estes de uma mesma aluna. Todos os alunos são estudantes do Ensino Médio da Rede Pública Estadual de Maceió-AL. Para os fins deste trabalho, foram analisados 7 textos, sendo dois do gênero textual Memória Literária e cinco do gênero Artigo de Opinião. Para isto, delimitamos a base teórica sobre dialogismo e interação a partir dos estudos de Bakhtin (1926; 1986) e Serafini (1989); os questionamentos e discussões sobre interferência didática com Calil (2000), Dolz, Gagnon & Decândio (2010) e Ruiz (2010), entre outros. Nas análises iniciais do corpus, observou-se uma incidência sobre os aspectos normativos da língua; no entanto, com o caminhar das análises, identificou-se outros tipos de intervenções questões que, ao nosso ver, podem ser justificadas por conjunto de fatores que pode envolver a formação de cada docente da pesquisa.

The concepts of field and symbolic capital were used for analysis of research papers in order to understand the mathematical Olympiads as a strategy for appreciate mathematical fields as well as a kind of normative evaluation. This paper promotes a discussion about the alleged role of social inclusion attributed to these competitions. The research is a qualitative approach and involved the preparation of a history of the Mathematical Olympiads, literature research and document analysis. Bourdieu's theory may us understand that the field of mathematics has sufficient capital to reward and recruit talent while it naturalizes, through this process, the ideology of the gift and the inculcation of a cultural arbitrary on the technological and scientific development, which is linked to factors and interests of the economic field. This critical view for the Olympiads can contribute to the expansion of studies in the field of mathematics education in relation to school evaluation and the symbolic value of mathematics, looking this as a kind of symbolic mechanism of domination, valorization and conservation of the field of mathematics. Then OBMEP can be understood as the manifestation of an alliance between the scientifical and political field, which simultaneously establishes the mathematical culture and corroborates the economic interests. / Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir as olimpíadas de matemática do ponto de vista da teoria de Bourdieu, buscando evidenciar estratégias de valorização e de consagração do campo da matemática atreladas às práticas sociais relacionadas com a OBMEP. Os conceitos de campo e de capital simbólico foram utilizados para análise dos documentos de pesquisa de maneira a compreender as olimpíadas de matemática como uma estratégia de valorização do campo da matemática e como um tipo de avaliação normativa. Procuramos promover uma discussão em torno do suposto papel de inclusão social atribuído a estas competições. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e envolveu a elaboração de um histórico das olímpiadas de matemática, pesquisa bibliográfica e análise documental. A teoria de Bourdieu permite entender que o campo da matemática possui capital suficiente para premiar e recrutar talentos ao mesmo tempo em que naturaliza, mediante este processo, a ideologia do dom e a inculcação de um arbitrário cultural relativo ao desenvolvimento tecnológico e científico, o qual está atrelado a fatores e interesses próprios do campo econômico. Este olhar crítico às olimpíadas pode contribuir com uma ampliação dos estudos na área de Educação Matemática no que diz respeito à avaliação escolar e ao valor simbólico da matemática, compreendendo esse simbólico como um tipo de mecanismo de dominação, valorização e conservação do campo da matemática. A OBMEP pode ser entendida, assim, como a manifestação de uma aliança entre o campo da matemática e o campo político, pois ao mesmo tempo em que consagra a cultura matemática, também corrobora com interesses próprios do campo econômico.

Orientada pela organização da administração da cidade a partir de características empresariais, a gestão municipal fomentou a elaboração de projetos de infraestrutura capazes de atender às exigências do Comitê Olímpico Internacional (COI) para a realização dos Jogos. Entre eles está o Porto Maravilha, projeto de concessão à iniciativa privada da região portuária da cidade, detentora de grande carga histórica e cultural na formação do Rio. Sendo assim, esse trabalho propõe compreender se o processo de desenvolvimento e execução do Porto Maravilha corresponde ao discurso de legado prometido pelo poder público a todos os moradores da região do Porto. Partindo da análise de seis anos do noticiário do jornal O Globo, a pesquisa busca entender que imagem de cidade é possível apreender a partir das representações trazidas pelo periódico. / The choice of Rio de Janeiro to host the 2016 Olympics established the implementation of an urban development model based on business-city logic. Oriented by the organization of city administration from entrepreneurial characteristics, municipal management has fostered the development of infrastructure projects able to meet the requirements of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for the Games. Among them is Porto Maravilha, concession project to the private sector of the port area of the city, which holds great historical and cultural background in the formation of Rio. Thus, this work aims to understand if the development and execution process of Porto Maravilha matches the legacy speech promised by the government to all residents of the port area. Based on six years of news analysis from O Globo newspaper, this research seeks to understand what city image is possible to learn from the representations brought by the journal.

The purpose of this paper is to present all participants of the Dresden Conference the digital School Journal Revista Escolar de la Olimpiada Iberoamericana de Matemática, online since May-June 2002, with lmost 16,000 subscribers at current issue number 32. Subscribers are based all over the world, but mostly in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

Os aportes teóricos que sustentam a investigação vinculam-se às teorizações de Michel Foucault, principalmente àquelas desenvolvidas em suas obras Vigiar e Punir, Nascimento da Biopolítica, Segurança, Território e População e Do Governo dos Vivos. O material de pesquisa abrange documentos do CMPA e o site oficial da OBMEP. O exercício analítico efetivado sobre o material de pesquisa mostrou que: 1) tanto a OBMEP quanto o CMPA definem como suas estratégias de governamento desenvolver a competitividade do estudante e torná-lo um empreendedor de si mesmo; 2) as táticas que empregam para alcançar tais estratégias têm peculiaridades: a OBMEP realiza modificações em seu regulamento e cerimônias de entrega de medalhas de ouro e oferece programas de aprimoramento matemático para os estudantes; e o CMPA efetiva o ritual da formatura de entrega de alamares e promove a hierarquização na escola, a Gratificação de Incentivo a Participação (GIP) e o uso do alamar; 3) a coincidência de estratégias e convergência de táticas posicionam os alunos do CMPA como os "novos talentos" em matemática. / This thesis aims at analyzing government strategies and tactics operated by Colégio Militar de Porto Alegre (CMPA), whose students have stood out in the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad of Public Schools and been positioned as “new talents” in Mathematics. The theoretical foundations that have supported this investigation are theorizations by Michel Foucault, such as those found in Discipline and Punishment, The Birth of Biopolitics and Security, Territory, Population, and The Government of the Living. The research material has comprised CMPA documents and the official web page of the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad of Public Schools. The analysis of the research material has shown that: 1) developing students’ competitiveness and making them become self-entrepreneurs are government strategies defined by both OBMEP and CMPA; 2) the tactics employed to reach such strategies have peculiarities: OBMEP modifies its regulations and ceremonies to deliver golden medals, and offers mathematical improvement programs to the students; CMPA performs the pinning ritual and encourages school hierarchy, the Participation Bonus and the use of the pin; 3) the coincidence of strategies and the convergence of tactics have positioned CMPA students as “new talents” in Mathematics.
