This thesis defines social-emotional skills that need to be refined among pre-school children within the context of the beginning of schooling. The work also verifies the possibilities and limits of artefiletics in the development of social and emotional skills of pre-school children. The thesis is of a theoretical- empirical character and is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The chapters of the theoretical part deal with social and emotional development of pre-school children, the meaning of a play in social-emotional development and also with social-emotional constituent part of school maturity. The last chapter is devoted to artefiletics as an innovative approach towards the development of social- emotional skills of pre-school children. The practical part of this thesis consists of two parts - action research and questionnaire survey. The action research focuses on verifying the possibilities and limits of artefiletics when developing and refining social-emotional skills of pre-school children in kindergarten.The action research aimed at increasing the quality of complex maturity preparation for entering primary school, respectively adaptation to school environment. The concentrations and distribution of mineral nutrients and phytic acid-phosphorus in wild-type and low phytic acid 1-1 (lpa 1-1) corn (Zea mays L.) grains and grain parts / Mineral nutrients in low phytic acid 1-1 corn grains

Mature grains of wild-type (WT) and low phytic acid 1-1 (lpa 1-1) mutant from corn (Zea mays L.) were studied for total phosphorus (total P), phytic acid-phosphorus (PA-P), and mineral cations. Whole grain PA-P in lpa 1-1 was reduced 61.6% compared to WT whereas whole grain total P remained constant. Scutellum and root-shoot axis PA-P was 91.6% and 3.6% of WT whole-grain amounts respectively, compared to 89.3% and 4.0% in lpa 1-1. Relative partitioning of PA-P between the scutellum and root-shoot axis was not altered in lpa 1-1 mutant embryos as compared to WT. In lpa 1-1 the total P was slightly decreased in the scutella and increased in both root-shoot axes and rest-of-grain fractions. Whole grain Mg, Fe, and Mn amounts were higher in lpa 1-1 grains than in WT grains; K and Zn were similar, and Ca was lower. The lpa 1-1 whole grains and embryos contained 1/3 higher Fe than WT. For both grain types all measured metallic elements, except Ca, were more concentrated in embryos than the rest-of-grain fractions. Studies showed that WT grains contained larger globoids than lpa 1-1 grains in both scutellum and aleurone layer cells. This globoid size reduction reflected the PA-P decrease. Most lpa 1-1 aleurone globoids were non-spherical and lpa 1-1 scutellum globoids were clusters of spheres while both scutellum and aleurone globoids of WT were discrete spheres. The lpa 1-1 mutation had an impact on the globoid formation. X-ray analyses of scutellum and aleurone layer globoids from both grain types revealed major amounts of P, K, and Mg and traces of Ca, Fe, and Zn. Analysis demonstrated lower P, K and Mg and higher Ca, Fe and Zn in aleurone globoids than scutellum globoids. Both grain types contained almost no mineral nutrient stores in the starchy endosperm, whereas the scutellum was the major site of PA-P and mineral nutrient deposition. / Thesis / Master of Science (MSc)

Em 2008, fruto de uma decisão política e estratégica, dentro do contexto das relações internacionais no qual o Brasil está inserido, iniciou-se o processo de aquisição de novos submarinos convencionais (S-BR) e o apoio à elaboração do projeto e construção de um submarino nuclear (SN-BR), que se constitui no mais complexo e significativo projeto conduzido pela Marinha nos últimos tempos. Não obstante a importância desse projeto, estaria a cadeia de suprimento de sobressalentes (CSS) da Marinha pronta para prestar o devido apoio logístico ao novo meio operativo? O atual desenho de rede da Marinha atende as necessidades deste apoio? Qual o atual estágio de desenvolvimento da CSS e como promover uma maior integração dessa rede, com vistas a um melhor gerenciamento? Em meio a poucos estudos sobre o assunto e uma significativa carência de informações, o presente trabalho apresenta respostas a essas e outras questões correlatas, que se mostram cada vez mais prementes, diante da previsão de início dos testes de mar do primeiro submarino já 2017. In 2008, the result of a political and strategic decision, in a context of international relations in which Brazil is inserted, began the process of acquiring new Brazilian hunter-killer Submarine (SSK) and the support for design and construction of the Brazilian Nuclear-Powered Attack Submarine (SSN), which constitutes the most complex and significant Navy project in recent times. Despite the importance of this project, the Navy spare parts supply chain (SSC) would able to provide the appropriate logistics support for the new submarines? The current Navy network design meets the needs of this support? What is the current development stage of SSC and how to upgrade the integration of this network for improve the SCM? Few studies about this subject exist and a significant lack of information, therefore, this presents answers to these and other related issues that are becoming increasingly pressing, given the early prediction of sea tests of the first SSK submarine in 2017. Undoubtedly, the Navy is known to be a great organizational due to her organizational skills and the commitment of its seamen, but this project will require a little more to overcome this huge logistical challenge.

Characterization of Corn Fibres for Manufacturing Automotive Plastic Parts

The study examined the properties of stalk and cob fibres from recombinant inbred corn lines and their parents, grown at two locations, in a polylactic acid (PLA) matrix. The objectives were to: determine fibre compositions; evaluate the effects of fibres on the functional properties of biocomposites and identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) and gene markers for fibre performance in biocomposites. Significant Genotype*Location effects were observed. Composites had lower strength (impact, tensile, and flexural) but higher tensile/flexural modulus values than pure PLA. The latter were positively affected by cellulose and hemicellulose but negatively affected by free phenolic levels and 93 fibre QTLs and 62 composite markers were detected. Slovotvorba v německo-českém slovníku / Word Formation in German-Czech Dictionary

The present thesis is based on my experience as one of the contributors to The Large Academic Dictionary German-Czech. It attempts to discuss the role of word formation in German-Czech dictionaries in that it focuses on presentation of word formation in outer texts, macrostructural ordering procedures, treatment of word forming elements, special word formation parts of dictionary entries and possibilities of typography as a means word formation description in a bilingual dictionary. The approach taken is both contemplative and transformative. The thesis rests on the study of existing German-Czech dictionaries published mostly after 1945, partly between 1802 and 1945 as well. Concrete function-based proposals centred on the supposed target users of the LADGC are discussed here. A considerable part of the thesis deals with German derived nouns in Ge-...(-e) seen from a corpus linguistic view.

Le traitement de l'incertitude dans le contentieux des produits de santé défectueux / The legal treatment of uncertainty in healthcare-product litigation

Alors que le contentieux des produits de santé n'a jamais été aussi fourni, l'application du régime spécial de responsabilité du fait des produits défectueux issu de la directive européenne du 25 juillet 1985, entraîne l'émergence d'un certain nombre d'incertitudes qui affectent directement le sort des demandes en réparation. Les incertitudes matérielles ont, pour la plupart reçu un traitement efficace par l'action conjuguée de la jurisprudence et du législateur. Si les outils juridiques traditionnels, tels que les présomptions ou la causalité alternative, ont permis de résoudre une partie non négligeable de ces incertitudes, les juges se sont également attachés à développer des outils nouveaux comme la balance bénéfice/risque ou encore la répartition de l'obligation à la dette selon les parts de marché. Cependant, si le développement de ces outils juridiques, plus adaptés aux spécificités des produits de santé, a permis d'apporter une solution efficace aux incertitudes matérielles, le traitement de l'incertitude scientifique, fondé sur les présomptions du fait de l'homme, n'apporte, toujours pas, de solutions satisfaisantes. L'étude du traitement des incertitudes dans le contentieux des produits de santé défectueux permet d'apprécier les acquis mais également les limites atteintes par l'utilisation de certains outils mis à la disposition des juges et qui se révèlent parfois inadaptés. L'intervention du législateur et la prise en compte des spécificités des produits de santé, permettraient de développer un système d'indemnisation adapté qui interviendrait de façon subsidiaire en cas d'échec de la voie contentieuse. / At a time when healthcare-product litigation is attaining record heights, the implementation into French law of the special liability regime for defective products, which derives from the European Council Directive of 25 July 1985, has led to the emergence of several grey areas of uncertainty which have a direct impact on the outcome of claims for compensation. Areas of material uncertainty have, for the most part, been effectively dealt with through the combined application of case law and the intervention of the legislator. While classic legal tools such as presumption and alternative causality provide a means to resolve a non-negligible part of these uncertainties, judges have also endeavoured to develop new tools, such as risk/utility test and market-share liability. Still, although the development of these legal tools - better suited as they are to the specific features of healthcare products - provide an effective solution to resolving areas of material uncertainty, the treatment of scientific uncertainty, which is based on presumptions of fact, does not always provide satisfactory solutions. The study of the legal treatment of uncertainty in healthcare-product litigation provides a means to assess the benefits but also the limitations of certain tools that are now available to judges but which at times prove inadequate. Intervention on the part of the legislator, while at the same time taking into account the specific features of healthcare products, could lead to the development of a suitable compensation system that could afford relief when litigation fails.

This work deals with a new building – block of flats on land no. 1799/1, 1800/1 cadastral Újezd u Brna, region Brno - venkov. This building contains 15 individual flats. The object is geometrically divided on central part with gabled roof and 2 side parts with hip roof. Slopes of roofs 10°. Building is designed as three-storey object without a cellarage, whence all three storeys are residential . The building is accessible from local road and it is possible to park a car next to the object in new-build parking place. Residential rooms are positively rotated to south and ventilated naturally. All the residential rooms are exposed to direct day light. Sidewalk and hard surface are treated as concrete and scrubbed pavement. Construction peripheral bearing masonry, interior bearing masonry and cross buntons effected from ceramic breeze-block POROTHERM. Ceilings plates are made of reinforced concrete. Staircase are made of reinforced concrete as well.

It is possible to calculate Building life cycle costs by Functional parts. This is definately the advantage of the system because the calculation cannot be done by Classification of building structures and works. A new law on public procurement deals with Building life cycle costs as an evaluation criterion. So it is recommended to use Functional parts awards. The other goal of the thesis is to find bridges between Functional parts and the issue of BIM. BIM is a trend of global construction industry.

Zum Einfluss der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit metallischer Verbundpartner auf die Grenzflächeneigenschaften von Kunststoff-Metall-Verbunden

Das Verständnis über die Ausbildung der Grenzfläche eines hybriden Bauteils aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff und Metall sowie die maßgeblichen Faktoren zum Erreichen einer hohen Verbundhaftung und Mediendichtheit in der Grenzfläche stellen nach wie vor eine große Herausforderung dar. Am Beispiel einer spritzgegossenen Kunststoff-Metall-Verbundprobe werden diese Zusammenhänge untersucht und bewertet. Es wird eine Methode zur Herstellung stoffschlüssig gefügter Verbunde mit hoher Mediendichtheit auf Basis einer hohen Kontakttemperatur beim Fügen entwickelt, indem Verbundspritzgießen und nachträgliches thermisches Fügen durch Induktionsheizen kombiniert werden. Eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung mit hoher Mediendichtheit zwischen thermoplastischem Kunststoff und Metall erfordert eine Haftung in der Grenzfläche der Verbundpartner auf Basis intermolekularer Wechselwirkungen. Die Quantifizierung der Mediendichtheit in der Grenzfläche erfolgt über eine eigens entwickelte Messmethode. Die entwickelte Vorgehensweise ermöglichet die Differenzierung zwischen intermolekularen Wechselwirkungen und mechanischen Verklammerungen als Ursache für eine Haftungsausbildung und deren Einfluss auf die Grenzflächeneigenschaften. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse tragen zum Verständnis der Grenzflächenausbildung, insbesondere zum Einfluss der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit des metallischen Verbundpartners sowie der Fügeprozessbedingungen zur Fertigung von Kunststoff-Metall-Verbunden mit hoher Mediendichtheit, bei.:1 Einleitung und Motivation 2 Stand der Technik und Forschung 3 Zielsetzung und Lösungsansatz 4 Experimentelles 5 Analytik 6 Ergebnisse 7 Diskussion der Ergebnisse 8 Zusammenfassung und Ausblick / Understanding the formation of the interface of a hybrid component made of thermoplastic and metal as well as the decisive factors for achieving high adhe-sion and media tightness in the interface still represent a major challenge. These relationships are investigated and elucidated using the example of an injection-molded plastic-metal part. A method for the production of firmly bonded hybrid parts with high media tightness based on a high contact temperature during joining of the hybrid part is developed by combining injection molding and subsequent thermal joining by induction heating. A firm bond with high media tightness between a thermoplastic and a metal requires an adhesion in the inter-face of the joint materials based on molecular interactions. The quantification of the media tightness in the interface is done by using a specially developed measurement method. The investigations enable the differentiation between molecular interactions and mechanical interlocking as the cause of adhesion formation and their influence on the properties of the interface.
