Were elected the most significant documents relating to the subject, laws, draft laws and decrees. Also a literature review was conducted in order to learn how the company was related to people with disabilities over time. In the first chapter is presented first, a comprehensive history, starting in primitive societies, through Greece, advancing to the Middle Ages and later the Modern Age. In a second moment, we presented a history of how was the approach of people with disabilities in Brazil, and its main landmarks and the relationship with psychology. Finally, it is presented in a unique historical context how the Special Education in the State of Goiás was developed. We realized times of exclusion, segregation, integration and inclusion. The second chapter clarify the relationship between psychology and education and school psychology and public policy, also presents concepts such as education, school psychology and cultural background. The theoretical framework that supports the discussion of this work is the Critical Theory of the Frankfurt School. The final chapter presents a review of the Brazilian legislation of persons with disabilities with emphasis as the relationship with education and as a starting point the Declaration of Salamanca. As a result it appears that according to the current legislation the psychology professional is not linked to the Educational Service Specialist, but is responsible for monitoring students with special educational needs. It is noteworthy that the psychologist's figure is not contemplated in the legal provisions about education at the federal level. The school psychologist will only appear in state and local laws. Psychology, or related suits, is referred to in three ways in the current legislation on persons with disabilities: assessment of disability, psychological treatment and to conceptualize violence. / O presente trabalho é uma pesquisa qualitativa, bibliográfica e documental, que investigou a legislação brasileira acerca da inclusão a fim de verificar qual é o papel do psicólogo (escolar) proposto na legislação. Foram eleitos os documentos mais expressivos em relação ao tema, sendo eles leis, projetos de leis e decretos. Também foi realizada uma revisão de literatura a fim de apreender a relação sociedade e pessoas com deficiência ao longo do tempo. No primeiro capítulo é apresentado, num primeiro momento, um histórico sobre a deficiência, iniciando nas sociedades primitivas, passando pela Grécia, avançando até a Idade Moderna. Num segundo momento, outro histórico se evidencia: de como eram vistas as pessoas com deficiência no Brasil, os principais marcos históricos desse recorte e a relação com a Psicologia nesse contexto. Por fim é mostrado o desenvolvimento do ensino especial no estado de Goiás. Evidencia-se, nesse histórico, os momentos de exclusão, segregação, integração e inclusão das pessoas com deficiência. O segundo capítulo busca explicitar as relações entre Psicologia, Educação e Psicologia Escolar, promovendo uma reflexão inicial sobre políticas públicas. O conceito de formação cultural da Teoria Crítica da Sociedade, Escola de Frankfurt, é fundamental para a discussão deste estudo. O último capítulo apresenta uma revisão da legislação brasileira sobre pessoas com deficiência, tendo como ênfase a relação delas com a educação e como ponto de partida a Declaração de Salamanca. Como resultados, é possível afirmar que, de acordo com a legislação vigente, o profissional de Psicologia não tem vínculo com o Atendimento Educacional Especializado, mas é incumbido de acompanhar alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais. Ressalta-se que a figura do psicólogo não é contemplada nos dispositivos legais acerca da Educação no nível federal. O psicólogo escolar só vai aparecer nas legislações estaduais e municipais. A P sicologia, ou ternos afins, é referida de três formas na legislação vigente sobre pessoas com deficiência: avaliação da deficiência, tratamento psicológico e para conceituar violência.

A theoretical, bibliographic and documentary, as well as field research was conducted. Six physiotherapists from the city of Salvador-BA whose patients were cerebral palsy children, aged from 4 to 11 years, who frequented regular schools participated in the study. Semi-structured interviews were done, focusing the professional s vision of probable relations between physiotherapeutic rehabilitation and school inclusion of their patients. It was confirmed that school inclusion process has considerable positive influences on physiotherapeutic rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children. It was shown that physiotherapists consider school inclusion an important process and admit the benefits that regular school environment and the relationship with non-disabled children can bring for CP children. Moreover, it could be evidenced the fact that CP patient attendance to regular school influences the elaboration and the development of habilitation/rehabilitation treatment plan that the physiotherapist will outline for the child. / Trata-se de um estudo de caráter qualitativo cujo objetivo foi identificar e analisar criticamente possíveis influências da situação de inclusão escolar de crianças com paralisia cerebral (PC) no seu processo de habilitação/reabilitação fisioterapêutica. Foi realizada pesquisa teórica, bibliográfica e documental, e pesquisa de campo. Participaram do estudo seis fisioterapeutas da cidade de Salvador-BA que atendiam crianças com paralisia cerebral entre 4 e 11 anos de idade e que freqüentavam escolas regulares. Foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas focalizando a visão do profissional acerca da possível relação existente entre reabilitação fisioterapêutica e a inclusão escolar dos seus pacientes. Comprovou-se que a inclusão escolar possui influências positivas consideráveis na reabilitação fisioterapêutica de crianças com paralisia cerebral. Ficou evidenciado que os fisioterapeutas consideram a inclusão escolar um processo relevante e reconhecem os benefícios que o ambiente escolar comum e a convivência com crianças sem deficiência podem trazer para as crianças com PC. Além disso, pôde-se constatar que o fato de o paciente com PC freqüentar escola regular influencia a elaboração e o desenvolvimento do plano de tratamento habilitador/reabilitador que o fisioterapeuta traçará para a criança.

The thesis is concerned with the issues related to the development of the system that helps the disabled people to integrate into the labour market in the Czech Republic using the theory of social construction of target groups. The aim of this thesis is to understand the development of the form of the observed policy that arises from the expected development of social construction of the chosen target group and its political power within a given period of time. To understand the problem and putting the topic was based on thematic analysis and study of the documents presented to readers of historical and social development status of persons with disabilities in society. Monitored period from the nineties to the present, which was divided into shorter periods. In these periods, the final policy design was identified by way of the interviews with addressed experts. The experts expressed their opinions also on the development of social construction and political power of the target group, which was supported by the study of the documents. Family life with handicapped child The main objective of this thesis is to cover the day-to-day life with mentally handicapped offspring on the threshold of adulthood from the parent's perspective. The intention is to gain an insight into experiences, emotions, and motives of disabled children's parents, for the purpose of clarifying both positive and negative points of life with the handicapped. The main goal is to focus on the following issues - which impact has this life on the parents, how their everyday life is changed, and how their attitudes and perception of themselves has been changed. Another point is to ascertain how different opinions of mothers and fathers are. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the first one, the topic is anchored in the theoretical background. This theoretical part is based on the relevant topics published in specialized reference books. In the second one, it is followed by the analysis and interpretation of two consecutive interviews with the parents. This empirical part is processed by the methods of oral history. Данная выпускная магистерская диссертация нацелена на разработку технологии нагрузочного тестирования локальной платежной системы для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Актуальность состоит в непрерывной проверке системы на качество и стабильность работы приложения, в связи с отсутствием данного функционала, а также высокой стоимости у аналоговых сервисов. В работе решаются задачи: анализ потенциального количества пользователей, анализ аналогичных сервисов, анализ предметной области, реализация теоретической задачи разработки технологии нагрузочного тестирования для локальной платежной системы для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, реализация проекта нагрузочного тестирования и мониторинга показателей системы, для снижения ресурсов. Объектом исследования является технология автоматизированного нагрузочного тестирования. Предмет исследования – процесс проведения нагрузочного тестирования в локальной платежной системе для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Практическая значимость работы состоит разработке необходимого функционала приложения. Данный функционал поможет обычному человеку, без специальных знаний в программировании или разработке, понять на сколько система загружена и нуждается ли в доработке или увеличению мощности на удаленном сервере. Аналогичные проекты стоят дорого, обычному человеку разобраться с ними будет сложно. Так как проект социальный, как таковой прибыли с него получить нельзя, тем самым лишних денег на приобретение сторонних программ и найм специализированных людей на сопровождение системы нет. Экономический эффект работы состоит в сокращении финансовых затрат на проведение тестирования локальной платежной системы на всем жизненном цикле существования приложения. В связи с высокой стоимостью аналогичных разработок, а также высоким порогом вхождения, данная работа имеет большую актуальность. Полученный результат поможет сэкономить значительное количество финансов. / This graduate master's thesis is aimed at developing a technology for load testing of a local payment system for people with disabilities. The relevance consists in the continuous verification of the system for the quality and stability of the application, due to the lack of this functionality, as well as the high cost of analog services. The paper solves the following tasks: analysis of the potential number of users, analysis of similar services, domain analysis, implementation of the theoretical task of developing a load testing technology for a local payment system for people with disabilities, implementation of a load testing project and monitoring of system indicators to reduce resources. The object of the study is the technology of automated load testing. The subject of the study is the process of load testing in a local payment system for people with disabilities. The practical significance of the work consists in the development of the necessary application functionality. This functionality will help an ordinary person, without special knowledge in programming or development, to understand how much the system is loaded and whether it needs to be improved or increased capacity on a remote server. Similar projects are expensive, it will be difficult for an ordinary person to deal with them. Since the project is social, as such, it is impossible to get profit from it, thereby there is no extra money for the purchase of third-party programs and hiring specialized people to support the system. The economic effect of the work is to reduce the financial costs of testing the local payment system throughout the lifecycle of the application. Due to the high cost of similar developments, as well as the high entry threshold, this work is of great relevance. The result will help to save a significant amount of finance.

Актуальность обусловлена огромными масштабами сообщества инвалидов в России. Проблема инвалидности остается болезненной, как с точки зрения медицины, так и с социально-экономической стороны. В работе решаются задачи: анализ предметной области, изучение альтернативных расчетных средств, электронных платежных системы. Изучены результаты исследований прошлых лет, а также модели и методики разработки продукта. Проведена полная аналитика системы, посчитаны все затраты, подготовлен проект внедрения, а также создан прототип системы для проведения деловых игр. Объектом исследования являются методы и инструменты изучения рынка ИКТ и разработки инновационного продукта. Предмет – аналитическое обоснование вывода на рынок и разработки инновационного продукта для лиц с ОВЗ. Научная новизна заключается в том, что в работе с помощью современных моделей и методик обоснована необходимость создания системы взаимодействия инвалидов, которая объединяла бы в себе функции интернет-магазина и ведение балансов счетов участников. Система уникальна и не имеет конкурентов. Практическая значимость заключается в создании аналитической базы сообщества инвалидов России и подготовке материалов для введения ЛПС в жизнь сообществ. / The purpose of the dissertation is to analytically ensure the development of a system of mutual assistance and socialization for people with disabilities based on the existing version of the local payment system. The relevance is due to the huge scale of the disabled community in Russia. The problem of disability remains painful, both from the point of view of medicine and from the socio-economic side. The paper solves the following tasks: analysis of the subject area, study of alternative means of payment, electronic payment systems. The results of previous years' research, as well as models and methods of product development are studied. A complete analysis of the system was carried out, all costs were calculated, an implementation project was prepared, and a prototype of the system for conducting business games was created. The object of the research is methods and tools for studying the ICT market and developing an innovative product. The subject is an analytical justification for launching and developing an innovative product for people with disabilities. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the work with the help of modern models and techniques justifies the need to create a system of interaction of disabled people, which would combine the functions of an online store and maintaining the balance of accounts of participants. The system is unique and has no competitors. The practical significance lies in the creation of an analytical base of the Russian disabled community and the preparation of materials for the introduction of LPS into the life of communities.

Approximately every tenth citizen in the Czech Republic suffers from a disability. Persons with disabilities form a vulnerable group in the labour market, which is caused mainly by a lower level of their education. Therefore, it is important that legislation protects the disabled persons and encourages employers to their employment. Employing of disabled people is in the interest of entire society and also has an integrative dimension. The main objective of this thesis is to assess comprehensively the legal regulation of the employment of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic, to reflect recent amendments to applicable legislation and simultaneously to verify the premise that these regulations are satisfactory and feasible in practice. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part focuses on the basic definitions and states in which aspects some similar terms are identical or different. Special attention is paid to the definition of a "disabled person" in all its major forms. The second part deals with international and European regulation, by which the Czech Republic is bound and with which the national legislation must be in accordance. This paper reviews the process of inclusion of disabled people in society, focusing on education and the market "said" inclusive. The process of research made on the basis of research literature and documentation; through works that deal with issues such as inclusion and exclusion, and the definitions and concepts, historical trajectory, finally, of how people with disabilities are included in society, said inclusive, considering the economic and social aspects of the problem, its dimensions and relationships. The text also discusses the dynamics of capitalist society and its relationship with the disabled, the issue of rights and its grounds, and talk on topics such as: labour, exploitation, rights, citizenship, inclusion and exclusion, trying show the limits of fight of the disabled in a society inclusive said. We realize that, in general, the centre of discussions is the reform of society and undoubtedly the main focus is the issue of equality through the inclusion. O processo de investigação se deu com base em pesquisas bibliográfica e documental; através de obras que tratam de temas como inclusão e exclusão, bem como das definições e conceitos, trajetória histórica, enfim, de como as pessoas com deficiência são inseridas na sociedade, dita inclusiva, considerando os aspectos econômicos e sociais do problema, suas dimensões e relações. No texto também abordamos a dinâmica da sociedade capitalista e sua relação com as pessoas com deficiência, a questão dos direitos e sua fundamentação, além de discorrer sobre temas como: trabalho, exploração, direitos, cidadania, inclusão e exclusão, procurando mostrar os limites da luta das pessoas com deficiência numa sociedade dita inclusiva. Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Employment Relationships Abstract This thesis analyzes the current state of legal protection of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is not only passively interpret the existing statutes, but also propose some changes "de lege ferenda" that would lead to greater protection of the rights of persons with disabilities. The author does not attempt to provide a full-scale reasoning of the issue, but focuses on selected institutes of labor law and social security law in part, especially in the field of employment of persons with disabilities. The thesis is divided into seven chapters that logically follow each other and gradually reveal the specifics of protection of persons with disabilities in different parts of the legal system.
