La régulation de l'activité en situation tutorale : le cas des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes / Activity regulation in a mentoring context : the case of physiotherapists

Sartier, Florence 11 September 2019 (has links)
This research focuses on the regulation of the activity of physiotherapists in a mentoring context. To carry out our survey, we implemented video regulation interviews with eight dyads in the context of mentor regulation and exchanges between tutor and tutee, following a clinical learning situation. We opted for a discursive approach to analyse the types of regulation feedback favoured by mentors. We also examined regulation signs which correspond to regulation intents in tutee’s discourses. The content analysis methodology (Bardin, 2007) allowed us to highlight the topics most often discussed during the interactions which sustain the regulation interviews, in relation to professional representations. The self-confrontation interviews method enabled us to understand the regulation process: it allows to probe into the tutor and tutee dilemma inherent to regulation interviews, along with Clot (2014, 2000). The theoretical references come mainly from the field of adult training, for instance “accompanied professional learning” (Jorro et al, 2016) and the regulation of learning (Allal, 2007). Our results are manyfold: informative feedback is more used by the tutor than reflexive feedback or evaluation feedback. The tutees express their intentions to change their practices for improvement in varying proportions during both the regulation and the self-confrontation interviews. We could identify the mentoring feedback which best favours the student’s mental process of regulation practice. We also singled out the words used by the tutee, which are evidence of the regulation process at stake during the activity conception. We finally suggest a classification of the various activity regulations.

A constituição do sujeito na formação científica do profissional fisioterapeuta

Grandi, Suzete 09 April 2010 (has links)
Submitted by Marcelo Teixeira (mvteixeira@ucs.br) on 2014-06-02T17:19:27Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertacao Suzete Grandi.pdf: 1000332 bytes, checksum: 319c8745b07ac8097c14713cd86b3851 (MD5) / Made available in DSpace on 2014-06-02T17:19:27Z (GMT). In this sense, the modes of being of the future professionals are influenced by the organization of the curriculum of their formation course, in this case, Physiotherapy. As the health work address issues that involve the human existence, the objective of this study is to show the conditions and possibilities of determination, as well as the implications of the constitution of the subject and the professional formation in the scientific and nonscientific dimensions of professionals in Physiotherapy. Coherent with this objective, the constitution of the subject defines the scope of the research problem to be examined in the areas of Education and Health. This study is supported by the thinking of Michel Foucault, especially the works "The History of Sexuality" and "The Hermeneutics of the Subject", and it is also complemented by contributions from experts in Healthcare, as Silvio Paulo Botomé and Rubens Rebelatto, among others. The method employed consisted of raising, identifying and analyzing some determinations in the formation of the subject that depend on the type of scientific formation. In order to do this, the work took into consideration the teaching experience at the Course of Physiotherapy of the University of Caxias do Sul and the Clinic of Physiotherapy at the same university and it is further complemented by interviews with students, teachers and professionals in the field. The dissertation includes, besides the introduction and conclusion, three chapters. The first is entitled The Constitution of the Subject and the professional formation, the second, The Constitution of the subject in professional scientific formation in Physiotherapy and the third, The Constitution of the Subject in the learning / teachingservice integration. The relevance of this dissertation lies in its contribution to assess and qualify the services as well as the graduation courses, in this case Physiotherapy, but also for other courses of the healthcare field, both from the University of Caxias do Sul, and other institutions. It is equally inferred from these studies the social relevance present in the activities of healthcare professionals.

Analysis of Physiotherapists Perceptions for Improvement of Digital Innovation / Analys av fysioterapeuters uppfattningar för förbättring av digital innovation

Eriksson, Per Gustav January 2020 (has links)
With the current challenges for the healthcare such as increased demand for care, financial and resource constraints along with rapid changes and complexity there is high believe in digital innovation and digitalisation to efficacy resources and aid in delivering a safer, more accessible and patient centred valuable care. There is a digitalisation that is ongoing, being used and implemented over several different areas of healthcare. Since healthcare can be seen as a complex adaptive system, there is a need to understand several agents. The aim is to gather more knowledge about perceptions within the physiotherapy staff and give recommendations and directions for improvements regarding digital innovation. Opinions about digital innovation have been gathered with open interviews and a semisystematic literature review with focus on physiotherapy. Too find subjective data the mixed method Q methodology was applied. The open interviews resulted in eight categories: digital innovation, digital innovation being used, digital innovation not used, management, obstacles, education, wishful thinking, applications and systems and associated opinions. The semi-systematic literature review showed on a rapid scientifically development, 25 articles was found and thematically analysed. 140 cited viewpoints and facts was merged with the results from the open interviews. Ten physiotherapists performed the q-sort consisting of 25 statements. Three factors were found. Interpreted as digital innovation optimism & patient oriented, digital innovation scepticism & management oriented and digital innovation sceptical optimism. Video-call technique is strongly encouraged by factor one contrary to factor two. Integrity is the major conflicting viewpoint between the factors. The result shows that gender can affect if a physiotherapist is either optimistic or sceptical to digital innovation. Using existing models such as UTAUT could improve acceptance about digital innovation. Education is perceived as important among all factors. Nine participants responded on baseline questions showing low knowledge of the term mHealth and little communication with IT departments.
